Recruitment Competition


Here are some nice incentives for inviting your friends or for attracting people from the wider community to Zapdoszulu. In order to be eligible for these prizes, your recruit must create a Character Profile and they must answer the last question: How did you find us? by saying who recruited them.

Example:

How did you find us? Prof. Oak told me about it.

People will hear about this site through word of mouth. They get rewarded only for recruiting new members and not for how much they can spam. But I agree that there needs to be a complimentary reward for new recruits so you'll be able to recruit them more easily.


A recruit that has been referred here by a member (and has created a Profile) will receive a Surfing Pikachu (I don't have a Surfing Raichu sprite so if you evolve it, you'll have a normal Raichu sprite but it'll keep the special move.

Don't know if you'd accept TCG moves or not. Otherwise all Ditto will know is Transform. It can be useful sometimes. But what is the Pokemon Ditto turns into doesn't have very good moves? Or what if Ditto's fighting another Ditto? If it's Ditto VS Ditto, Transform would be pretty useless, so I added it's TCG moves.

Sorry, this competition isn't for Sign-Ups only.

You only win the prizes if your recruit creates a Character and answers the last question by saying they were reffered by you or vice versa for the Surf Pikachu.

(Please don't PM new members to this site, trying to recruit them. It might scare people away and it isn't in the spirit of this competition.)

It will only know transform though. I can't accept the TCG moves unfortunately because I want it based more closely on the games and people may want TCG moves later on for their Pokemon and some moves don't even exist in the games.

This Shiny Ditto is supposed to be more of a novelty Pokemon. It's not really meant to be powerful or anything. Transform's a good move though and training a Ditto can make battles very interesting. You don't find many roleplaying sites these days where you can get a Ditto.
