If you see me comin' down the street... ... You know it's time to go.
Like her Staravia, Terri was quick to catch sight of the Farfetch'd. The stress of being late for her mission had given her a rush of energy. From the second she saw it, Terri already hated Farfetch'd. Its cocky attitude didn't fit its weak appearance.
"Ollin! Thunderbolt!" Terri ordered, cutting straight to the point. She aggressively hurled the Snubbull's Poké Ball in the air, releasing him onto the grassy path. Ollin's reaction was a little slower than his teammate's. He glanced around uncertainly for a moment until finally, the moving green leek captured his attention.
'Time to get back into the game,' he commented quietly to himself. It had been a while since he'd done any battling. Ever since Edwina had evolved, she seemed to have taken over his role as Terri's sidekick. He was beginning to feel left behind. Sparks began to emit from his body as he targeted Sylvester's Pokémon.

What was this? A different opponent! Farfetch'd's feathers were ruffled. It had clearly pointed out the other bird but the angry wrinkled human refused its declaration of duel and sent out a trusted hound instead. Typical. The duck pfffft and stuck its beak up in the air as the only way it could figuratively look down upon the brightly colored Ollin. It was easy to tell the pup was a bit rusty and Farfetch'd was going to make use of that. In a fancy display of footwork the energetic duck bound through the tall grasses like a deerling. Swiftly darting through the distance between itself and Ollin it was but a moment before that goofy vegetable was swiping down upon the snubbull. There wasn't even a sound as it swept across his pink fur. Had the bird missed? That was soon answered by a cutting pain caught up to the action. Who know something so dull and flimsy could produce such a scratch in the hands of a skilled wielder. But Ollin was no slouch himself. Brow furrowed, he retaliated before the duck could waddle too far away. And boy was the mischievous avian in for a surprise. The crackle of electricity drew a questioning look from Farfetch'd a second before the full attack was thundering upon it. A shrill cry ripped through the forest clearing, a sizzle of smoke rising up from the bird afterward, as the bird stood completely dumbfounded and still. It coughed a moment later, shaking itself free of the shock and getting its bearings back. Battle Weather: Clear Farfetch'd | LV 20 | Inner Focus HP: 43% (25/57) Status: -1 ATK Used Cut! VS
Ollin | LV 19 | Intimidate HP: 71% (41/57) Status: Normal Used Thunderbolt! Critical Hit!

Using Running Shoes if two hits are necessary (Thunderbolt both times)
If you see me comin' down the street... ... You know it's time to go.
Farfetch'd had confirmed its ability to use Cut which gave Terri hope. As tempted as she still was to grab the lost Pokémon and make an escape, she decided that she'd much rather have the HM Sylvester had offered as a reward. Farfetch'd was extremely irritating from the first impression; and from what she knew, it couldn't even evolve from such a pathetic-looking form. "Do I really gotta find two o' these?" she scoffed.
Ollin's speed was always a bit of a letdown. In this case, Farfetch'd was also better trained but neither Terri or Ollin were worried, regardless. The bulldog's first attack landed perfectly and even startled his foe a bit. It was satisfying to wipe the smug look off the duck's face.
"Take another shot, Ollin," Terri ordered. "We ain't got no time to waste so use Thunderbolt 'till ya knock that thing out!" She looked at the avian with disdain, wondering why anyone would ever capture it.
While the others were engaged in battle, Edwina decided to scan for the second Farfetch'd. She flew high above the trees but even with her great eyesight, it was difficult to see much other than the different types of trees and plants. In any case, she knew which direction to try next, as long as Sylvester's directions were correct.

Farfetch'd was still shocked at the level of damage the fairy dog had caused in a single attack but luckily for Farfetch'd the dog was not an electric type so the damage was not quite as severe as it could have been. Even so it knew it had to score a knockout blow with its next attack or else things might end very badly. As it got ready for what could very well be the final round it pointed its leek at the pink dog Pokemon and smirked to acknowledge it was a worthy foe despite the canine being a tiny bit lower leveled than itself. After a brief pause the bird charged towards Ollin putting all of its might into this attack. In a swift slashing motion the bird cut Ollin with its leek but just as before the young canine managed to endure through the pain of the attack as a jolt of electricity started to build up in his mouth getting ready to deliver a strike of his own. As the bird took just a moment to catch its breath after its attack Ollin unleashed the jolt of electricity scoring a direct hit. It was not a critical hit but the damage caused was still just enough to knock the bird out before it could strike again. Farfetch'd had fought well but in the end it could not resist any further. There was still one more Farfetch'd hiding somewhere but in the meantime the battle had been a great source of experience for Ollin. Battle Weather: Clear Farfetch'd | LV 20 | Inner Focus HP: 0% (0/57) Status: -1 ATK (KO'ed) Used Cut! VS
Ollin | LV 19 | Intimidate HP: 40% (23/57) Status: Normal Used Thunderbolt!Farfetch'd has been defeated. 1 more still needs to be found. Ollin gains 2 levels and is now level 21. Tiago gains 1 level thanks to his Experience Share and he is now level 22.
