With their adventures taking them further in land, they were set for a wild ride given the sudden change in weather. Up above in the sky was a miraculous change in the weather. As if rolling out of nowhere was a huge mass of dark clouds that blotted out the sun and would have been dramatic enough to get the stupidest of people crying out in fear over judgement day being upon them. As if the dark clouding wasn't enough, the sound of what seemed like the earth tearing in two soon followed. Thankfully, it wasn't the planet itself becoming destroyed but rather a thunderstorm in the sky. Crashing out loud as if warning that it was coming, a huge streak of bright flashing thunder roared down as it etched itself into the dark sky above. The frequency of the thunder didn't appear to be letting up any time soon. The quicker it got, the louder it seemed to be nearing in the sky. Oddly enough, something seemed to destroying the pattern. Far off in the distance, the sound of a galloping thunder appeared to be chiselling into the ground itself. Unlike the delayed response of the thunderstorm up above, this own explosion of noise was getting nearer and nearer and what was more disconcerting perhaps was the fact that it was on a direct level that Sharada was on. Just before she could fully hone in on the noise, a sudden searing from the bushes off side to them erupted just as a chaotically fiery steed leapt out. The rain beating down on its body didn't look healthy at all as it kept interfering with its fiery mane but it was in fact the thunder that terrified the living daylights out of it. CRRRRAAASSSHBRRRROOMBROOMBOOMBOOM! Roaring once more, the thunder terrified the Ponyta as it reared up and hit out at the air in front of it. The terrible weather had whipped up this stallion into a frenzied state. Encounter

As if the rain wasn't bad enough, something which Sharada detested had begun to roll in; thunder and lightning. Being the daughter of a sailor meant that she had many adventures out at sea but none were as terrifying as being caught in the middle of the rough sea waves, being attacked by crashes and booms from all angles. Mother nature could be a nasty thing at times, it was a surprise that the brunette hadn't notice this weather rolling in after fishing for that Magikarp. Either way, as the rain grew heavier and clouds overhead darkened, that first flash of light off in the distance from the corner of her eye was enough to freeze her on the spot. Feeling tingles down her spine and eyes being impossible to open any wider, the low rumble which was quick to follow almost sent her in hysterics. "W-WHAT THE BLEEDING HECK WAS THAT?! DID YOU HEAR THAT YOJIMBO?! YOU HAD TO-- ! A-AAHHH!!!" Jumping about a foot into the air, her partner Dewott could clearly see the expression of horror plastered across her face, his little claws waving at her as if trying to calm her down.
Immediately dashing with a high pitched scream echoing from her lungs, the brunette made it to a bit of shelter under a bunch of rather flimsy trees, even their foliage not being able to hide the bright flashes. Dropping to a crouching position and grasping the back of her hands with her hands tightly, Sharada clenched her eyes shut and whispered angrily over and over again, "Please go away, please go away, please go AWAY!" As her words changed into shrieks of fear once again, both in fear of the weather as well as pushing Yojimbo away forcefully as he placed a comforting hand on her back. Tensely looking around, her frightened eyes caught glimpse of her fallen friend... How could she do such a thing?! Literally crawling over to him, Yojimbo's strong heart seemed to show little care about what she had just done, the nattering of his teeth she was praying meant that everything was okay. Clutching onto him in the heavy pounding of rain, she was relieved to feel a hold back, her eyes flinching as yet another crash and boom of thunder and lightning struck, sounding closer than ever.
About to get up with Yojimbo in arms and say screw it to training for today, the sight of a distressed Ponyta before her said otherwise. The poor thing looked so upset in this weather and even if it was to lure the poor creature to somewhere safe, the bottom of Sharada's thunder hating heart wanted to help it. "P-PONYTA! EVERYTHING'LL BE OKAY!" She tried calling over the fearsome weather, only for it to do very little. It was then she knew she had to do something by force. Her heart had not yet succumbed to the path of pure evil otherwise she would've left it and ran. With the toss of a random Pokeball, Sharada cringed upon realising she had accidentally chosen the sick Candra but it wasnt her fault, all this weather was making her nervous! Withdrawing the bear immediately, it took the brunette a while to realise the one she needed was in her very arms. Not wanting to see Sharada suffer for much longer, Yojimbo forced himself out of her arms, ready to show the brunette just what he could do! Preparing up a Water Gun, she merely stood on the spot, shivering in fear over the near flash.
OOC: Sent out Candra then switched to Yojimbo and using Water Gun.

Given Sharada's paralysing fear of thunder and lightning it was hardly surprising that this had whipped her into a storm of her own out of trepidation. It must have been a chance meeting between them as the terrible overhead storm was something that gripped the wild Ponyta with an equal filling of terror. Despite Sharada only barely able to get over hear own fears, the Ponyta was far from tame and given its wild streak, continued to listen to the sound of the thunder. Stomping around with its diamond hard hooves, it was continuing to make quite a scene and could only think of trying to escape this perilous situation. It knew that Ilex Forest was situated nearby and perhaps the density of the forest would offer some sanctuary but now with this obstacle of a trainer before it, it would have to ensure her defeat to know it was fully free. Uninterested in the fact she had sent a cutesy little polar bear forward, the Ponyta reeled back on its hind hooves and let out another fearful neigh as it punched the air mercilessly. Stomping down forward with its hooves chiselling into the muddy floor, it was about ready to strike when Sharada had realised her mistake. Removing the Pokemon from the front lines, Yojimbo was quick to make it to the fore on the double. Stretching his arms out wide to his sides, the sea otter bodyguard was intent on protecting Sharada and her team from any danger. A crazed steed wasn't something it had dealt with before but confidence brimmed from the Pokemon's body. Its fingers ready to grasp its shells, it was taken off guard as the Ponyta began to stride from side to side, its diminishing fiery tail wagging helplessly. Realising it was drawn in slightly by the adorable display, Yojimbo smacked his head and leered his eyes even tighter together. For being swayed, it was an unforgivable mistake but it wasn't going to abandon its duty out right. Watching as the chaotic Ponyta shifted from a defensive stature to one of offensive, the sea otter let out a curt growl as it took out its razor sharp scallchops from its sides and held them in a defensive stance of its own. These shells not only acted as weapons but also as defensive shields and had a great deal of resistance to them. Noticing that the Ponyta seemed to be placing all of its effort into getting its fire to blaze, only to be undercut by the rain, Yojimbo took a running stride forward as if to meet the Ponyta halfway and stop it from fully lashing out with its charge. Having pre-empted the Pokemon's attack perfectly, Yojimbo smirked as he noticed the Ponyta leap forward with a Flame Charge. Depowered thanks to the rain, it still nevertheless kept up a fiery circle around its radius. Lowering its head, it went charging into Yojimbo who had stood his ground and planted his feet firmly into the ground and put forth his shells to deflect the majority of the attack. Gritting his teeth, the sea otter managed to shrug off a lot of the attack but he was surprised by how painfully hot the fire was. As if conducting by the shells, he felt his hands sear a little as they passed through. Realising that the Ponyta had spent most of its energy, Yojimbo summoned some of his strength to push the horse backwards with a restrained dab of its scalchops on its forehead. Leaving it momentarily disorientated, the Dewott took in a huge inhale of air and shot it back out as a steady torrent of water. Bathing the horse in even more of a downpour, the flames on its body seemed to fade even more noticeably. Its legs buckling and feeling weak, the fire horse fell to the ground haphazardly and let out a stressed cry. It only wanted out of this horrible nightmare of thunderstorms and torrential rain. Yojimbo on the other hand didn't seem as sympathetic. Swirling around his shells, he placed them back on his sides and kept his arms out stretched as if to not let any harm through. Wild Battle

Due to Sharada's amateur mistake, it had meant poor Yojimbo was about to take two attacks head on. But for Sharada, other thoughts were rushing through her mind. Just simple words like run seemed to pulsate in her skull, the idea of dashing right into Ilex Forest for a bit of shelter also being her immediate grasp at aide. From where she was on the route, it was a whole lot closer than running through the mud, straight through the city and down to base. No, it was best to just hide in the woodland and wait it out. Before she had traveled through there with a hurricane going on and the fierce winds didn't even seem to scratch the surface of the sheer amount of foliage it held overhead. Peering through her fingertips, her widened eyes glared helplessly at the forest entrance. It was almost arms length away, the deep gap in the bushes calling out for her to hurry up.
Suddenly letting out a scream, a strong feeling of warmth approached Sharada at a fast rate. Her large eyes staring at the image of Yojimbo standing in front of her, scallchops raised and keeping the Ponyta from stepping any closer. Bottom lip waggling sightly, the brunette gulped, watching as he blasted away the Ponyta with a single jet of water. Blinking her eye lids and feeling her hands quiver at the sight of the wild Ponyta's flames weakening, she felt that now was the time to split. But not without the horse first. Somehow managing to stagger to her feet, she gave Yojimbo a rough nod as if to calm down his worry as he raised his hands to help her shaken legs stay up. "A-Alright Ponyta... Let's getcha outta here!" Managing to rummage through her belongings, Sharada tugged out a single, unused Pokeball. Enlarging it with a press of the central button, she rather shakily tossed it forward. Relieved as the homing device took effective and span through the air for her, she just hoped that the Pokemon would stay inside. She needed to get out of this weather, desperately.

As the Pokeball soared into the air, the Ponyta got a good look at Sharada's face. So she was just as terrorized by this storm as it was? It stood back up, stumbling until it got its balance back. Then, it finally made a decision, and its hooves clapped against the ground as it raced towards the sphere. It wasn't going back on its choice. With a whinny, its hooves flew off the the ground. It met with the Pokeball as more lightning crashed over the land, and the Pokeball opened, bringing to terrified Pokemon into its safe confines. It dropped down onto the muddy ground and began shaking, as Ponyta tried to get used to the place. It was small, and a bit uncomfortable at first, but it seemed to realize the ball was adjusting on the inside to accommodate it. Though it didn't take long, willingness combined with its tired and terrified state made for an good capture. The ball locked and clicked, giving Sharada the notion that the capture was complete. Yojimbo sighed, as he realized that least it was done with. He needed to get Sharada out here, because too much of a storm with something like Astraphobia, or even a fear border-lining a phobia, wasn't good for anyone. _____________________________________________________ Yomjimbo is the Victor!~! Leaving Ponyta blank and slapping it in my shop. (And yeah I think it was supposed to be Flame Wheel lol Just a slip of I word a guess, no big deal. ) Also, Yojimbo's forgetting Focus Energy for Fury Cutter.
As soon as the Pokeball was tossed, the brunette found herself flinching again behind her raised arms, wincing her eyes closed tightly as she tried her very best to forget about the surrounding weather. From the several years it had been since her bad out at sea experience, it was strange how she still managed to be scared of such a thing which would most likely not even hurt her. But no matter how much she longed to just try and get on with it, repeating in her mind that she was fine, the fear would still linger. Suddenly letting out a high pitch sneeze, due to the constant rain and forming cold in her system, Sharada slowly peered open a single eye. Yojimbo was waving his arms and nattering his teeth frantically at her as if trying to say that the Ponyta was caught. What a fool, how long had she been standing there scared for?! Taking a step forward to retrieve it, an incredibly close flash and boom of a rubble froze her like a statue yet again, her eyes focusing on the continuous droplets of rain which ran down her strands of hair.
Thankfully with the help of her partner, Yojimbo, he retrieved the ball for her and pushed it into her palm before grabbing her by the wrist and dashing forward, pulling Sharada along behind him. It seemed to otter had the same thoughts at the girl and Ponyta. For now it was best to hide out in Ilex Forest atleast until the rain stopped. Otherwise she would just be a constant bag of nerves.

It had been a long travel from the quaint city of Violet and once again, Sharada had found herself in the area of Goldenrod City. The hustle and bustle of the city was really starting to warm on her. Being a sea side girl, it almost reminded her of a larger version of home or the occasionally visited Slateport back in Hoenn. But after exiting the maze of darkness that was Dark Cave, Sharada found herself being called back to Goldenrod for the wrong reason; Team Rocket. Needing to keep in Royce Johnson's good books no matter what, all she was called for was to transport a box of Cell Batteries from one squad to their own. Regardless, she was finished with her measly task now and was able to return to her own business. Travelling back to Dark Cave was out of the question so she figured it would be best to remain in Goldenrod for a bit more training. Visiting the local Department Store in order to stock up on a few fresh items for her inventory as well as a number of cool drinks to combat the summer sun, she was ready to start another few days of training with her team.
Feet wandering off the path, Sharada took shelter under a familiar tree. Every time she came to Route 34, whether it was to fish or train, it was almost like her own little area. The sea being just an arms throw away and tall grass being just as equal distance the other, it was a perfect place, especially with the thick foliage overhead acting as shelter. Remaining on her feet, the brunette leant against the tree trunk, popping the cap off her bottle of cold water and taking a quick swig. Breathing out heavily, she screwed the lid back on and slid it into her bag, wiping a quick hand across her forehead before reaching on her holster for a few Pokeballs. Three to be precise, a certain trio she had begun training back in Dark Cave; Umaro, Dimitri and Badtz. Planning to continue their growth, she tossed all three forward before her, flashes occurring in unison and three very different Pokemon appearing.
Smiling warmly at each of them, the brunette knelt down on one knee, a hand rubbing the head of the energetic Piplup who was quick to cling protectively to her ankle. "You all ready for a good training session? I've heard chatter of a important Team Rocket mission in the works, I need to be prepared incase boss picks me for it." Shaking her head slowly from side to side at the thought, her smile soon disappeared as Dimitri appeared a bit... odd. His usual sad and nervous attitude was back, a look of discomfort spread on his face. "Hm? Something wrong, Dim? You look pretty beat. Maybe it's the heat..." Having visited the Department Store earlier for all sorts of little bits, Sharada had actually picked up a few Poke treats for such a moment. Dimitri wasn't hard to please when it came to food. Her head turning as she began fidgeting about her belongings, she tugged out the tub of treats but also accidentally pulled out something else. A small sweet, wrapped in a holographic wrapper.
Frowning puzzled, she picked it up to examine it, only to see Dimitri gaining a bit of life as the colours attracted his line of sight. Perking up herself, she laughed, "What's up? You want this instead?" Shrugging her shoulders, she didn't really see the problem, he appeared intrigued. Unwrapping the sweet and slipping it into the mouth of Dimitri, she smiled warmly at the sight of him chewing away happily... Then something odd began to happen. His face pausing and body giving a sudden twitch, Sharada crawled forward, "Dim?! Whats the matter?! GA-GAAAAH!" Lifting an arm abruptly and feeling Badtz trying to pull her back to safety, a sudden blast of light engulfed the Shroomish. Umaro being as childish as usual and prancing around at the sense of growing strength, he was the only one who bared the light, watching as Dimitri's once small form morphed into something much larger.
Arm faltering as the light died down, it took a moment for Sharada's large, blue eyes to grow accustomed to the surrounding light once again but as soon as they did, she was in awe. Standing before her in replace of her once timid Shroomish was now a fully grown Breloom, a new glint of life apparent in his eye. "Dimitri, you evolved!" Stating the obvious, the strange mushroom kangaroo chuckled with a look of glee, body turning side ways slightly as he punched at the air furiously. Being approached by his previous training partner, Umaro, the two had a good little laugh. Dimitri going as far as to let the energetic swing from his tail. Still, from his warm grin and agreement with contact, it was clear that this really was a new and improved Dimitri, one with more confidence in his ability. Feeling almost teary eyed, the brunette stood up to her feet and straightened her back, feeling refreshed herself now that a good friend had evolved. "Right! Let's get out there and land some punches!" Pumped and ready to go, Sharada and her trio were ready for their first victim on their return to Route 34.
OOC: Used x1 Rare Candy on Shroomish to evolve him and forgot Leech Seed for Mach Punch.

On a clear day such as this, it was arguably the only time you could really take in the majestic view of Route 34. While not as long as Route 32, the grassy passage offered some amazing views. On side side was the expansive overgrowth of Ilex Forest while on the opposite was the romantic sea that crashed and waved against the sandy beaches that partially inspired the city's namesake. With hardly another soul, Pokemon or person, in sight, it meant that it was somewhat surreal, almost uncomfortable in the way of being a ghost town or route but that still failed to marr the ultimate beauty it beheld. Unfortunately, this tranquil peace was not going to last. While Sharada and her trio of Pokemon moved on, spoiling for the possibility of a fight, they weren't going to be the only reason as to why the peace was going to be disturbed. Darting along the tall, unkempt grass was a purple speeding blur. Passing by the many blades, it made a whizzing sound as it past, barely seemingly touching the floor as it moved. In reality, this speed demon was a mere Rattata but looks could be so ultimately deceiving. Darting around maniacally as a rat which had some good connections within the route. So much so, a lot of the would be predators knew to steer clear. In any other circumstance, a Pidgeotto would have dive bombed at the easy target and had a nice supper. If they had tried such a feat with this Rattata, they'd be the one for dinner. While this warning was passed out to every Pokemon within the route lest they tempt the Rattata's protectors interfering, it would be truly lost in translation as Sharada would have no possible way of knowing how influential the rat was around these parts. Storming out of the grass and standing in the way of the path, it nattered its teeth. Believing Sharada and her entourage to be aware of its respected position, it cheekily believed it could pummel into them all without so much a hand being raised back to it in retaliation. Oh how wrong it was. Encounter

Continuing their stroll along the grassy route, Sharada was too engrossed in the recent evolution of Shroomish into Breloom and the surrounding area. No more were dark, dank caves or metallic walls, it was just a big, open, warm spread of grass for her to explore as much as she wanted. She peace and tranquillity was what she needed the most around now, with everything she had been through. Eyes wandering across the horizon and tracing the top of lush green trees, the sudden speeding purple blur did little to deter her from sightseeing. In fact, it seemed like Badtz was the only one paying attention. Although young, he could pick up on movement between the blades of grass, head moving from side to side as he tried to focus on it but ultimately, whatever it was happened to be far too quick. Wanting nothing more than to protect Sharada, or so her father ordered the young Pokemon to do, he dashed ahead slightly to try and gather her attention. Hopping up and down on the spot with wings flapping and beak chirping, it didn't take long for Sharada to enquire what was wrong with her partner. "Hm? Is something the matter, Badtz?"
No matter how hard she tried to understand his frantic movements and gestures, the brunette could only look down with a puzzled face. She had already begun guessing but was faced with a cross of his fins, as if being told she was wrong. "...Times like this makes me wish I could understand ya. What about you, Dim? Umaro? Did you guys see anything?" Not even paying attention to the gestures made by the young Piplup, Dimitri merely shrugged his shoulders. Clearly he had been too busy swinging Umaro playfully around on his tail. Puffing his cheeks and finding his team members useless, Badtz turned back to Sharada and tried again. Only, this time, the blur made itself known. Raising her eyes from the energetic Piplup as the rodent began to approach them, she clicked her fingers abruptly, "Badtz, come back here." Glancing over his shoulder, the Piplup jumped in the air, his youth and inexperience in battling showing as he dashed to hide behind Sharada's ankle without much care of trying to hold his bodyguard status. Instead, Umaro flipped right off Dimitri's tail, landing in front of Sharada and posing dramatically.
Parting her lips and ready to order her fiery ape an attack, she stopped as the side of her dress was tugged. Looking in the corner of her eye before turning her head, she was surprised to see it was Dimitri. "Huh? Oooh! Haha, you actually want to battle for once? Well, you have some new limbs, I dont blame you for wanting to try them out. Alright!" A grin spreading across her cheeks, she gave a call out to Umaro, "Return for now, Umaro! Lets give Dimitri a go!" Rolling back and flipping acrobatically, the Darumaka cackled as he dashed past Breloom, who had now hopped forward. Breathing as he got himself into the right mind set, Sharada then gave her order, "Mach Punch it one, Dim!"
OOC: Darumaka sent in, switched with Breloom and used Mach Punch.

This was a fairly important battle for Dimitri. Given the fact that the shroom Pokemon had just evolved into something far more akin to that of a fighter, it would be a shame if it faltered at the first hurdle against a mere purple rodent of all things. Hopping from side to side on his springy new pair of legs, the Rattata was quite honestly gob smacked at the fact that these trespassing interlopers were actually displaying some form of resistance. Perhaps thinking that this might have been a joke at the behest of it's protectors, the Rattata nibbled its teeth together as it tried to fathom if that were truly the case. If this was some sort of joke orchestrated together then it would be sure its protectors wanting to test to see just how capable it would be on its own. On the off chance that this wasn't what the rat was thinking, the worst that could happen is that kangaroo looking mushroom would give it a small slap invoking the wrath of its watchful guardians. Letting out a decisive squeak, the Rattata scraped its claws at the dusty path it was standing on. While Sharada had ordered her Pokemon to perform a priority attack with speed over near enough most other acts of combat in the world of Pokemon battling, it seemed clear that the Breloom would get first hits. This Rattata however also had a speedy card up its own sleeve. Leaning backward, the mammal went flying forward with a purple blur as it unleashed its Quick Attack. As it did, Dimitri also scooted off with his large feet pounding across the ground and his tiny little forearms bracing for a lithe albeit powerful slug. With the two blurs making short work of the distance between them, it was only a matter of seconds to see the end results. Bested by Dimitri's new found agility, the Rattata went flying up into the air with a whirling spin. Further and further it disappeared until it merged in with the sky itself and disappeared over the horizon with a small twink. Whether or not Sharada knew the importance of what she had just done was debatable but only time would tell if the rat's guardians would step in for justice. Wild Battle

Picking up the learning Piplup and securing him onto her shoulder for a better view of the battle, Badtz was possibly about to witness one of the quickest battles to date. Dimitri was always nervous and timid, but now he was hopping over to his opponent without much fear. If anything, this was just to help loosen and get used to these flexible limbs of his. Standing firm with a hand on her hip, Sharada gave a gentle nod of her head in the direction of Umaro, thanking the fiery ape for allowing the Breloom this chance. "Dont worry, Umaro. Your time for battling will come really soon, I'm positive of it." Clearly wanting to battle himself, it was a good thing he was so carefree in personality. Hopping from one foot to the other and clapping his hands away, the small Pokemon appeared to be cheering on his partner. Wearing a grin, Sharada tightened a fist, if her own Pokemon could spread a little love then she would aswell. "C'mon Dimitri, knock it out of the park!" Cheering him with confidence to the extent that even the young Piplup began chirping away, the friendly vibes floating through the summer air was incredible.
But also off putting. Dimitri kept turning to look over his shoulder, smiling for once in a very long time. He had wished to have a form like this back when he lived in Ilex Forest and now he had it with the help of Sharada, he planned on dishing out a bit of pain that he wasn't able to as a mere Shroomish. Trying to block out the cheers by hopping on the spot, the Breloom remained focused on the speedy Rattata, this was going to be the case of whoever is fastest strikes first and in Dimitri's case, he planned on striking hard, too. Bouncing from side to side, the two speedy Pokemon shot forward, striking one another and then landing, all in a blink of an eye. Only, it was just Breloom whose feet touched the floor. Blinking her eyes and looking from left to right, Sharada recoiled back in surprise at the sight of a purple rat flying backwards through the air, right over the horizon and disappearing with a twinkle. "W-Woah!"
The brunette wasn't the only one who was speechless, Badtz had fallen silent too. But to Umaro, this didn't matter, they were friends. The first to dash forward and meet with Dimitri, the mushroom, kangroo like creature grinned, allowing Umaro to sit back on his tail before bouncing back over to Sharada. Raising a hand, she gave a cautious carass of the helmet like hat of Dimitri, congratulating him, "Excellent job, Dim, you really do have a fierce punch." Hands falling back onto her waist, she turned on the spot, looking even more enthusiastic than before, "I wonder what else this place has to offer around now."

With the rat now likely soaring over the outer atmosphere around Sinnoh, it felt like any moment the rat's protectors would move into action but... They didn't. Instead, another much more alarming threat, one which Sharada would more than likely be aware of would make itself visible. Jaunting along the lengthy route, a police uniform clad male kept a vigilant lookout for any types of illicit or criminal behaviour. By his side was a rather energetic young pup that was running circles around its masters feet. Although the policeman looked stern, he smiled warmly with a subtle happiness as he looked down and noted the dog's boundless energy. "You seem really happy lately, eh boy? Heh, makes the beat a lot easier to patrol." In truth, Keith was getting rather infuriated with his patrolling of the route. All of his other work colleagues were living it up by invigilating the inner city streets of Goldenrod... And all the free accompaniments that came with it. "If I see Perrin stuffin' his face with all the goodies he gets off hours again..." Grumbling to himself, the sudden yap of his dog who seemed to be consoling him that all this working was keeping him trim and slim, Keith's attitude picked up. But oh how quickly it would deflate as he stopped dead in his tracks. Recently, they had been receiving reports about an influx of a previously thought disbanded criminal organisation entering in and out of the city. He had never seen them of course, as by his duty, he would lock them up and throw away the key. Such vile and despicable folk weren't going to be polluting up his fair Goldenrod. And yet, the rumours were true. Standing further along the route was the unmistakeable appearance of a woman in black clothing and a big red R stuck on her chest. "I'll be damned..." Picking up the microphone on his chest, he buzzed through to HQ. "Keith here, i've got what looks to be a Team Rocket member in my sights. Initiating confrontation. Will keep you posted, over." Making his gaze stern and straightening out his uniform, he pulled out a nightstick and before proceeding to arrest her, looked to his lively pup. "Okay Growlithe... Stay strong here okay? This person we're going to be arresting is NOT a very nice lady. So don't be fooled. She hurts Pokemon, ok?" Feeding his Pokemon unevidenced claims, Keith felt uneasy about doing so but knew if he wanted his Pokemon's co-operation, he knew that he would have to guide his Pokemon. Jogging on, he yelled out an authoritative tone as he got within Sharada's vicinity. "STOP RIGHT THERE! POLICE! PUT YOUR HANDS UP AND GET DOWN ON THE GROUND!" Clearly not letting this go, confrontation was unavoidable and perhaps worse if Sharada screwed this up and ended up in a cold, hard, unforgiving jail cell. Trainer Encounter

The calm day had proved to be eventful so far, her team blossoming with every battle they participated in. A once shy and reserved Pokemon becoming a thrashing beast which was now brave enough to bound along ahead, keeping a careful watch for anything which may approach next. "Dimitri, you really should slow down." Sharada called out, having her own hands full with keeping both her curious Piplup and energetic Darumaka in her line of sight. Coming to a halt, the spore kangaroo turned his slender neck, tiny eyes blinking as he watched his brunette trainer stumble after him, the two youngsters attached to her ankles. "Jeez, what am I gonna do with you two..." Sharada started as she remained on the spot, hands resting on her hips as her pair of icy blue eyes scanned between the two creatures. Kindly, her loyal Breloom stepped forward and pointed downward, as if to offer to carry Umaro on his tail once more. But no one would be going anywhere due to what, or who, had just made an appearance.
First caught sight of by Badtz, the young Piplup's eyes widened at the sight of such a fluffy creature making it's way over, a taller, less interesting human jogging by his side. Lifting a fin, the penguin began to prod hurriedly at the boot of Sharada, her attention being drawn instantly. "What is it, Badtz... Hmm?" It took her a moment but the female trainer finally turned to see what he was flustered about and whilst her Pokemon probably saw nothing but an innocent duo, a sudden wave of fear hit Sharada. Fingertips tensing and face grimacing as his voice called out to her in a threatening manner, the girl immediately stepped forward, oddly defending her Pokemon. "Just great, the one thing I wasn't expecting out here in the great wilderness, what the heck am I supposed to do now." Growling between her clenched teeth, she needed to think up something and fast. This wasn't any old trainer who had just realised she was a Rocket, it was the police.
Her expression falling to a much more neutral look, she stared coldly down her nose at the policeman. If she were caught now, she was sure they wouldn't believe her infiltration story. Or if they did, they would still lock her up for helping a wanting criminal. Then the other side of the coin was Royce, the only reason he would bail her out would be to punish her immensely. Sharada simply could not risk losing here. Brushing at the air aggressively with her hand, she raised a single eyebrow at the officer, "Get on the ground? Don't be ridiculous. I'm not listening to some stupid cop." Her hand falling back to her side, she continued, "Amazing that you found me all the way out here. What? Got lost trying to find a new donut shop or something?" Her line of sight diverting to that of a Growlithe, her face softened some but she tried to keep her tone sarcastic, "That's a nice pup you got there. First day on the job? Seem's a bit too friendly to be a cop's pooch. Maybe a battle with a Rocket will toughen him up. Heh and maybe you should keep him on a leash, I might end up wanting to take him for myself."
Lifting a hand, her thumb clicked sharply against her fingertips, drawing the attention of her Pokemon, "Umaro, you're up. Knock 'em down with Hammer Arm." Propelling right off the rubbery tail of Dimitri, the cheerful, cackling Darumaka charged forward with arms spread, his jolly demeanour being almost confusing considering his circumstances of being under the command of a Team Rocket member.

Frowning his gaze, Keith was not the least bit pleased with Sharada's insolent tone. He wasn't expecting a polite nor amiable encounter, especially given the fact she bore the mark of the infamous Team Rocket. Instead, the slew of rebellious diatribe that parted from her lips confirmed what he already knew when he honed in on her heels; it was time for a confrontation. "Some stupid cop? Stupid cop? Whom you are talking to is no mere buffoon. I'm an arm of the law, an extension of it, an instrument of justice. My sworn duty is to ensure the peace for the good of society and rogue elements such as yourself who are not willing to follow this code of law are doomed to fall by the justice I administer." Shaking his head, straightening out his uniform and patting his badge, he made it very clear his beliefs. "Respect the badge." Listening out as she belittled his Growlithe, he couldn't help but respond back. Partly to try and make her slip up but also because his burdening pride wouldn't allow it to pass. "Sure this poochie may be new to the ropes and not had much experience but even the youngest pup of our force is adequate match for one of your best." Letting out a fearsome series of barks, the Growlithe was seemingly eager to prove itself. As it did, the intimidating display was enough to startle Umaro who had just been summoned forward. Cowering backwards, the typically dance obsessed Darumaka had actually been diminished. "And you can talk. Your... Creature... THING... Isn't exactly all that mature looking." Deciding to seize the opportunity, Keith spoke out in authoritative tone to his Pokemon. "Growlithe! Seize and apprehend the criminals! Bite!" Growling even louder before erupting into a frenzy of barks, the young canine pup went leaping through the air with a great pounce. Its jaws widening and forming into a great abyss, Growlithe chewed down on Umaro and with the unrelenting endurance of a bear trap, remained clamped down. Still cowered from the intimidating cries, Umaro was struggling with this enemy. Gone were its sways, taps and bops. Instead, thrashing, bounding and drumming were all the showboating Darumaka could afford to display. The pain was getting to it but in a moment of clarity, Umaro heard his trainer's voice. Steeled by her support and the sound of a move it could utilise, the Darumaka began pounding at the ground with its feet before swinging upwards with what can only be described as a hammer of a blow. Striking brutally at the unprotected section of the canine's throat, the Pokemon let out a strangled yelp as it felt its voice wane. Whisking upwards into the air, the fire hound went near out of orbit before it came slamming down to the ground by Keith's position. A wave of dust spread over just as Umaro blew on his clenched fist, having slowed himself down with the double edged nature of the move. As the dust settled however, a rather unexpected sight met with their eyes. Standing on all fours was a now seriously enraged mutt. "You're dealing with Goldenrod's finest. This dog has serious pedigree." Straightening up again, he patted his badge and shot Sharada a very serious line. "We are the law. You won't muck around no more." Trainer Battle

Folding her arms and raising her brow, the brunette moodily stared at the Police Officer as he spoke back to her. Only, what he said didn't sit with her too well. Thinking about it, this was possibly the first time she had bumped into a cop properly and the spiel which flew from his lips was practically laughable. Biting her tongue as much as she could, the pat of his badge just tipped her over the edge. Lips curling and a hand obscuring her face, she laughed off what he had just said, almost tearing up some. Quickly she stood back into her usual position, leg cocked and arms folded. With a tilt of her head, she finally replied, "So, you're an instrument of justice? I see, I see..." Trailing off to examine the Growlithe, in all truth, the back of her mind couldn't fault it. The young pup was adorable and showed a lot of promise, his fearsome yapping even sending a chill down her own spine. Trying not to show too much fear, she instead shook it off, becoming rather defensive as he took a swipe at Umaro. "I know. Why do you think I am out here in the first place? To beef this thing up, that's why."
Suddenly pausing, she stared at the officer quietly for a fun moments as if figuring something out in her head. Only, she couldn't really come to a conclusion without confronting him first. "Hold on a moment. You don't know what a Darumaka even is?" Rolling her eyes dramatically, she loosened up her posture with a shrug of her shoulders, "Were the police not meant to be on patrol throughout the Unova Festival? Unless..." A sly smile spreading across her face as if a puzzle piece had just fallen into place, she continued. "You're stationed here, in this back water route? Missing out on all the fun of protecting citizens in the cities and keeping your eye on any festivals and events?" Scoffing, she stood back in her other position, arms folding back together, "I get it. Hah. I'm probably the most fun you've had for a long time." Eyes narrowing and grin growing, she couldn't help but actually feel a little bit sorry for him. "Well, too bad. I'm not looking to be caught today so this'll be over in a flash."
Just as her words rang out, the sight of her Darumaka being chomped on was more than a little unnerving. She would've called out some form of support or praise but she simply couldn't. Gulping, she started to wonder if he had been the right choice but soon enough, he proved her wrong. A single punch upwards and the Growlithe was lunged upward, landing back to the ground with a mighty slam. Knowing that the move took up a lot of his energy and therefore slowed him down more, Sharada was expecting another slow start on her part. Watching as the Growlithe leapt back up and bared it's fangs, she knew she had to make this quick. "If this is Goldenrod's finest then I don't have much to worry about. Although, the more I look, the more I feel that Growlithe is pretty cute. Maybe I should just relieve you of it and give it a real trainer. Hah, guess you'd have more space in your hands for donuts and coffee then, eh?" Checking back on the less than happy Darumaka, he seemed to have the strength to go on. "Another Hammer Arm, Umaro."
