I hope it's okay to reply here, then.
Do you have any recommendations on how to reach the sentence limit on a character's appearance? I've gotten to 7 by explaining the basics (clothes, hair, personal features, height), but I'm seeming to have a bit of an issue with it.

Figured out how to implement images finally—I was on the mobile version and that made it difficult.

I suppose a similar thing can go for personality as well, though I haven't started on that yet. Thanks again for your kindness!

Try adding
Eye color, shape, size
Skin complexion, does your character ever see the sun or are they at the beach all the time?
Lips, are they thin or lush?
Eyebrows, are they bushy or thin and well kept?
Does your character have a beauty mark or some freckles?
Have you described their shoes?
You could even get into their hand size, ears, nose.

there's also what will your character be wearing? we have different seasons here.

for personality, maybe how will they react to other people or other pokemon? how would they react to situations in general?

I just thought more about this too, as for personality consider...

Is your character optimistic, kind, impatient, moody? Some kind of personality trait will help you form your character.
What behavior does your character usually present? How do they act? Are they organized, a jokester?
Also emotions? What does your character tend to feel/respond like? Are they usually calm, crazy? Do they bottle up their emotions or are they like an open book?
How do they usually interact with people? Are they are a party person? Do they smile even when they are made? Do they speak only when spoken to?
What is their motive? are they a knowledge seeker? Are they a perfectionist? 
Also think about their habits/quirks. Are they obsessed with chocolate? Do they love stuffed animals?

Mods should take care of your character approval! When I submitted my character it didn't take too long. But it's just a little bit of a waiting game now!
