Watch out for this so you don't make the same mistake I did.
In the Festival Plaza, you can get these kitchens which offer level up bonuses. Make sure if you are using these that you're NOT close to any moves you may want on the level up list.
I had a Salandit I was training and it skipped over Flame Burst. So rather annoyingly, it's stuck with Ember for now.
