"Oh hello there stranger! I see you've found my lovely abode, though it is rather hard to miss being such a fantastic shade of Luvdisc pink! Hmm, you seem to be wearing a rather dour expression, do come in and have some chamomile tea coloured with food extract to match Luvdisc! Not thirsty? Well, if you're sure, at least let me tell you who I am and why you should not go dashing right back out that door.
My name is Lady Catherine, and I moved here from Hoenn to retire. Growing up, I was fascinated by the Pokémon known as Luvdisc and a most peculiar object that was shed from their bodies, referred to affectionately as Heart Scales due to their shape. Since moving here, I have been unable to find any Luvdisc, nor very many Heart Scales as well, and such news is quite disheartening. Here love, you look famished! There's a plate of Luvdisc cookies on the plate by the window sill dear, please don't hesitate to help yourself!
I have collected as many Luvdisc as I can train, and all sorts of knick-knacks and memorabilia, though what I most desire are Heart Scales above all else! That fantastic glow, the beautiful design, and the sheer essence of the most elegant creature ever to grace the world! Now don't look so apprehensive dear, I do not believe in take without giving first.
Over the years I studied many, many Pokémon comprehensively as an aide to multiple professors, and my memory is still quite sharp! I know each and every move a Pokémon can learn in their lifetime, and should you come across any Heart Scales during your journey, you can simply bring them to me and in exchange, I can help your Pokémon recall a move it has long forgotten. This sounds like a win-win for the both of us! What do I do with these Heart Scales, you wonder? Why, I make fashionable jewelery and accessories out of them! Here, take this beautiful necklace I just finished last week before you leave! Don't mind the fishy smell dear, fresh Scales tend to reek a little."
