A few she recognized, such as the boy with the Ivysaur from last time, and her friends Sandy and Joe. Both were given waves and quick smiles, Tanya glad to see the both of 'em returning. She looked over the rest of the group with a neutral expression, as if she were sizing up her competition.
Tuning out the spiel, the redhead waited for her contest Balls and accepted them with a murmured thanks, stowing them in her bag for safe-keeping. As the group dispersed into the lush grass, Tanya gave her Blitzle a gentle nudge to get moving, the duo heading slightly to the left to keep apart from the rest of the trainers. Plus, being away from the hubbub meant Aramis wouldn't freeze up, which would be quite troublesome if it happened during a crucial moment in battle.
Noticing she was alone, Tanya turned round and frowned at Aramis, who was chomping at the long blades of grass and nickering softly in contentment. Putting her hands on her hips, she stared down her Blitzle and gave him a devil's smile. "If you don't stop munching and get a move on, I will sit on you and ride you for the entirety of this contest. Do I make myself clear?" Tanya grinned, Aramis' eyes widening slightly at the threat.
Not that he couldn't carry her, but for the entire contest... that would be overkill. Dropping his snack, he trotted forwards hurriedly and made sure to stay obediently at her side. If he could behave long enough, perhaps he could be allowed to eat some more. This grass had a sweet taste to it, which was probably why the park hosted the BCC in the first place.
