Andrew rushed down the familiar street as he focused his attention on the Trade Center where hed given his Skitty away. This time he had a similar motive. Hed read an advertisement that stated that this week was going to focusing on selling Pokémon. Since hed never had the opportunity to train up his Diglett before, this was the perfect opportunity to allow another trainer to raise it.
As Andrew entered the doors of the Trade Center, everything seemed pretty much the same. The only major difference was a huge screen with instructions on selling Pokémon. As Andrew thought things over, he was unsure of a suitable price. He wanted Hiroki to have a trainer that could afford to take care of him, but there was also a danger of giving him to a spoilt kid that but make him unhappy.
As he looked down through a list of Pokémon that were up for sale, Andrew decided that £400 seemed to be a suitable price. Hed probably end up with an amateur trainer which would suit Hiroki perfectly. Hed be bound to get at least a little training time. As Andrew began to input his Digletts details, he heard footstep outside. Maybe theyd be interested in purchasing his Pokémon.
Diglett Name: Hiroki Gender: Male Level: 10 OT: Andrew Attacks: Scratch, Sand-Attack, Growl Ability: Sand Veil Nature/Personality: Hiroki is highly tolerant and isn’t angered easily. He’s usually getting himself into trouble, though in most cases it’s not intentional. He loves to play around, even with those who don’t want to. For some, he’s a bit of an annoyance, but overall he’s easy to get along with.

Sandy strolled around Cherrygrove, Berry on her shoulder, who was absolutely delighted with herself. The Stupid cat wasn't out of his Poke Ball today, which made her day a whole lot better. Sandy stopped all of a sudden, causing the sudden lurch to almost send Berry from her perch.
"...Squirt?" Berry was certainly confused as to why Sandy had suddenly stopped. Sandy meanwhile, gazed up at the building in front of her. A Trade center... it sure sounded like fun to see what was in there, but she couldn't trade, as she had no Pokemon she was willing to part with, since at that moment, she only had two partners. sighing, she shoved her hands into her pockets and entered through the doors anyway.
The inside was certainly new to her, her piercing pale blue eyes scanned the list in front of her, on the large screen. So...they were selling Pokemon too? She glanced down at her bag. The cheapest prices for Pokemon were about 400. She hadn't really been keeping track of her money.... over 2000...that wasn't too bad. So she decided to browse. Berry seemed to feel good about one of the sellers. A boy with dark brown hair, who seemed like a boy of good nature. Maybe he'd have a Pokemon Sandy would want, and maybe one she would actually get along with.
"Squirt!" Berry took a leap from Sandy's shoulder, and ran over to the boy, however shy she was, and circled his feet.
"H-hey! Berry!" Berry sprinted back over to Sandy once she was close enough to the other teen. Her face went red, she was actually quite embarrassed with Berry's sudden action, a small price to pay, the young turtle figured.
"Ah...sorry about that, I don't know what got into her." She said, glancing at her Squirtle who bowed her head in an apology.
"Squirtle!" Sandy had to wonder if he had a Pokemon to sell, or if he was there just to trade.
"Uhm.. By chance, are you selling a Pokemon today? Or are you Trading it? I'm not exactly rich...but, I do need a new Pokemon for the team... I'm Sandy by the way..." She introduced. She mentally scolded herself for asking the question and not introducing herself first, her mom always told her courtesy before business, but it slipped her mind, she supposed.

Confused to see a Squirtle circling him, Andrew swung around to find girl about his age standing behind him. Caught off guard, he just about managed not to scream. Instead, he laughed shyly and did his best to act as calm as possible, though it was fairly obvious that hed been startled. That had gone quicker than hed expected. A trainer was already approaching him about his Pokémon.
Oh hey! Im Andrew. Nice to meet you! he said, awkwardly. Oh dont worry about it! My Ekans once tried to eat me so its nothing. he smiled. Crap! he muttered, realising what hed just said. Now he was sure to come across as some sort of loon. He was trying to sell a Pokémon to this girl and telling strange stories was bound to freak her out.
Yes! Ive decided to sell my Diglett, Hiroki! I havent gotten around to using him properly in battles yet so I figured hed have a lot more fun under the care of another trainer. Andrew spewed out, trying to change the subject. He shook his head as he began to have a conversation in his own head. Oh, I-I dont have a twitch! he said, worried the girl might stare at him. Or a stutter! Ehm
so, are you interested in buying a Diglett? Andrew asked as his face went bright red with embarrassment. Hed often found talking to girls difficult, but this was even a new low for him.
I can show him to you right away! Andrew continued, logging onto his PC. After withdrawing his Digletts Poké Ball, he pressed a button. Diglett emerged with a flash of hot-pink light. The ground-type looked up at Sandy, unsure of what was going on. What do you think, Hiroki? Andrew grinned, trying to force the mole Pokémon on this girl hed only just met. Things could hardly get worse at this stage, so hed might as well go for it.

She laughed at the small story she had been told. She really wasn't fond of talking to guys...well, that was a lie. She liked talking to guys, she just had a hard time in doing so sometimes.
"An Ekans huh? Well, I remember my brother thought he was going to be killed...by a Magikarp...but, hey, I've had my share of goofy mishaps too." She covered her mouth. she really hoped that he wouldn't think that she was calling him goofy for almost getting eaten by an Ekans.
"Uhm...not that the Ekans thing is goofy or anything it's just uhm...heheh.." Berry rolled her eyes. Trainers could be SO weird sometimes. Sandy decided it would be a good idea to move onto the topic of the Pokemon he was selling. When the little ground type was shown to her she grinned, absolutely delighted. Kneeling down to his level, she examined the Pokemon with a great interest.
"Hiroki huh? He's in such good shape!" She patted the Diglett on the head before standing back up, still with a goofy smile she couldn't seem to shake off.
"He's perfect. What do you think Berry?" Berry had to say that anything was better than a pink ball of fur.
"Squirtle, Squirt!" Sandy chuckled.
"Well, I guess he's 100% Berry approved! But uh...how much is he?" She questioned, hoping she would at least have enough money to purchase the Pokemon by her feet.

Andrew stared blankly at the girl for a moment. As she declared that her thought he was going to be killed by a Magikarp, he breathed a sigh of relief. She was weird too. Her facial expression made it clear that she regretted what shed just said but luckily, Andrew didnt take the comment in a bad way. He was just glad that shed said something to even things out a little. Andrew laughed as Sandy took her turn to babble on, pathetically. Her Squirtle seemed to be embarrassed for her too.
Great! Im glad you like him! Andrew beamed. He really seems to like you too! Smiling down at his Diglett, Andrew knew that hed found the perfect trainer. His luck always seemed to go well whenever he came to this Trade Center. He knew things were looking good when Sandy brought up the price. She obviously had enough interest to care so this could be the moment.
Price? Well, I was searching down through the list of Pokémon and I think that £400 seems to be the best price. We can discuss that if youd like though? Andrew replied. Hiroki gazed up at him, excitedly, as he did his best to give the girl a good deal. The ground-type really wanted to travel with this girl and he really didnt want to blow it because the price was unfair.
Hes really easy to work with because hes so laid back. Hes a bit of a menace though, so youd have to watch that. Andrew added as the girl thought things over. Hed learned that honesty usually paid off so it was best to get those things out of the way right now. If Sandy wasnt expecting it, she might not be impressed with him and the last thing Andrew wanted was for the Diglett to be ignored again.

Sandy thought for a moment. Certainly, for a Diglett like that, it was worth 400, and it wouldn't set her too far back.
"That is reasonable, so, I think I'd be an idiot if I didn't say yes to that!" A third team member would help her greatly, and she was actually happy she had come into the trade center while Andrew was selling his Diglett. Berry patted her shoulder, apparently more than relieved that Sandy was making the choice too. She chuckled.
"Some people say that Pokemon take on their first trainer's mannerisms, so that means I shouldn't have much problems with Hiroki here, even if he might be a bit of trouble like you said" Berry raised her arm in an agreement.
"Squirt Squirt!"

[[OOC: The transactions have taken place. Thank you, Kataya. <3 We can wrap this up now. :3]]
Well, thats great news! Andrew smiled, relatively surprised by the trainers response. It looks like weve found you a new trainer, Hiroki! The mole Pokémon couldnt help but bounce up and down in the earthy ground that surrounded it.
Lets make this official then. Andrew beamed, presenting Sandy with some papers. Hed filled in most of the form already so it wouldnt take too long. He quickly scribbled his signature down and the amount that was to be paid. He then looked everything over before handing the pen over to Sandy.
The process was quite exciting. Hed never done anything like this before, but it was pretty easy, nonetheless. I guess this is goodbye then, buddy. Andrew said as he knelt down to Hiroki and patted the ground-types head. Take care of yourself, and do your best to stay out of trouble. he laughed. Even though he hadnt known Hiroki that well, in a way it was sad to see him leave. However, Andrew knew that this would make the Diglett happy so he didnt feel so bad.
Digg, his Pokémon squeaked in return. Being troublesome just happened to be part of his personality, but hed do his best not to overdo it right away. Sandy still needed to adjust to what exactly he was capable of. Hiroki studied Berry and Scatter. The two didnt seem to get along very well so that could provide him with some entertainment. Yes, this was all going to work out perfectly...

Sandy signed the form and smiled, recalling the ground type to his Pokeball once Andrew had said goodbye to him. Both Berry and Scatter were happy with the new addition to their team. At least it would provide Sandy with a new way to pair them up into teams, rather than force them to work with each other.
"Thanks Andrew, don't worry, I'll take good care of Hiroki!" Scatter looked around, as if remembered something important.
"....Nya?" Sandy's mind suddenly went to another matter.
"Oh Crap! I promised mom I'd call her 6pm sharp!" She gathered Scatter and Berry and turned to leave.
"Bye Andrew! Thankyou!" And with that, she rushed off to the Pokemon center to make that Oh so important phone call.
