Better get this thing up. There is 2BP (battle points) to all when the battles finishes, so a good way to earn some if you want to buy the starters! ^^ I'd like to battle with you in the festival's Acre Stadium to get some battle points and to try it out. I'm mostly for fun things so while I want a good battle I don't think much of getting the best team to win (probably would love to get some more chances to use Metronome instead) Quick Matches would be a great place to start, since we're then no limited to what pokemon we have and don't need to keep them out of other battles. (The requirement of the badges doesn't apply for the festival battles) So any takers?

Tarlar! <3
So, I believe that we've decided to have Aphrodite and Astrid team up to take on the Battle Frontier, right? Now, we just need to figure out which Pokemon we should use for our battle. Of course, we can discuss any stuff that we may need to talk about regarding our upcoming thread, too. xD

Yessss! I have just realized I need to know if I can do this beside the one I'm planning to start with Lei tomorrow, if I can only have one going at a time, I think I'm going with that first, and then we can take ours afterwards. From my background knowledge, I'd suggest we try get pokemon that have at least some of these types of moves, especially the last one Fighting would also be a really good move type to have. Fire, fighting, poison/steel, ground, bug/dark Do you have any that could be useful there, or you want to use? Be aware they cannot participate in other battles on the side.

This probably doesn't come as a major surprise, but majority of Aphrodite's Pokemon are fairy-types. Now that I know that these Pokemon cannont participate in other battles will definitely make things a little bit more challenging because majority of Aphrodite's Pokemon in her P.C. are below level 15. xD Okay, I'm gonna have to do some serious thinking now. Ideally, I was planning on using my Sylveon for sure, but I do not believe that will be possible now because i would definitely need to use her in other battles in the future. Ugh, I don't know what to do. xD

Your vulpix would be a pretty good option (fire one), that covers both fire and dark.
Not sure I can use my growlithe, but I have my trumbeak who has a fighting move.
EDIT: I can see that you can only have one challenge thread going per character, so we can start one as soon as I'm done with my Hop Battle, and you need as well ^^

Hmm, I haven’t used Kenna in a battle yet before, so this would definitely be a good opportunity to use her. I’ll probably use a Berry at the Move Tutor to teach her a new fire type move to replace Flame Burst since it would also damage her ally. EDIT: Also, I will probably be evolving a couple of Pokemon that require stones pretty soon because I want to take advantage of the Move Tutor being around. I also have a few leveling items that I could use to get some Pokemon up to level 15, if needed. Whatever it takes to give Aphrodite and Astrid a head's up! Tarlar

Darn, sorry for forgetting this again, I have been too exhausted from work. Since we're both done with Hop, we can start it as soon as you are ready and we have decided on a team. Sounds like you want to use some pokemon that are below level 15 at the moment? Do you have any specific in mind? So I can try figure out if I can cover some holes on my end ^^ ❤ Aphrodite ❤

No worries! I will be evolving my Cutiefly and Vulpix in a post very soon. So, I will be using a Ribombee and Ninetales. Ribombee be quite helpful with all of the dark and psychic type Pokemon that we will have to face off against. Ninetales will have great coverage once it evolves and I take a trip to move tutor to teach her moves like Extrasensory and Flamethrower. Of course, both Ribombee and Ninetales will have a weakness towards Rock types, a Pokemon that's strong against rock types would probably be good. Although, I do not remember if any rock types will appear in the Battle Frontier. xD Tarlar

Nice, and with ninetales (which I assume is the fire one due to Flamethrower?) you are dealing with all the steel types as well! ^^ I think my Marshtomp and alolan sandshrew are the ones I'm bringing along, some ground and steel moves will be good to ad in, I think (against the electric and fairy types) You say when you are ready? Who is going to start it? (I'm busy from tuesday to saturday with work, so I can either start it before or after, if you don't want to make the first post) ❤ Aphrodite ❤

I’m actually going to evolve both them together, but yes I will be using the fire one for our thread. More than likely I’m gonna role play evolving them in the beginning of our thread. ^.^
Also, your choices sound perfect. I’m excited and confident that we will make it pretty far as team!
I wouldn’t mind starting the thread, once everything is updated on my side! I’ll be sure to tag you and drop the link when I’m good to go!
