Leaving the Dunsparce to decide on it's own actions was fine for the time being, as it wasn't sure if it could trust Donita or not yet either. In a way, the wild Pokemon wondered why she had even decided to step in and help but that was the one thing that the Dunsparce was grateful for. Hence why it was willing to fight along side Justice, even if the Bulbasaur might have been a little annoyed with it's previous collision into her. Now uncoiled, it had gained a bit of extra confidence knowing that it had a partner to fight beside. No long was it going to stay hidden in it's ball form. Instead, it was going to hold it's head high and fight back with all of it's might! Atleast this way, the Pokemon could ensure that Justice wouldn't get hurt either. Mildly protective, the Dunsparce had been given a chance to fight back. It had been ganged upon earlier which had left it at a bit of a disadvantage but now, it had a chance.
Looking over to the Pidgey, the Dunsparce's blank look didn't appear to change but in it's mind, the creature became full of rage. The Dunsparce hadn't initially done anything wrong to annoy the Pidgey. It had simply decided to protect something, unaware that this duo of Pidgey had their eyes on the exact same thing. Having tried to fight them off, the Dunsparce had become separated from what it had found but at the same time, had lured the Pidgey away from it. The Dunsparce just hoped that it would still be there by the time the battle would finish. Thinking over the actions of what had led to this very moment, the Pokemon let out another adorable squeak but to it, it was a battle cry. Hopping forward with a flutter of it's wings, the Dunsparce went zooming straight for one of the Pidgey, tackling into the avian with all of it's might and causing a surprising amount of damage.
Using the cover of Dunsparce's movement, Justice immediately jumped at the second Pidgey, who had looked away in surprise to see it's partner being attacked. With several pumps of her bulb, the Bulbasaur shot out several seeds that landed amongst the feathers of the Pidgey and quickly opened, wrapping the bird in a tight vine which sapped at the bird's energy. Gaining energy back from her send out seeds, Justice perked up ever so slightly but the bird duo were just as quick to retaliate. Tackling straight back into the raging Dunsparce, the first Pidgey tried to create some sort of gap between itself and the angry Pokemon, even if it seemed as if the Dunsparce wasn't going to be backing down any time soon. The second Pidgey kept it's beady eyes on Justice, turning on the spot and kicking up a wave of sand which caught her eyes and blurred her vision.

Hearing the Dunsparce battle cry, Donita couldn't help but smile during the battle. It was extremely cute! It squeaked! It sounded freakin' adorable. So innocent, so sweet. Donita felt like it was love at first sight. How silly, she thought to herself as she covered her soft giggle with her hand. Pokemon were strange creatures. Well, she did live in the Pokemon World and well.. Pokemon.
Seeing how strong the Dunsparce was against the Pidgey and even seeing how well Justice was fighting along side him, surprised Donita a bit. They were working quite well together as team and this is her first double battle. She blinked afew times, well.. .not really since the Dunsparce wasn't her's but..still. It counts.
"Good job Justice and you too Dunsparce! Great team work! Those Pidgey are tough-Oh no Justice!" Her bulbasaur getting sand in her eyes as she tried to wipe it out of her eyes, giving a bit of a cry of irritation. This worried Donita a bit and wondered how much it would effect the battle from here on out. Oh no, anxiety binge is kicking in again. Didn't she JUST eat like, maybe 5 minutes ago? Ugh. Donita rolled her eyes, it was honestly obnoxious sometimes feeling like she needed to eat something.
Donita figured she would let the Dunsparce continue to battle on his own, she wasn't comfortable in telling a Pokemon what to do without it's consent honestly. It just didn't feel right to her, so she kept on with Justice. "Okay justice, I know that stung you a bit but try to not lose focus. We got this.. Use tackle! Dunsparce, you're doing great!" She at least would keep encouraging the wild Pokemon, praise is better than nothing if anything else it would let the Dunsparce know she respected him.

In the middle of it's rage, the squeaking Dunsparce paused to look over at the trainer, not realising that the second Pidgey had lunged at Justice. Narrowly rolling out of the way, the wild Pokemon had managed to miss the Sand Attack to the eyes but the Bulbasaur wasn't as fortunate. Lowering her head and using her chunky leg to try and wipe the kicked up sand and dust from her eyes, the Pokemon squinted awkwardly, still able to make out the shapes of the Pokemon around her. Looking back to the two Pidgey, the Dunsparce too in a deep breath and inflated it's body to try and appear more intimidating. It also agreed that fighting alongside Justice had been better than anticipated. With just a bit more of a push, they would get through this victorious and then the wild Dunsparce could thank the duo for their aid.
For now, however, the battle needed to press on. The Pidgey still not backing off even with the inclusion of a human trainer and her Pokemon, each wore stern glares, determined to claim their prize from the Dunsparce. One Pidgey in particular was feeling the pressure, eyeing the Dunsparce cautiously. When angered, it packed a mean punch and with it's confidence only growing under the presence of Donita, one of the avians had begun to doubt their plan. Flinching with worry, the bird watched Dunsparce's blank expression and even though it looked the same, could some how sense that it was becoming enraged once again. Using it's little wings to levitate ever so slightly off the ground, the drill tailed Pokemon went shooting across the low grass, crashing into the body of the Pidgey.
Landing with a heavy thump, the bird tried it's very best to stand but in the end, couldn't help but cower with lowered wings. No longer able to battle, it's partner had a nervous glint in it's eye. Whilst the bird was distracted, Justice had managed to use the time to find her stationed target and with a mad charge, went flying for the remaining Pidgey. As her head hit the bird's chest, it squawked uncomfortably before opening it's wings and taking to the air. Hoping to avenge it's friend, the bird circled in the sky before dive bombing at the Dunsparce, tackling into the yellow creature. With one Pidgey down the battle was nearing it's end and luckily, it was Donita's side who was winning.

"Awesome job you guys! You're doing great! Don't give up! I know the situation feels pretty bad but we got this!" It felt natural at this point to be battling along side with Justice, but as well as the Dunsparce too weirdly enough. Perhaps this battle was unknowingly causing them to trust and bond too despite Donita have not capturing the yellow Pokemon. Donita would think that Dunsparce is quite lucky that Justice had heard something and went to investigate, because Donita probably wouldn't of heard it over her munching on those apples. These Pidgey are extremely stubborn, she noted. 'At least their not spearows now that would be an intimidating battle.. but they might as well be the way their acting so aggressively.'
Watching the battle go on, she noticed the Dunsparce looking back at her before he went into his rage, 'You can do it Dunsparce! We almost have this!" Donita cheered on, giving the Pokemon a wave as she encouraged him. She then worriedly looked over at Justice, her poor eyes.. She hope her bulbasaur would recover well after this battle. It hurt her to even see Justice in this type of condition. Fortunately, Pokemon don't need glasses but you never know in the Pokemon world. Enough sand in one's eye could cause permanent damage. Donita could only pray that wouldn't happen to her Justice.
As one Pidgey fainted, battling to it's end. Donita thought for a moment if she should capture one of these Pokemon but decided against it. If she did, she would feel like it would betray this Dunsparce's trust. If Donita wanted a Pidgey, she would find one with a better attitude that didn't pick on other Pokemon is what she thought. These Pidgey just won't give up despite being in the wrong of attacking the poor Dunsparce. She couldn't wait to get to the bottom of this.
"Just you wait Pidgey, we're going to win and figure this out, picking on a pokemon. For shame! Justice, try and use tackle again on that last Pidgey, Dunsparce.." She paused only for a brief moment before speaking, "Do your best."

Feeling a connection between the two Pokemon, the three were working as a perfect team until one, weakened Pidgey was left standing. Morale instantly dropping now that it was friendless, the bird suddenly seemed less violent and more defensive. Struggling with the clear disadvantage, karma had certainly turned around onto the Pidgey duo. What goes around comes around and for these two bullies, they were certainly getting their comeuppance. Flapping it's wings wildly, the Pidgey tried to kick up a storm of sand to keep both Pokemon at bay but it was to no avail. Braving leaping head first through the sand cloud, the Dunsparce spent it's last ounce of rage by striking into the body of the avian, ending the barrage of sand. This gave Justice the key moment to intervene, jumping over the head of Dunsparce and landing with a tackle into the Pidgey, sending it flying backwards and into it's fainted friend, where the duo then rolled into a nearby bush due to the strong momentum from the attack.
Double Battle

Congratulations! The Pidgey duo have been defeated!Justice gained 2 levels and grew to Level 10! Justice learnt the move Vine Whip!
For a few short moments, all was silent, Justice and the Dunsparce looking ahead eagerly, expecting the Pidgey to get up and fight back. But this time, they didn't. Well and truly put in their place, the birds knew they were no match for these two. Spreading their wings, they cooed weakly as they flew out of the bushes and into the sky, making a quick get away to avoid any more pain. At the sight of this, the Dunsparce squealed in victory, body wriggling with uncontrollable glee. A thought suddenly hitting it, the wild Pokemon spoke in it's own tongue to Justice, asking the Bulbasaur to follow. Hopping on ahead, Justice relayed the message back to Donita, by crying out to gain her attention before following after the Dunsparce. Playing a bit of follow the leader, Donita was led slightly off the beaten path, to a small bushy area. Within it, she soon found Dunsparce who was prodding it's head affectionately against a lone purple egg.
Squeaking out as if trying to chat, it didn't take much thought to realise that this egg was what Dunsparce was trying to protect from the wild Pidgey. Both of them were alone and without a trainer and whilst it was odd to see a Dunsparce with a Nidoran egg, one thing was for certain. They were in constant danger in the wild and the Dunsparce had a genuine heart of gold to worry about an abandoned egg. Hopping forward, it wriggled around Donita's foot before hopping up and down on the spot. The battle had given Dunsparce more than enough reason to trust the trainer, to the point that it wanted to follow her from now one. Constantly nudging into her and looking between Donita and the egg, the Pokemon hoped that the human would understand that it wanted her to take the egg and itself with her!
The wild Dunsparce wishes to join Donita! She is also urged by the Dunsparce to take the Nidoran Egg along with her! Thread Unreserved

Donita had a big grin on her face that was plastered on there, it didn't seem like it was going to be removed as she watched the finale of the battle. Her amazing bulbasaur jumping over Dunsparce to land that tackle perfectly on the already weakened Pidgey. 'She is truly amazing...' Donita thought with a sigh, feeling so proud of her grass type. 'Her name is worthy for her.. Justice.. Justice against the mean bully Pidgey's.... and protector of the weak...' While she was daydreaming about her Pokemon, she didn't notice Dunsparce and Justice talking to one another until Justice had made a noise to wake her out of her own daydreaming just before hopping off into the path to the small brush.
Shaking her head, Donita tilted her head in puzzlement before following her Pokemon. Wondering what has gotten into Justice now? “So many strange happenings... Pokemon are truly--” Her words were cut off as she stopped quickly in her tracks. Her amber eyes widen at the sight of a Pokemon Egg, a rather colorful Purple Pokemon egg at that. “Were.. you protecting this egg from those Pidgey?” She had to clarify, but she already knew the answer. It was evident those Pidgey wanted the egg for whatever reason, possibly for a snack or a meal, who knows?
It was very odd that a Dunsparce had an egg, even stumbling upon an egg itself. Where did it come from? Donita mildly looked around, worried that a Pokemon parent might suddenly appear but she knew that wasn't going to happen. If it did, that parent would have destroyed those Pidgey on the spot way before Donita and Justice had arrived, even dunsparce. Feeling the Pokemon nudging against her leg, Donita lowered herself to ground level with the Poke and gave it the biggest hug ever.
“Oh my.. you are absolutely the bravest Dunsparce I have met! So genuine and kind, you could be the one and truly white knight of your life time!” Donita held the Dunsparce, smiling at the yellow Pokemon before placing him down to give his head a gentle rub as she stood to walk over to the purple egg to get a closer inspection. Kneeling down, she carefully placed her hands on the egg ever so gently and lowered her head down to place her ear against the egg to listen for anything that might indicate how close it was to hatching.
Nothing was heard.
Donita lifted her head up and slowly turned the egg around, once again being careful with it. She was searching within her mind what the egg could possibly. She noted that in her time spent with her mother, she had a book about eggs and the different color patterns indicating of what Pokemon would appear and this one... Purple..
“I think.. it is a Nidoran egg, male to be exact.”
“I see you are eager to come along with me Dunsparce.. and I am glad to accept you on our journey! I hope you don't mind a nickname... Quirk.. How is that?” She asked the drill Pokemon as she giggled a bit. “I think it suits you really.. you are quite the quirky Pokemon.” Pulling her backpack around, she dug into the clutter for a Pokeball and lightly tapped the button to enlarged the device. “Do you mind if I capture you then?” She asked, holding out the Pokeball in her hand.
"Thank you... for your service, we'll make sure this Egg is safe. At least now it is, I don't plan on eating any Pokemon eggs!"

With the two pidgey's dealt with and Dunsparce and the Male Nidoran egg safe from harm Donita was no by herself with just her Pokemon. The route was quiet and had it not been for the overcast the weather would be perfect to celebrate her victory over the two pidgey however the silence was not going to last forever. One Pokemon in particular was not very pleased with the weather and it was trying to find a way to pass the time until the sun would come back out. This Pokemon really needed the suns rays to help it grow big and strong and the overcast was not the best weather it could hope for. The small sapling Pokemon floated through the tall grass trying to find a spot where the sun was able to break through the clouds and take a nice sunbath however every time it found what it thought was a good spot the sun would get blocked again by the clouds. All hope was not lost however as it noticed Donita and since it was not having any luck with the sun for the time being it could at least pay a visit to her in hopes that she might have something to warm it up until the sun came back out. Approaching the trainer with a smile on it's face the grass type Pokemon made it's way towards her happy as could be that something good might happen today. The Sunkern acted as kind as could be as it made it's presence known trying to avoid any conflict. Even with it's kindhearted demeanor the small Pokemon sneezed as a gust of wind caused a seed to get stuck in it's mouth as it tried to remove the seed and in the process the small Pokemon doubled in size thanks to an accidental Growth attack. Frozen in fear that it would be taken as an aggressive action Sunkern did not dare make a sound or move a muscle as it waited to see if Donita would send a Pokemon to attack in self defense and Sunkern could not blame her if she did. A wild level 8 Sunkern appeared. Please select a Pokemon for battle.

[OCC: I hope I am doing this right.. right?] Name: ?? Gender: ?? Level: N/A Ability: N/A Nature/Personality: ?? Status: 400/2,000 words Donita smiled as she stared at the pokeball that held her newly caught Pokemon Dunsparce. She knew Quirk was safe and sound within the device. She'll have to switch her Pokemon out of their Pokeballs to bond with them, she enjoyed their company to at least have some one V one time with each of them. But for now, it was just her, Justice and this Nidoran egg. Holding the egg carefully in her arms, she could feel the warmth of the shell causing the hair on her arms to raise ever so slightly. "At least this egg is still alive, right Justice?" She looked down at her bulbasaur with a smile. Justice stared at her trainer with a dull expression, yawning as the grass type stretched her legs. Justice was thinking that had a lot went on today and felt a bit tired, maybe bored? The trainer was about to continue on her journey through Route 29 but was stopped by yet another Pokemon. Donita jumped a little when the seed Pokemon decided to suddenly grow. Justice jumped in front of her trainer protectively, staring down at the Sunkern in warning as the bulbasaur got ready to battle. Luckily for the Sunkern, Donita happen to notice a seed that flew into her mouth when a breeze came by, causing the poor Pokemon to sneeze and to grow! "Calm down Justice.. it doesn't look like this Pokemon wants to fight." Donita eyed the Sunkern curiously, and slowly walked towards the Pokemon. "Hey there, You seem to have grown a bit from sneezing!" She smiled kindly at the Pokemon while Justice looked at her trainer like she was crazy but said nothing, only stood by Donita defensively as she watched the Sunkern cautiously. "It's alright Justice." Donita kneeled down to her starter Pokemon, trying to comfort her before returning her attention to the other grass type as she pulled out her Pokedex. "Sunkern, the Seed Pokémon. It lives by drinking only dewdrops from under the leaves of plants and if attacked, it will violently shake its leaves."
Closing the Pokedex, she wondered why this Sunkern wasn't afraid of them. Perhaps this Pokemon was use to humans traveling on this road? She felt something nudging at her leg. Looking down, she saw her bulbasaur bumping her head against Donita for attention. It seemed like Justice wants to fight Sunkern. Donita frowned, not sure if that would truly be a good idea but she knew they needed to train and even if this pokemon didn't seem aggressive, it was still a challenge. They still had ways to go before reaching into town. "Alright, well Sunkern. Would you like to battle us?" Hearing her trainer speak about the possibility of battling, Justice would ready herself in front of Donita and prepare for a tackle if the battle was to happen. If it didn't, she would just stand there.

The seed rocked gently from side to side, somewhat hesitant as it's previous sneeze may have come across as a threat to the trainer who stood opposite the slightly enlarged seed. Particularly eyeing Justice in a cautious manner, who appeared eager to battle, all the Sunkern could now do was await it's doom. Donita was much more calm in progressing with the situation, however, as she did something other than order an attack. Taking out her Pokedex to learn more about the wild Pokemon which had appeared before her, it probably didn't shed too much light on the encounter. Whilst it may have seemed kind hearted, this wasn't the area where Sunkern usually inhabited and thus, it was somewhat nervous deep down.
More likely to be found on the outskirts of Olivine, the Pokemon was certainly a long way from home. Carried all the way to the route outside of New Bark Town by the wind, it had been a stroke of bad luck in that sense but maybe it had come across a nice trainer. Taking in a deep breath as it shuddered ever so slightly, the tiny yellow seed made an awkward squeak as Justice took hold of the situation and charged forward. The Sunkern may not have been a threat but this entire time it hadn't ran away, thus, Justice could only assume that this was a battle. With a bit more training under her bulb, the grass type certainly wasn't going to turn the offer down.
Heading straight for the Sunkern, who in return remained in the same position with a look of shock horror, Justice used her tackle attack. Bashing the side of her body into the tiny creature, the seed span through the grass but managed to somehow wobble itself back into it's upright position. After processing the previous words of Donita through it's head, the Sunkern made a random nod. Was it finally accepting her invitation to battle? Clenching it's eyes shut and puffing out it's cheeks, the Sunkern grew yet another size which was slightly bigger once again. It had used Growth to raise it's stats, something which may greatly effect the result of it's next move.

Donita looked down at the Pokemon Egg within her arms with a bit of concern. She didn't want to drop it during the match between the two Pokemon that was just getting started and opt to place it within her pack where it would stay warm and cozy, although it made her backpack bulged bigger than what she was use to it would benefit the egg for sure and keep it safe out of harms way. A thought had struck the young adult, 'what if along the jounrey we come across the mother who is missing this egg before or after it hatches?' It was a bit of a concern, one that made Donita bit here lip as the train of thought continued. Shaking her head, purple bangs waving to and fro in her face she returned her focus to the battle at hand. 'We will cross that bridge when and if we get there.' She nodded to herself, deciding that was the best course of action. Right now, this battle is what needs her attention and her Pokemon as well. Speaking of which... The trainer looked on as the sunkern accepted the battle with her bulbsaur giving a nice Tackle attack in greeting. Donita clenched her fists as the attack landed, yet, she frowned as the Pokemon continued to grow and use growth. That was worrying her a bit. 'This pokemon is going to be a challenge that’s for sure.. If it keeps up that move..' Donita was right. She wasn't an expert on Pokemon just yet but knowing some key information like Pokemon moves help a lot. Just the luck of the draw of being the daughter of a Pokemon researcher. 'Thanks to you mom.. dad..' "Great job Justice, now let's work on some other moves like Leech seed!" "Bulba!" Justice responded, taken on the vibes she felt from her new trainer as she arranged herself on the battle field while pointing the bulb that was on her back towards the seed Pokemon, spouting out seeds towards the foe. 'If anything, we can at least prepare ourselves for the worse.. Right?' Donita thought, biting her lip as she was beginning to get a bit nervous. The Sunkern didn't seem to be that strong and her bulbasaur is definitely getting stronger with every battle they face. So that's a plus. Gotta always look on the plus side of things.

The sunkern blinked a couple times at the declaration of attack. Not a tackle? Instead seeds? How nice! Perhaps this trainer really was kind, going out of their way to make the wildly lost pokémon feel a bit more at home; during battle nonetheless! As the launch of the grassy pellets flew through the air and settled themselves onto the opposing grass type, the yellow-brown striped seed pokémon chirped with pleasure. The attack itself didn't take hold, each grain rolling off onto the ground and cracking open to dig into the ground instead. A bright smile planted itself on Sunkern's face. With another trill the wild pokémon set about its own move for the turn of combat. Justice's seeds had given it an idea. A web of roots spiraled down into the ground and dug into the soil, firmly sowing their way through the dirt. Sunkern wouldn't be able to go anywhere while it was dug in, but the advantage was it now had a bit of nourishment. Some of the damage from the previous tackle was compensated as a flush of nutrients rushed into the little yellow pokémon. Sunkern offered a thanks to the bulbasaur and trainer. It knew it was still in battle, but it felt a little less intimidated by the encounter. The bulbasaur looked at the seed Pokemon, baffled by the seer notion of her defensive attack not working and the seeds themselves sprouting in the ground instead. How could the grass dinosaur gain health now in times like these if the wild Sunkern decided to attack? The grass Pokemon looked at her trainer with distain, not towards her trainer but towards the whole scenario in general.
Donita's brown eyes blinked with dismay. She was just as shocked as her bulbasaur who looked at her for answers. It was evident this seedling Pokemon had intelligence. She could see from a mile away what attack it was doing. Using their idea for it's own. The little cheeky devil.
'Since that's the case..' The young adult trainer thought as she slowly reached for an empty pokeball from her bag. "I'll just add you to the Pokedex and my team." She nodded with confidence as she chucked the Pokeball squarely at the Sunkern, awaiting to see if she had caught the Pokemon or not.
Justice looked at her trainer with a snort and turned her attention back to the pokemon. Justice confidence about her trainer's idea wasn't all there. She dugged into the ground with a low growl. She would much prefer to battle the Pokemon and show her strength despite what her trainer would want. But she allowed it to happen and didn't disobey her trainer. Watching as the Pokeball flew above her, red eyes staring intently in the direction of the scene. Waiting.

The twin leaves above sunkern's head bobbed back and forth, a little hum coming from the seedling at the same time. It seemed it had grown quite comfy in its rooted position. The nutrients slowly coming up through its roots and keeping it nice and warm with energy was a huge comfort, even though the young pokémon was facing off against a trainer in a strange area of Johto. It chimed its name happily, waiting for what Donita and Justice were going to do next. When it saw the pokéball withdrawn it blinked. Smile diminishing into a curious, almost dumbfounded, look it stared at the ball as she threw it right at the sunkern with some mention of adding to her team. Did she mean it? With a squeal the wild pokémon was sucked into the ball after a bop to the noggin. It hadn't been expecting that, but it wasn't going to go down without a fight! The ball wriggled and rolled once it had hit the ground, button blazing with a red light as it tried to remain clenched tight and keep the sunkern contained. One shake... . . . Two shakes..! . . . Three shakes!!!
The ball continued lobbing, grinding against the ground as the sunkern continued to fight against the device. It couldn't lose now, it needed to get back home! Go see all its friends and family... It just needed to get back on a good strong wind back east. Though, this trainer wasn't so bad. It had helped it after all, after attacking of course but still. That was just how things were. The sunkern lulled. *CLICK*SUCCESS!

As the Pokeball flew across the air and gently *boop* the seed Pokemon with a flash of light as the device took the sunkern inside. The look on it's face clearly shown that it had not expected that to happen. To be all honest, it seemed that the Pokemon was just peacefully doing its own thing and minding it's own business. Donita thought for a moment if she had disturbed the Pokemon in it's natural habitat. The young trainer shook her head and let out a sigh of relief when she heard the ding of the Pokeball. The wiggling had stopped, signaling the capture. Walking forward, she gave her bulbasaur a quick pat on the head who grumbled with pleasure at the gesture as Justice's red sparkling eyes watched her trainer pick up the Pokeball and held it in her hand. A smile crossed over her face and she turned to look at her green monster friend. With a victory giggle, she announced proudly; "I just caught a sunkern!" Her bulbasaur sweat drop at her trainers high enthusiasm, feeling a bit embarrassed by the sudden out burst. Donita patted the back of her hair with a nervous laugh. "Sorry Justice.. I always wanted to do that. Well, shall we continue on our journey Friend?" And the two walked side by side as they kept walking towards their next adventure. _________________________________________________ I liked to transfer Phyl to my PC for now :] and I would like to put this thread on hold for now.
