"First of all, you worry about your looks and what other people think about you, instead of keeping focus on what is important," the red head said and made a sweeping motion towards the battle in between them. He huffed when Charlie rushed to retrieve their fleeing spinda and he looked at the other trainer pointedly, making it clear what he thought of their behavior although he didn't say anything out loud. The brat clenched his jaw and glared at his totodile as it whimpered and generally made an unimpressive performance. "How pathetic, I should have gotten one of the others," he said under his breath but he was stuck with this one and he would make sure to toughen it up, one way or another. It wasn't like he could just return it. His eyes snapped back to Charlie when he spoke again and watched the spinda coldly as he answered. "Are you sure you listened?" the brat said with a smirk not moving his stare from the bear with glossy pelt. His expression was unreadable. An eye twitched and the red haired boy looked at Charlie again. "That was your words, not mine," he drawled at Charlie's comment that the redhead had chosen an easy fight, "I don't care what you do with your pokemon or who you sent out, from the looks of it you'll need it soon enough if you can keep it from running. That will make you lose the battle you know," he said and stiffled a yawn. "But you are right in one thing, I had to pick an easier fight due to that one," the redhead snarled and pointed accusingly at Totodile. "I never would have thought that I, Silver would be stuck with such pathetic pokemon, but here we are! You are only here to give it much needed experience and toughen it up, had it been anything more strong I would never have wasted my time on you. I would.." Silver ranted but stopped when Ignis took a step forward towards him and not Totodile. His eyes flickered between Ignis, Totodile and Charlie. "Hey..!" He said warningly and took a cautious step backwards, his eyes flashed worriedly. "Toto!" He shouted and leaped to the side to dodge the embers spit at him. Totodile had closed its eyes after its attack and having seen that Ignis had gotten back up on his feet again. It tensed in expectation of what came next and flinched away from the charmander when he stepped past, only to slowly open its eyes in confusion and look around for him. The growl made it freeze but it didn't dare not knowing what was going to happen next and slowly glanced over its shoulder. Its fearful gaze turned to confusion as Ignis wasn't looking at it, as it had expected. Then things happened fast as embers flew and Silver shouted, and Totodile reacted instinctively as it was well trained before Silver had gotten his cold hands on it. The water type leaped forward and into some of the flames with a panicked look, it shoved Ignis back and followed it up with yet another water gun, making him stumble backwards. It looked as confused as ever. If you looked closely, you could see red, sore spots on the totodile although it didn't seem to really notice them at the moment. Behind it Silver was frantically patting out the small embers which had caught his clothes and was smoldering slowly through. Ignis cried out in horror as the Totodile got hit by his ember again. He got covered in water in retaliation, but honestly he wasn't bothered by that. He was supposed to be protecting the Totodile and all he was doing was making the situation worse!
"What is wrong with you?" Charlie hissed out under their breath as their Pokemon attacked another human. He grabbed Jester's Pokeball and returned them to it, tapping it onto his head. They didn't have enough arms to deal with this situation and an escaping Spinda.
Ignis shook off the water again and approached the Totodile with tears in his eyes. He tried to look as apologetic as possible, and reached out in an attempt to comfort the water type. He was trying to be a hero. He was trying to help out what looked like a Pokemon in distress. And all he could do was mess up and now even his trainer was mad at him.
Charlie put Jester's ball away and rushed to their Pokemon. Ignis looked up at them with a sad look in its eyes, and honestly, Charlie wasn't that mad. They didn't really like this kid and they clearly weren't being nice to their Pokemon. Sure, Ignis was a little misguided, but that was on them, not the Charmander.
They knelt down next to the two Pokemon and rummaged around in their bag for a Potion. "It's fine, don't look so sad. Just... Don't shoot fire at humans again okay?" Ignis nodded up at them and Charlie smirked and lowered his voice to a whisper so that Silver couldn't hear. "Not unless I tell you to." They took the Potion and sprayed it over Ignis, hoping to heal some of their wounds. He was still a bit damp, but that should keep him going for a little while longer.
Charlie looked at the Totodile and smiled at it. "Don't worry buddy, you're doing great too." They stood back up and gently dusted themselves off. They looked back over to Silver.
"You sure you're still up for this? Your Pokemon doesn't really seem up to fighting you know. And I don't think Ignis is all that fond of hurting them... Intentionally."

Totodile's wide eyes somehow got even wider when it saw Ignis' tears it a look of confusion entered them. It took a few steps back warily as the charmaned slowly reached out towards it, its eyes darted between Ignis' sharp claws and sorrow looking eyes. Unfortunately for Ignis the totodile had already let its guard down against a rattata who had acted injured and subdued, only to have its sharp fangs bury into its arms, so it was rather mistrusting of anyone it was fighting. "Wha.. what are you doing?" It asked hesitantly and backed further away when Charlie stepped over. It straightened and tried to look brave, which it fail miserably, "I.. I'm not fa-falling for i-it!" It stammered. Silver checked himself to make sure he had put out all the embers and he pushed himself up standing again. He grimaced as he saw the holes in his clothes and he turned a cold eye on Charlie. "You are going to replace that," he stated, "I thought I had found an easy punching back for my pokemon but I hadn't realized I had found one weaker than a youngster. They at least know how to get their pokemon to obey. You'll get your pokemon confiscated if you don't get it under control you know," he said casually and rolled his arms. "You are surely taking your time with this, you think a potion will save you?" The redhead raised his eyebrows and scoffed as Charlie asked if he wanted to continue. "Totodile, Water Gun," he ordered coldly and his water type swallowed nervously but did as told, sending Ignis staggering back from the onslaught of water. "Is that answer not for you? If you don't want to battle, you can just throw in the towel and give me the prize money," he said and made a "gimmy-gimmy" motion with his hand, as he looked questioningly at Charlie. Ignis pouted as he was doused in water, again. This was really starting to suck, it was cold and he was wet and it was getting to him. But even so, he would never turn on someone in need. He shook himself off again and looked imploringly at the Totodile. "I don't want to hurt you."
Charlie didn't pay much attention to the redhead's words. Ignis was under control, in a sense. They didn't care much for the safety of others as long as their Pokemon didn't turn on them they weren't all that fussed. And honestly, there was no harm in using that a little threateningly. "No one was hurt, you're fine. Baby. He wasn't even aiming for you."
Silver was definitely getting on their nerves, and the grabby hands was another step in the wrong direction. Even if they did lose, they were half tempted to run off without paying the kid a penny. Maybe give him something to actually whine about... How much trouble would he get in for stealing some punks money? What about a Pokemon? Probably too much hassle to try it, even if he could get away with it.
Charlie sighed, and tuned back into the fight. "Ignis!"
The Charmander looked back at his trainer, and realised that they expected him to continue fighting. Did they not realise this was a dire situation? Did they not know it was his duty to save this poor maiden? What kind of valiant dragon would he be if he were to turn around and hurt this poor, defenceless Totodile!? Ignis was resolutely ignoring the fact that he was definitely losing this fight.
Charlie tutted at their Pokemon's lack of response, Ignis crossed his arms in retaliation. "Arceus damn it. Fine!" They pulled out Ignis' Pokeball and pressed the button, ignoring the sudden flash of horror on the Charmander's face as he realised he was getting pulled out of the fight. Charlie didn't trust in his other two Pokemon, he had no experience with them and one of them clearly hated them. Still, they had one that may be somewhat competent.
They swapped Ignis' ball for Scatter's and released the bug Pokemon out onto the field. "Alright Scatter. I know you can do this... Tackle!"
The Scatterbug looked around, blinking at its new surroundings. She cottoned on that she was in a battle, and that she should probably attack, although a lot slower than Charlie would like. But once she realised what was asked of her, she charged in to attack.
OOC: Swapped Ignis for Scatter and used Tackle.

"What?! Are you blind?!" Silver spluttered, "It walked right past my pokemon and aimed the embers directly at me! That was aimed at me and you better be glad that I had quick reflexes and your pokemon is still a weakling or it would have had bigger consequences!" He ranted furiously. Of course, if Charlie had had stronger pokemon, Silver wouldn't have challenged unless he too had pokemon more impressive than his current totodile. He wondered if it would be best to get a pokemon as personal protection while one of his others battled. Silver glared at Charlie but it didn't seem like they cared, which he didn't look pleased about at all. Only one thing to do then, make sure to beat that charmander and get some revenge over the other trainer, Silver doubted Charlie would learn from it. He snickered when Ignis refused to battle, "Are you sure you are up for this? Your pokemon clearly isn't up for fighting," Silver mocked by using Charlie's own words against them. "You could just give up now you don't have any idea of what you are doing, you know," he added and threw out his arms. Silver stared at the little bug that Charlie chose as his next fighter, "really? Are you trying to be funny?" He asked, "Totodile, wipe the floor with it, and make it fast!" Totodile's eyes flickered back and forth as Ignis didn't acknowledge its statement, but it was aware it probably hadn't sounded very convincing. When Ignis turned his back towards it, it lowered its arms confused and looked back at Silver for guidance, he didn't want it to attack someone from behind, would he? The redhaired trainer barked his order and Totodile swallowed hard and turned back reluctantly, only to see that Ignus was no where nowhere to be seen but a black bug was in his place. The water type's shoulders relaxed a bit as Scatter looked much less intimidating and it even looked a bit hopeful when its water blasted Scatter off her feet. It didn't last long, as the scatterbug rushed at Totodile, it flailed panicked with its claws, hitting her a few times before she bumped into its stomach. Charlie raised an eyebrow at Silver's snark. They crossed their arms and looked at the battling Pokemon with a bored look. This child deserved to get his ass beaten, and honestly, they'd been more then willing to let the Scatterbug take a fall so they could either heal up Ignis, but really that wouldn't accomplish much, or attempt to get Jester to work with them and just finish off this one battle. But the thought of the indignation on Silver's face at losing to the bug type was too good to resist.
"Seriously, kid? You say I don't know what I'm doing? Even though I called back a Pokemon that was at a disadvantage and didn't want to fight? Keeping them in would be the stupid move. Scatter, come." They pulled out another Potion from their bag. Scatter had taken some hits from the switch in, but Charlie had faith they were strong enough to take down the Totodile. Even if it meant using all their healing items. It would be worth it.
"What's funny is the fact that you still think you can win. One Pokemon against three gave you the disadvantage. I let you think you had the chance by keeping Ignis in the fight, and the only reason he was taken out of it was because he felt so much pity for your sorry excuse of a water type he no longer wanted to participate. If you think that's a failure on my part, we're clearly having a different battle. You saw a fire type and thought it would be an easy win. You were wrong. Don't blame me for your failure at being a good trainer, I'm not the one so wrapped up in my self hatred I need to pick on people I assume are weaker than me just to feel validated. Get that stick out your ass, it'll only hurt you in the long run. Scatter, Tackle." After healing up the bug type with the Potion, they ordered another attack.
Scatter blinked around at her trainer, then looked back towards the Totodile, and made her way over there to hit it again.
OOC: Used Potion on Scatter, Scatter used Tackle.

"Alright, Toto, let us see if we can drown this bug. Maybe it will become an icicle with the dropping temperatures. Use water gun until it is completely chilled." Usually Silver isn't this brutal but the falling temps and snow is making him want to hurry up the fight. He does notice the burn his totodile has and hopes the snow will make things easier on his Pokemon. If anything, this will toughen it up for future fights with fire types. As Totodile continued its water assault, the first one hit squarely on the bug after the potion was applied. The burn then hit totodile again and it grimaced in pain even with the falling temps and light snow soothing the burn for mere moments and only slightly. Totodile gave it one more water gun and this time it saw the bug rushing at it through the water gun. The tackle lands finishing off the battle. "IF it wasn't for the silly burn, this would have been my fight. I wasn't expecting my water type to be burnt from your weak ember attacks. This bug might have a bit more fight in it then it looks. You aren't really a worthy trainer but more of a lucky one." Silver tosses out some money as he recalls the injured totodile and walks away. Charlie smirks at their win, holding out a hand gleefully for their winnings. "Whatever you say brat. See you never." They turn their back on the retreating Silver, absently flicking their hair over their shoulder with a hand. They stashed away the cash and picked up the victorious bug.
"Arceus, didn't think you'd actually win that one for me. Well done Scatter, you did a lot better than I thought you would. Revel in your victory!" Scatter blinked down at her trainer, calmly wriggling around in Charlie's grip to curl around their hand. She slowly started to make her way up Charlie's arm.
"Okay, I'll take that as... Well I don't know how to take that." Charlie let the bug type crawl along their arm. Honestly she earned the free roaming. They hadn't thought much about using her at all really, but they'd be more willing from now on. At least until they found a replacement. Instead he got Ignis' ball back out and released him from the ball once more.
The Charmander looked around his surroundings, noticing the Totodile was gone and the red headed trainer off in the distance. He turned on his own trainer, arms folded. How dare hi trainer sabotage his rescue mission!
"Hey! Don't give me that look. I am your trainer and you're supposed to listen to me not the other way around. I don't know what you were playing at, but don't do that again in the middle of a trainer battle. Do what you like with wild Pokemon, I couldn't care less. But make me look like crap again and you're off the team." Charlie's voice was stern, and they hoped the Charmander understood enough to get the message.
Ignis pouted and his trainers grumpy tone. It's not like he'd wanted to get taken down like a martyr for the sake of freeing that poor Pokemon from its, frankly, awful trainer. Okay, maybe that had been his plan. But still!
Charlie sighed at Ignis' pout. "Yeah, he was an ass. But that just means we gotta teach him how it should be done. Okay? And keep in mind, you can't save everyone. Heck, there isn't even much point in trying." They gave Ignis a little pat on the head. "Stop looking so sad, we'll get another friend soon."
Speaking of friends, Charlie grabs Jester's ball and releases him from its confines again. The Spinda shook out his ears and stretched. Charlie watched it, but he didn't look like he was immediately going to run away. So Charlie rummaged around in their bag to find something to tempt them with. They noticed the small pumpkin they'd picked up from New Bark before they left, some halloween gift of some kind. They took it out of the bag briefly, before they spotted and grabbed a small candy from their bag and unwrapped it, holding it out for the Spinda to inspect.
Jester had a plan. If he could get the human to let their guard down, he could use that moment to get away and escape. But he noticed the Charmander, and a new, third Pokemon and started to rethink. He really didn't want to have to fight them all off to get away. But what's this? Food? Was he being presented with food?
"Hey buddy. This is for you." Charlie moved their hand closer to the curious Pokemon. "It's a tasty, tasty candy treat. And there's plenty more food and treats if you stick around and stop trying to run away. Okay?"
Jester narrowed his eyes and the offered item. He sniffed at it, and it did smell rather good, nice and sweet. More food? It had been difficult sometimes, getting enough food for everybody back home. And it was moving into winter, which made gathering food that much harder. Perhaps it would be foolish of him to turn down free food and a warm bed at night... At least for now. Perhaps he'd get his own blanket! Still with some caution, he snatched the offered sweet and licked it. It's taste was as sweet as its smell. He gobbled it down in one bite.
Charlie nodded, hoping that would mean no more escape attempts, or at least a little less. "Okay. Jester," They pointed at the Spinda. "This is Ignis." They pointed at the Charmander. "And Ignis, this is Jester. You two have already met." The two Pokemon regarded each other curiously. "And you two, this is Scatter." Charlie indicated the bug that had settled herself on his shoulder. "She's not too bad in a fight, so be nice."
Charlie nodded to themselves, glad to finally get some introductions out the way. Now, they should probably continue on their way to Cherrygrove. They weren't sure how much longer it would take and they didn't want it getting too dark out, or they might need to camp out for the night. Getting their bag all sorted, they crumpled up the sweet wrapped and put it in a smaller pocket to throw away for later. Shouldering their bag once more, they left the pumpkin out, instead taking it into their arms.
"Right, c'mon guys. Let's get going and please, stick close or I'll put you back in the ball." Charlie wasn't used to having three Pokemon out at once. Really, they weren't even used to one. But Scatter wasn't an issue, they only really needed to worry about Ignis and Jester. They put it to the back of there mind, hoping they wouldn't lose a Pokemon on their first day, and looked down at the pumpkin they were holding. They turned it around in their hands, and shook it slightly. There wasn't much of a sound from inside. They wondered what it would be for. Was it just supposed to be decorative? It felt heavy enough to be real. They didn't want to break it open, but perhaps it was some kind of Pokemon treat. Or they were supposed to put it in a soup or make a pie out of it. The mystery intrigued them, so they mulled on it as they walked.
OOC: I'll replace Growl with Smokescreen for Ignis. Used a Rare Candy on Jester. Attempting to use? the Strange Pumpkin.

The frost became more intense as the clouds gathered and soon snow began to dance through the air. Each time a snowflake landed on the pumpkin Charlie was examinen it melted in a violent hiss and a puff of damp, but the pumpkin was not warm to the touch. It felt like an ordinary little decoration pumpkin and even had some green pretty patterns like so many others of those had. If Charlie should try touch the pumpkin to the small piles of snow which had already gathered, they get a puff of steam in the face as the pumpkin melted them instantly, but it was still not warm to the touch. The snow began to whirl a bit more lively and soon it swirled in a circled around Charlie, making them stand in the eye of the storm, a rather big eye as it was several meters across. The ground had been swept clear. Should Charlie try reach the "wall" it would move with them, or rather moved with the pumpkin. If he put it down on the ground they could reach the whirling snow-wall with no problem. A shadow moved and a hand holding an amulet shot through the "wall", it was soon followed by a woman with a black pointy hat, a thick cape and black shoes which went all the way up to her knee. She had wrinkles but seemed young somehow, the stare she sent Charlie was piercing. Her eyes jumped from the amulet in her hand to the pumpkin, "so it's here you are hiding," she said dryly and glared at the amulet which glowed. "Yes! I know!" She snapped at it. Worry crossed her face and she ran a hand over it, "We're running out of time, I'm afraid. There is something wrong going on, something has appeared, something which isn't like it should be, its... off somehow." The witch removed her hands from her face and looked tiredly at Charlie, "do you think you can tame the pokemon? It doesn't belong her.."While the witch had talked the snow had slowly stopped whirling and was now just drifting from the clouds as normal, although there were still much less in the circled which had been clear. The pumpkin began to crumble as if it had started to rot really, really fast. It had done its job. A witch needs your help with some wild pokemon in the area, do you accept? (ooc: updated pokemon and inventory, Jester grew to level 5 and learned Copycat!)

Charlie frowned at the weird pumpkin. It wasn't hot to touch, but was clearly melting the snow. They shook it slightly, and wondered if there was anything inside. They raised a hand to shield their eyes from the storm as it whirled around them. They were stuck in the eye of the storm, it seemed. "The hell?"
Ignis and Jester crowded closer to them, afraid and anxious. Charlie looked around, confused. Was this a trick? Or a Pokemon of some kind controlling the weather? But then a hand shot out of the swirling storm, and it made them all jump. The hand was quickly followed by a woman, a strange woman dressed in a witch's outfit. They didn't like the look she gave them.
The lady spoke to them, but they didn't understand what she was asking of them. Tame a Pokemon? Was she asking them to catch something? The pumpkin turned to rot in their hands, and they dropped it with a sound of disgust. They wiped their hands along their trousers, not wanting the feel of rotten pumpkin to stick around.
"Tame a Pokemon? What Pokemon?" Charlie looked around, trying to spot whatever it was that wasn't supposed to be there, and noticed the storm had died down. "I uh. I guess I can try." They weren't entirely sure this woman was sane, but they'd play along for now. If it meant the potential to add another Pokemon to the team, they didn't feel like passing it up. And if it turned out this was an elaborate scheme to harvest their organs, well, Ignis could always shoot fire at them while they escaped.

The witch struggled to answer Charlie's first question as the Pokemon was not quite like anything she had ever seen. For the most part it looked like it was a certain species however a few oddities about it made it hard to say for certain. " The Pokemon looks like an Eiscue but not everything about it looks right. It has a strange looking horn more like that of another species than anything a Eiscue is supposed to have." She then led Charlie to the location of the strange looking Pokemon which had been walking around in the snow looking quite out of place with it's awkward steps. " I forgot to mention the creepy red eyes earlier as well. I do not know what is up with this Pokemon but if you cannot tame it soon I fear the worst."Just as she finished speaking the strange Pokemon spotted her and Charlie and started to walk towards them letting out a loud roar totally out of place for an Eiscue. As it got close enough to the witch and Charlie it stopped and looked right at Charlie scraping it's legs on the snow looking like it was about to charge at any moment. The strange Pokemon was not going to back down from a chance to cause some mayhem and if Charlie was not quick enough in selecting a Pokemon they might just find themselves the victim of a stampede. Eiscue? (Level 8) appeared and is about to run Charlie down. Please select a Pokemon.

"A what?" Charlie stared at the weird woman. They didn't have a lot of Pokemon knowledge, and especially not about Pokemon outside of Johto. They looked around worriedly, following after the witch as she lead them to wherever this strange Pokemon was residing. "Strange looking horn? Creepy red eyes? What is this, a horror movie?" Charlie was becoming indignant at getting roped into something weird. Why couldn't they have just left the damn pumpkin alone. Now they had to 'tame' some weird Pokemon because yada yada nature has become unbalanced or whatever.
They were half tempted to leave the woman to fend for herself when they saw the Eiscue. "What the-?" It looked like it was ready to charge at them, and there was no way Charlie was going to let some weird ice monster come after them or their Pokemon. Scooping Jester into their arms they backed up slightly. "Ignis!" The crazy witch lady said this was a Pokemon, and by the looks of it, possibly an ice type. Hopefully an ice type. Ignis was probably their best bet. "Ember!"
The Charmander nodded affirmatively, revelling at the chance to protect his comrades from this rampaging demon. He faced the Pokemon head on and shot a puff of flames at it.

The strange looking Eiscue had little hope of outrunning a Charmander even on such slippery terrain. As the fire type fired off an Ember attack it barely seemed to cause any damage despite Eiscue usually being weak to such a move. The strange Pokemon smirked as it looked at Ignus before rushing towards the fire type. It used it's small flippers to send Ignus flying in the air before tossing a small rock sending the poor fire type hurdling towards the ground at high speed. The collision caused massive damage however Ignus was strong enough to fight through the pain and stare at the powerful foe. One thing was certainly clear and that was this was no ordinary Eiscue they were up against. The witch was at a complete loss after observing the first round as she had no idea the strange Pokemon was that strong. " What in the world just happened? I have never seen an Eiscue brush off a fire type attack like that or use such a powerful Smack Down. I fear this strange Pokemon is even more powerful than I thought. I wonder if it's strange appearance has anything to do with it's power? No Eiscue should be able to put up such an impressive display."She continued to look on in amazement as she waited for another round. She hoped she could learn more about the source of the creatures power if Charlie could somehow win this battle despite the early setback. "Ignis!?" Charlie winced as their Pokemon took a beating. This was fine, this was good, they could handle this... Hopefully. "You okay buddy?" The Charmander got back up again from the smack down and nodded his head, brushing himself off. Charlie rounded on the witch. "What in Arceus' name is that thing? It looks like an ice type, but clearly does not act like one. What is going on!?"
Jester wriggled around in their arms and they realised they were holding on a little too tight. They hushed the Spinda and pet his head in apology. Scatter was still resting on their shoulder, rather unperturbed by the situation. This was... not good. Ignis was hurt, badly, and clearly wouldn't survive another hit. Charlie knew enough that sending Scatter out against a rock type move would only end in more failure. Jester didn't have any experience battling under a trainer, and Charlie wasn't even sure they had any moves that would do decent enough damage.
Charlie spoke to the witch again. "You want me to tame it right? You never specified what that meant. Are you expecting me to beat that thing or catch it?"
Ignis was holding his side, panting at that hard hit. He could hear his trainer panicking. But he knew he could handle this. This was an easy fight. They weren't going to get beaten by some silly Pokemon with an ice cube on its head. He growled at his trainer to get their attention.
Charlie looked back at their Charmander. He was determined, it seemed. "Fine..." Ember didn't do as much as they'd been expecting, so it was time to try something new. "Ignis, Dragon Pulse!" As Ignis readied himself to attack, Charlie got out a Potion from their bag. They sprayed it against the Charmander's wounds in the hopes to keep him in the battle for a little bit longer. Once he was healed, Ignis got right back into the fight, letting out a wave of draconic energy.
OOC: Ignis uses Dragon Pulse, Charlie uses a Potion.

The baffling creature before them continued to puzzle them all, including the witch herself. Her gaze was laced with worry even as she intently studied the actions of the odd headed Eiscue. When asked the question she took a moment to break away to look at the trainer. "I don't think you can get a pokéball near it right now," she replied thoughtfully, vaguely gesturing at the oddball whilst it spun its arms angrily in the air. The Eiscue even tried to make some menacing head jabs with the thick horn protruding from its icy block. "You'll have to wear it down. Knocking it out may be your only option. Do you think your charmander can handle it?" she returned a question, clearly a bit doubtful after witnessing the strength of the Smack Down. Charlie's answer of a potion helped ease some of that. The rejuvenating solution seemed to bring the fiery tail of the rare pokémon right back up to a healthy crackle. Eiscue didn't make any approach. Its dead burgundy eyes radiating eerily into Ignis' very being. The penguin wriggled oddly, its stubby tail arcing back and forth sending chills down his spine. Still the fire type stepped back up, taking a deep breath in prep to send forth a powerful wave of energy. Eiscue slapped the ice block with its flippers and charged forward with a wailing battle cry. The pulse washed over the exotic pokémon, knocking it off-balance for a moment and considerably mussing up its short fur, but still it came; like a juggernaut. Eiscue bowed its head and tackled into Ignis full force. Wild Encounter Weather: Slippery [attr="class","qkt-bkgd"] [attr="class","qkt-wild-pkmn"] Eiscue LV 8 HP 45% [15/33]
