Kyle was really running out of options as his Meowth was hanging on by a thread. As he tried to think of any way to somehow win the battle he figured trying to get Kara to flinch was his only hope. Meowth was quite a bit faster than Kara and if he could get a few flinches he might just pull off a miracle and still complete his mission. " Meowth quickly use Bite to try and make that Squirtle flinch now that it has been healed. We need to prevent it from getting off another attack." He had forgotten that his first attack would be a free one anyway but his desperation was starting to effect his judgement quite considerably by now. The cat Pokemon managed to bite Kara on the arm but she did not flinch due to the potion taking up her move choice.
Even after failing to make Kara flinch the first time Kyle knew he had to try again as it was his only hope of pulling off a victory now. You are under arrest for breaking and entering, trespassing, attempted robbery, and destruction of property." As he cuffed Kyle and put him in a police cruiser parked in front of the house he decided to explore the house to see if anyone else was there when he saw Damien just as he entered the house. " Ah you must be the other person I saw enter but unlike Kyle you do not look like a thief. For helping me capture him I would like you to have 1500 poke as your bounty reward for bringing him in. Now let me check the rest of the house to see if I can locate the owners."
As he walked upstairs he could hear mumbling and as he entered a room he saw the owners tied up. He used a pocket knife to free them and led them down the stairs so they could thank Damien personally. " Thank you very much sir. For helping to stop that thief. I would like you to have this Technical Machine containing Dig as a thank you. Now if you will excuse me there is quite a mess to clean up. With Kyle in custody and the owner now free Damien had successfully completed his quest.
