Is the idea with the new lists to have all of those in a single area..? Some may be a bit too much, and we are not allowing pokemon marked as 'unavailable' in the ZZ Availability list to be in estates for the time being. At least, not as capturable! There's no limits on NPCs, though I don't think your safari estate has those ^^;
I'm thinkin'... Since there is a chance the encountered pokemon can flee, allowing a few extra of the rarer brackets should be fine. And we could forgo the 'sub-area' rule and just allow up to 10 different pkmn per safari area to make it more flexible for you.
What would the base flee rates be for each rarity?
No, the idea was different sections. Do they need to be in a large thing? It's been 5 separate zones for the majority of the time. There are NPC trainers, though not leveled so as to not 'lock' people out of an area.
Damn, I thought I went through and made sure nothing was unavailable. I'll double check that. Can you give me a solid # on '3 uncommon' '2 rare' '1 ultra' or something? I put extra in there as I expected a few 'mon to be rejected.
Some zones are battle zones/not safari. they'd be treated as normal, whereas the other encounters work just as the safari zone, i'll write up the numbers after I get the mons wiggled out
A 'sub-area' is something like fishing, surfing, grass, in the city, rock smash, etc. Your 5 zones are general visitor areas that don't have sub-areas in that sense so no worries there! By 'in a single area' I was looking at your 'current' list next to the 'suggested additions' list for each zone. A couple of your zones would have had too many in them to suit the 'no more than 10 capturable in the same zone' bit :3
Mmm, I'd probably do some judging per area depending on how rare a thing was being put up as capturable to give out solid numbers... But as a starting guide ah, maybe something like:
1 Ultra Rare 1 Rare 4 Uncommon 4 Common
And then you can shift down any rarity to give more room for more common brackets. Such as have 2 Rares instead of 1 Rare and 1 Ultra Rare. But! Depending on what the rares/ultras are (like if they're not terribly rare in the Johto areas) I'd be fine with you having more in a zone.
For example... Espurr as an Ultra Rare in Lapis Caves. It's a Rare Post Badge in Alph Ruins, so if you wanted to have a 2nd Ultra Rare in that zone I think that'd be fine.
So a lotta wiggle room that's highly dependent on what you want in yer Estate ^^
As for unavailables... I noted: Joltik, Solrock, and Lunatone. Otherwise the only one I'm worried for is Skiddo, as it's an exclusive Gogoat Racing prize. But as long as it was particularly rare that should be okay. Maybe that one's an Ultra Rare? Then again your rare is a 1-8, so probably fine. Will ponder.
