You get 5 health points which you can use to "attack" [-1] or "heal" [+1] the Pokemon. When a Pokemon's HP reaches 0, it is knocked out and when a Pokemon's HP reaches 100, it wins. If it is the last remaining Pokemon, then it also wins. You can use all points to "attack" or the "heal" or any number of combinations but no double-posting. This includes just gen 3 legendaries this time around! First battle here: here as an example.
