OOC: I am doing this to see how much improvement I still need in my role playing skills so this will play off in the route of New Bark town to Cherrygrove city. I would like to encounter pokemon and trainers alike.
Krystal just left her parents house, saying good buy to them one last time with her bulbasaur Amanita, ready for her very first adventure. This was a big step for Krystal because she will be alone for the very first time with only her pokemon as her companion and she was very eager to catch more so she could have more company than just one. Her whole life was a series or moving, transferring schools and working part time in cafe's and other restaurants. She never really made any friends at all and she was mostly isolated in her own room so being alone shouldn't be that big an issue since she was used to it but now that things were getting better between her and her family, being alone wasn't that easy anymore despite having Amanita on her shoulder. As she walked through New Bark town, she saw the cafe she used to work in part time but decided to avoid it knowing that it might be hard to leave, true she had no friends but the place was somewhat of an escape route from things like school or bullies. That's right Krystal got bullied a lot but not physically, it was more emotional and mental and she let it all go to her head. She was mostly bullied about her weight, size, her white blonde hair, even her clothes she was bullied about and she never really went to talk to her mother about it. To make things worse for her she got mugged almost by her mother's cousin and worried things might get out of hand, she put her hand between her legs to make him stop.
She was nearing the edge of New Bark town and turned around one last time "Good bye" she said the turned back to the route between the town and city and started walking not looking back. Amanita wasn't aware of the difficult life her trainer had and couldn't understand why she let tears go down her cheeks. Krystal whipped her tears away and kept on walking, she wanted to make a fair distance between her and a town she had come to love in the past 5 years of living there since moving. As Krystal was walking she noticed the dark clouds forming, deciding to ignore it as she continued walking. So what if you get wet, its just water right and she didn't mind getting wet, however if the clouds were going to produce hail, that was another story entirely. She was stupid enough to leave her umbrella at home and didn't even make an attempt to go get it after all the distance between her and New Bark town was to big now to turn around. I should just look for a cave then where I can spend the night if it hails, Krystal thought pressing forward trying to get to Cherrygrove city but she also was hoping to find some pokemon along the way to help her in her first gym battle and in quests that she might take on or other trainers that is around
