Situated in one of the newer neighborhoods of town is an average looking duplex with a large business sign out front. Dangling by a pair of short chains the weathered post contrasted the sharp, freshly applied lettering of the offices housed within the building:
A time eaten arrow sat beneath each title indicating which unit corresponded to them.
Note: Indicate where the pokemon is (whose party/pc) and, if you have multiple characters, whose inventory any heart scales are being used from.
The Move Deleter
"Right! That's me, I remember now," the man responds excitedly to your inquiry. The light shines boldly on his balding head. "You've come to the right place. I can make any pokémon forget anything, even those pesky HMs."
"So, you want a Pokémon to forget some moves? Remember it's good not to forget everything, so if a pokémon only knows one move you can't force it to be deleted."
The Move Relearner
"Oh hello there stranger! I see you've found my lovely abode, though it is rather hard to miss being such a fantastic shade of Luvdisc pink! Hmm, you seem to be wearing a rather dour expression, do come in and have some chamomile tea coloured with food extract to match Luvdisc! Not thirsty? Well, if you're sure. There's a plate of Luvdisc cookies on the plate by the window sill dear, please don't hesitate to help yourself!
My name is Lady Catherine, and I moved here from Hoenn to retire. I have collected as many Luvdisc as I can train, though what I most desire are Heart Scales above all else! That fantastic glow, the beautiful design, and the sheer essence of the most elegant creature ever to grace the world!
Over the years I studied many, many Pokémon comprehensively as an aide to multiple professors, and my memory is still quite sharp! I know each and every move a Pokémon can learn in their lifetime, and should you come across any Heart Scales during your journey bring them to me and in exchange I can help your Pokémon recall a move it has long forgotten. This sounds like a win-win for the both of us!
