Aglaia didn't react on Silver's hars comments about both Saury and Wystan, as Wystan's evoluton made her speechless. When it was over she had black spots before her eyes, as she hadn't covered her eyes. She immediately started to look him up on the pokedex, still not paying any attention to Silver. Wystan heard him loud and clear though, and his happiness about his evolution was drown in anger by the boy's words. No matter how little he could move, he was ready to show that human what he could do and that he wasn't going to be put under foot so easily!
Aglaia's eyes widened when she saw Wystan's disadvantage to cyndaquil. "That is just like Saury, none of them like fire.." She thought and her attention snapped back to the battle when Silver called his attack. Aglaia recalled Wystan with a gasp and sent out the first and best pokemon she got her hands on: Shadow.
The purrloin leaped forward as soon as Aglaia had given her orders, but was still taken by surprise by the fire. Not that it stopped her and she quickly landed her attacks, while Aglaia protested against Silver's mocking. "Shadow is a good pokemon, and why should I use my bulbasaur against your fire type? He would be burned to crisp!" She wasn't able to stay as calm as she wanted, though she wasn't shouting or anything. She exhaled slowly once more to try hide successfully behind her professional mask and act like she was unfaced of all what Silver threw in her direction. "Saury is a good pokemon too and I see no reason to sent him into a battel which would give him unecessary harm." She said more calmly and couldn't help a humourless smile. "Look at me, defending pokemon. I would never have thought that would ever happen." She thought dryly.
Aglaia lifted her eyesbrows and resisted the temptation to try insult Silver, by saying something about why he had chosen it in the first place, if he didn't like it. She didn't as it went against everything she wanted to stand for as shop manager. She needed to be able to ignore all such comments and stay professional, but she had to admit Silver made it difficult.
"Looooiin!" Screamed Shadow as she got embers blasted straight at her face. She landed hard on the ground just in front of Aglaia. "Shadow!" Aglaia gasped and crouched beside her purrloin who wailed in her pain as all her skin burned and every movement hurt. Aglaia resisted the urge to touch Shadow as she could see all the heavily damaged skin, where the embers had burned away the fur. She bit her lip as Silver condescendingly offered her to forfeit the battle right away. At this moment Aglaia hated everything that had to do with pokemon battles, how could people like a thing that did this to their pokemon? All this unecessary violence. "Poor Shadow, perhaps it is the best if I really do give up now and stop all this nonsense. Then none of my pokemon would have to suffer like this.." Aglaia muttered under her breath, but was interrupted by Shadown who turned her head and hissed furiously at her trainer. Aglaia stumbled frightened away from her, scared the purrloin would indeed attack her. She watched as Shadow hauled herself to her feet and without taking her eyes off cyndaquil started towards it with shaking legs.
Aglaia stared at her open mouthed, and it took her a moment to understand the purrloin wanted to continue the fight. "But she can't battle in that condition, why does she want to continue!" Aglaia thought upset as she got to her feet. "But if she want to, do I have the right to stop it?" She thought and decided for now, she couldn't. It wasn't like Shadow was a child or anything, and perhaps she knew something Aglaia didn't.
"Shadow, wait!" Aglaia called out to her purrloin who hesitated and looked back. Aglaia was at her site immediately and quickly sprayed a potion on the worst wounds, the least she could do was trying to ease the pain. "Better?" Aglaia asked worried and Shadow headbutted her hand gently with a soft purr, which made Aglaia smile nervously. "Perhaps try the strange tackle-scratchy thingy of yours? You know, the one named assist?" Aglaia murmured to Shadown who looked pluzzled at her until she understood what her trainer meant. "Purrr" She purred amused as confirmation, Assist was always fun to use and now she had a lot more team members to copy, so who should it be this time?
Aglaia rose once more and took a few steps back to get to a safe distance of the battling. "Thank you for your offer, but I have to continue to the very end it seems." Aglaia said with a polite smile and made an apologising gesture towards Shadow, indicating it was her wish. "I remember very well what you so kindly told me back when I only had Saury, but I'm not so skilled in battles yet and I'm not ready to implament your way of training." She said not completely sure herself if she was sarcastic or if she just tried to avoid further confrontations with him not really giviing him anything to be angry about. She was definitely not going to let him offend her and make her angry, she would gain nothing from that. She looked at Shadow with pity, as she was still hindered in her movement by the burned skin, and wondered if there was something else she could do for her, and she started to looked through her pokedex to see if she could get any answers by reading about Cyndaquils ember attack. She still didn't like to battle, but when her pokemon demanded to continue she didn't dare to do much else than try to accept it and help any way she could, to avoid too much suffering. But right now, it really disgusted her to be a part of it and she understood why her parents had kept her away from it.
Used (1) potion, not selfupdated. (OOC:Alter forgets Sand-attack and learns Mud Slap again, and thanks for updating Wystan.)

Leering his eyes, Silver watched closely at how Aglaia handled her injured Purrloin. The ember attack from his Cyndaquil had been efficient, finally something which plucked the fire type off of his trash list. The clear concern on her face confused him completely, however, why were there trainers like her? In his mind, there were weak Pokemon and strong Pokemon. The weak were useless to him and should be toss to one side whilst the strong reigned supreme. He would never be down on his knees to heal a pathetic Pokemon so he couldn't fathom the reason for building close attachments or friendships with his team in the way that Aglaia was. Friendship only got in the way and made battles unnecessarily emotional, emotion being another thing only the weak would show. "Pah, you don't belong in this battling world." Silver stated bluntly as he rested a hand on his waist, "Your Pokemon are weak but you are even worse. You can't even control them properly. Without a stern fist, your Pokemon will never become strong. You will all just wallow weakly, in your pathetic excuse of an existence."
Sneering in disgust, he watched as the Purrloin hissed back at her trainer. Not that he could blame the Purrloin for acting this way, it must've been humiliating being sent into a battle only to be pitied rather than supported by their trainer. With shaken legs, the burnt Purrloin staggered back up onto her paws, prepared to carry on the assault against Cyndaquil. "Give it up, you mangy cat. Your trainer ain't suited for this. Just get lost before we burn you until you're unrecognisable." As he spoke these words, his brow frowned, Aglaia moving forward with a potion to heal her partner. "Fool. Just go already." Silver grunted between his clenched teeth. "Ember again." He ordered in an authoritative tone, the small Cyndaquil taking in a deep breath and spewing out more flickering embers which scorched the body of Shadow. Flinching painfully as she felt the horrendous burning sensation again, she refused to show this weakness and remained proudly standing on her paws. Aglaia had finally taken action by healing her and this feline wasn't ready to fall without a fight.
Laughing in disbelief, Silver shook his head, vivid red hair flicking from side to side as he did. "I guess it's better for the weak to rely on Potions." Loosely shrugging his shoulders, the boy showed a slither of curiosity in his expression as she ordered an unfamiliar move. Assist? Shadow smirked as she recalled the numerous moves of the other Pokemon she was travelling alongside, a more recent move springing to mind. With a sudden burst of speed, the feline pounced forward, digging a claw into the dirt and focusing all her pressure into that one paw. With a powerful flick, she sent an array of dirt and mud flying through the air, striking the Cyndaquil right in the face and even splattering across the tip of Silver's boots. Growling with rage as he looked at the dirt on his boots, his face almost became as red as the colour of his hair as he lifted a fist to Aglaia, "Oi! What the heck is this?! That stupid cat shouldn't be able to use that move!" Tutting to himself, there was no point getting too overworked. Instead, he had to focus on the fact that now the vision of his Cyndaquil wasn't one hundred percent.
Curling his lip with anger, he sent a vicious glare back to the female. "Whatever. I'll be sure to crush you. Then you'll realise that you should rule your Pokemon with an iron fist!" Deciding to play defensively in his own way, Silver had a small plan on how to counteract the sneaky mud slap. "Use Smokescreen!" Not needing precise vision for this move, the partially sighted Cyndaquil released a cloud of smoke which quickly covered their fighting area. The outline of the trainers could still be barely seen but the Pokemon, not so much.

Aglaia didn't answer Silver's comment, as she was too occupied worrying over Shadow. Even if she hadn't, she wouldn't have had any idea of what to say since she agreed with him. She didn't want to be a part of this world, and had she had the last word, she would have stayed back home and worked to reach her goal: her own shop. It wasn't her decision and no matter how little she liked it, she had to learn about pokemon which too meant she had to learn how to battle with them.
Shadow was frustrated by Aglaia's lack of determination and willpower, but she herself refused to let that boy win and "prove" he was right. She had heard Saury's stories about this redheaded trainer and she would do everything in her power to keep Aglaia away from his way of training, it was her and the whole team's wellbeing he tried to gamble. She was surprised when Aglaia chose to help her, and she purred both because it was nice she showed some kindness, but deffinitely also because she felt much better by it. She jumped straight into the ember without hesitation.
Aglaia frowned a bit when Silver called her weak for using a potion. Was that just something he said in the line of thinking of her as weak? Or was there some unwritten rule about when to use potions, which she didn't know about?
Her frown got even deeper when it was a very, very strange tackle Shadow made. It surely didn't look like the last time she asked her to use the Assist attack. It only confused her even more, when he exclaimed Shadow shouldn't even know how to throw the mud, was that even a move? Either way that had to mean Shadow wasn't listening to her and since she knew her task as trainer was "to guide and control her pokemon, both inside and outside of battles." At least that was what her book said.
Aglaia covered her mouth and coughed as the smoke filled the area, while Shadow hissed again. It had just turned into her favour, it wasn't fair he was making it harder for her again! Only one way to find out. "Shadow, use scratch again." Aglaia asked her purrloin who twitched an ear in her direction.
Shadow blinked several times, but her eyes kept watering as they were full of itching smoke. She hissed frustrated one more time and heard Aglaia's.. suggestion. She made an annoyed flick with her ear as she thought about it and then narrowed her eyes as she decided not to do as asked. With all the amazing oportunities in assist, she wouldn't return to use something as boring as a scratch attack again! She smiled maliously. She liked the shocked expression on the boy's face too!
(I can't see where cyndaquil used tackle? And Shadow used Assist.) Morri edit: You're right, it was meant to be Ember, so fixed!

Route 30 | Silver noticed her silence, but he didn't seem to inclined to comment on it, not at the moment. He looked over at Cyndaquil. It was clear by it's ragged breathing that he was becoming quite tired. But he wasn't going to be like this weak girl, and do something like use a potion. Those who relied on items to heal their Pokemon were stupid, and didn't deserve to be among the battling kind. People like that were probably the types to leave their Pokemon in daycares, or be lacksidasical when it came to raising their Pokemon. No matter what anyone told him, he felt he was raising his Pokemon in his own way, so it wasn't cruel. At least not by his standards. They could have had it far far worse, he thought with a clenched fist.
Shadow, who wasn't keen on listening to her trainer's command, crouched lowly, staring at the Pokemon in front of her. Her tail flicked slightly before she took off running. But she suddenly skidded to a stop, standing on two legs, she formed a ball of mud over one paw, slamming it into the Cyndaquil's face.. But the Cyndaquil remained their, chirping its name a few times.
"Hmph. You will never know true power, girl. Cyndaquil use Ember!" As commanded, the Cyndaquil shot another ember at the already singed cat, who winced in pain as she was already dealing with the effects of her burn as well.

When Aglaia was free from Silver's snapping comments, she stayed silent in the hope it would stay so. It too gave her time to think as she wasn't sure how long this battle would continue, and Shadow looked like she couldn't continue for much longer. The potion had helped her, that was clear, but she didn't have an unlimited stock of those. She quickly checked her bag. Two, she had two left. As Shadow once again threw mud in the case of the firetype and got burned by its searing embers, Aglaia thought if she should switch pokemon and give Shadow a rest from all the fires. The problem was the same as before, It would be suiside to use Saury or Wystan, and as Alter was exhausted from the last battle, it left her with Paloma or her newly aquired Leo. "Leo has the advantage here, I think, but he is so young and how will he fell if that He is mean to him?" Aglaia thought as she wondered about the young spheal. she was reluctant to call him out as Silver was not a pleasant company and she didn't wanted the spheal to get a nasty first battle now he had just parted with his mother. "I can't do that to him, which means I only have Paloma." Aglaia decided and licked her lips nervously as the pidgey was the most unpredictable on her team.
Aglaia found the pokeballs as Shadow fought to get back on her shaking legs. The purrloin shot a hopeful glance towards her trainer, in the hope of getting another potion and spotted the pokeballs while instantly understanding the plan with them. Shadow gave so furious hissing growl, Aglaia dropped what she had in her hands to stare terrified at her. Shadow calmed down when she saw the girls reaction and instead whined a bit while taking a unsteady step, pleading for another potion. She needed to teach this boy a lesson, at all costs! From the look of the cyndaquil it wouldn't take that long, though, she just needed to be sure she could pull it through and lasted a bit longer than it.
Shadow pretended to stumble and Aglaia got her hint, hurried to her with yet another potion. As the pain eased and fresh energy ran through her body, Shadow purred delighted before turned a malious eye at cyndawuil. "Purr-loin." "You know you are going to lose, when you trainer isn't helping you like mine. Is he too proud or too dump?" She asked it, the last not as mockingly as the first. She didn't have any trouble with the cyndaquil, yet. It was the trainer that was the problem in this case, unless the cyndaquil turned out to be as stupid when it opened its mouth.
As soon as Aglaia was done, Shadow leaped at the cyndaquil deciding quikly which one of her team mates attacks to use against it. Which one should unknowingly assist her this time?
(OOC: I just noticed Shadow is listed as level 15 in the battle, while she isn't more than 13 when the battle with cyndaquil started..) Morri OOC: Sorry about that, that was my fault for copy/pasting my battle screen and I must've forgot to change the level. However, in both mine and Kat's post the HP was still out of /37, which is Shadow's HP amount at Level 13 so battle wise, it should still be okay.

Ooc: Just to check Tarlar did you auto update the Potion you are using this round? I want to make sure so I do not take too many away. Also for Assist I was not entirely sure if it was a random attack each time or only the first time but as it said random when I looked it up rng rolled Water Gun so it worked out either way. Also Shadow was listed as level 14 in your party so by adding 2 levels she is actually level 16 now despite the battle result below saying level 15. Edit: Somehow I missed Wystan briefly appearing but he has leveled up to 10 and evolved into Beedrill while learning Fury Attack . The battle results have been updated. Thank you to Tarlar who let me know I missed that. Ic: By this point in time Cyndaquil could hardly stand. The echidna Pokemon was tired from all of the fighting. Silver was less than pleased that his Pokemon was losing to a cat. The red haired trainer's face turned red with anger as he saw Cyndaquil try to lie down and rest. " Cyndaquil you had better not lose to this Potion abusing coward. If you do not win this battle you will swim with the Magikarp do you hear me?" He said as the fire type tried it's best to stand up. As Cyndaquil managed to stand up in front of Shadow Silver gave the unlucky Pokemon it's next order. " Now Cyndaquil show this whiney cat who is boss with another Ember."As the small Embers flew towards Shadow she screamed out in pain as the heat burned some of her fur. She was already suffering from a previous burn and now she had to deal with another patch of fur being burned off. Shadow was more than willing to end the battle at this point. She had put up with Silver being a jerk for too long and using Assist she called upon a teammates power for help. Suddenly a ball of water appeared in front of her mouth as she fired a Water Gun at Cyndaquil. It was not the most well aimed attack but she hit the echidna in it's front legs. Cyndaquil fell over on it's side and refused to get back up at this point. Silver was outraged that he had lost. He was incredibly upset at Cyndaquil for failing him but he still had a few things to say to Aglaia before he walked off. " You have not seen the last of me. Next time we meet I will not hold anything back. I will prove that being tough on Pokemon is the only true way to raise them. Here take this pocket change and buy yourself a bandaid for that wimpy cat of yours." He said before he stormed off to punish Cyndaquil and Zubat for losing. Trainer Pokemon Battle
Silver's Cyndaquil: | Level 12| Health: 0% (0/35 HP) Status: KO'ed KO'ed
Aglaia's Shadow: | Level 13 | Health: 35% (13/37 HP) Status:Burned, Accuracy -1 Finally it is over!
Shadow fought well and gained 2 levels. She is now level 15. Shadow is trying to learn Pursuit would you like her to forget a move to learn Pursuit? Wystan has gained 1 level and is now level 10. He has evolved into Beedrill and learned Fury Attack .

(I would like to ask to meet a bidoof)
Aglaia stood dumbfounded and stared blankly at where the battle had just been. Her mouth was open and she was like frozen while Silver rambled and even gave her money for winning. She stood there for several minutes until Shadow, who had wondered if Aglaia had somehow become paralyzed, limped to her side and nudged her leg gently. Aglaia just turned to stare at Shadow who took a few steps back. "Did you just? But that is impossible!" Aglaia mumbled and looked confused at Shadow. The purrloin purred pleased and limped around her legs, proud that she had managed to win the battle and doing her best ot hide the pain though she would love to visit that pink dressed lady with the gentle hands right now.
Shadow sat down amused as Aglaia absentmined stuffed the money in her pocket before rummaging through ther bag to find her pokedex. She started to wash herself and clean her burned areas as Aglaia pointed the device at her while mumbling to herself. She knew the human wouldn't find any water moves when looking at her, and since she had no way of explaining how Assist worked, she just waited for Aglaia to be ready to continue. She was bound to understand it some day, since Shadow was not going to stop using it, no matter if Aglaia told her to do it or not.
"How can it be possible? It shouldn't be, she can't learn any water attacks, so how did she use the water??" Aglaia mumbled frustrated while she tried to get something out of the four moves she could see under Shadow, which she had reread several times without any new information popping up. If Aglaia thought she had dreamt it, she just had to look at the wet puddle on the ground to be convinced, and since she had won the battle, it couldn't be from any of Silver's pokemon as he had only had the fire type out. Shadow paused her washing to look curious at Aglaia, who tried to hide a embarrased smile. She had thought that the cyndaquil could have been so scared it could have gotten an accident like child, and that thought was so hilarious it made her crack up. "No, that is not nice to the pokemon." She scolded herself and schooled her expression.
"I can't find any answers, so I just have to accept the world of pokemon is bizarre and makes no sense!" She thought and got back to her feet. She narrowed her eyes at Shadow. "I'll better get you to the pokemon center for a check up." She said more to herself than to Shadown, who got hopefully to her feet and dodged out of sight when Aglaia found her pokeball. Aglaia frowned worried but started down the street and relaxed when Shadow followed her closely, only disappearing out of sight whenever Aglaia raised her pokeball. When Aglaia gave up and tucked it away, Shadow was at her side with her chin raised in pride. She had won the difficult battle and proved to Aglaia that the boy were wrong! High on her victory she didn't feel the pain from her burned areas and she couldn't help to look for someone to cross claws with. She had won and she wanted to win again!
(ooc: Iiiiiih! Wystan evolved, this is going to be fun to play nexttime he is out of his pokeball. And I was waiting for a time when Assist would rng something that Shadow surely wouldn't be able to do, so thank you!)

The Purrloin had much to be proud of. Many Pokemon had fallen in defeat to the irate Silver and his Cyndaquil, so a little pride in this case wasn't unwarranted. Cherrygrove streets weren't too busy, and the same was to be said with Route 30. The grasses were practically barren. A strange turn of events had led a whole herd of Doduo into Cherrygrove, which were causing quite the commotion. Many of the wild Pokemon, unaware and probably afraid of the newcomers, weren't wandering outside of their holes and dens. However, those that did probably weren't afraid, and promised for decent battles. The Pokeball-disliking Purrloin would cross claws soon. And, probably, for vengence. A set of eyes watched the Purrloin pass, and even if the Pokemon wanted to stay hidden, there was no masking the sound of shrill laughter. There was always that -one- person in a group that had the most terrible, obnoxious laugh. And, of course, this Pokemon happened to have one. The shrill laughing came from a bush, but the Pokemon soon tumbled out of it, holding it's sides as it rolled on the ground. The passing Purrloin with the singed fur and burn marks was just too good. Comedy gold! Bidoof chuckled, taking in a deep breath only to laugh more, and point it's paws at the Purrloin. Tears welled up in it's eyes as it laughed, and after a few moments, a few Pokemon stuck their heads out of their holes and dens to see the commotion. There was honor at stake here! Wild Bidoof (Level 8) has laughed at the burned cat! Fight or flee for your lives!

Aglaia rubbed her ears as a high pitched noise attacked them. That was a terrible sound! She looked around but couldn't see anything that caused it, so she just walked faster to get away from it. She didn't make any link between the sound and that is was a pokemon who made it, since it didn't sound anything like a pokemon to her. She didn't think for one moment either, that it was a laughter, since she had never heard a pokemon laugh like that before.
Shadow on the other hand, wasn't so clueless though she ignored the laughter in the hope it wasn't her it was aimed at. When the bidoof rolled out from its hiding place, she stopped to look at it expectantly. This was a good chance to win yet another battle and show the bidoof it got nothing to laugh at, and she smiled maliciously and leaped at it from her standing position, ready to scratch it.
Aglaia felt something brush her leg and turned to look what it was. She gasped when she saw Shadow in mid air towards a rolling... bidoof?! "Is that the same one?" She thought briefly before she by reflex called out Wystan in the hope he could help her, somehow. Too late she remembered his immobile form and she groaned complaining when she saw her kakuna materilise on the ground before her. She was about to recall him, when he became surrounded by a blinding light. "Can he be evovling again, already?!" Aglaia thought nervously as she shielded her eyes. she remembered what Silver ahd said the first time they had met, that she needed to be harsh on her pokemon or else they would turn against her when they evolved and became stronger. She had really started to like Wystan as weedle and had become a little sad when he had became the hard cocoon, though he hadn't worried her much as he couldn't move. He was her first friend and she had become fond of him, but now he evolved yet again, then what would happen?
The lighted faded and Aglaia took a few steps backwards when she saw Wystans new form. He was much taller, had gotten wings and a par of unsettling long stingers where his hands would have been. She froze in fear as he turned to look at her, and before she got time to run away he raced towards her and threw his stingers at her... Aglaia blinked confused several moments later, when she slowly realized it did not hurt. She carefully look down and saw Wystan's face just below her's, his arms wrapped around her. "We-e-e-e-" Wystan cried out happily and Aglaia slowly started to relax. He was.. hugging her?

As Bidoof stood laughing uncontrollably at the sight of Shadow it never noticed the cat heading it's way. It thought that a burnt cat was the funniest thing in the world until it saw Wystan evolve into a Beedrill in the distance. The beaver nearly died laughing at such a weird looking bee. Bidoof laughed for a good ten minutes as Shadow was standing right in front of it. Bidoof were not known for their intelligence at all but Shadow wanted Bidoof to learn respect and to not laugh at others misfortunes. She waited until the beaver looked her right in the eyes when she made her move. She lunged at the beaver at full speed as it took notice of her again. Using her reflexs and jumped on Bidoof as she scratched Bidoof's face with her front claws and it's back with her rear claws. As Bidoof yiped out in pain the poor Pokemon was not in the best of shape. With red lines from the scratches it received covering it's face and back the beaver was rather slow to try and make a retaliatory strike on Shadow. Managing to somehow overcome the pain it ran towards Shadow who was licking her burnt fur and Tackled her with as much speed and power that it's little legs could carry it. Shadow almost immediately recovered from the attack as it was not cery strong. Bidoof grew rather frightful of Shadow by now. She had already proven she was stronger and faster than Bidoof. The beaver was a bit upset that Shadow had been so rough but this round did teach it an important lesson in respect and it was a lesson that Bidoof would not likely forget anytime soon. Shadow only needed to take a few steps to regain her balance after the tackle. This was going to be easy! She could already feel the excitement of winning the battle rush through her. The only question was if she should stay with another Scratch, or if it would be more fun to use assist again and take the bidoof by surprise. It didn't look like it could be much more surprised though... Shadow wasn't bothered by its laughing, she was too high on her winning to care. A part of her became sad of the frightened look it sent her, as she did not want the ones around her to fear her.
Aglaia smiled uncertain to Wystan as he squished her quickly, when nothing else happened she relaxed. "He is not violent at all, I had nothing to fear." She thought and smile fondly. "Bee-e-e-driii." Wystan cried out releaved she wasn't scared of him, and why should she? He wanted to protect her against anything that scared her. Speaking of that, there was a thing he needed to take care off. He turned around to look at the bidoof, whom actually hadn't scared Aglaia, not yet at least, but since they were already battling it, it was a good opportunity to learn his new body. He spread his wings and flapped them testingly a few times, before he tried to fly over to Shadow. He managed a few couple of meters before he had to land again, as he felt too unsecure controlling them. It would take a bit practice for him to feel safe about flying, so it was good he still had his legs.
Shadow crouched as she wanted to jump at the bidoof again, but a white, cone-shaped stinger was suddenly blocking her way. She hizzed surprised while she took a few steps backwards, as she expected to be attacked by another pokemon. "Relax Shadown, it's me!" Wystan said while waving his antennaes and Shadow looked closer at him. "Wystan? You have evovled?" She said surprised and sounded more cheerful as she said it. Wystan hummed in agreement. Shadow flicked her tail and glanced at the bidoof. "I'm really happy for you, that is awesome what have happened... but.. You kind of interrupted me and I would like to finish it." Shadow told him, while streething her back, ready to leap at the bidoof again. "That was why I stopped you." Wystan answered and stared sharply at him. "As you have noticed I have just evolved, and I would like to know what I'm capable off." He said gently and Shadow sent him a half-disappointed smile. "Of course, I'll wait beside our trainer." She said with a nod and turned as Wystan answered with another nod.
As Wystan, after a moment of hesitation, jumped in and tried to hit the bidoof multiply times with his stingers, Shadow sat down beside Aglaia, who was busy looking at her pokedex. Typical her not paying attention to what happens around her. Shadow thought with a glance at the human.

After parting from the arms of Aglaia and entering the battle with his new wings, Wystan eventually had to land and ended up quickly conversing with Shadow. The wild Bidoof looked over blankly, between both Pokemon and the female trainer. They surely were a strange group. Most trainers it had come across would always jump straight into a battle and knock it out with a single blow. But this team were so laid back and kind to one another that it was almost a weird sight. Blinking it's beady eyes further, it's jaw dropped slightly as the calm words of the Beedrill were enough to cause the Purrloin to retreat back to her master! Whilst the singed feline was both funny in the fact that her fur had been burnt yet scary because of her strength, she was much better than this terrifying looking bug. Feeling it's body begin to shake somewhat, a sweat drop rolled down the side of the Bidoof's head, a rather uncomfortable chuckle of some kind leaving it's mouth. Was it now laughing out of nerves? It certainly was a strange beaver.
Needing to protect itself somehow, it decided to try and intimidate Wystan. Not that it would do much good in comparison to the giant pair of stingers he had. Drawing in a deep breath, the Bidoof tried it's best to act a little more serious, forcing a frown as it made some kind of pathetic growl. Wystan took a step or two back at first but it was more out of pity than fear. After all, who wouldn't feel sorry for a Pokemon that was about to be stung by a pair of giant needles. Beating his wings, the Beedrill attempted once again to take control of his new body and swept low across the floor toward the Bidoof. With a lift of his appendages, he began to stab them forward, painfully striking critical points of the Bidoof's body before retreating, landing carefully back on the ground. Taking a tumble on the last stab, Bidoof stared at it's surroundings with it's eyes wide open. It could literally feel itself hanging on by a shred of health, by mere luck! Gaining a reason to laugh again, it let out a manic series of snorts and chuckles as it wearily staggered back up onto it's feet. Had it gone insane?
Staring to Wystan tiredly, the Bidoof managed to trip it's way forward, landing an ungraceful tackle into the bug but ultimately falling face first to the ground due to the little amount of health it had left. Still laughing to itself, it was a miracle the Bidoof hadn't fainted after Wystan's attack.

Wystan stumbled and fought to keep his balance, when he was done with his swipes. It was hard to get used to those two long twigs, which was his legs now. He had been used to small stubs and had almost got no time as kakuna to forget it, so he wanted to take tiny steps all the time, which didn't fit well with his new body. Just as he got his balance, the bidoof rammed into him. It was not a very strong blow, but enough for him to lose his balance and digging his stingers deep into the ground as he tried to avoid fell. It helped him regain his balance, but he soon found another problem when he was back on his feet: his stingers were stuck! How much trouble would this new body give him?! Wasn't it supposed to make him stronger and better? At least he shoudl be more agile with his newly developed wings, which he ahd always dreamt about getting so he could fly high up above the trees he had lived in, but he had never imagined it to be so difficult! He hoped it wasn't just him, since if nobody else had this kind of trouble, who knew if there was something wrong with him and he would never be able to gain full control?
Shadow suddenly got busy washing herself as she did not want Wystan to know, she couldn't help but giggle of him. He was so proud and serious but he looked ridiculus trying to pull up his stucked arms!
Aglaia narrowed her eyes at the bidoof as it looked very familiar to her. "Oh! That is just like the one which followed me!" Aglaia exclaimed as she remembered the time her whole team had split up and left her back alone. A biddof had appeared several times and now it was happening again. Aglaia frowned worried. "Is it the same one?" She thought nervously and bit her lip. If it was, then why was it following her? And how to make it stop? She wasn't surprised to see how hard Wystan hit it as he had evolved two times and she knew those of the latest stage was the strongest! She found him rather intimidating though his hug from before, kept her from being afraid of him.
She could see he was in trouble though and there was one way she could both easily stop the bidoof and try help Wystan. She picked up a pokeball and carefully sneaked closer, hoping the bidoof wouldn't notice her. When she thought she was close enough and didn't dared to shortening the space between her and the battle, she bend down and rolled the pokeball over the ground towards the bidoof. She was terrible at throwing!
(ooc: used one pokebal. Haven't updated anything.)

Looking through it's blurred vision, the slightly chaotic Bidoof was still barely hanging onto it's breath. At this point, it just wanted to hurry up and faint, so it could have a nice rest in order to recover and then carry on with it's laughing ways. Why, it was sure that there were plenty of other locals to laugh at during this time of day. Yet remembering the locals, there was something familiar about this girl. Trying to look past the almost comical sight of Wystan getting his stingers stuck into the ground whilst trying to keep his balance, the Bidoof could now be seen clearly looking towards Aglaia. Once again, it's vision wasn't one hundred percent due to it's low health but even the tone of her voice was familiar. Maybe it had been hit too hard by both Shadow and Wystan but in the moment of silence, it finally remembered. This was the girl that was lost! Perking it's head up ever so slightly in realisation, it thought back to what had happened. She had somehow been separated from her team and by a stroke of luck, it had managed to point her in the right direction back to them.
Remembering this, the Bidoof almost felt guilty for laughing at her team. Earlier on, it had appeared twice but neither time had she bothered to truly acknowledge it's presence. The first time, it was as if she was scared but it couldn't really blame her since she had been without Pokemon. But the second time, well, it was as if the Bidoof wasn't even there! One look at it's buck teeth and she just turned around and got away! Still, it was happy that they had been reunited. It guessed. Preparing itself mentally to be finished off, as it figured the girl only saw it as a nuisance, the Bidoof turned it's head back to the stuck Beedrill, just as she had begun to move closer. Sneaking forward with a Pokeball in her hand, she strangely rolled the ball instead of throwing it but by doing it this way, the Bidoof hadn't even noticed that it had been touched! The image of Wystan disappearing right before it's eyes, the Bidoof was drawn into the Pokeball. The object shaking from side to side hesitantly.
WIGGLE. WIGGLE. WIGGLE. . . . TING!

Aglaia hold her breath until the pokeball laid still, then she sighed with relief. Had she thought about the statistic and how many bidoof there was living in this area, she would have been sure, it couldn't be the same one she had met the last time. She wasn't even sure it had been the same one she had met the two times she had encountered the species before, but if it was she was now sure it wouldn't keep creeping after her. The only question now was to do with it.
Aglaia bent down to pick up the pokeball, but it disappeared before her eyes. "Wha.. what?! Where did it go??" She exclaimed surprised and looked frantically around. "What is happening?" Shadow strolled to her side and started to investigate the area, though only halfhearted. She did not know what had happened to the pokeball, that was the humans department, and since it wasn't a friend of her she wasn't really concerned. "Driiiiiil!" Cried Wystan as he once again tried to pull up his stingers, and he looked pleadingly at Aglaia, this wasn't fun at all. "Oh! I'm sorry Wystan." Aglaia said embarrassed and hurried to his side, sine she of course couldn't leave him standing there. She helped him pull his stingers out of the ground, and almost got hit by one of them, so she had to reassure the worried Wystan she was uninjured.
"Did you find out what happened with the pokeball Shadow?" Aglaia asked and sighed when she saw the purrloin was washing herself with no pokeball in sight. "Does that mean you can't find it, or that you didn't look for it in the first place?" Aglaia murmured to herself and Wystan looked questioningly at Shadow. "I don't know where it is, there is not sign of it moving away from where it landed." She defended herself and gestured to the ground where there were plenty of footprints from the bidoof, but no tracks of a rolling pokeball. She started to cleans one of her burned spots and winched from the pain. "I'm not a dog. Besides, it is probably just a thing it was meant to do, which she doesn't know about. Humans has a lot of weird devices which can do strange things." Wystan nodded understandingly, he couldn't see either how they should find it when it had disappeared the way it had. "It must be here somewhere!" Aglaia said to herself as she tried to find the pokeball. Shadow groaned as her skin began to hurt more and more, now she wasn't distracted by her recent winning, and waiting for Aglaia trying to find a pokeball that wasn't there, didn't make it any better. She started to whine and complain loudly about her burned areas and Aglaia stared shocked at her, then she flushed by embarrassment. Of course her injured pokemon were more important than a missing pokeball with a pokemon she didn't even wanted! "Let's get you two to the Pokemon Center." She mumbled as she recalled Shadow and hurried back with Wystan at her heels, training his flying all the way.
"Sorry, Joy?" Aglaia said hesitantly as she returned to the desk after being told what had happened with her pokeball, and then went to check the PC to see it for herself. The nurse turned and looked kindly at Aglaia. "It isn't there. There is only the one I put there myself a while ago." Aglaia explained and Nurse Joy looked surprised at her. "Oh! That must be a mistake. Do you have your pokedex with you, so I can check your records?" Joy asked and Aglaia nodded as she handed over the required item. Joy first checked it was Aglaia's before she put it in her computer and clicked around for a while. "I see the problem here, there was an error in the system and it has been sent to an 'Ethan Bentley' by a mistake. I will correct that instantly." She assured Aglaia, but was interrupted. "Oh, you don't need to do that. Just make sure it don't happen in the future and let him keep it." Aglaia said and Nurse Joy looked astonished at her. "Are you sure? "Yes, I wasn't planning on keeping it anyway, so it actually solved a problem for me." Aglaia explained shyly. Nurse Joy looked thoughtfully at her for a long time, before she shrugged and handed back Aglaia's pokedex.
(ooc: I moved the bidoff directly to Tiki's Ethan, as payment for the swablu he caught me. Ending this thread too, next one is going to be the double one! Wee)
