He also carries around a big duffel bag for all of his clothes and any other supplies he just might need.
Personality: Tyler is a very active person. He loves the outdoors and loves to do just about anything that requires effort. He also likes to spend time with pokemon and aspires to be one of the best trainers in the world He doesn’t however, like it when people refer to themselves as pokemon masters and would refuse to go by such a title, even if he achieved it. Another of his pet peeves is when someone treats a pokemon poorly or as if it were a slave. He has the utmost respect for nature but has a difficult time feeling the same way towards mankind; having said that, he feels that those who work in Pokemon Centers are great people and also deserve respect.
History: Tyler was born in New Bark Town and even at a young age, he obviously had a great affinity for pokemon. He would constantly watch documentaries on pokemon rather than watch cartoons and would constantly draw pokemon and imagine what it would be like to be a trainer. When he was six, his parents took him to a Pokemon Center. While they were there, they got to look around at pokemon that were healthy and were merely coming in for checkups. However, Tyler ended up wandering around and witnessed as a pokemon in critical condition was wheeled into the emergency room. At that moment, he wanted to become a volunteer worker at the Pokemon Center. When he finally turned 10, he applied to the Pokemon Center to work, and they allowed him to, but only as a volunteer.
He had to work very hard in the Center, constantly filling out forms and escorting frantic trainers to their recovering pokemon. His respect for the hospital workers only continued to increase as well as his love for pokemon. Finally, at the age of 16, he figured that he had acquired enough information about how to take care of a pokemon that he could be a passable trainer. So now, he returns to New Bark Town to receive his first pokemon.
