Bame stood there and listerned. Man did this boy talk. Almost worse then that youngster. Eh, who I am kidding he is worse. And felt his anger rising. But with it bane chuckled as he shock his head. "That's the problem with you kids. Always think your better. Top rank. Smarter. In reality, your all weak, blind." Bane then smirked when he recalled the boy saying about the mask. "As for the mask. Lets just say it's to stop the IPF from getting me. Cause you see, heh heh..last time someone pissed me off. I CRUSHED them under stone and ceiling with my bare hands." Bane then looked to skull, "now skull. Why don't you unleash a bit. Pound em" Skull smirked from that command. The move he wanted. He soon charged at the chikorita, gloopy fist ready. And even more ready for revenge.

The mystery boy's eyes narrowed in order to hide the second of shock when the masked man went on to describe how he dealt with the last person that angered him. He crossed his arms and let out an over exaggerated sigh, "A likely story." Chikorita on the other hand seemed somewhat convinced as she glanced up at the gas mask and took in the eerie aura of the large man. Mixed with the grubby poison pokémon slopping around Bane was not really an opponent she was enjoying battling. But she wasn't the one that made the choices. "Pro tip: if you're going to try and intimidate someone maybe try a more believable story. Unless that little squirt at your side can take out buildings I'm hardly convinced you did anything on that scale on purpose; if at all. You're just some insecure scrub trying to etch out a bad rep to make people believe you're better than you are." The red head went on, cocking his head to the side and dropping his eyes to the shivering grass pokémon. "Useless... That grimer is weaker than you, you coward. Go at it again. Another Tackle. And this time I want you to stomp that pile of sludge back into the ground," he growled. Chikorita bowed her head in uncertainty with a mumble of her name. Mustering her courage to get through this ordeal she trotted ahead, breaking into an instant run toward Skull. As she neared she closed her eyes, held her breath, and tackled the gooey pokémon. The grimer jiggled and oozed, morphing around the blow as the juvenile grass pokémon collected herself and stepped away. Skull took the opportunity to give her a good knock on the noggin. With a squeal Chikorita reeled and spun round, the poison type's fist slamming down on her back as she fled his proximity. A hand went to his face as he watched, as if that would help contain his frustration at the useless pokémon he'd swiped from the lab. "Stop turning your back on your enemy you sack of garbage," the boy seethed. VS. ?? Weather: Clear's Chikorita | LV 10 | Overgrow HP: 62% (20/32) Status: Poisoned Chikorita used Tackle! VS

Bane just shook his head and chuckled as the boy went on."That's what you think kid. Butin the end, I'll come out on top. Cause I dominate and not even the forces will stop me." Skull was waiting for the next order as Bane talked, staring at the Pokemon before it. "Skull, give the thing another pound." Skull nodded as he went towards his target again, fist ready. "So tell me bub, you got a name or shall I just call you bub for all your life?"

The boy rolled his eyes as Bane continued to speak. He looked less than impressed, though it wasn't clear if this was a facade or not. "You sure do like to brag meaninglessly, don't you?" he sighed, shaking his head at his opponent's behaviours. "I've never seen someone talk so much without saying anything of value before. It's kind of sickening. You really must be insecure if you're keeping that up." Chikorita, on the other hand, was much less convinced that its opponent was anything other than a threat. It could barely look Bane in the eyes - well, where his eyes would be under that mask - and instead chose to keep its gaze on Bane's chest whenever the confident man spoke. It continued to tremble softly throughout this exchange, whether in response to Bane's comments or its own master's. "My name?" The kid scoffed at Bane's simple request, looking quite shocked that he would've asked at this stage. "You've got some nerve. First you threaten to assault me then you ask me for my name? Are you braindead or something?" The redhead was then silent for a few moments, as if weighing up his options carefully. "I'll tell you what; if you beat me here, I'll tell you my name. For someone as overconfident as yourself, that should be easy enough." He allowed himself a smirk as he finished, presumably proud of the way he'd worded that. Chikorita tried to support its trainer with a soft 'Chi-ka', but its meekness only served to irritate the boy. "If you can't say anything useful, don't talk," he spat at his Grass type. "Now go out there and give that literal sack of garbage another Tackle!" Chikorita's head slumped in self-pity as the latest insult hit home, slowly turning toward Skull and plodding on forward with very little in the way of enthusiasm. Skull also advanced toward his opponent, readying a hand for his own move. Chikorita once again got the first hit in, a squelching sound coming from Skull as the green mass buried itself in his liquid form. The Grimer soon responded with a Pound attack, landing a swift blow against Chikorita's hind quarters. The Grass type yelped and leapt backward as quickly as she could. "For goodness's sake, Chikorita, do us all a favour and grow up. It's a Grimer, not a freakin' Tyranitar!" Chikorita's trainer moaned, obviously holding back a lot of his frustration. VS. ???

Bane just chuckled as he listened to the boy talk. Bane was enjoying this now, he liked annoying the younger ones. It was always fun, for him at least anyway. "You know kid, think what you want, it don't matter to me besides..." Bane then looked down to the Chikorita. "At least your pokemon has some sence. It knows truth, keep using that fear on them. Their fear could make them grow strong which would make fun battles in the future. But then again, you arn't going to take advice from me now are ya?" Bane then le out a little chuckle. "But with that said, Skull. Use another pound." Skull was waiting for that, he went for the Chikorita again, fist once more ready. "Oh and by the way" Bane then punched the nearest tree once, a medium punch, making a small dent in the bark. Bane knew that would make the Chikorita more scared, so bane said "You'll thank me later for that" For now bane would wait to see the results of this round.

Feeling his eye twitch, the unnamed trainer glowered at Bane, wondering if it would be better to just save his breath. The responses he was receiving were getting shorter and shorter, much like his temper, which had grown quite close to boiling point already due largely in part to how the battle was progressing. Not only was his whimpering mess of a Chikorita barely performing out of sheer fear, the mere thought that he was going to lose because of a walking personification of pollution almost pushed him over the edge. "I bet you found that Grimer where you found your personality, in the sewers where you'd fit right in with that stupid mask," the redhead spat. His anger spiked once again as Bane spoke of using fear to teach his Pokemon, thwarted by what he said immediately after. "Wow. Incredible. You actually said something smart for once. You're damn right I won't listen to any 'advice' from someone like you," he replied in a caustic tone. "Besides, using fear to control a Pokemon only works on something that had a spine to start with." A derisive look at Chikorita, the Grass-type trembling weakly in response, even if she couldn't see it. Weak from poison, repeated insults, and blows to the head, it was quite something that she was still standing at all - that alone spoke volumes. Not that her trainer would notice, or compliment her on it, when she'd failed thus far to knock out Skull, and that was all that mattered to him.
Chikorita's eyes followed Bane as he walked over to the tree, the sound of his fist impacting making her successfully flinch. Luckily, her trainer didn't notice the reaction, his attention also focused on Bane. "I should thank you for randomly punching a tree? What, threatening to assault people isn't enough, so you take to actually assaulting trees too? You're a real class act," the boy retorted. He glared at his Pokemon as she continued to cower, anger radiating off of him in waves. "You weren't scared of that, were you?" he asked, voice dangerously soft. Chikorita frantically shook her head, hoping he'd just ignore what occurred and just order her back into the fray. Going near Skull and his weird, sludgy body was a lot more appealing than incurring the full wrath of her trainer.
"Liar. Prove you're not a complete sniveling wimp and Tackle that Grimer again. Make it count!" he all but snarled, running a hand through his hair in frustration. Striking out for Skull with renewed urgency, Chikorita withheld her disgust as she collided with the gooey body of her foe, her sudden impact forcing the Grimer back a few inches. But before the Grass-type could dance out of reach, Skull lashed out with one arm, walloping her across the face. Even though it hurt, the Chikorita bit down on a cry of pain, unwilling to give more reason for the red-haired youth to become even angrier. No, that was a fate she'd do anything to avoid. "You're learning already. But what's the use if you can't even handle a single Grimer?" the boy said with a scowl. He wasn't eager to hear whatever Bane had to say next, either, fuming silently under his breath.

And once again that boy was still talking, boy does he love talking. "Think what you wish you wouldn't believe me anyway. But that fine, I don't expect you to. But it's too bad really. Cause you miss out on seeing a pokemon's potential." Bane then looked at Skull, to which Skull nodded back. "Alright, finish it off, Pound" Bane the looked to the chikorita as Skull got his fist ready. The boy might not see it but Bane gave the chikorita a small but polite nod, a way to say well done, you done well. With that Bane looked to the boy, "Well boy its been fun messing with you, but it's time to end this encounter."

The red haired teen was absolutely fed up with Bane by now. He knew this battle was a lost cause after the disappointing showing his Chikorita had displayed. She had been throughly whooped by a lowly Grimer and the next round would certainly be enough to knock her out. He was furious at the young grass type for failing him but he had to go down fighting in some kind of defense of his pride. Chikorita feared just how badly she would be punished after the battle and actually hoped Skull would knock her out for a considerable amount of time. No more than a moment passed before he gave his last order. " Chikorita go down fighting, use Tackle." Following her orders Chikorita ran towards Skull and tackled him with all her might. Her efforts were in vein as Skull quickly recovered and smacked her across the face. She slid across the ground unconscious with a huge red mark on the left side of her face. " When I am done with you your rear will match the color of your face." He said as he recalled his Pokemon. As he held himself back from exploding in anger he identified himself vowing revenge. " My name is Silver and the next time we meet your luck will run out."He reached into his pocket and handed him a small amount of money. " If you want my advice, take this money and invest it in a one way ticket to the moon. You will be a lot better off there then you will if I see you again."Pokemon Battle Silver's Chikorita | Level 10 HP: 58% (0/32) Status: Normal, Move: Tackle VS Bane's Skull | Level 8 ]HP: 67% (18/33) Status: Normal Move: Pound

Bane couldn't help but chuckle as bane watched the end of the battle come. Skull smiled darkly a little as he finally beat a grass type. Skull looked to bane and bane nodded. "Well done Skull, on point. Rest, you earned it." Bane then got out Skull's pokeball and returned him. Mizu was still beside Bane and was amazed at the whole thing. "Squirtle" Bane looked down at Mizu and nodded before looking at Silver. "Silver hey? Hmmmm." Bane walked closer to Silver so he was right in front of him after taking the money.
He then put one hand on Silver's shoulder. "You may act tough boy but your in NO position to threaten me. But if you ever care to battle me again, you know what to look for" Bane then looked back to Mizu before Mizu run after bane as bane walked off. Now it was time for Bane to give Mizu one last test. "Keep an eye out Mizu, Time to give you your final test before I get you that Jacket. Sound good?" Mizu punched the air in response, "Squirtle!!!" Bane laughed a little at that, it was just something about the pokemon's excitement and want to be like him bane liked.

As the boy walked away, soon another Pokemon showed itself. However, it immediately ran away as an even more dangerous Pokemon came near. The Pokemon ran past silver as it fled, far away from the Pokemon who just appeared. The Pokemon fleeing was a Ratatta. Silver turned back to see what it was that spooked the rat but soon continued to walk away, disinterested. Soon, a cry was heard from around Bane. However, it wasn;t just one but two. A Spearow flew over banes head and flew high into a tree, however, another Spearow stared directly at bane, giving off a war cry.

Bane wasn't scared with this bird appeared, in fact he smirked. "Well well well. Wanna fight hey?" Bane then looked to Mizu who looked to bane ready for any orders. "Mizu, sort this bird out and show em what they are dealing with. WATER GUN!" Mizu nodded before getting water ready in his mouth, this was his time to shine and show his strength. He wasn't going to go down easily. 'Time to see if Mizu is really worth it'

The bird was irritated and the stream of water coming toward it sure as hell didn't help. The Spearow reared up and launched at the Squirtle with a peck in extreme anger. Afterwards, the spearow awaited the squirtles next move. Taunting the wild Pokemon- yeah bane very smart idea NOT. As he sat there staring at the Squirtle, the little bird was pissed. It dared the boys squirtle to come at it again. "SPEAR!" a war cry was given off

"Hmmmmmm...." Bane thought to himself as he watches this battle play out. He looked to mizu and mizu seemed all right. 'Hmpf. good.' Looks like Mizu was a good pokemon after all. The spearow though, was another story. It wasn't impressive at all, not for bane at least. "Mizu, show em what their dealing with, WATER GUN!" Mizu nodded and once again got water ready in his mouth. Bane had his arms folded, he expected it to end there but if it would was another story.

The Spearow was now irritated. It was soaked again, and that didn't do much for it's mood. It furiousley ela[ed toward the squirtle with another peck, hoping to injur it pretty badley. This was one pissed off bird. I guess this is what happens when you anger a spearow. Perhaps bane will know from now on not to taunt the birds. "Hmpf. Stupid Bird.." Bane wasn't really impressed by the bird, after all the bird came to them. In a sense bane and mizu are defending themselves. Either way mizu stayed standing ready for another peck attack. "Mizu, finish it! Water Gun!" Mizu nodded knowing what that meant. He got water ready once more, looking to end it like bane wanted. So far Mizu had proved himself which was good. Bane would with this battle head into Cherrygrove where he would get mizu that jacket and then they would sort some things out.
