Alex walked toward one of the empty benches in the pokemon center courtyard as he waited for an orange haired girl for his purchase of a certain budew. His dustox, Tackzill, flapped around during this bright and sunny day. The sunlight reached every inch of the grass. He found himself a shadowed wall to lean on, waiting for the trade sender.
"Tooooox!" Tackzill flew away from him as he sat on the benches, toward some pretty flowers in the courtyard.
His mind started to drift off and wonder who paid for these kind of things in the pokemon center...

It's been a good season. Rhoan murmured down at Xero and Tyrana at her side. She'd caught a few rare Pokemon, and apparently alot of people had been searching for them because it was buy after buy after buy. Look's like the Red Tiger is making a name for herself. Rhoan smirked. Xero gave a bark of affirmation while Tyrana just snorted. They were out last night doing the same thing, illegal of course, so they were all a little tired. Except Rhoan, of course. Add a little money as incentive and she was good to go.
There was a boy sitting there, so Rhoan assumed it was him. Burke? She asked. Xero watched with cautious eyes and Tyrana's flame burned bright with anticipation. |

After Rhoan Xavia had spoke, Alex's mind took a few seconds to collect itself and remembering the approach.
"Yes, Burke," he looked at the girl. "Call me Mister Burke, if you want, I am eighteen actually." He smiled.
Seeing the strangers, Tackzill flew back and circled the strangers, as if examining them.
"So, budew?" he popped the question.

Money? She questioned, the only visible eyebrow raised. And i'll call you whatever the hell I want. She snorted, Tyrana and Xero by her sides. She didn't like this kid already, too smiley.
However, she did pull out the pokeball from her pocket and held it out in her palm. She then handed it to him and waited for himto return the favor. Sorry. I'm not the conversational type. She grunted. Tyrana gave a snort. Even THAT was giving her conversational skills justice. Incredibly easy to annoy Rhoan wasn't a conversationalist at all. |

After the female trainer said "money?", Alex began pulling a wallet out of his pocket and began counting his money bills...
"Heh," he chuckled along the joke, "I don't think I am either."
One, two, three, four...
"And, here's seventeen fifties," he stacked the money bills after counting his money.
Then, he proceeded to use a hand to grip the pokeball with his palm, almost like a fist, and while holding the seventeen fifties in the crevice between his thumbs and index finger.
"Thanks for accepting my offer," he said as he shifted his eyes from the pokeball to the trainer, and changing to tone to something more serious.

Rhoan rolled her eyes and snatched the money from his hands as soon as the Budew was safely in his hands, turning on a heel to leave without saying anything other than Geezus. Kids these days can't shut the hell up and just get a trade done. Don't even know how it's done. Maybe its an Oblivia thing to get things actually done. She snorted, casting a glance over her shoulder.
Pfft. Next time you do something like this, make it quick. Wastes peoples time. Switch at the same time, and leave. She said, red hair flipping as she faced forward again, Xero and Tyrana at her heels. |

Alex held the pokeball on his hand, smiling as he had obtained another grass type pokemon. This one, he thought, has strange property of poisoning and healing pokemon at the same time. What chemicals could be in its body that could help people? Then, he also thought about the words that woman just said. Seem like this is the kind of person who likes to go through life fast and quick, and not stopping a bit to think about life, or focus on certain questions deeply. Hopefully when he works in a hospital, his supervisor will not be like that... He pocketed the pokeball and hastily walked out of the pokemon center, hopefully get acquainted with his new pokemon, and his pokemon acquainting with this new pokemon.
