Estate name: The FOB (Forward Operating Base)
Location: Abandoned Suburb of Goldenrod City
Entrance Requirement: Fog Badge

Estate Description: A small surveillance base built in an abandoned neighborhood in Goldenrod City. 4 large buildings one with a radio tower and 3 with satellite dishes along with a small park in the center of the buildings allow it to remain less suspicious despite being built so close to a populated area. The buildings are in a state of disrepair after years of neglect as the base has not been used in a number of years. There is also a small pond behind the communications building that is home to a number of water type Pokemon.
Estate Locations:
Decrepit Park: This run down park has seen better days, with the base becoming activated once more Kevin has started to turn the park into a garden to try and help restore it into less of an eyesore.
Berry Growing, Apricorn Trees, and Honey tree
Arsenal: (Private Room to be worked on at a later date.)
Communications Building: The largest of the buildings on the base, it houses computers and communications equipment. A number of wild Pokemon have moved in after the signal from the radio tower on top of the building stopped functioning.
