Description- Located just outside of Goldrenrod city rests the Katayko orchard house. Framed by four sections of a beautiful orchard, the estate attracts many wild Pokemon, and some are imported from different regions by Ms. Edith Katayko, the head of the estate, mother to few and grandmother to many. The orchards are guarded by four strong Orchard Overseers, so if you plan on coming to catch wild Pokemon, expect to face them before you get the chance. Many members of the Marshal, Katayko, and Harthaway families gather there on their various journeys, to rest and replenish themselves. Most rooms in the home are free to explore, so long as you speak to Edith before entering the estate.
Hidden well by luscious shrubs rests the remains of the north side of the orchards, which can be identified by the Moltres symbol over the gate. This part of the orchard, originally used to grow lum berries, was burned away by a great fire many years prior, around the same time that Edith's granddaughter Sandy was born. Grandpa Katayko discovered that the ruined soil, although no longer suitable for Lum berries, was perfect for rawst berry trees. There are a few rows of live trees resting among the long since burned up Lum berry trees, but they have kept the part of the orchard this way as a reminder that workers must be careful with tools and such, and something like this should not happen again.
When you enter the northern orchard, you will be approached by the overseer of this part of the Orchard. You must fight her for your right of passage into the orchard. Her level will vary pending on the levels of the Pokemon in your party.

Those who dislike frizzy hair beware. The Southern section of the Orchards, identifiable by the Zapdos insignia above the arch, Always seems to be encased by a red mist that Edith is convinced is caused by the Cheri berries that are constantly growing there. the red mist has a strange air of extreme humidity so you'll always feel plenty hotter when walking through this area of the orchard. Many electric Pokemon can be found here, Pichu normally eating the Cherri berries in order to cure their self-inflicted paralysis.
When you enter the southren orchard, you will be approached by the overseer of this part of the Orchard. You must fight him for your right of passage into the orchard. His level will vary pending on the levels of the Pokemon in your party.

The Eastern Parts of the Orchard, identified by the Drapion insignia on the arch are covered in lush Pecha trees with strange white leaves. Edith and her family have a warning posted out in front, warning guests that they should be careful of the various poison types that inhabit the area. Venture with caution, as some of these Pokemon are known to lash out and poison people or their partners without warning. If your Pokemon is poisoned outside of battle (This is rolled every post you make before an encounter in this area, however, it can only occur once per visit), you must go and Visit either Edith or Raine for a solution. Sometimes however, Sandy or Ivan may also be present in the orchard to heal your Pokemon then and there for you.
When you enter the eastern orchard, you will be approached by the overseers of this part of the Orchard. You must fight them for your right of passage into the orchard. their levels will vary pending on the levels of the Pokemon in your party. This will be in double battle format.

In the Western section of the Orchard, a frosted arch and gate with a frosted over Articuno Insignia rest, guarding the entrance to the snowiest part of the orphanage, the snow often created by the Ice Pokemon that live within the confines of the area. It houses the aspear berry trees and a large, man-made pond where the Orchard's overseer lives, protecting Section Aspear. Edith does not visit this section often, as she insists her old bones can't take the cold.
When you enter the western orchard, you will be approached by the overseer of this part of the Orchard. You must fight her for your right of passage into the orchard. Her level will vary pending on the levels of the Pokemon in your party.

In the front yard, you'll find a quaint setting. A Pool, lush bushes and a front porch. Usually in her rocking chair you'll find the Katayko Family's Matriarch, Edith Katayko. She doesn't usually battle, but sometimes she is a bit batty. If she happens to think that you are on their property for nefarious reasons, she'll challenge you to a battle. Otherwise, you can ask her for one and she might give one to you. (WARNING: Sometimes the old bat might make you run some kind of crazy errand for her in one of the Orchard areas first before she will battle you if you choose this option.) Her Pokemon *And their Movesets* Will Vary Pending on the level of your team.
The living room is a very pristine place, cleaned regularly by the residents of the house. It is usually the resident Raine's favorite place in the house to hang out. None of the Residents will battle in this fancy living room, although if they do feel like battling, they'll lead you elsewhere in order to do so. People often must find their way here coming from Section Pecha, seeking her out for antidote. Though with her bad attitude, most people should hope for Sandy or Ivan to already be within Section Pecha. Sometimes, you can also find Sandy's childhood friend Jazzy hanging about. Their levels will be based on that of your own team.

The Kitchen over the years has had one factor that never changes. The family caretaker Mac resides within, and he has helped the family raise many of its children over the years. He loves the family dearly, never having had children of his own. He will challenge those he sees fit to a battle if they walk into the kitchen at the right time of day. Your reward is usually a meal. He came to serve the family many years ago from the strange region of Kalos.
The Attic is the final area of the Katayko Orchard House that is open to Visitors. Though it used to be a dusty old attic the Katayko family has converted it into a lounge room, with a balcony that has a beautiful overhead view of the Orchards. However, grouchy cousin Lenny resides in this room most of the time, practicing his music. Though you may wish to get a view of the orchards with minimal interruption, Lenny usually isn't that kind.
A certain image aside, i'm certainly okay with these modifications. You've definitely spruced up your estate by quite some effort. Can definitely see Joey coming out of nowhere to just randomly gatecrash haha. You're more than welcome to slot in these adjustments. The only thing I would note down is the rarity chances. I know you've got common/uncommon/rare/super rare etc but what chances would they have would be beneficial.
