Note: Prequel to the events leading up to Dustox's release are found in Danger in the Valley although I understand that the Prequel has no actual effect on Zaiden's trave/story which is why it's in the Literature Lounge. ^^ Readers please note that Zaiden's party will remain the same which would be the main inconsistency from the Literature Lounge thread, as well!
ZAIDEN KABILA Aspiring Champion Bike Mode: ON | Time: Day
How do I say Goodbye to what we had? The bright purple poison moth had flown away from Zaiden and his team almost as soon as they had stepped back on Route 29. The mousy-brown haired lad knew that he needed to train up hew new team more to help them each become stronger and decided that traveling back to where it all began for him would be the best alternative. The air was cold and carried frost on its fingertips as gentle breezes billowed through the open route. Tall, large oak trees shivered as their bushy multicolored leaves danced on the open breeze. Zaiden wrapped his arms around himself in a tight hug and rubbed them with his hands as she shivered. Each breath of air that he exhaled came out in a frosty puff of smoke, denoting how cold the climate was quickly becoming.
Still, he needed to work with his new team and help them each become stronger so that when they faced more imposing opponents in the GYMs and trainers that lay ahead of them, they would each be prepared. With a click of each button, Zaiden would toss the Pokeball up into the air to release his Pokemon. The brightly colored purple moth with its bright green wings shot out and flew up into one of the trees above to rest on a thick and sturdy branch with a simple yawn. With the click of a second red-and-white Pokeball, a small green bird with bright red, yellow, and black wings appeared. The Natu started hopping about across the ground as it pecked at the earth absentmindedly with its bright yellow beak. Then Baunsu would come out only to rush through the tall grasses and run around, followed by the happy-go-lucky black larva that crawled just behind Zaiden’s foot and carefully poked her head out from behind him to survey the area.
The good times that made us laugh outweigh the bad The Swinub would follow next and rushed over to a large, flat rock. She crawled on top of it and stretched out with a bright smile on her face as the chilly air billowed all around her. The icy Pokemon was happy that the autumn season brought on colder weathers and secretly hoped that snow would soon arrive. She was indigenous to the snow and ice, and her species were known to frequent Ice Cave. Here, atop her rock, the furry brown pig with dark brown stripes could spend the day dreaming away of wonderful tales of fun and adventure. Maybe there was an evil villain that wanted to destroy an entire city built by wild Pokemon themselves, whose reign of terror would strike fear into the hearts of many? But, the brave and noble Swinub - at least in her visions - would always be there to save the day!
Last but not least, Yamori shot out of his Pokeball and rushed through the grass on his nimble feet. The green lizard tore through the open route, zipping between trees, rushing around bushes, and jumping over large logs. He leaped up into the air as he jumped at a tree, then spun around to kick his legs off of the trunk of the tree to fly towards a nearby tree. He would jump back and forth from one tree to the next, using his feet to help propel him up, then grip one of the large branches when he was close to pull himself up onto the branch. This was the perfect spot to survey the land from. He felt save and secluded here, until the whistle of from his trainer’s lips caught his attention. The bright green lizard with his bushy tail and bright red underbelly would press himself down on the branch and crawled back down the trunk of the tree and over to his trainer.
I thought we’d get to see forever Shiwa lifted herself off of the branch as something compelled her to take off. The mousy-brown haired lad would barely notice his Pokemon flying off into the distance as he turned back to his companions and began to work with each of them. Yamori was first and as he called the lizard forward he instructed the grass type Pokemon to use his Pound attack on a nearby boulder. He would take his hand and clap them together. When Yamori looked at him confused with a tilted head, Zaiden sighed and shook his head. “When I do this,” He gestured with a clap of his hands, “I want you to swing your mighty tail around and use Pound on that rock.” After a lot of patience and a couple of more tries, the Treecko finally understood what his trainer wanted him to do.
Zaiden would go through the list with each of his Pokémon, giving them different hand gestures for each of their moves. Some moves like Leer required a careful and meticulously planned out strategy on the lad’s part. He cupped his hands around both sides of his eyes and narrowed them with a stern look to demonstrate the command for this move. Yamori understood it instantly, but Ray took the longest to jump on the bandwagon. Why did he had to get a child that didn’t even want to properly speak or give commands? Why did he humor Zaiden when the young lad would eventually just replace him anyways?!
But forever’s gone away When Zaiden realized that Shiwa was gone, he panicked. “Shiwwaa!” He called out with hands cupped around his mouth in alarm. “Come on team, we need to find her. We can’t leave anyone behind.” He instructed. They tore off through the undergrowth of the forested region, scouring every bush, tree, rock, and tall thicket of grass for the bright purple moth. Zaiden sighed in relief when he finally managed to catch up to her. Something was different about his moth, though. He tried to gesture her to follow him but she shook her head no fiercely.
Baunsu came bounding yup to his friend with his head craned so that he could see her perched on the thick branch up above. “What’s wrong Shiwa, don’t you want to come train with us?” Even the Sentret had to admit that he really didn’t like training all that much. It required so much work and effort, bouncing off of each other with strategically planned attacks. He wanted to stay curled up underneath the tree he had previously been resting against. As the tears welled up in Shiwa’s eyes and burst forth to spill across her face, she shook her head. “I can’t train with you or Zaiden. There are Wurmple who need my help!” She informed her friend whom he had traveled with for such a long time.
It's so hard to say goodbye to yesterday Zaiden tilted his head after several attempts to get Shiwa to listen. Frustrated, he pulled out her Pokeball and tried to recall her with a flash of bright red light. She dodged it several time, flying through the trees as she refused to return for the lad. “Shiwa, what’s gotten into you?” The young teen’s voice called out in exasperation. He scratched the back of his head and sighed before giving up. Shiwa fluttered over to him and began to squeak loudly, trying to get the young trainer to understand the severity of the situation at hand. When he noticed his Pokemon’s tears falling from its face, Zaiden froze and studied her with a sharp look of concern. What was wrong?
“I simply can’t return, Zaiden!” Shiwa pleaded with her trainer to understand, unsure of how much he was able to absorb. “The Wurmple need me. My old colony needs me. Beautifly is in terrible shape and cannot do this alone. You have to let me return back to them!” Zaiden paused as he slowly started to understand his Pokemon. She had come from this route during that terribly cold and freezing winter. She had chosen to leave her colony behind to join Zaiden on his Pokemon adventure. Was she now trying to plead with him to return back to her old home?
I don't know where this road is going to lead Zaiden’s eyes started to tear up as the difficult decision weighed heavily on his chest. Shiwa had stood beside him in so many battles. Although he did not take her along with him to face Falkner in his first official GYM battle, she stood bravely even when the going got tough in other battles. She had worked alongside so many of his first captures, and had been one of Kogasu’s first friends that the fire lizard had met along the way. Kogasu was going through such a terrible and emotional crisis lately, too. How could the messy-haired lad look his Charmeleon in the eyes and explain to her that her best friend chose to leave them behind?
He nodded his head softly, letting the tears fall from his face and dampen the soft brownish-green grasses underneath his feet. Silently, Zaiden dropped the Pokeball that belonged to his beautifly Dustox and stepped on it, smashing it in half from his weight. A strange light glowed around the bright purple poison moth, then died down. She was finally free, released back into the wild where she wanted to be. “We’ll miss you, Shiwa! Take care and stay safe!” He waved and choked on the tears. The small purple moth it bright green wings wept as she turned around and sped off through the undergrowth of the forested region to return back to her colony once more.

Where the trees parted, where fine scales littered the forest flora and twinkled in the sun, a young Wurmple is affixed to a tree trunk where it furthers its dream to evolve, slowly and steadily spinning thread around itself. A wild Wurmple [LV 8] appears! Shiny: 9wRxvHGN1-421-42

ZAIDEN KABILA Aspiring Champion Bike Mode: ON | Time: Day
Pain seized the young boy’s heart. Something inside of his gut twisted and squeezed itself, like a locked door whose hinges finally moved after centuries of stillness and rust. The dam broke like a levee whose walls could not support the weight of the rushing current pounding against it as the tears cascaded from his eyes and spiraled down towards the ground. In silence, he wept, occasionally gurgling and choking back a mixed array of audible noises he mostly tried to stifle back down his throat. It was Shiwa’s choice to join them ever since that cold day in the snow where Zaiden offered up a Pokeball to the impressionable pink caterpillar, so it was only fitting that he allowed her the space and room to choose when she wanted to leave.
Endings were never easy. As the mousy-brown haired lad’s legs moved steadily on through the thick forest, following the trees as they slowly opened up and began to divide themselves to part in different directions, his mind searched for answers that he could not make appear. Would the other Pokemon on his team leave him? Was this a fact of life – like growing up and subsequently moving out of your parents' house no matter how the bills kept piling up or if you felt like you were drowning? Would his other Pokemon all eventually choose to pack up and go their separate ways? The young teen’s chocolate brown eyes searched through the canopy of treetops as though they might find answers to their riddles through the multihued color of autumn leaves. Was it just cruel fate – a destined ‘to be’ sort of truth – that caused his father to lose his beloved Charizard?!
Was was the point of life, then, if everything you knew and love would eventually leave you? If you had to learn the hard way how to say goodbye? Would the beige teenager ever meet up with his companion again, to see how Shiwa would manage herself in the thick of Route 29 and its forested region? The trail that marked the commonly traveled path through the area became wider and clearer as Zaiden thrust himself back onto it and slowly carried himself along its reaches. He was like a zombie in his moment, lost and forgotten to the buzz and whir of noises that denotes other Pokémon or trainers that could have been around. It was the small black caterpillar that the young lad had chosen to carry on his journey that noticed the bright pink one affixed to the trunk of an old oak tree, carefully spinning its cocoon as it prepared for metamorphasis into something different and wholly unique.
Promise perked up and began to coo loudly, lifting herself up on her back legs to point with her front legs. Her large, dusty brown eyes stared adamantly at the other Pokemon before she would rush over to it, trying to scurry up the trunk of the tree. She wanted to help, thinking that two cocoon spinners were better than one. A thick, sticky substance of stringy goo shot out of the small black bug’s mouth and she began to try and spit it all about the Wurmple, ever hopeful that she was helping.
Baunsu bounded over to the lad and yanked hard on the dark denim leggings of Zaiden’s pants. The tall teenager stopped and tilted his head as the mental fog that clouded his mind seemed to permeate in odd spots. Clarity came like a waning moon enveloped by thick storm clouds in glimpse and phrases. Zaiden shook his head and stared down at the rotund brown rabbit with his long dark brown ears and tilted his head. What did Baunsu wanted? Understanding clicked and he slowly began to nod his head when he noticed the furry bunny pointing determinedly towards the tree that his newfound Scatterbug had crawled up to meet with the Wurmple who busily tried to spin its cocoon.

The black caterpillar backed up and tilted her head as she studied the pink caterpillar carefully with a soft look of confusion on her face. Why did this other bug just shoot a thick gob of thread at her for merely trying to help her out? It didn’t make any sense to the Scatterbug, who saw her deeds as a good Samaritan task that she had taken upon herself to do. Maybe the Wurmple was trying to communicate to her with the thick shot of string that coated the small bug’s exoskeleton and would slow the Scatterbug down considerably? She held onto the bark with her back legs tightly as she lifted the short stubs of her front legs up and thought silently to herself.
No, there must be more to this mystery than she had given is credit for. The frost that clung to the ground made the area chilly which made the Scatterbug wonder if this was truly the best location for Wurmple to spin its cocoon. Wouldn’t a warmer area suffice, or perhaps a hidden and secluded spot like inside of a tree? Maybe that was what the strange pink caterpillar was trying to convey to Promise! She gurgled a strange and cute sound, “I got you!” As she backed up on the bark of the tree and sized up her opponent. Promise searched for the perfect angle with her dusty brown eyes until she located the threads of string that connected the Wurmple to the tree bark. Promise would then make quick work of the string, using her head to tackle the Wurmple as hard as she could while focusing specifically on the weakest part of the structure.
Zaiden tilted his head as he watched one of his newest team members take on the Wurmple head on. Was this pink caterpillar a relation of Shiwa – such as a friend or a member of Shiwa’s colony? The teenager scratched the top of his head idly with his hands and considered the idea quietly to himself. Promise was seemingly handling herself pretty well as she clung to the side of the tree with the Wurmple and battled it head on. He hadn’t yet realized that Promise was disturbing a very important process for the Wurmple, or even that she was trying to ‘help’ even though the other bug did not ask nor want her help. She’s still new to battling, Zaiden noted to himself, So I might have to switch her out for one of my other Pokemon in a bit. Still, Promise could definitely use the experience from a fight on her own, so if she proved capable enough it would be worth it for him to let her finish this fight alone.

ZAIDEN KABILA Aspiring Champion Bike Mode: ON | Time: Day
Zaiden lowered himself down onto the frosty grass as his sharp chocolate brown eyes watched the battle of the bugs unfold before him. The pink caterpillar tried to push Promise away, tackling the other bug with a warning cry that informed her to leave it along. The black caterpillar tilted her head and reared up on her hind legs as she studied the pink larvae and studied the horned opponent carefully. “I know that you’re trying to spin your web!” She denoted, tapping one of her feet against the bark of the tree with a huffed expression. “I don’t need your help!” The pink bug shot back and tried to go back to focusing on its web.
Promise felt hurt by that remark and lowered herself on all fours with a sad look in her eyes as she turned tail and prepared to rush back to her trainer’s side. Was she just a nuisance then? Did she not have any real use at all – only a feigned attempt as becoming useful by inserting herself in places that didn’t ask for her help? The wind breezed gently through the open terrain, causing the grasses to shake and shiver. Their tall blades wrapped around the black caterpillar, who had popped down from the tree trunk for a second, and hugged her. “Good riddance.” The pink bug went back to minding itself as it spun its cocoon, busily preparing for the next stage in its evolutionary path.
Zaiden’s eyes perked up and the young teenager slowly began to lift himself back up off of the ground. The frost crunched underneath his hand and melted at the touch of his warm skin. Its wet texture mixed and swirled against his dry hands, dampening their touch as he arose to his feet. “Promise, don’t give up!” He called out to his Pokemon, wanting to see how much she could endure in this Pokemon battle. Another round or two and he would consider recalling her back to his side to allow another to take her place. The black caterpillar’s eyes widened in hope as a smile stretched itself over her face and she lifted herself up as high as she could stretch her body. Her trainer was calling out to her, encouraging her to continue?! Did he know that she was only trying to help this Pokemon on its evolutionary path to its next stage in life?! “Use Tackle!”
She turned back around and raced back up the tree bark with her soft noggin bent down to face the spiky pink caterpillar once more. “I will help you and you will like it!” Pushy, she demanded to become the hero of this scene and to prove to the Wurmple that she wasn’t completely useless in its quest to become more than just a lowly caterpillar. Right now, she needed to help the Wurmple off this tree trunk so that it could be relocated to a safer and more secluded area. Why, birds could spot it from the air and swoop down to gobble the little Wurmple up from right here!

The Wurmple anticipated Promise's re-approach and held their perch, tail stingers high as if warding off a predator. The black caterpillar stood tall in the thicket of grasses dampened on their tops by the fresh frost. Her eyes were narrowed with a tight expression as she considered her newfound opponent – a pink caterpillar whom she only wanted to help. Why did this other Pokemon make it so difficult and try to paint her as the problem in this scenario? Did it not realize how unsafe its cocooning spot was, or how easily a Spearow would notice the Wurmple from up high in the skies? She shook her head and lowered it once more, taking aim at the pink Wurmple. Only a moment’s hesitation would abate her next move. “I said I don’t need your help!” The pink Wurmple insisted, spritzing itself down with its buggy substance as it prepared for evolution. Though, the small pink Pokemon’s eyes stayed glued on its opponent, likely in preparation of another attack should it need to redirect course and focus heavily on the battle itself. “Why don’t you go find a Beedrill hive to bother or something?” It insisted.
Promise puffed up her face and reared up as tall as she could make herself, poking her head and first two front feet out over the tall blades of grass. As the gentle breeze shifted the blades would flow with it, wrapping around the black larva’s body as if to highlight and emphasize her small frame. “Because this isn’t a safe place to cocoon!” Promise interjected, pointing up to the open skies above as small, thin wispy cirrus clouds floated across the bright blue skies. “It’s way too open to cocoon here! I’m trying to help you find a safer place to wrap yourself up at!” The black caterpillar insisted, lowering herself back down and preparing herself once more.
She would help Wurmple one way or another. Determination set into overdrive, the small Scatterbug felt an inner duty alighting underneath her demeanor as she cornered the other bug Pokemon. Zaiden raise his hands up and signaled for his Pokemon to Tackle, by striking one hand off of the other’s palm like a battering ram. Although Promise missed the official instructions from her trainer, it seemed like both of them had the same game plan in mind. She raced off across the ground, head held low to squared up with the pink Wurmple’s body, and prepared for another powerful Tackle. This was certainly one bug that didn’t take ‘no’ for an answer very easily.

Both Pokemon were slower than a Shuckle as string shot still covered both Pokemon. Promise was able to make the first move however as she unleashed a full bodied Tackle on Wurmple. ZAIDEN KABILA Aspiring Champion Bike Mode: ON | Time: Day
The beige teenager’s chocolate brown eyes studied his black caterpillar carefully as he weighed the risks associated with allowing her to carry on with the battle. He knew that he had a few healing potions that he could dig out of his bag to help see her through the end of this fight, but should he use them up and allow her to continue with the battle or should he call her back? The gentle breeze that caused the tufts of mousy-brown hair atop his head to sway brought in a chill from the frosty day. Zaiden shivered, before digging out his long-sleeved jet-black hoodie with a singing Jigglypuff painted on the front and slipped it over his normal shirt.
Promise had battled enough out on the field. She was already tiring out, given her slouched form that the small caterpillar had to uplift every so often to try and feign the stamina that was dying inside of her. The black larva wasn’t giving up, though. She remained steadfast and determined, pushing herself to stand up tall as she stared down her ‘opponent’ who seemed keen on not allowing the small black bug to help it out. “What’s so wrong in allowing others to help you?” He inquired, heaving heavy breaths of air as her body rocked back and forth from exhaustion. She prepared for another attack – a powerful Tackle to knock the other opponent backwards and hopefully set in motion the clear need to accept her head. “Because I don’t need any help. What happened to asking someone if they needed help, instead of interjecting your ways onto their lives?!” The pink caterpillar shot back just as angry as Promise.
Zaiden snapped his fingers, getting his Scatterbug’s attention as she turned her head around to study him carefully, and pointed to her side. When she refused, he pulled out her Pokeball and summoned her back with the click of a button and shrugged. Maybe he needed to work with her more, helping to train and refine her listening skills so that he could properly instruct her along the way? Maybe it had to do with the fact that she wasn’t technically his from the start, so she found it hard to listen to anyone who wasn’t Kent? Zaiden’s brown gaze softened with a twinge of sadness as he thought about the dying boy whose only wish was to see all the versions of Vivillon there were, then lit up with determination. He wasn’t positive he could deliver on his promises to Kent, but he would do his best to help the boy see has many patterns as possible. Just hang in there, Kent. Zaiden thought to himself before turning to his psychic bird with a whistle and pointing to the battlefield in front of her.
The lonely green bird with bright red and yellow wings hopped out onto the battlefield. Ray fanned her wings a few times and used her beak to peck underneath them to preen the feathers as she studied the pink caterpillar carefully. “I won’t fight if you don’t make me.” She promised the little bug Pokemon. Zaiden shaped his hands into a makeshift beak and signed for his Pokemon to peck at the small pink worm by pretending to dive down with his ‘beak’ hand at the palm of his other hand. Ray scratched at the ground before nodding with a sigh. If the pink Wurmple didn’t try to skitdat and fast, she would have to rush over and peck at it to get it to leave.

Wurmple knew speed was in the essence when a red light engulfed the stubbornly helpful Promise and another pokemon appeared, on which the pink work had never ever seen in its life before. The beak in its face was a telltale of what it was though, and it rushed forward, not believing Ray's words once second. The natu staggered back by the full-body tackle the wurmple started out with, but she was fast with her pecking, which made the wurmple shriek and writhe in its attempt to avoid as much of as possible. The small round bird's large black eyes softened and drooped as sadness enveloped her. She couldn't expect the worm to understand her or believe her, but she desperately wanted the Pokemon to understand. Instead, the pink caterpillar attacked her and stabbed her with small poisonous barbs meant to diminish the green bird's efforts and slowly zap away her health over time. She shook herself, fluffing up her feathers and fanning her wings for a second, and stood with a quizzitive look on her face. "Why should you care? No one cares." She commented as if deep in thought, though the corners of her eyes would dampen a little.
Ray couldn't push past the nagging feeling that she was alone in this journey. Every trainer was a 'temporary stop' and not a long term solution. She only needed to see herself past the next battle or face and overcome the next obstacle. It would never truly be enough. Ray hopped up onto a large rock and lifted her short red foot with its long, sharp talons to scratch at the side of her 'mostly head' body and let herself just feel the gentle breeze in the wind as she considered the weight of the Wurmple's attack. "Why should you care?! It's as plain as the beak on your face! You only want to eat me!" The small pink caterpillar shot back in defense of itself. "I'm not believing that lie for a second!" It snapped.
Zaiden studied the battle intensely as his soft chocolate brown eyes would shift from one battler to the other. Ray had taken a bit of damage from the pink worm but she seemed to be doing more than fine on her own. One more round should help clear it all up and leave her standing triumphantly above the other Pokemon. "Good work." The often rare-to-speak boy called out and clapped his hands together in approval of his Pokemon's diligent efforts.
"You don't have to believe me. But you didn't have to make me fight." She raised an eyebrow and fluttered over to the pink caterpillar, flitting her wings about as she hopped. She raised the large yellow beak that was affixed to her face up daringly in the air before she would swing it down in the direction of the Wurmple. Did she really need to be the bad guy in every equation? How would meeting the Wurmple at its own energy level help it see that she wasn't as bad as it made her out to be? I guess someone has to be the bad guy...might as well be me... She thought to herself with a twinge of sadness clinging to her heart.
OOC: Ray used Peck again.

The wurmple had seen no way to avoid the fight and it did really not care what Ray thought. It had been trying to prepare for evolution when Promise had stuck her nose in where it didn't belong. "Your friend started it! I just protected myself!" The wurmple protested and then fell to the pecking, it flailed and managed to squirm away from the natu and limpingly rushed over the ground. It paused briefly at a pile of dead leaves and looked back at Ray. "If you don't want to fight, then don't take your friend's place!" It snapped and plunged itself into the leaves and disappeared. Ray learned she apparently was the bad guy and grows +3 levels to [LV 9]! Promise did somehow learn something from her attempts to help and she grows +1 level to [LV 6]! She learns Stun Spore!

ZAIDEN KABILA Aspiring Champion Bike Mode: ON | Time: Day
The bright green kakapo tilted her head to the side and stared at the small pink larva. She couldn’t argue with the Wurmple’s words – it was Promise’s need to help the other Pokemon before asking that same Pokemon if it even needed her help that caused the issue. But didn’t she strive to offer this Pokemon the chance to scurry off and let her avoid a fight? And hadn’t it chosen to force her wings so that she had no alternative but to either blatantly ignore her trainer (and endure its attacks) or listen and fight the Wurmple head on? Wild Pokemon were such fickle creatures – full of their own thoughts and emotions that didn’t seem to make sense.
The parrot kicked off the ground with her soft red feet. She hopped about, fluffing herself up and flapping her short, intricately colored wings. Ray would hop over to Zaiden, who knelt down and stretched out his beige arms to rest his hand on the ground, allowing the small round parrot to climb up onto the teenager’s shoulders. She chirped, feigned a small smile, and nuzzled up against Zaiden’s head for a brief second. Even though this won’t last forever... Ray convinced herself as she pressed herself against Zaiden’s neck and felt the softness of his skin, This is nice... She had to admit.
Zaiden smiled and scanned the land with his chocolate brown eyes. The trees seemed to span off in different directions. He swiftly spun back around, walking westward back towards Cherrygrove. Zaiden would carefully maneuver through the grass, climbing back onto the natural paths traveled by other trainers to traverse through the tall green grasses, to walk back to the familiar red-and-white building of the Pokemon Center. Zaiden used their familiar computerized portal to pull out another Pokemon partner – a Squirtle he had recently traded his newly purchased blue Penguin for – and tucked him alongside the other Pokeballs on his belt.
Then the mousy-brown haired lad walked back out eastward to Route 29 and stepped into the long grasses and wild forests along the route. There were Pokemon he hadn’t met before and that he knew he may need for his Pokedex request. It also helped him avoid the overly crowded areas and street sides of the larger cities. Eventually, the mousy-brown haired lad would have to traverse his way to Goldenrod and hope and pray that he didn’t get lost inside of the myriad of street sides along the area. But thankfully, the fourteen-year-old child could take some time to work with his companions to help them grow their bonds and help him work on his training.
Zaiden recalled the Scatterbug and called out the bright blue turtle with its big bushy tail and tough brown shell. “Lóngguī...” He pointed to the newly acquired turtle and tested the name on the tip of his tongue with a firm nod of his head. “Yeah..welcome to the team. Promise...” Zaiden frowned and placed his hands firmly on his hips. The black caterpillar’s eyes glanced up nervously to her trainer as Zaiden knelt down and stared deeply into her eyes. Zaiden then began to shake his head negatively, disappointment shining in his chocolate brown hued eyes. She can’t just do her own thing... He thought. The Scatterbug’s face fell as she crawled backwards and shook her head back. Couldn’t her trainer understand what she was doing?! “Trust me...ok? I make certain calls because I’m trying to do what’s best for each of you.”
OOC: Putting Lóngguī into the Party and out of PC. Updating myself.
