Name:
Jenna Noelle Brewer
Gender:
Female
Age:
Seventeen
Appearance:
Long, smooth hair cascades down Jenna's head, coming to a stop an inch past her shoulders. A fringe is formed from a side parting, framing the left side of her face. Of medium thickness, her hair is most commonly seen down - what some might call rare for a girl. When loose, her hair is fairly short, curving around her face and framing it. Deep blue eyes are the centre of Jenna's face, and often what people first notice about the female. Said to be 'fuller than the Pacific Ocean', Jenna's eyes are a good indication of how she's really feeling. Although she finds it easy to change her facial expression and fool others that way, her eyes are more difficult, and are usually a true reflection of what's going on inside her head. For example, they almost sparkle when she's truly happy, full of life, but are dull and empty if the teenager feels depression or sadness of any sort. Of course, there are many emotions in between the two, and telling one from another is difficult - and something Jenna counts on when lying about how she's feeling.
Jenna has a rather gentle face, with gently outlined features and what some people might note as slightly larger than average eyes. A petite nose sits in the centre of her face, slightly pointed upwards, though no-where near enough to look snobbish, like some people's do. Jenna's lips are a rather pale pink, paler than what some may call average, and they're rather thin. However, they're usually framing a grin, be it genuine or fake, although the latter is, sadly, the more common of the two. Her face comes to a careful point at her chin, though not a straight point - a gentle curve. A slender neck connects her head and her face to her body, her head being what many would call a 'heart' shape - nicely curved at the top, retaining it's sides before gently sloping to a finish at a gently curved point. A slim, slender figure is another of Jenna's favourite points, her body overall being rather petite and compact. Healthy arms extend from each shoulder blade, the subtle outline of muscles revealing that Jenna certainly isn't a pushover. Slender wrists lead to small hands, rather wide palms giving way to four long fingers and a slightly stout thumb. You'll be hard pushed to find a time when there isn't a note written on the back of Jenna's hand, or a fake tattoo drawn on in biro. However, she always makes sure that it'll wash off - she's not quite ready for any permanent changes to her skin quite yet.
Personality:
Jenna Noelle Brewer is certainly a unique person, as is everyone in the world She's been called many things - odd, weird, funny, different. But hey, that's her. And if she wasn't odd, weird, funny or different, she wouldn't be Jenna, now would she?
The first trait of her personality that you're likely to come across when you meet Jenna is one of two things. The first would be her upbeat, peppy side. The second would be her angry, tempermental side - but that's to come later. Eight times out of ten, when you meet Jenna you'll find her to be a very outgoing individual, who's alert to the world around her and ever curious as to what's going on. Jenna can never seem to sit or stand still, always wanting to be doing something. Of course, the catch is that it has to be something fun - which isn't always possible. What many refer to as a spirited young woman, the teenager seems to have an endless supply of energy - unless, of course, you ask her to work, or do something she doesn't want to do. A friendly, genuinely happy girl, it's a rare occasion when you meet Jenna without a smile on her face, and even then it usually isn't too long until one pops up again.
A caring girl, the female does care dearly for both people and Pokémon, always trying to put others before herself. Her family mean the world to her, as do her friends and her Pokémon, and she always tries to please them - however, it has been known for her to accidentally displease them, and it's these times that she really hates. Jenna lives off of other people - a little bit of an attention-seeker, she can't bear not talking to a family member or a friend for more than a day, and these are pretty much the only times you'll see her breaking, since she'll always be the one to apologize first in these circumstances. You won't see it happening for any other situation, though. Jenna cares deeply for her Pokémon, and has never once forgotten to feed or groom them, enjoying spending quality time with her Pokémon. For several hours a week she'll insist that she's alone with her Pokémon. She has always had a fondness towards Pokémon that aren't necessarily fully evolved and proving that they're just as strong as those that are fully evolved. Of course, this doesn't mean she doesn't love her evolved Pokemon - she's just recently gained an attitude that just because Pokémon are evolved, it doesn't mean they're any better than if they hadn't evolved.
History:
Jenna grew up in the Johto Region in Blackthorn City with her two older brothers, Kade and Jadyn. Being around boys all the time made her tough, and rather tom-boyish. Her father, James, is the one who got her into Pokémon. When Jenna was just two, she got her first Pokémon, a Swinub, from the nearby cave. Her dad and oldest brother, Jadyn, now ten, took an expedition into the cave, coming out with three Pokemon; one for Jadyn, one for Kade, and one for Jenna. She was thrilled with her Pokémon, and played with it non-stop. And, eventually, Jenna got attached to another Pokemon; her father's old Quilava, from when he had started his Pokémon journey. Jenna, again, was thrilled with being able to play with her Swinub, and her father's Quilava.
When Jenna was ten, her and her fourteen-year-old brother Kade sneaked from the house, and planned to take a journey to the caves nearby Blackthorn City. They played in the icy cave for a while, and soon grew tired of it, so they started for home. Neither of them brought Pokémon with them, thinking they'd be fine. What they didn't know, though, was that there was a rampaging Piloswine that was in the mood for a fight; but, they soon figured it out when it came crashing toward them. It erupted mud from it's mouth, and covered them in it, making them slip and not run as fast. Then it used Powdered Snow, and it fled, far into the deepest parts of the cave. Jenna and Kade barely made it out of the cave, but when they did, they were covered in frozen mud, and their noses were red from the sudden blast of snow the Pokemon gave. After that day, Jenna was terrified of Pokemon, and didn't want anything to do with her Swinub, the Pokemon that evolves into the beast that attacked her, or her fathers Quilava.
Jenna started to become more of a 'girly-girl' when she went off to school, and met some girls who became her friends, at age fourteeen. She learned more about Pokémon, and finally learned to trust them, and like them more. She didn't like the fact of battling Pokemon much, though, and soon found out about coordinating. Back at home, she spent most of her time watching informative shows about coordinating, and her dad continued to help her. She didn't grow close to her Swinub again because when Jadyn left for his own journey, he asked to take the ball of fur. She slowly grew back into her old self as she grew closer to her father's Quilava once more. This was probably why she grew an affinity for fire types, actually. When she hit the age of seventeen, she found it appropriate to leave with her knowledge of Pokémon in tow. It might not have been smart to start out so late, but with knowledge, she would be fine.
Other info:
- - She dreams of one say owning a Pokémon ranch.
- - Since she was little, she dreamed of seeing a Suicune somewhere.
- - She can usually be seen sleeping during the day because she stares at stars all night.
