Mission Objective: Wanted Pokemon Acquisition Target: Stupid Ball the Spheal Trainer: Tony Dracone Location: Violet City Streets
Tobias' fortunes had been on the up recently. His string of successfully accomplished missions had seen his reputation increase tenfold within the organisation and he was fast becoming less of a grunt and more of a stalwart member. Given specialist missions and assisting with the cyber crimes the Rockets were committing it meant he barely had any time for himself. But for a man of business like Tobias, that was hardly a drawback. Everything he did was to further his goals. Obtain power. Riches. Infamy. Of course, there was a deeper seated reason that motivated him above all else but the less he dwelt on it the better. All he knew was, if he could seize the reigns of Team Rocket, he'd not only have a criminal empire at his disposal but he could direct them to slay that vile dragon that haunted his past and even him to this day. Running a hand over his eye patch, he gasped at the coldness that emanated from it. " Accursed..." He mumbled his breath. He was still no closer to finding a cure for it. Looking up from the desk he was sitting at, he was tended to by Prometheus who was perched on his shoulder. Intensifying the warmth of his body, the biting chill wore off, allowing Tobias to think clearly once more. " It's time." He murmured, now back in control of his mind. He had reserved a laboratory room within the Team Rocket HQ. He had wanted to begin testing out Harker's techniques. Having spent a great deal of time reverse engineering the remains of Jarvis and dissecting the rules, it seemed as if Tobias had gained a rudimentary grasp of what had been done. Although there was still a lot unclear. Jarvis was able to exist in the real world and the virtual. There must have been some sort of interfacing component he had looked over but nevertheless, he was confident in the concept of grafting a metal armour to a test subject. Thus turning it into a mechanised version of itself. Which lead to another point of fortune that had happened to the criminal in recent times. Utilising Lateralus to scan the internet for Pokemon available he was able to hack a number of rare creatures to his sortie and where the encryption was unbreakable, he simply traded off a tool for his target. This one such example was a incredibly bloodthirsty Scyther which had been put up for trade thanks to their previous trainer being unable to control its tendencies. Not the least bit concerned about taming the Pokemon's behaviour, it was something Tobias preferred to have in a weapon. This Scyther would however be the guinea pig for his experiments. " Load up the Metal Coat." Handing a jar of metallic coating that he had obtained from one of Team Rocket's plunders, it was placed into a rather fancy looking piece of equipment by Prometheus. It seems the monkey had drawn the short straw by being Tobias' lab assistant. " Here, place Mateus into the Pokeball holder." Grabbing the ball, the simian swung over to the holder, placing the creature away. Placing the door shut, Prometheus scrambled up to his usual perch on Tobias' shoulder as they both watched the information fill up on the screen. Visuals, vitals and various bits of information were discerned about Mateus the Scyther. " Let us see if this test will be successful." Looking down at the console before him, he pressed the button to initiate the grafting process. Having placed the metal coat into a refinery station, it would be melt down and then bonded with the Scyther's body. As it did, the Pokemon which had been transferred to a containment room screamed in agony as the metal was fused with its body. The more and more metal that was grafted, the more the Scyther's body began to change. It was to the point of being an entirely different Pokemon. Rising in number, a computer monitor informed those witnessing the experiment just how long was left to go. Rising from 0%, to 25%, to 50% it went on and on for an excruciating amount of time. 75%, 99%, the test was nearly finished. " Vital signs appear to be stabilising... Good. There is no point in losing valuable tools." An alarm flashing off, the monitor finally read 100%. Examining the screen, Tobias took in all the information. " Hmph. So... Instead of fully copying Harker's technique, it instead acted as a catalyst for evolution. Not quite what I was looking for." Analysing over the information, it seemed the once emerald preying mantis was now a crimson red Scizor. " Release." He commanded as the Pokeball itself summoned the newly created Pokemon forward. Appearing at the other end of the room, Tobias folded his arms as he gazed at it in an aloof manner. Checking out the changes to its physiology, Mateus appeared almost lost but as he started to test out his new found changes, it seemed the Pokemon was satisfied. Clashing its pincers together, it fluttered the wings on its back and was able to lift itself off the ground still. What was even more surprising was as it opened up its pincer widely, there appeared to be some modifications from within, a cannon of some sort. " Ah. Not yet. That's not quite ready." Tobias cut in. Had he gone further than just causing an evolution? Nevertheless, it seemed although the mechanised transformation had not been successful, Tobias had at least acquired a powerful weapon at his disposal. " I do believe this may be worth testing out on the field. Ah yes." Referring to the C-Gear on his wrist, he began looking through the newly published dossiers. Team Rocket's control of the region was tightening and as it did, more and more opportunities were cropping up in order for Team Rocket to fully take over. One in particular piqued his interest. Reading in his head, he began going over the information. " Target owner is a teenage boy... Tony Dracone. Son of a rival mafia organisation in direct competition with Team Rocket." Thinking over if he had heard of the name, it didn't seem to ring any bells. Perhaps this was a small time group which only had a foothold in Johto alone. Reading on, he poured over some more information. " Target for theft is a Spheal by the name of Stupid Ball..." Trailing off as he heard the name, Tobias cringed. He had no bonds with his Pokemon nor the mistaken notion of Pokemon being anything more than tools. But to name it in such a juvenile way. Shaking his head a final time, he read further. " ...By acquiring Stupid Ball we send a clear message to the Dracone gang that we can strike at them any time, anywhere, even important members of the organisation. Team Rocket is not to be messed with. Expert target owner to be roaming around Violet City's streets with back up muscle. Highly advisable to hit and run. Upon theft, ensure no one is tailing you. If followed, dispatch the grunts, or we will dispatch of you." Raising a rather incredulous eyebrow, it seemed as if Team Rocket had some reason to take this rival gang as a threat. " We shall see about that." Murmured Tobias. " Now, where exactly is... Hm?" Resuming back into the dossier information, he was to be met with a spot of nuisance. " Target's locations are largely unknown. Reports suggest Violet City streets. You will have to locate target." Lowering his sleeve over his wrist, he began to ponder how best to tackle this. Ultimately there would be a lot of time wasted if he were to scour the entirety of Violet City for the specific target. He could definitely hack remotely into the various CCTV around the area but a stray idea entered his head. If he wanted to find the target as quickly as possible, it seemed like the most practical route. Even if it did involve him having to lower his standards. " Hmph, I suppose it was inevitable." Returning his belongings and Pokemon, he disappeared off to his quarters in order to retrieve something. As he gathered what he needed, he utilised Team Rocket's transport network to get him to Violet City. Arriving, he got out of the vehicle and appeared to be clad head to toe in not his usual attire. Bearing a cap, gloves boots and a dark jumpsuit characteristic of Team Rocket grunt uniform, it seemed he had rather begrudgingly changed into this getup. Whilst Team Rocket advised members wore the official uniform they weren't forced to and it meant Tobias had stuck with his stylish suit for the most part. But in a case such as this, wearing such flagrantly obvious costume to show his affiliation with Team Rocket, it meant it would be easier to get the attention of the rival gang. Looking over his shoulder to Prometheus, Tobias made clear his strategy in finding Tony Dracone. " Why search for this brat when he can simply come to me instead?" Starting to make his way through the streets, he leered his scornful eye as other members of the public gasped in horror at how bold it was for Team Rocket to be strutting around. Eventually making his way through all the horrified citizens, he stood thereabouts the city centre. Taking out a cigarette and allowing Prometheus to light it up, he took a heavy dreg of it as he let the smoke pour out of his mouth. Now it was the waiting game. If this would even work. He had considered the possibility of police turning up but distractions had been arranged to hopefully throw them off sending out forces to apprehend one lone Rocket. Tobias had been working hard behind the scenes, locking himself within the underground base of Team Rocket in order to unlock the truth behind the mysterious Jarvis. Stolen in his most recent escapade, the eye patched grunt had taken it upon himself to learn just what made the Klink tick and when he found out it's secrets, would be sure to use the gained knowledge to his advantage. Although he hadn't quite cracked the case just yet, he had managed to make something else which was equally as incredible. By using a Metal Coat, he had evolved a recently purchased Scyther into a Scizor and it had a few modifications of its own that wasn't usually found in it's species. Not quite the outcome he had hoped for, it was still nothing to turn his nose up at. Before Tobias could truly label this a success or a failure, he would have to complete some field tests and that is exactly where the next mission came in.
Choosing from the ever growing list, a particular mission stood out to him. Going by the name of Tony Dracone, it seemed the next target on his own hit list was the son of a rival gang which was situated in the heart of Violet City. Although Tobias himself had not heard of them, their actions had not been ignored by the citizens of Violet or the neighbouring cities. Their name was still somewhat unheard of but that didn't mean that their crimes could be over looked. Gambling, dealing, robbery, kidnapping and more, they were a gang growing from the shadows and whilst they weren't currently a threat, they could very well become one in the future. Thus, Team Rocket wanted to make it very clear to them just who ran the show in the Johto Region. Not holding back, the Executives had issued an attack straight on the son of the head honcho. That way, it would be made clear that they weren't playing around.
Getting a decoy operation under way on the side, Tobias had set it up so that the Police were going to have their hands full as he strode through the streets of Violet City. A good bit of foresight, as chances were, the Police would be alerted to the presence of a Team Rocket member before the gang themselves would catch wind of it. Clad in a typical Grunt attire, Tobias arranged transport and soon found himself stepping out into the streets of the traditional city. Funny, as this was the place where he was recruited into Team Rocket and now, he was about to undergo an operation on their behalf. Boldly walking along the cobbled pavements, he struck up a cigarette with the aide of Prometheus and merely stood there. Not moving an inch apart from his movements whilst smoking, onlookers gasped and fled at the open sight of a criminal. He had done a risky move in presenting himself like this. It wasn't just the Police or gang members but also potential wanna-be heroes who could've approached him. But as the area fell into silence, it soon became clear that he wasn't the only criminal on the block.
"'ey! 'EY! Look at dis wise guy, 'ere!"
Calling out from an alley close by, for Tobias, he was able to see two figures emerging from the shadows. One being a teenage boy, clothed in a smart suit and a much older man following closely behind him, which a much sterner expression. "I thought I told you damn Rockets. If I see youse 'ere again, you're DEAD!" Lifting a hand and pulling his thumb across his throat, the boys actions signified something... Unpleasant. "There's a line youse don't cross and there's no going back. Youse on Dracone's turf now!" Pointing to himself, it was amazing that Tobias had met his target instantly but it was soon to be made clear why their paths had crossed so quickly. "I was on the way to find the schmucks fightin' the pigs but lookie here, I gots my own cockroach to stomp now." On the way to find the source of the spreading commotion, where a group of Rockets had cornered a bunch of Police Officers, Dracone and his bodyguard were on the way to investigate but somehow bumped into Tobias along the way.
Cracking his knuckles to try and intimidate, the man with the teenager seemed a bit unsure. "Dracone, leave this goon. We gots bigger proble--" "Nah. We got this, Benny. Another rat out of the way would please the boss." Grabbing a lone Pokeball, the eager teen, who was clearly doing this so that he could present his victory to his father, threw the object forward, a lone Spheal popping out. "Stupid Ball, don't f@#$ this up!!" His voice booming in anger upon merely seeing his own Pokemon, although the name had previously sounded incredibly childish, the choice of name did have some merit. It looked... Even stupider than most Spheal, to say the least.
Tony Dracone came to investigate the Rocket who has stepped on his turf! He is accompanied by his body guard, Benny. Tony Dracone starts the battle with Stupid Ball (Level 13)! Please select a Pokemon to use in battle.

As he indulged in the comfort of his smoke, he leaned against a clock tower and remained patient. This was reputed as Dracone territory so with a Rocket turning up so brashly it would no doubt spread word fast and draw out who he wanted. Taking the cigarette from his mouth and letting the smoke pour out of his nostrils, he seemed to draw some commotion. Leaning forward and standing up properly, he looked over to the source. A rather burly mafia looking type and a flashy dressed teenager were the cause. Narrowing his eye at the two, he certainly didn't give them a warm greeting. The way they were acting, it was clear things were to get ugly, very fast. Having emerged like rats, scurrying out from the nearby alleyway, he turned to face them directly. Folding his arms as he craned his neck back to directly look at them, Prometheus also veered forward, as if responding to their bait. "Hmph. An empty threat all things considered. I'm still breathing after all. As I understand, you Dracone types are very good at talking the talk but that's as far as it goes." Cocking his head subtly to the side, he could tell from the get go this was the target. The uppity speech and muscle following him around were all too tell tale.
Not the least bit threatened as the teenager went to run a thumb across his neck, Tobias allowed him to finish. "Dracone's turf? How unfortunate you didn't seem to get the memo. Team Rocket is claiming this back. In fact, we're taking this all back. You and your family are finished, Dracone." Hoping to get more of a rise out of the obnoxious youth, he listened as he prattled on. His decoy had been so successful in drawing attention he had almost attracted the wrong kind. Nevertheless, the pieces of the puzzle were starting to fall into place, it would all rest on Tobias securing the inane Stupid Ball. Amazingly, his surly bodyguard appeared to have better plans than to mess with some lowly Rocket grunt. Shooting a glare to the muscle, Tobias realised this getup had already began to get people looking down upon him. That would change. "Are you both quite finished?"
His tone of voice terse and blunt, he placed the cigarette in his mouth, inhaling it all until his cigarette was nothing more than a butt. Whilst he did this, Tony sent out the very same target he was looking for. This at least sped things up for Tobias. Finally finishing his inhalation, Tobias took it away from his mouth, letting out all the smoke from his nostrils. Holding the ashen end in his fingers, he made clear what was about to happen. "The only person who is going to be curb stomped around here is you." Turning to the muscle, he made a very stark warning. "And you. If you value your life, leave now. I have no quarrel with you. The moment you interfere and I will ensure my tools show no mercy." Taking a swift aim back at Tony, he flicked the end of his cigarette flying in the air towards the direction of Tony. "Mateus!" Retrieving his newly acquired Pokemon from his holster, he sent forth the Scizor. "Time for some field data to be gathered and analysed... Fury Cutter on the target!" Glinting with a crimson flare bouncing off its coating, the Scizor raised both of its pincers and threateningly posed as if to display the markings like they were eyes.

vs Tony Dracone__________________________________
Digging his hands into his trouser pockets, Tony curled his top lip and widened his eyes as Tobias rather boldly spoke back, eyeing the flicked cigarette butt which had luckily been forced to roll away thanks to the natural course of the wind. Although the gang was somewhat new, they were on the rise and anyone who knew anything about them should've known that they were not one to be trifled with. "What's that 'clops sayin', Benny?!" The teenage boy spoke with a raised tone, "'Cause I could'a sworn that he wah tryin' to chat back to me!!" Pulling his hands out of his pockets, the eager male cracked his knuckles, not that a thin teen such as him would last long in a fist fight with a hardened criminal like Tobias. "Ye fuckin' Rockets. It's 'bout time you learn that yer place is in tha gutter!" Patting his hand against his chest, Tony smirked as he spoke to Tobias. "I'mma nice guy. I'll even show yer the way..." Trailing off, his smile and light tone immediately creased up into a yell of thunder, "Cause I'll be the one curbstompin' yer, ya damn bozo!!" Stomping his stylish shoes against the ground as if mimicking the actions he envisioned doing to Tobias, it was lucky that he had managed to rope in a capable fellow Rocket to deal with the Police. Both this guy and the law on his back would only equal a terrible head ache.
Tobias did cause the eyes of both Tony and Benny to light up, however, when he chose his Pokemon. A rare looking Scizor appeared on the scene and it caused his opponent to lick his lips. "Ye see that, Benny?! What I wouldn't give to have that... Instead I have this, this... STUPID BALL!" Mock spitting to the floor, the Spheal seemed oblivious towards it's trainers hate towards it and merely rolled aimlessly across the road. "BENNY! I want it! Make sure this one doesn't get away!" "Understood, Dracone." The muscle taking a step back and making a call of sorts, he wasn't so blind to the situation. Alerting back up, Tobias wasn't able to intervene as all his attention needed to remain on Tony for now. "Aye, aye, aye! Stupid Ball! Don't let this bozo beat you or ELSE!" Not even ordering an attack for the poor Pokemon to defend itself, Mateus was a heartless and cold opponent, attacking without giving Dracone any further chances. Bolting forward, with a mighty claw, the Scizor was able to knock the Spheal out with a single slice. Leaving Tony gobsmacked and Benny ready to take over at a moment's notice.

"Damn it! Damn it! DAMN IT! DAMN IT!" Repeating and cursing over and over again, it became clear very quickly that Tony wasn't the type to enjoy losing. "Benny! Youse gotta sort this bozo out! A grunt like that shouldn't have a 'mon like that! Get it for me, Benny. If you do, I'll put in a good word for youse with the boss!" That man being his father, it wasn't unlikely that Tony could pull a few strings if he was successful. Eyebrow twitching, Benny seemed hesitant but as a bodyguard, atleast needed to ensure Tony was kept safe. With Stupid Ball still out in the open and fainted on the ground and Tony still cursing away to himself in the background, this time, the second man stepped up to attack Tobias. "This is what you Rockets deserve for comin' back 'ere. I'll be puttin' youse in yer place now." Thinning his eyes, Benny only had one Pokemon but he was certain that he would be able to last for a bit longer than Tony had. Throwing a Pokeball forward, Benny chose to battle with his Nosepass.
Bodyguard Benny challenges Tobias to a battle! Benny sends Nosepass (Level 25) forward! Please select a Pokemon to use in battle.

"Oh. Wonderful. I see you've begun to grasp the art of rhetoric. How quaint." His voice calling out Tony in the most droll tone imaginable, it was clear Tobias didn't think very highly of this punk brat or the entirety of the Dracona mafia. Getting the youth heated up even further, Tobias barely even graced Tony with a response to his threatening crack of his knuckles. Instead, he swatted back Tony's belief of Team Rocket belonging in the gutter. "Funny you should say that's where Team Rocket belongs. Once i'm through with you that will be exactly where i'll be dumping your body." Ignoring the comment about Tony curb stomping him, Tobias wasn't really taking Tony seriously at all. He could definitely pontificate out his threats but as far as he was concerned, it was simply a child emulating what their role models would do. "Silence. I care little for how well you copy how your father antics." Thankfully there would be a moment of silence as Mateus would shock them with his presence.
Grunting at their surprise, Tobias was in turn shocked to hear the Tony was actually under the misguided belief that he would be able to claim it for himself. "...What?" His eye now dagger like in its intensity, Tobias could not believe how entitled this punk teenager was. "Funny you should mention you'll be taking my Pokemon. The only outcome today will be that I snatching your pathetic Stupid Ball away from you, leaving you with nothing. Be sure to inform your family that your gang's days are numbered." Deciding to make it clear he would be taking the Spheal, it surely wouldn't take too long with what the Scizor was up against. Lashing out with a cruel slicing of its pincers, the Spheal was completely deflated and knocked out cold. Leaving the vicinity with the outburst of cries from Tony, Tobias shook his head.
The cold wasn't a problem at this point but the youth's excessive shouts were enough to give him a comparable headache. "Shut up already. My orders were to retrieve your Pokemon as an example to the Dracone gang. There was nothing to say I couldn't break your face to quell all this insolent yapping." Wanting to be clear he loathed Tony's company, it appeared the brat went crying to his bodyguard who stepped forward. Sullen with disappointment, Tobias adjusted his cap. "I see you ignored my warning. Fine. Your funeral." Caring not for the Pokemon just sent out, he retrieved Mateus who was standing there gloating over his fancy knock out and instead sent out another merciless, cruel hearted beast. Letting out a roar and a pounding off his chest, it was none other than Killer Croc. "I have no doubt your actions here will put be in my rightful place. It just won't be the place you're surmising. Once i've neutralised you both, i'll be on the way back to base and get ever closer to my goal. No doubt Team Rocket will reward me handsomely for putting you Dracone wretches in line." Turning to Killer Croc, Tobias bluntly ordered his commands. "Grab that Nosepass and Seismic Toss it!" Leaving the rest to Killer Croc, he examined what was going on with Stupid Ball. There was no way he could snatch it at this point but once the Nosepass was taken care of, it'd be ripe for the taking. A little patience goes a long way.

vs Benny__________________________________
Learning the reason for Tobias' appearance, Tony, who was now hiding behind the strength of his bodyguard, leaned to one side in order to get a better look at the Rocket. "Eh? EEHH? Youse think yer can steal from DRACONE?! Youse must got a death wish or somethin'" Shrugging off his words with a wave of his hands, it seemed that Tony wasn't the type to go ahead and quiver in his boots. He might've been emulating how his father or other gang members would react but even then, he certainly wasn't going to run in the face of danger. After all, if he managed to survive against a Rocket grunt who was this strong, he would get a bit of recognition as well as a goal. If he lost here, then it certainly wouldn't be the last time that Tobias would hear from Tony Dracone. "And youse want Stupid Ball? HAH! I'd like to see yer try! Youse got a good 'mon but I doubt you'd be able to take this from ma hands!" With that, Tony withdrew the Spheal back into it's Pokeball. Now, Tobias would have to aim for Tony directly if he wanted any chance of getting the target off of him.
Adjusting his own cap, Benny was more of the silent type, keeping his thoughts and understanding of Tobias to himself. But as he sent forward his Nosepass only to be returned with a fearsome, shiny Machop as an opponent, Tony's voice rang loud once more. "BENNY! This guy! We gotta rob 'im blind! Take this goon out!" Impressed with the Rocket's Pokemon so far, it gave the youngster something to be excited about for if they managed to successfully pinched the Rocket's Pokemon, they would end up right in Dracone's pockets. Although, Benny already knew that there was more to Tobias that met the eye, he wasn't the typical grunt. "No point tryin' to ask youse nicely to hand 'em over. I'll just pummel yer instead." Smirking, he gave his order to his Nosepass, as Tony continued to jeer at Tobias with gestures from behind the large body of Benny. "Use Spark, Nosepass!" The silent nose of rock lifting it's arms, the Pokemon clicked and tapped it's rocky appendages together until a flicker appeared. Building upon this friction until a big enough spark occurred, it was then up to the Nosepass to successfully aim it to the point where it was able to hit Killer Croc.
Feeling the bolt of electricity shock his chest, the shiny Machop was able to stand but it couldn't shake off a different, bizarre feeling. Static flickering across his body, it seemed that the Pokemon had been paralyzed. Likely to affect his future progress, all Benny could do was smirk, secretly having his fingers crossed and hoping that this meant the Machop would fall easier. But Killer Croc was made of tougher stuff and with a push of his leg, it was his turn to deal a bit of damage. Using his muscular arms to lift the Nosepass up into the air, Killer Croc spun a full circle in mid air before throwing the rock back down against the pavement below. There was a horrible crack of rock smacking against concrete but as the debris settled, it seemed that both Pokemon were still rearing to go.

Come to the conclusion that no matter how inane this teenager appeared in his dealings with Tobias, it very much seemed to be that the notion of stealing from one of the Dracone family was unheard of. Even if the concept was alien to Tony, it would be something he would have to deal with learning today. Somehow this mafia gang was feared but Tobias could not see why at this point. "If there is one thing you should know, I take what I want. And once i've dealt with this lumbering muscle you call protection, there will be nothing to stop me." Leering at Tony as he peered from the side of his bodyguard, Tobias wondered how often he would hide behind his bodyguard in such a manner. Considering how week the Spheal was, it was clear it didn't get much practice in. "Keep yapping." He warned Tony. He would be prying the Pokeball away from its owner in due course.
Looking over to the Neanderthal known as 'Benny' Tobias could tell he was very much the strong silent type. Which suited Tobias. At least he wouldn't run the risk of a headache in listening to the hired muscle yap on about something equally banal. Sadly Benny would not be without a smartass comment. "You fools realise I am holding back? Push me that much further and I will vaporise both of you into dust." Sorely tempted to initialise Lateralus into reality and fire off a Hyper Beam, he realised it could potentially hinder the target. He'd have to wait for Killer Croc to prove his use. To some unexpected surprise, it seemed the Nosepass was agile. Moving first and unleashing a Spark attack, Tobias was angered to see his Pokemon had been left in a paralytic state. "Do not fail me now." He warned in a stark manner. So far he had proven to be useful but Tobias wouldn't let that save Killer Croc if he screwed up at such an important time such as now.
Thankfully made of sterner stuff, the Machop fought off against the debilitating condition and unleashed a full on seismic toss against the sculptured foe. Launching him up into the air and even performing a full circular motion or two before slamming the opponent back down, the sickening thud which sounded from the Pokemon hitting the concrete was music to Tobias' ears. "Hmph. You don't really think through your fights, do you?" Despite being put in a disadvantageous position, it was something Tobias was keen to reverse and use to his advantage. "Many others would be set back by your show of cards in that round. But you've shown your hand too soon. Killer Croc! Unleash Revenge on my foe!" Ordering his weapon with no regard for the weakened state it was in, he was simply hell bent on swatting this annoyance like the fly he was.
OOC: Revenge time!

vs Benny__________________________________
Benny was certainly more of the silent type as his future boss yapped away from the safety of behind his back. But in gangs such as this, bodyguards were driven by one of two things, maybe even both. To protect their family or receive heaps of money. In Benny's case, the way he referred to Tony and acted so silently could only mean that money was all he was after but after such a brief encounter, this couldn't be confirmed. Not that it mattered. The Dracone's and Rockets were already enemies but once Stupid Ball would be torn from their grasp, they would have to think twice about acting so boldly in front of the criminal organisation. The target was a Pokemon this time but further meddling could result in someone a bit more personal to the head of the gang being dragged away by the scruff of their neck. A young, eager boy such as Tony would make an excellent bargaining chip. "Hmph! Youse talk all big but yer don't know what yer've strutted inta'!" Once again peering out from behind his hired muscle, Tony was quick to jump on Tobias' claims. "What'd I say before? Yer in Dracone turf. More of my guys will be on the way, since we didn't make it to the meetin point on time, as we were sorting youse out. Once we're all on yer back, Do yer really think some bozo like you will win?!"
The thought was somewhat believable. Like Team Rocket, who would band together in order to become strong, the same could be said for gangs. Plus, Tony was a somewhat important figure head. If he was out of place or missing, there was no doubt that a search party would run rampant on the streets and depending on the size of the gang, it could prove to be messy. Tobias was tough but he was alone on this segment of the mission. If what Tony claimed was true, which was also warned on the dossier, the next few moments could be hellish depending on how Tobias chose to handle the situation. "Heh. Besides.. Stupid Ball is my 'mon. Youse can't take what is mine and get away with it." By this point, Benny stood with his arms tightly folded. From his experience, he knew something was up with Tobias and by hinting that he wasn't going full strength, the man clearly believed him. Holding out a hand suddenly as if to try and silence any more of Tony's prodding, Benny bluntly ordered an attack. "Nosepass. Rock Slide." If he could end the battle against Machop here and now, he could turn, grab Tony and escape before Tobias had a chance to take a step forward.
With Killer Croc paralysed, the Machop was forced to a stand still, painful static running across his body which caused his muscles to be dis-respondent. Things weren't looking good, especially if the paralysis took complete control. Tobias had plenty of Pokemon but Lateralus would undoubtedly be left for emergencies. All the Rocket could took was allow Killer Croc to handle this, in order to prove his worth as a tool. Standing opposite, the Nosepass wasted no time in digging it's arms into the concrete road, lifting out a chunk of it with relative ease and lack of care. With a chunk of thick concrete held high, the Nosepass threw it with surprising accuracy, striking the Machop square in the chest. But that very hit seemed to be enough for the Machop to get itself together. The pain from the attack overriding the paralysis, all of a sudden, Croc wore a look of sheer murderous intent. Pushing himself forward, the Machop wasted no time in absolutely demolishing the body of the Nosepass. Using all manner of fighting strikes and kicks, Killer Croc chipped away at the Nosepass' very body until it was nothing but an unrecognisable scrap of rock.
Nosepass: | Level 25 | Health: 0% ( 0/57 HP) Status: Normal Nosepass used Rock Slide!
VS
Killer Croc: | Level 24 | Lucky Egg Health: 53% (44/75 HP) Status: Paralyzed Killer Croc used Revenge!
Congratulations!Benny and his Nosepass has been defeated!Mr.Bear gained 1 level (due to holding Exp Share) and grew to Level 20! Killer Croc gained 4 levels (due to holding Lucky Egg) and grew to Level 28! Killer Croc is able to learn Vital Throw and Wake-Up Slap! Forget a move? +1 Happiness ... Hmm? Killer Croc appears to be evolving! Intervene?
Gobsmacked by his bodyguard's loss, a low "Shit..." muttered from Tony's lips. Benny, who had anticipated as much couldn't even find the strength within him to say that and instead, merely withdrew his Pokemon partner. "Youse gotta be KIDDING me here, Benny?!" A very irritated teen stomped about the pavement, as Benny stood his ground. Eyes glaring at Tobias, the man now knew what the Rocket was after and if he had Pokemon or not, it was his job to protect the young boss. Even if that meant giving up his life. From his posture, it was clear that Benny was basically saying, 'You have to get past me first.' Whilst Tony himself, was walking around in circles, as if hoping time would move quicker for reinforcements to come. "You... You... Damn ROCKETS! Somethin' ain't right here!...Hello?! Hello?!" His back turned to Tobias, the youngster had managed to get some reception, enough to make a call from the Poketch on his wrist. "Get yer asses over 'ere! This guy! This guy is-- ?!" Distracted from the sudden burst of light emitted by Killer Croc, it seemed that the Machop was trying to evolve. How would Tobias handle the situation next?
It is time to grab the target, Stupid Ball! Benny stands in your way but Tobias must somehow get Stupid Ball's Pokeball from the hands of Tony Dracone! Back up is on the way, so act fast!

Sighing disdainfully as Tony continued to bark away about the danger zone he had stumbled into along with there being back up on the way, Tobias rubbed a hand on the front of his face before pulling himself together to finally bat away the inane chatter. " Fine. Let them come. I'll crush anyone that turns up. In fact, let's just have you invite your entire gang here. I'll wipe them all out." His eye boring into Tony's as he focused on him, it was clear Tobias' was keen to make good of what he said. He was tearing through these two without so much a hitch and these weren't even his heavy hitters. " I say my chances are astronomically higher than all of you Dracone flunkies put together. Just because I've adorned this grunt uniform doesn't make me one." Realising this had perhaps lured the Dracone lot into thinking he would be sending out the stereotypical Rattata or Zubat, it began to dawn on Tobias this image was something of an advantage. It was at least having some use which is more than he had expected from the beginning. Nevertheless, ignoring Dracone's warnings as well as those from the mission dossier he had briefed himself on, Tobias was becoming quite conceited. " I understand it's going to be difficult for a brat of your spoilt upbringing to adapt to this... Change. But I will be taking what I want." Realising his words would unlikely not sink into the male's brain, Tobias was readying himself for another volley of inane postulating when Benny suddenly put his arm out and silenced his charge. Pulling a look of disbelief, Tobias blinked his eye and called them out. " Hmph. At least your knuckle dragging accomplice seems to understand the situation you're in. He may only have a brain cell or two to rub together but you'd be wise to take a leaf out of his book." Feeling a bit better for lambasting the mafia child, Tobias turned to Benny as he commanded his move. Saying nothing, he merely met his eye and gave him a pleased stare. He had wanted this to happen. Having tussled with Killer Croc himself, Tobias had understood the Pokemon to have a very murderous, psychopathic side to him deep down. All it would take is the right conditions for him to snap in and give in to this bestial nature. Standing back as the Nosepass' move was performed, he very narrowly dodged a rogue piece of debris that flew off. With the majority of the rubble hitting Killer Croc, there was no doubt this was the trigger for the Machop. His body pained with paralysis and beaten from the last attack, it was a wonder in itself that the Pokemon was able to continue the fight. Stomping forward once, the Pokemon was brimming with murderous intent. " Go Killer Croc! End them!" Knowing his tool would do its job at this point, Tobias watched eagerly as the Machop made his trek over to the Nosepass. Letting out a savage roar, the Machop began violently smashing into the opponent. It was such an unrelenting assault coupled with furious speed that the rocky Pokemon was completely obliterated by the time Tobias' Pokemon was through. Satisfied by the skirmish, Tobias looked back up over to Benny and Tony. " Hmph." He merely grunted. He had wasted enough words on these fools. Letting Tony mouth off in the background, Tobias instead picked up on Benny's stance. Shooting him an expression right back that summed up to 'gladly' Tobias was about to make his move when a sudden explosion of light blinded the area. Catching him off guard at first, he soon realised what was happening. Not quite believing his luck, he allowed the light to die down and reveal a new form for Killer Croc. Flexing his new found body with glee, Killer Croc let out a deadly roar as he seemed pleased with his transformation. He wasn't the only one. Adjusting his cap, Tobias stepped forward and by the time he finished, he pointed towards Tony and made a very clear order. " Get the Pokeball." Respecting Tobias now on the basis he had been able to push him beyond his limits, the now towering Machoke moved up to Benny and with a swipe of his arm, lobbed him aside. Now standing above Tony, Killer Croc let out a deafening roar as he leaned in towards the gangster, sending his hair and clothes flapping backwards. Stretching out a clawed hand, it appeared he was demanding for Stupid Ball to be handed over. " I wouldn't test him... I've had my reservations on just how brutal Killer Croc is but today has gone a long way to proving my thoughts on why killer is included in his namesake." Summing it up, Tobias spelt it out for Tony. " Hand. It. Over." OOC: Evolving Croc. Not learning any new moves. Croc also looms over Tony for the Pokeball.

As the light of evolution died down, what was left standing there caused even Benny to feel a sweat drop roll down the side of his head. Killer Croc had evolved into a Machoke, a unique one at that. His protruding snout were lined with razor sharp teeth, making the Machoke look even more intimidating than the muscled species already was. "That is fucked up! It ain't normal!" Called out Tony, who was trying to keep his cool and be a proper gangster but was beginning to struggle under all of this pressure. Wondering if Stupid Ball was worth keeping more than his teeth, the Dracone lad found himself gripping hold of the Pokeball even tighter. He hated the dumb looking Spheal but he didn't want Rocket scum stealing something that he, himself owned. "Y-Youse gonna regret this!" Stumbling out his words and sounding a bit like a broken record, Tony was trying to come up with a solution but was failing miserably. The final warning from Tobias falling on deaf ears, he had no choice but to resort to force.
Releasing all restrictions on Killer Croc, the pumped up creature stomped forward, knocking the bulky Benny to one side as if he were nothing but a match stick. Knocked out cold, it left the bumbling Tony to protect himself. Backing off hesitantly, Tony looked between the approaching Killer Croc and beaten Benny. "'ey! 'EY! Wise guy, WAKE UP! This aint what we pay youse fo-or-oo-WOOOAH!" Back hitting a building, Tony had no where to run as his personal space was soon invaded by Killer Croc. Leaning forward and letting loose a gut churning roar, spit covered the boys face as his hair and clothes blew back. "Youse need... a mint... somthin'..." Still able to crack the wise jokes, even in the face of danger Tony wasn't going to hand over his Pokeball. He was either brave or stupid, leaning more towards the latter. Glancing back to Tobias as if waiting confirmation on how to proceed, Killer Croc didn't have an awful lot of patience. Thus, he punched a fist into the wall behind Dracone, mere millimetres from his own face. Practically wetting himself, Dracone accidentally dropped the Pokeball, to which the Machoke noticed.
Using an arm, he pushed Tony to one side, the teen falling to the ground which gave the Machoke enough space to pick up the Pokeball. Turning, the Machoke had to hold back his strength so not to crush the object but managed to successfully hand it to Tobias. "Yer... Yer aint getting away with this...!!" Still managing to call out empty threats, Tony had been all talk thus far but perhaps it was his plan. Uncooperative, this had likely been an act to bide him some time as a number of footsteps echoed from a nearby alley. "HOLD IT RIGHT THERE!" A trio of men dressed in smart suits emerged, one of them rushing to the side to attend to the injured Dracone whilst the other two stepped forward. "Youse picked the wrong family to mess with." "Heh. Perhaps this guy has a death wish! C'mon Wadey boy, we can take 'im." Both sending out a pair of Pokemon, it was up to Tobias on how to handle this. The Dracone's were a gang and there would likely be more showing up the longer he waited around. Killer Croc had managed to retrieve Stupid Ball's Pokeball, thus the target had been acquired. If he really wanted to dig the knife in, he could call for some personal back up of his own to take all the members of the gang down, if there were too many to handle alone. Or, he could simply flee. There would be no embarrassment in doing so as he had already accomplished his goal. "C'mon! Whattaya waitin' for?!"

Shaking his head, Tobias was exasperated over how often this line was being trotted out. "I'll regret this? I have no idea how you can keep parroting that when death itself is looming right in front of you. You'll regret this if you don't hand it over. Final warning." Terse in his tone of voice, he was quite happy for Killer Croc to rip the belligerent mobster in half but that would no doubt bring down the full Dracone wrath. Like he cared. Amazingly Tony continued to push their patience. About to authorise the go ahead to maul Tony, Tobias was prevented as Killer Croc punched a fist into the wall. Perhaps if that were to intimidate Tony enough, he wouldn't have to go back to his original command. Deciding to hold off and see what would happen, Amazingly, that had done the trick. Freezing up in terror and dropping the Pokeball, Tobias' Machoke knocked him aside and successful recovered the target itself. "Hmph. Took long enough." Commented Tobias in an irritated manner. At this rate back up would definitely arrive and make this day even worse.
Returning to him with the Pokeball, Tobias pocketed away just as Tony showed signs yet of defiance. A cigarette nearly finished in his hand, he moved on forward, crouching down to where the youngster laid. "But I will. Let this be a message that the Dracone gang are old news. Now..." Lifting up the lit cigarette, he was going to prod him over his face as a little parting gift for being so insolent in dealing with when a heavy sound of footsteps echoed off in the distance. "Hmph!" Grunted Tobias as he moved backwards with a step, hoping to give himself enough distance to counter what new threats were on their way. Hearing a voice shout out, Tobias was quick to take in their presence. "Ahhhh. More of Dracone's finest. Brilliant. I was about to leave a parting message with the son of your boss but something was telling me he wouldn't be able to express my message in the way I intended. You two will do." Standing defiant, by rights, anyone in Tobias' situation should have fled and got the hell out of there. Even calling for back up would have been a safer option than what he was intending to do.
Tobias was quite tired of this gang as a whole and if going down on his mission debriefing that he single handedly made a stand against Dracone thugs, it would no doubt go a long way to boosting his career at Team Rocket. He would finish them all off solo. Watching as they sent out their Pokemon, a Honchkrow and a Rhyhorn, Tobias nodded his head. "Good. I see from your choices that you must be far up in the hierarchy. I hope this message will reach the desk of your boss." Looking to Killer Croc, he ordered him forward with a simple shift of his eyes. About to choose his next Pokemon, Prometheus shivered somewhat at the thought of facing against these tough looking foes but it appeared Tobias was going to use the ace up his sleeve. Pulling a Pokeball from his belt, he tossed it forward to reveal his Porygon-Z.
With two of his weapons now on the field, he was ready to take on the Dracone fodder. Turning to Killer Croc, he cared nothing for his injuries and instead gave him an order. "Killer Croc, Revenge on the Rhyhorn." Now focusing on Lateralus, Tobias began running through the necessary measures to get his Porygon-Z running optimally. "Lateralus; boot offensive mode." Whirring and clicking, the Pokemon's unsettling eyes seemed to come in and out of focus as its body changed stance. "Initiate attack protocols. Target parameters: Honchkrow." Repositioning itself slightly, the Porygon-Z began to focus intently on the enemy boss bird. "HB inhibitors unlocked. Hyper Beam module, execute. On my mark..." Knowing it only take care one of the Pokemon, Tobias decided to go ahead regardless hoping Killer Croc would accomplish his end of the battle. "Hyper Beam... FIRE."
OOC: Lateralus/Killer Croc on field. Hyper Beam on Honchkrow and Revenge on Rhyhorn.

vs. Wade and Carlos__________________________________
Tobias was certainly bold. He had acquired the target but he still chose to remain behind, wanting nothing more than to crush the Dracone gang with his own strength. He was by no means going against the mission requirements, if he did managed to shove aside a good portion of the gang then nothing but respect would head his way. But there was a chance that he was underestimating just how big the Dracone family was. It wasn't just the gangsters, either. By this point, his agreed distraction had likely done all they could do, believing that Tobias' part would've been well and truly over by now. If that turned out to be the case, then there would be more than a few gangsters surrounding him. This could turn into an all out street war with the Dracone's, Tobias of Team Rocket and the IPF doing battle. It was the worst case scenario but Tobias was heading towards that direction if he did not be careful. It he failed here and lost the acquired target, then what he was aiming for would result in the complete opposite and severe punishments would follow.
"Tsk. This guy aint no grunt." The red suited man adjusted the bowler hat on his head, mock spitting to the floor as Tobias sent his choices forward to attack. "But we gots this, Wadey. Time to deliver this rat a present of pain." "Heh heh... Here comes Santie Claus!" The Honchkrow puffing out it's chest and Rhyhorn dragging a foot across the concrete, the rag tag duo were ready to play their part in all of this. "Honch' go straight in with one of dose Sucker Punches!" Spreading it's wings, the dark, fedora wearing avian spared little time. Choosing it's own target, the bird seemed to swoop for Killer Croc but truly, that wasn't it's target. Lateralus had a far more dangerous aura to it, marking it as the opponent to take down first. Noticing this, the two trainers nodded understandably to one another, Carlos intending to attack the Porygon-Z as well. With a feint bash of the wing, the Honchkrow knocked Lateralus off course, the virtual Pokemon levitating back up but sustaining a decent amount of damage. "Pft. This guy aint all that." Shaking his head, this pair was certainly more of a hassle than the other Dracone's he had faced.
"Lemme give you a piece of advice." The red clad man spoke out, flicking up the rim of his hat to see Tobias better. "Don't ask for somethin' if it'll be a burden to yer once you get it. You got somethin of the Dracones? No problem. We'll just hafta kill yer!" The slightly larger gangster slapping his knee after a bout of humorous laughter, he turned to his partner and shook his head. "Nah. This wont be murder. It'll be progress. As soon as these damn Rockets are out of the way, Dracone will be running this gig!" Cackling away to themselves and getting a bit too big headed in their own way, they seemed to forget the fact that Tobias' Pokemon were still standing. Spouting his usual attacking speech for Lateralus, their laughing was soon drowned out by a gigantic, flashing beam, a high pitched ring being loud enough to crack the windows of nearby homes. As the powerful beam died down, there wasn't that much left of Honchkrow besides a pile of feathers. "HON-HOOOONNCHHIE?!" Wade's voice rang out in absolute anger, leaving the second man, Carlos to step forward.
"You wanna get something done, you do it yerself... C'mon, Rhyhorn! Rock Blast on the robotic chicken!" Smashing his horn into the ground, the Rhyhorn uplifted chunks of rock and concrete, which was then thrown at Lateralus multiple times. The poor Pokemon was enduring quite a bit of damage but since it needed to have a cool down period next round, things weren't looking good for Tobias' creation. Still, Killer Croc was on the scene despite being the last to move. Tobias' order wouldn't get the full strength due to the Machoke not being attacked and even then, it would've been lucky if the paralysed Pokemon would even move at all. Gritting his fangs and pushing on, the unique Machoke landed a vengeful blow on the Rhyhorn but it's rock hard body meant that it was still standing.

Leering his eye disdainfully as the Dracone thugs made wisecracks, Tobias refuted coldly. "I don't believe in 'Santie Claus'." A definite humbug, he was annoyed they had not heeded his warning. Given he had waltzed right into the heart of Dracone controlled territory it was unsurprising they were so cocky about their chances. It'd mean he would have to work doubly hard to make a dent in their forces. Not the type to turn tail and run, he would stick around as long as he could. He had enough Pokemon on him to weather their attrition. Listening out for their strategy, he could see they were assessing Lateralus as the main threat. Rightfully so. The Porygon-Z was a testament to Tobias' skills as a programmer and his ace in the hole. If the virtual creature was compromised it meant Tobias would have to reconvene after rebooting its systems. Taking the sucker punch aimed at his Pokemon as an insult against himself, Tobias gave a menacing glare at the duo of thugs. It was only when the one in the red attire called out that Tobias quipped back. "The only dead men around here are the troglodytes in front of me who are too thick to realise they're on borrowed time. By all means, enjoy the demonstration of sorts you are about to experience."
Having enacted the Hyper Beam sequence, the sudden onslaught that followed was devastating to say the least. Grounding the Honchkrow as if it were nothing, Tobias resumed his intense death glare as the beam's overbearing light faded away. To him, it was an impressive example of his power but it wouldn't be a lie to say he was so used to it. That didn't change the fact his enemies were threatened by the show of destruction. Hearing one of the Dracone gangsters cry out, Tobias simply grunted. "Hmph." With one of the thugs out of the picture, it seemed the remaining one was a threat Tobias had not properly accounted for. His Pokemon being barraged by an assault of boulders, Tobias took out his C-Gear and observed Lateralus' performance. "Inexcusable. This is simply not optimised for such aggravation... Good field data for fine tuning but this has proven problematic." Looking back up, it seemed Killer Croc had lumbered over and given the Pokemon a not so impressive thrashing. The fact he had not been hurt had meant the savage beast within had not been harnessed. "No matter." Brushed aside Tobias as he opened up an interface to access Lateralus. Flickering chaotically out on the field, he began to reprogram his creation in order to stabilise it. As he did, he wanted to be sure there was some defence. "Killer Croc, you are to guard Lateralus with your life." Looking up to the Machoke, he narrowed his eyes warningly. Looking back down, he expertly danced his fingers away as he began to de-fragment all the destroyed coding.
Before long, his creation was back up and running. The time it took in order for his Pokemon to be fine tuned meant that the toll Hyper Beam had taken on the system had worn off and the Porygon-Z was ready to go once more. Calling out to the gangster by the name of Carlos, Tobias shook his head. "Originally I wanted you to simply pass on a message. But this is now personal. For your assault against my creation, there will be no mercy." Quickly ordering up the attack protocol for Lateralus, Tobias commanded resolutely. "Initiate attack protocol. Target parameters: Rhyhorn." Repositioning itself slightly, the Porygon-Z began to focus intently on the stone rhino. "Attack module: Ice Beam, execute!" He disliked the move for its icy connotation but it would be the best means of disposing of this opposition. "Killer Croc, finish off any resistance with Low Sweep!" Hopefully back in with a chance, Tobias was keen to end the battle and move on. If any more back up were to arrive he would take care of them but he would not flee. Exiting the area would be on his own terms, not theirs.
OOC: It'd be odd with Tobias using a Energy Root on Lateralus but i'll write it away as he brings out his C-Gear and quickly reprograms Lateralus' coding to stabilise health. TO clarify battle situation, Lateralus is a sitting duck and using Energy Root on Lateralus from Croc's turn. Then next turn in order to attack, firing off Ice Beam and Low Sweep. Updated item.

vs. Wade and Carlos__________________________________
As one of the mob bawled over the fact that their prize Honchkrow had fainted, the remainder twigged on quickly just how important Lateralus was to Tobias. The amount of hits had sent the Porygon-Z into a state of shut down, with everything that could go wrong going wrong as it's systems began to malfunction. As it was a creation made by Tobias' very own hands, it was understandable that he would want to give it the utmost protection. Ignoring Killer Croc's injuries in order to focus on healing up Lateralus, Tobias almost had to take a step out of the battle, when his mind and hand leant forward, tapping away at an incredible speed as he begun to repair the virtually created creature. "Just what the heck is that?" The man muttered under his breath. "Aint never seen anything like it and I've seen some shi--" Trailing off, he shook his head, rearranging his hat before turning to his Rhyhorn. "Why am I daydreamin' like some schmuck!? This is it, Rhyhorn! Keep sendin' those attacks at... THAT!" Pointing toward the Porygon-Z, it was an obstacle that needed to be removed and they were so close.
But this was Tobias' forte, the thing that made him stick out in the criminal underground. He fast work was to be admired and within seconds, before Carlos could even order an attack, Tobias had Lateralus all patched up. Any holes in the code inactive lines were back up and running, perfectly responsive. "Tch! Use Bulldoze, Rhyhorn!" With a mighty roar, the steel clad beast charged for Lateralus once again and whilst Killer Croc tried to intervene, the paralysis kicked in at just the wrong time. Dropping to his knee, the Machoke growled as the Rhyhorn past him and with a dig of his horn into the ground, the creature uplifted a chunk of concrete to mow the Porygon-Z down. Flickering once again as a few modules were taken down, it had atleast been able to recognise Tobias' command. Whirring into action, the Rhyhorn staggered back up after using all of it's strength in that previous attack. Dangerously close to the Porygon-Z, before the Pokemon could even react, an icy beam shot out from the tip of it's head. Colliding into the body of Rhyhorn, it was enough to finally end the battle.
Double Battle

When the Ice Beam struck the Rhyhorn, it's body was lifted and throw backwards, crashing into the frame of Carlos and knocking him to the ground. By that point, it was only Wade, another mobster and Tony, who were barely conscious. They all had witnessed first hand the strength of Tobias and without their Pokemon to defend them, decided it would be a good idea to split. "D-Damn it all! Carlos wer right, you aint no regular grunt..." Withdrawing his Honchkrow, the man staggering backward, as the mobster behind him lifted Tony and held him for support. "Y-Yer. You might'ave won today but watch yer back. Dracone always remembers the face." Although Tobias wore a dark cap to shield his face, there had been a number of times were the gang had been able to see him clearly. Having such a striking accessory such as an eyepatch made Tobias a face easy to remember. "Y-YOU'LL PAY!" A roar from Tony echoed, as the three remaining mobsters tripped away into a nearby alley, leaving their two fainted companions behind. All then fell quiet... Had Tobias truly won?
The wave of Dracone mobsters has subsided, for now! Make your get away!

Turning the tide of battle as his Porygon-Z was system restored to full health, Tobias watched as the enemy mobster made a futile attempt at trying to recover the battle. Bulldozing at his Pokemon, it mattered not. Having stabilised his creation for now, it meant he would be able to unleash payback on their attacks. As the ice beam powered up, Tobias made a final comment at the red dressed gangster. "Get out of my sight." Having had his fill of the Dracone gang, he was ready to end this and his Lateralus did not disappoint. Firing off the freezing beam, it hit on point at the rocky creature, sending it blasting back against its trainer, ending the fight. "Hmph, really now." He muttered, not impressed at all by the prowess of the Dracone gang. He had faced four of their members and whilst the last encounter had cut a little too close for comfort, he was ultimately still standing and ready to go should any more grunts show up. Adjusting his cap front and back, he looked over as one of the mob spluttered out.
"You best remember to pass on my message." Hearing a final threat as they parted about watching his back, Tobias shook his head and scoffed. "Be sure to get at the back of line. You're not the first to say that and won't be the last." Throughout his career as a criminal, Tobias had wronged many people and made a number of enemies and that was just from his time in Unova. Already he was making foes here in Johto but it meant nothing to Tobias as none of them were ever able to mount a suitable retaliation against him. Watching as the majority of Dracone's lot hobbled away in escape, Tobias shook his head. "Imbeciles..." Returning his Pokemon back to their Pokeballs, he slotted them onto his belt holster and went to relieve himself from the stress of the battles by indulging in a nice hit of nicotine. "Prometheus." He muttered. It was all he said but the fire monkey knew all too well what such a command meant. Using his dexterous tail to grab the pack of smokes, he slid one out, flipping it up to his monkey paws before placing it by Tobias' lips, who received coolly. With the cigarette in place, Prometheus made a simple click of his fingers, igniting a small spark of fire, lighting the cigarette.
Inhaling a hearty dreg and letting the comforting fumes nestle inside his lungs for a brief moment, he slowly exhaled it all out as he angled his head up into the air. With the smoke funnelling out, he went to put the cigarette back in his mouth as he decided to make an exit himself. "Our business here is concluded. About time we make preparations to head back to the rendezvous point. No doubt my distraction will be waiting there. I took longer than expected." Glancing at the C-Gear on his wrist, he realised that by taking care of the additional grunts it had set him back considerably. At this point he would need to make a swift exit to where their ride was in order to hop it back to base. Lest the police finally get round to reports of a Rocket waltzing around in broad daylight. "Hmm... Judging from this map data the alleyway here is the quickest way out." Proceeding in a brisk stride, he began heading towards a short cut he had found on his C-Gear. It had not been a bad mission, acquired the target, disgraced Team Rocket's enemies and had gained powerful new tools at his disposal.
