Flooded Caverns
After making your way through the Rocky Tunnels, you'll eventually stumble into a huge open cave, completely flooded. While the Secluded Beach had a small pond of water, this cave is mostly filled with water. The water is crystal clear and Pokemon can be seen swimming underneath the water's surface. If you watch closely enough you can see them swimming further into what looks to be a tunnel system under the water. If you have the means, you might even be able to follow them!
As you look around the cavern, you might stumble across a small section of the rock wall that looks a little unstable. You can see light pouring in from behind it and are those voices? Perhaps, if you had a way of breaking open the wall, you might be able to open a hole to crawl through.
The Pokemon in the area wont bother you unless you have the means to Surf on the Water's Surface or Dive into the Underwater Passages.
Water's Surface - Surf Sub Area
As you surf along the crystal clear surface of the water, your reflection refracts through the ripples left in your wake. The disturbance of the water draws the attention of the Pokemon below, and the more curious ones may come up to meet you and greet you. Or they might just battle you! Who knows.

Underwater Passage - Dive Sub Area
Diving into the clear water reveals underwater tunnels. These tunnels hold even more Pokemon that call this place their home, and they connect a large number of different flooded caves. Be careful you don't get lost as you dive through the Underwater Passages. The Pokemon here are a lot more aggressive as you move through their territories.

Treasure Cove - Secret Boss Area (Non Rocket Members Only)
If you have a Pokemon that can use Rock Smash, you can break through the small crack in the wall to find yourself in a small mine. It looks to be recently excavated and there are stray treasures littering the floor for you to take for yourself. Depending on previous actions the following may happen.
If you previously Lost the battle on the Third Floor of the Haunted Hallways there will be another Team Rocket member. They will notice you as soon as you make your way through the opening and demand a battle! If you Lose the battle, they will take some of your money and drag you through the Team Rocket base to kick you out into the Complex Grounds. You can't pick up any treasures and you will have to try again! If you Win the battle, the Rocket member will flee through a nearby door, dropping some extra treasures they had been digging for. Conveniently, they leave the door open behind them. You pick up three treasures and can move onto the Rocket Basement Main Area.
If you previously Won the battle on the Third Floor of the Haunted Hallways or did not participate in the battle on the Third Floor of the Haunted Hallways or previously Lost the battle in the Treasure Cove there will be no trainer battle, and there is only one treasure available for you to pick up. Conveniently, the only door leading out of the cave has been left open. You pick up one treasure and can move onto the Rocket Basement Main Area.
