By now he probably stopped paying attention to the totals and only remember the current and previous one to predict the next one. And here he took another prediction...
"Higher," he spoke, and he was ready.

And another dice roll, the sum was not much different.
"Higher," he was determined, again.

This final round for this game would be difficult to decide, as the numbers were not much in his favor. He stared at the dice and repeatedly say the current total in his head. What should he do? Higher or Lower? 16, 16, 16, 16, 16, 16, 16, sixteen, sixteenth, siiiiix-teeeeeen, sixteeeen....
"Higher," he decided to take a bet again.
He was nervous, as this was his first game that got to the end. And if he won, he probably could get himself a sandshrew, which would be helpful to dig debris out to help people, or something.

OOC: FUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUDGE I KNEW IT's LOWER! It's like 8 numbers of being higher and a lot being lower. I am such a dumbass.
IC:
"Yes sir, play again" Alex Burke spoke in disappointment. How could he take this guess? He knew that lower has more chance of winning. Looks like he was still far from Sandshrew.

OOC; THANKS JOEY!
IC: Seeing that the first roll was not a waste, his gambling spirit have been revived. Now, the only thing stopping him from the sandshrew was the 50/50 chance. Tsk.
"Lower," was his answer, after all, he will be using his reason for good. Those sandshrews need new trainers anyway instead of getting stuck in this casino.

Of course he was right! He chuckled lightly to himself as the dealer, probably, remained professional and not give him nasty or weird stares.
"Higher," was Alex's natural response. It was only like 5 numbers from four to nine.

Woah, he thought. The dice total doubled itself, how well-timed. He took a few seconds to consider his options and probability, then answered the dealer.
"Lower," the young gambler responded.
