"It's you! It's you! It's you!" The chatot repeated eagerly with the exact voice of Anton, and then followed it by the sound of the woosh a whip made in the air. It certainly understood what his order to his pokemon meant. The it cackled as it had been fun to see Josh's reactions to its sounds, it had managed to trick him and believe it was something else! Its laughter was cut short as the rock came flying and it protested loudly as it leaped to dodge it. "You are grounded!" It shouted in a woman's voice, "Stop doing that, it's not nice!" the voice of a young boy then said and the chatot dived towards them. Bulbasaur being in front and being used to battle by now, didn't needed commands all the time to realize he should defend himself and the ones around him. And as the bird was in the air Vine Whip was the most logical choice, even though they would do very little to a bird who had the type advantage here. The whipping made it change targets and it turned from Josh to focus on Bulbasaur. "It's time to dance!" It declared and swooped in to give Bulbasaur a painful cut with its beak. Gah! Josh was caught off guard by the chatots sounds once again! The sounds of a whip and the imitation it made was utterly annoying. The rock thankfully managed to distract it, but only for a second.
Unfortunately while it was able to land a hit, its typing was a main disadvantage, as it would come down at blinding speeds. Pecking the bulbasaur immediately, unable to react in time, josh wanted to ensure its bulbasaurs safety..but switching out to meditite would be risky.
But against his bitter judgement he would do exactly that as he would get out his pokeball and point it as his starter. A red beam would as it would return to its ball. "Bulbasaur return!"
Go meditite! he would throw the ball on the ground, as the meditite would be released.

The strange colorful bird with bright blue wings, a bright green underbelly, and a black head and tail seemed to be happily repeating all the things that it heard around the route from other Pokemon and trainers. It’s large head crest reminiscent of the musical eighth note bounced back and forth as the bird chattered away at the highest pitch it could muster. “So you wanna be a master of POKEMON!” It went back to sing-rapping as it took off up high into the air and stuck its pink tongue menacingly at the other Pokemon. Josh recalled the stubby little frog-like Pokemon with its large green bulb fastened securely on its back. The Chatot circled in the air with its feet tucked securely underneath its body and buried safely inside the bright green feathers of its underbelly. “Bulbasaur return!” It mocked from the airs and fluttered down a ways as another Pokemon appeared in the flash of a bright red light. “Bulbasaur return!” It carried away happily amused to repeat Josh’s last words to his starter Pokemon. A bright blue humanoid Pokemon with a an oddly-shaped white head that looked like an onion stood in the place of the other Pokemon. The Chatot flew right up close the the Meditites face as it fluttered its wings daringly on the airwaves. “Go Meditite. Go Meditite!” It growled at the top of its voice as cutely as it could muster while still imitating Josh’s voice and seemed to laugh mockingly at the lad and his Pokemon. Two turns is generally reserved for when you're calling out two moves. It'll still result in "two turns" for the mod (mechanics wise).

This bird was really getting on his nerves, all the mocking and imitating reminded him of his cousin. Always doing everything he did but in a annoying tone, but they need this victory. Not even acknowledging its words, the big question is how Meditite was going to combat it.
It didn't have any long-range options compared to his Bulbasaur. So he came upwith something, the risk was extremely high. Hopefully it wouldn't bite him in the butt if this Chatot was smart not to attack.
Regardless he called out his newly acquired Meditite to use Bide. A strong but exceptionally risky move but it was the best option he had currently. Not wanting to risk his Bulbasaur getting knocked out by this obnoxious bird.
"Meditite, use Bide!" Hopefully once Meditite is able to endures the Chatot's attacks. It can fire back with double the force. The boy's heart was pumping with blood, anxiety followed by adrenaline was coursing through their veins.

Chatot landed on a branch in a nearby tree. It tilted its head and stared at the other Pokemon skeptically while tapping its sharp talons against the rough bark underneath its feet. Meditite was different than Chatot’s last opponent. It didn’t seem as anxious to rush in and try to beat it up with its vines or anything. “POLLY WANTS A CRACKER! BRRRAAAWWKK!” It called loudly, beating its wings at its sides as it hopped about on the long branch, shaking some of the leaves loose so that they floated down to the tall grasses below. Zen nodded with a cheerful smile as his trainer called out his next attack. Chatot watched this strange Pokemon slowly lower itself to sit down in the tall grasses. Zen folded his long legs in a crisscross pattern and placed his elbows on top of his tiny knees. Then Meditite placed his hands together. A strange light enveloped the Pokemon, causing Meditite to glow as he focused on biding his time until he would eventually attack. What was this strange attack and why was Zen so focused on sitting down and acting like he wasn’t even fighting anymore? “IN IT TO WIN IT!” Chatot called out. It lifted its short wings up high and soared up into the air. Chatot would first circle high above over Zen with its head craned so that it could study its sleepy opponent below. That’s what Chatot thought Zen had done at least – gone to sleep. “USE THE FORCE, LITTLE ONE, USE THE FORCE!” It repeated, sounding like a burly man in his thirties. It finally landed and hopped tentatively close to Zen. Then Pecked him a few times along his arms and legs, trying to see if Zen was awake or asleep. "I wet the bed and never tell momma." Chatot leaned in close and whispered its secret to Zen, confiding in him. Then Zen unleashed all the energy he held pent up in one powerful attack.
