"Main line-up. Tyrana, Cayzle, Hatari. Maybe Reaver, if we just want to show off. Ares, if things get rough." That only left Cola, the Sandile. Rather unfortunate, as he was a formidable opponent in most fights. However, this wasn't going to be a fun battle, and they'd need to finish these Pokemon off quickly, whatever they were. The doors to the gym were open and inviting, although Rhoan figured that it probably wouldn't be that way for long. She hoped she could crush Bugsy and everything that he threw out at her with record speed. After all, they'd spent quite a bit of time training. How much damage could a bug truly do?
"Let's go, guys." Rhoan pushed through the doors, and let her eyes adjust to the light and air. Outside was nice and cool, with a hint of sun through the clouds. Inside was air-conditioned, with standard lighting. She moved her hair to the side to get a good look at the bug-motif decorations, before smirking. Cute. Reaver scurried up her back and rested on her head, probably feeling more at home than her foreign trainer was. The large floor opened up into somewhat of an arena, where they'd be doing battle, so Rhoan merely stepped to where she'd assume she'd be standing for the duration.
"Hello?" She called out, curious if Bugsy had ever had an Oblivian challenger. The words probably sounded strange and foreign, but that's just how Rhoan liked it. She wanted to be seen as unpredictable, and an unknown constant. However, known or not, she'd wipe the floor with the boy all the same. "I'm here for a good battle. I haven't found one in a while, and i'm hoping you could help?" Her sentence wasn't a taunt; those would come later. For the meantime, it was true. She hadn't met a good trainer in a while. Hopefully Bugsy would step up to the plate and give her something to chew on. At least for a few turns. Her Joltik continued to scurry around in Rhoan's messy hair, making some sort of chirping sound occasionally.

Despite the sound of the doors parting open and close, the gym itself remained eerily quiet. The interior of the place was certainly different from most other. It was foremost a bug gym so it had many little motifs on the walls that were similar to that of a ladybug which was in turn a representation of the gym badge itself. What was truly surprising however was the gym battleground itself. Most places adopted a simple pitch, no real fuss, just a simple tarmac flooring and nothing else to get in the way of the fight itself. This was only similar in the fact it had a designated Pokeball in the centre, with each half highlighting where each of the trainer's Pokemon would stand and a bit further at the opposite end was a place for the trainers themselves to command the battle at a distance. Everything else was completely off. For starters, the floor they were fighting on was sporting a tall grass that was up to knee length and to any contender would be seen as something of a disadvantage. Not only that but numerous branches were seen sticking up from out of the ground which were decorated with various webbing and questionable oozes that given the nature of the gym, must have surely been secreted by Bug type Pokemon. There was but one other difference this battleground sported. At the far end of the pitch, opposite the challenger's side of the field, was a magnificent tree. Sprouting high to the gym's ceiling, it was clearly natural and looked completely out of place in such a civilised building. Adorned to it as well was the same ladybug motif that was dotted about. Rhoan had called out, making clear her eagerness to take on the challenge but there appeared to be no answer, no sign of anyone home. Not even a crowd or a referee to observe the battle. As her initial greeting failed to garnish any response, a second one appeared to have more of a reaction. As her voice called out with a hunger in her tone for a good challenge, the echo seemed to filter out eventually before a sudden scramble of noise could be heard. Appearing from out behind the tree, a rather androgynous youth appeared, complete with a bug catching net held by their side. Given that Rhoan had just sounded for a challenge it was a bit confusing to see their face full of such wonder and intrigue. " Oh? Oh? I'm sorry challenger... I was in the middle of performing some research involving cocoons. Couldn't be disturbed. But then I heard that chirping cry. Unmistakeable." Looking over Rhoan from head to toe, the keen eyed child spent but a few seconds before pin pointing the source. " I knew my ears hadn't failed me! An honest to goodness Joltik! Why... I didn't think i'd see one in person for a long time." Bowing their head, the stranger appeared to be full of elation. " Challenger, you have my thanks. This has been a good day indeed. Unlocking another secret of how the cocoons function AND seeing a rare Pokemon such as this... Wonderful." Swinging their bug net over their shoulder, their pleasant smile continued when they realised what Rhoan was here for. " I suppose I should give you something in return for bringing such a Pokemon to my attention. I did hear you say you were here for a challenge, well... You've come to the right place. As i'm sure you know, you're currently here in Azalea Town Gym. A place which specialises in the usage of Bug type Pokemon. Marvellous creatures." Clearing their throat, they continued on aplomb. " Ahem, as you can probably tell, Bug Pokemon to me, are of a league of their own. Given their wealth of mysteries and secrets, I find myself learning a lot from them in my research. And as i'm sure you will learn from this gym challenge itself, that Bug Pokemon are nothing to be taken lightly." The bug maniac's eyes widening, they fell silent before tilting their head apologetically. " Silly me. I forgot to introduce myself. I'm none other than Bugsy, the gym leader of this fine establishment. I will be your opponent for today." Sliding off their bug net to the side, the gym leader known as Bugsy called out. " A pleasure to meet you Miss...?" Full of formalities, the gym leader realised she had not introduced herself yet. Whilst she was a little wild around the edges, he wasn't going to discriminate from being a good host. " I see no point in waiting around. Let us proceed with the battle. By the end of this, win or lose, i'm sure you'll have a greater appreciation for Bug Pokemon in general. I always do, I learn so much from how they work that it's partly why I took up such a position here in Azalea. I get to perform fieldwork all the time!" Getting carried away again, it was a sure sign Bugsy was going to be something of a chatterbox when it came to his beloved type as well as his work. " Oops... I go off on far too many tangents. Here, to show my sincerity that I do indeed wish to provide you with a battle." Tossing a Pokeball from their belt forward, the gym leader watched with their eyes in awe as the Pokemon revealed itself to be none other than a... Kakuna?! " Ahhhh... Such raw beauty. This Pokemon isn't even fully evolved yet and I find myself in such spectacle of its wonder." That, or to any other trainer with not so great an appreciated for the Pokemon, more of a bumbling let down. Nevertheless, sincere Bugsy was. He had sent the Pokemon upon the field and was clearly sticking with it. This wasn't a joke of some kind. The gym leader intended to battle with it. You have challenged Gym Leader Bugsy to a battle! He sends out Kakuna (Level 19) to fight! Please select a Pokemon for battle.

It took a little while, but eventually, another voice answered back, paired with a young uh, teenager, maybe? A bug catching net was slung over his shoulder, and the way he weaved and moved through the tall grass and whatever else on the floor hinted he was probably the Bugsy she was looking for. She just hadn’t expected someone so young, or someone so into this gig. I mean, the place was a wreck, asthetically speaking. She did like the tree though, that was a decently nice touch. It’s looming presence gave the arena and room a kind of looming, unspoken power about it. That sense of sheer presence made Rhoan respect it, even if it was just a tree.
His comment about Reaver made her smirk. The boy seemed to excited to see her Joltik, and yet, they were about to battle here. Well, take that back. Rhoan was about to battle and Bugsy was just going to have to hold on. At least, that’s how she hoped this would go. ”No worries. I understand getting… caught up in work.” Her face stung with the comment. Caught up indeed. ”I’m glad Reaver’s presence here is a welcome thing. I figured since this was the bug gym, she’d have a bit of fun being out and seeing the room.” A bit of consideration for her Pokemon, which was rare. After so many hours of walking around with the bug so close, she’d become somewhat attached. Not like she didn’t treat her Pokemon wrong, but in the end, they were tools to be used, and tools to be sharpened for a greater good. Her good.
Rhoan went to open her mouth once more, but Bugsy had already begun on another wordy xplanation about Bug Pokemon. The trainer let her mouth click shut with a quiet snap. Getting this done quick would be best, indeed. She couldn’t stand mouthy brats, but it couldn’t be helped. He must’ve been decent to get this gig, so she had to give him some respect, even if his passion was a bit annoying. She let him continue, and when he introduced himself and asked her name, Rhoan merely grunted out a simple answer. ”Xavia. Rhoan Xavia.” What harm would there be in telling the boy her name? The Red Tiger wasn’t a criminal here. Probably not even a whisper on the wind. Oblivia was a different story, though. Thinking about it made her cheek itch, so she cleansed her mind and prepared for the task at hand.
Bugsy’ first Pokemon of choice could be anything, truly. ”I’ll be honest, I’m not too fond of them, but after getting Reaver, I’ve noticed that a few of them have some potential. But, I’m here to see the true strength of them from a professional.” Let’s hope you don’t disappoint, boy. A quick tug at his belt and Bugsy was tossing a pokeball into the air. Expecting something dangerous, like an Accelegor, or a Scyther, instead, she was faced with a Kakuna. Her hopes faltered, and she bit back a snicker. Instead, she smirked and tapped one of her Pokeballs. ”Let’s go, Cayzle.” With a brilliantly bright flash, the Combusken was sent out into the battlefield, who immediately snickered. The grass tickled his legs, and the Combusken just wanted to roll around in it.
”Cayzle, focus. This is an important battle. Show me how you’ve grown, mkay?” Rhoan suggested, hoping her Pokemon didn’t dance around or decide to show his feathery ass in front of Bugsy. She wouldn’t tolerate that. However, the Pokemon was capable of fire, which put Rhoan in a delicate place. Not that Cazyle would ever attack her, nor she him. ”Ember.” She let out the command, and then watched Reaver scurry to the end of her arm. She chirped, and then dove into the grass of the battlefield, content to run around and check out the motif. Eventually, the Joltik made it’s way to Bugsy, crawling up his leg to sit on his shoulder, much like she did to Rhoan.

Upon hearing her name, Bugsy made a small nod of his head and smiled positively. " Very well Miss Xavia. I hereby hope that you'll enjoy what Azalea Gym has to offer. I am not too sure from whence you have visited from but your attire and accent strike me as not likely from these parts." Putting his free hand onto his chin, he rubbed his smooth skin as if to draw inspiration in order to deduce where exactly it was she hailed from. Sadly, his knowledge lie elsewhere than geography. " ...Aha. I'm sad to say I can't really pinpoint where you hail from. My forte is with that of entomology not geography." Smiling happily as he admitted to his shortfalls, it was somewhat amazing to see a trainer of authority such as he had no clue as to exactly whom he was facing. Had he been aware that his opponent was the infamous Red Tiger than he may have likely pulled out the big guns and this conversation would have taken a stark turn for the worse. Thankfully, ignorance would be bliss for the time being. Not only that but this stranger was at least somewhat accommodating of Bug Pokemon. The amount of people that came trampling through here thinking they could squash his beloved Pokemon with a thud of their boots was appalling to say the least. Anyone with an appreciation, even if only a shred, meant they were of a fairly decent character. " Perhaps I shan't have to do anything. If you've already started to appreciate what wonders your adorable little Reaver has bought, it won't be long before you see their applications and uses in full." Cocking his grin proudly, the youthful boy appeared complimented that Rhoan was seeking a professional's use of them. " But of course, as we are duelling, i'd be more than happy to show you some of the knowledge I have gathered from them." Despite his words, he saw a faint snicker on Rhoan's face and remained hopeful yet. After all, at this point, there had been not one trainer who had thought he was playing a silly joke on them with his choice in Pokemon. This would usually leave them all the more devastated when he actually trounced them. Not letting his feelings get hurt and brushing her reaction aside, Bugsy was seemingly more interested in what Rhoan would use. " Since conversing with you, I have been certainly curious as to what you would use. Your fiery hair and hints of this in your personality from the way you speak have led me to believe correctly." Swishing his bug net forward, he motioned towards the inclusion of Rhoan's Combusken, Cayzle. " Not a common Pokemon that i'm used to. It's mostly Charmeleon I have to prepare for. But its red motifs make it the same level of threat. Hm. Interesting." His eyes closed and his head nodding deep in thought, Bugsy knew what would come next. Opening his eyes as he heard Rhoan encourage Cayzle along, Bugsy was pleased to see her Pokemon so raring to go and engage in the battle. A lot of Pokemon were timid or too boisterous but this Combusken struck him as the right sort of challenger. " Brilliant! I have no doubt this'll be a battle worth remembering. You are to lead with Ember and in which my counter order must be Poison Sting! Kakuna! Like we have practised! Strengthen your shell, endure the burn and retaliate with your attack!" Despite having something of a waffly way of talking, he seemed to change completely when it came to ordering his Pokemon. Clear, concise and authoritative, it was obvious he wasn't like the other trainers Rhoan had faced up until this point. Far speedier than its immobile rival, Cayzle wasted no time in seeing through his trainer's orders. Stomping its chicken foot down onto the pitch, the Combusken opened up its beak and began summoning the burning hot fire from within. As its mouth began to glow, it wasn't long before a small splatter of burning hot coals emerged forth and were shot forwards with extreme prejudice and flawless marksmanship. Doing nothing to evade the attack, the Kakuna remained almost lifeless on the spot it had been summoned on and soullessly stared at the incoming attack. Sizzling through the air, the embers made a satisfying thud as they landed on the cocoon Pokemon with a thud and began searing at the Pokemon's shell. Most other Pokemon of its species would have given way there and then but it was clear that Bugsy's Pokemon were made of a tougher background. Whatever this enthusiast had done in training his Pokemon was paying off before their eyes. " I will be truthful and admit I had somewhat anticipated that you'd employ the use of Fire moves. Despite their super effective properties against Bugs I am at least somewhat confident in the fact cocoon Pokemon such as Kakuna boast incredible defensive capabilities, meaning their shells are almost on par with kevlar. Which, coincidentally, is fairly resistant to fire. My Pokemon's survival at this point is testament to this fact." As the embers died down completely, leaving the shell somewhat warped, the Kakuna leaned back gently and pointed its tip out. Planning the trajectory with required force it would need to shoot its poisonous projectile forward, the Pokemon was incredibly quick in its response and in a matter of seconds, a single poisonous stinger was shot forward with lightning speed and deadly accuracy. Having stung Cayzle directly on the side of its neck, the move was barely a threat but given its sublime accuracy, had meant that the poisonous secretions on the stinger had now seeped troublesomely into the Combusken's blood stream. Falling to one knee and doubling over, the Pokemon clutched its stomach as it spluttered out as the poison took its toll and wrecked damage over the rooster's body. Jamming his bug net down on the ground with its handle end, Bugsy nodded his head proudly. " You did swell Kakuna! I was very impressed with your endurance but for you to have dealt out some poisonous effect there, incredible!" Looking over to Rhoan, Bugsy knew his Pokemon was unlikely to survive another round but he wasn't going to retire there and then. " I can tell we're both just getting warmed up here. Let's--Hm? Oh... One moment, please. Oh?! OOOH!" Letting out something of a girly squeal, Bugsy was delighted by the sudden appearance of Reaver greeting him. Losing all focus on the battle itself, Bugsy was completely obsessed by seeing the Pokemon so up close. Despite being that of a prodigy, it was clear he was just a child. Excitable as such as well. Letting the Joltik rest on his shoulder, he craned his neck round to examine it thoroughly. " Their diminutive size, beautiful coat and adorable eyes... Truly amazing. Just how did you come across such a prime specimen?" Gym Battle

Bugsy seemed accommodating enough, despite his wordy demeanor. Her origin stumped her, and Rhoan carefully considered revealing where she lived. After all, would it be best? She didn’t expect for many to know much of the going on’s in Oblivia, but that didn’t mean it was a good idea to go ahead and blab about it. And, in the off chance a whisper had made it this far, it was better to keep her origins under wraps. When Bugsy described his forte, Rhoan merely laughed. Keep the ruse going for long enough. ”Hah! Far away enough to know that I’m nowhere near the top yet. Some of these youngsters have a bit of a headstart on me.” That that she was insulting Bugsy’s age, more like placing hers above his. At least, if it wasn’t obvious. Ignorance was bliss, for the time being. If only the boy knew what she was going to unleash as soon as she got permission for the mission…
If anything, she was already on Bugsy’s good side. Reaver was in position, sucking up as best she could, while Rhoan and Cazyle danced their little dance. After a while, this would be over and Rhoan would be the normal, redheaded trainer that defeated the Azalea gym leader. No need to concern themselves on this passerbyer. Who even stayed in Azalea? Aside from the nature factor, the large conservation center (which Rhoan would need to visit soon, cha-ching…) and the gym, there was no reason to hang around. Well, Slowpoke Well would get a nice visit soon enough. ”Enlighten me.” As all she said when Bugsy bantered back and forth with her about his knowledge. We’ll see how long it lasts, boy.
Cayzle had been her choice for a different reason. ”Yes, I’m sure you’re probably used to the fire starter here in the area, yes? I have one, but Cayzle here was feeling a little left out. I wanted him to see what it was like, and to judge his skills. Besides, wild Pokemon can only take us so far.” Which, honestly, was true. Cazyle was a bit of a goofball, so seeing how he reacted in a gym battle was interesting. ”It’s of no consequence he’s fire type. However, the flying moves from his Peck would come in handy. It’s no fun if you use the most powerful tanks immediately. It’s almost insulting.” Rhoan figured people coming into the gym with a fire starter delighted in knowing they could take down a lot of Bugsy’s arsenal with one attack. ”I almost pity the gym leaders for it. I’d hate for smug kids to jump in and think they’re hot stuff, just because they know about super effective, over-powered moves.”
Rhoan had planned to use Tyrana, but after her speech, she knew she’d have to leave the dragon out of this fight, unless things got too hairy. ”I don’t plan on using my Charmeleon, when there are other members on my team that are just as capable.” A bold move, but perhaps it’d make Bugsy see her in a respected light. Or, it’d make her stand out as a trainer (if she won) to such heights that she could be discovered. Of course, pros and cons. Doubled edged sword. As her doubled edged tactic unfolded, and Cayzle spewed forth his Ember, the Kakuna wasn’t knocked out in one hit as she’d planned. Oh well. Bugsy had a way with words, and whether or not they inspired the cocoon to hit harder, the adversary was decent enough. Cayzle was poisoned, who began to shiver and control the urge to retch into the grass. With the tall weeds, it’d be difficult to find and clean up. It’d be a shame if someone stepped in it.
Bugsy anticipated the ember, as noted, and Rhoan merely shrugged. ”As I said, I wanted him to get Gym Battle experience. The next Pokemon I use will have no fire attacks, I promise. I could’ve always used peck, but I’d hate for him to have to peck at something with such a hard shell.” It was meant as a compliment, an attempt for Rhoan to give Bugsy a compliment without actually handing it to him. After all, this boy knew nothing of her nor her style. And, Cayzle was a light-hearted, non-aggressive Pokemon. As was Reaver. Bugsy knew nothing, and Rhoan wanted to keep it that way. In hindsight, Rhoan figured it was probably best Tyrana wasn’t brought out; the starter could give way to the trainers more… aggressive tendencies. Distance was a good friend, so Bugsy couldn’t see the scarring from horns, spines, rough skin… Rhoan’s arms had taken a beating, and the core of her team mirrored the same spirit.
Reaver had inspired Bugsy once more, now having mooched over to the gym leader’s side. Bugsy gushed, and Rhoan smiled with her teeth, a rare moment indeed. ”I bought her from a festival. Travellers, I guess, selling Pokemon from a different region. She took a liking to me, and likes to plague my life with static shock, after crawling around in my hair for so long.” Young. Still easily exciteable. Possibly gullible. Rather… girly. Obsessive. One-Track Mind. Genius, but easily side-tracked. Rhoan made her mental notes before she figured her new lineup. Maybe Reaver, even, depending on what he sends out. Boy might have to clean out his pants though. Bet he’s never had a bug fight in here before. Ares, Cola perhaps, if it comes down to it. Hatari too, Ice Fang… yes…"Cayzle, go ahead and go for an Ember again. Let's finish this quick, so we can get you back in your ball before that poison ruffles your feathers anymore."

Acknowledging that she somewhat sidestepped the detail about her region of origin, Bugsy merely shooed the matter away even despite the youth's penchant hunger for wanting to know things. At the very least, he hoped she would at least enjoy it here. " I've never really been too far from my home region but I hope that you enjoy your time here in Johto and specifically that of your stay in Azalea. We're a small, modest community living out here in the forest but i'm sure there'll be something here you can find appreciation in. Once you're done with this, I really ought to recommend that you going travelling in Ilex Forest. It's a myriad place and like nothing else. Just hope you're clued up on orientation!" Smiling, Bugsy himself had spent many a time wandering about the stretches of Ilex but he seemed confident that Rhoan was someone who would be able to keep track of where she was going. Nodding his head as Rhoan made clear her use in Pokemon, Bugsy appeared to be content by her words. In the world of Pokemon battling, getting the upper hand was as simple as gaining a type advantage over the opponent and because of this, he was understanding as to why trainers would do so when they took on the league challenge. However, she had hit a nail on the head about how certain trainers came in expecting to have the badge served to them simply because they had picked an ad advantageous type. " Your words are all too true. As I had stated earlier, many people look down on Bug Pokemon. What's worse is that people seem to think they qualify for the badge for simply knowing the type chart and what is effective over what. It's not that simple." Shifting his head from side to side in something of a dismissive shake, Bugsy responded to something Rhoan had said about her future plans for the battle. " If you do feel the need to use your Charmeleon, please feel free to do so. I'd hate to deny one of your Pokemon the chance to battle simply because it appears to be the only opponent I face. If anything, your Charmeleon may be as charming as you are and a joy to fight in battle." Gripping onto his bug net a bit tighter, Bugsy had a pleasant enough smile on his face but there was definitely something unsettling about it. It oozed a subtle sort of confidence when he spoke. " And I too will promise to use something a little more... Mobile, than my cocoons. As I said, I love all sorts of Bug types and I actually find cocoon Pokemon to be quite tough providing you know how to make use of their defences. Rest assured, my next choice will be what you've waited for." Looking to his beaten up Kakuna, he sighed wistfully but knew as a gym leader, he would have to proceed on in order to quash the challenger or be defeated himself. As Rhoan gave a pep talk to Cayzle and got him fired up for battle, Bugsy called out to Kakuna to reassure it. " You did good my friend, hang in there and on the off chance you survive, perform an Iron Defence." Remaining stoic and expressionless, the poison cocoon simply remained affixed to the spot as it stared down the Combusken once more, watching helplessly as its eyes reflected the conjuring of the burning hot embers that Rhoan's Pokemon shot forward. Pelted fiercely with the attack, the Kakuna simply topped over and fell lifelessly onto the floor as it had been defeated. " Thank you for your help Kakuna." As he recalled the Pokemon back, he looked over to Cayzle and noticed the Pokemon gribbed onto its chest again as it struggled to cope with the poisonous influence that coursed through its veins. Your Combusken fought courageously and has levelled up! It went up by 1 level and is now Level 22! Cayzle would like to learn the move Sand Attack. Delete a move so that Sand Attack can be learnt? Cayzle also gained +1 Happiness. " Well Ms. Xavia. That's the first leg of this challenge won. You've outperformed most other challengers but I wonder what more i'll see from you. I've talked an awful lot about the properties of cocoon Pokemon and my love for them but my next choice will show you another far end of what Bug Pokemon have to offer. Not only do they remain immobile and require a defensive protection to aid against would be predators, they too can become the predator themselves. Lightning quick reflexes, powerful killing blows... I do hope you're prepared." Taking a Pokeball from off of his belt, Bugsy tossed the spherical device forward and it burst open, showing the battleground in a burst of light. The only problem was, the Pokeball didn't seem to summon forth anything. Understanding this might be bit of a shock as it had done so for many other challengers, Bugsy cleared his throat and smiled sweetly. " Have you spotted it yet?" Swirling his bug net around, he pin pointed the Pokemon with incredible accuracy as it almost instantaneously disappeared and reappeared from one location to the next. Eventually stopping, Bugsy reaffirmed his focus with the bug net by stabbing at the general direction of where his Pokemon was. " Show yourself, Scyther!" Having been camouflaged by the foliage of the gym grounds itself, the Pokemon eventually stood up proper and revealed itself. Considering Bugsy's youth and genteel behaviour, it was a complete juxtaposition to see such a beastly looking creature being used. " Your turn to decide. Cayzle is more than welcome to remain on the field but given that poison that's seeping through its blood stream... You're also welcome to swap to something else." He had put up a fairly unassuming facade up until this point but it was clear that the gym leader was a far wilier opponent than he let on to be. Rhoan would need all her cunning and guile to beat this new monster. The battle draws on and Bugsy calls forth Scyther (Level 24) to pick up the slack! Please select a Pokemon to use.

Rhoan watched with hidden satisfaction as the shielded Pokemon fell to Cayzle's ember. Despite that, the Pokemon was practically useless in battle right now, due to the Poison. Rather than have her Pokemon faint in the battle, she'd merely return him instead. She was cold, but she wasn't uncaring. Cazyle had done well against the Pokemon, so there was no reason not to give the Pokemon a rest. He'd done good, and she'd let the goofball know as much. "Should I get stuck, i'll pull out my Charmeleon. But, that's more of a last resort than anything." She nodded, glad Bugsy understood that she was trying to be a decent human being instead of controlling with types.
The disappearance of the Kakuna was a nice thing. One Pokemon down. As far as she knew, he had three in total, judging by the capsules on his belt. However, he could have more stored away. Or, perhaps, they were merely in the back. Reaver wriggled around to keep her hold as Bugsy released his newest Pokemon, and Rhoan watched with anticipation as Bugsy's 'ace in the hole' as it seemed was released. There was a mini-flash, but Rhoan contained herself not to follow with her head. She already knew what it was. Quick wings. Long arms, sharp scythe. Angular head. Feet with claws. They had them in Oblivia. Hardy little Pokemon they were. Honestly, she'd half expected to get done in by a Scyther before she'd been done in by a Magmar. Her eye followed the Scyther, hoping that the distance between she and Bugsy was enough to conceal her prowess. However, when it disappeared into the foilage via camouflage, Rhoan let herself look away and back to Bugsy.
"Believe me. I'm well aware of predators." Rhoan did her best to surround herself with them. The Scyther was revealed, and the red-head figured that at this point, many trainers would be shocked to see such a Pokemon, so she grimaced visibly, biting her lip as if figuring out what to do next. She had said something about not using Tyrana, after all, and she didn't want to give Bugsy the satisfaction of knowing he'd pushed her into a corner. She could out muscle the bug, it would just take time. "One's gotta know all about the food chain to make it in the world. Though, I do have to say, that's an impressive looking bug." She smiled, pressing on the release button to her Pokeball. It expanded in her hand, and when opened, revealed her Tauros.
At least she could use Ares. Yeah, Ares was aggressive as she was, but that was probably because of his species. In battle, he was a force to be reckoned with. But, it was well known for his species, so Rhoan wasn't worried about giving anything away. "I wouldn't call Ares a predator, he doesn't like it when I call him names." She joked, giving the bull a pat on his hide. The creature snorted and stared over at Scyther, scraping a sharp hoof against the grass. However, it was almost impossible to see with the length. "Cayzle, return. We'll get you healed up soon." The bird disappeared with a flash of red light, before fitting back onto Rhoan's bandolier with a snap. Ares took this as his cue, and walked forward in front of Rhoan. Reaver squeaked on Bugsy's shoulder, before crawling onto the top of the boy's head.
"I will say, I was hoping for something a bit easier, but I did come for a challenge, didn't I?" She crossed her arms and watched the anticipation ripple through the bull's hide. "Let's start this, Ares. Horn Attack!"

Despite down one Pokemon, Bugsy remained confident in his body language. Clearly this Scyther he had summoned forth was the powerhouse of his team and from the way it carried itself, there was no mistaking its ability. Keeping a keen observational eye on Rhoan, Bugsy made no hint that he was aware her own perceptive eyesight was keeping up with the Scyther. It was as if she had some experience of these before. Perhaps from whence she came? Keeping his notes to himself, Bugsy continued on as if she were any other challenger unaware of his Scyther's prowess. One thing was clear though, perhaps this Rhoan Xavia was a bit more educated in terms of Pokemon than she was truly letting on. " I thank you humbly. A lot of people are quaking in their boots at this point at the sight of it but i'm glad you can take in a Scyther's finer points. They're ferocious creatures, known to eat their males through the act of mating. This level of cruelty extends to their fighting style." Clearing his throat as he raised a clenched fist to his mouth, he was keen to make aware another point. " My Scyther is also female just so you know." Now having some suspicion as to her ability as a trainer, Bugsy watched with silent observation as she went to summon her next Pokemon, having recalled Cayzle. Thankfully the lucky poisoning had meant that the Combusken's use was now limited having been dealt some passive damage. As the light from the Pokeball Rhoan had just used faded, Bugsy leaned forward and was surprised to see a Pokemon he had rarely come across. The look of uncertainty was clear on his face and was more than likely the sort of reaction he himself was used to. " Oh! Why... That's a Tauros! You don't see very many of those. I'm beginning to suspect there is more to you than meets the eye Ms. Xavia." Unable to hide his curiosity anymore, he had to make a notice of it. A look of amusement coming over his face, Bugsy was actually looking to enjoy this. " With my Scyther and your Tauros... This'll definitely be a close match up. I'm rather excited." His excitement would soon sour however. As Ares the bull trotted on forward, its very presence gave precedent to the fact it could easily intimidate opponents. Watching as the fiery bull flared its nostrils and swaggered its imposing figure, Bugsy gripped the handle of his net and pulled something of a glum face. " Uh oh... That'll most certainly hinder my Scyther's fighting ability... Hm." Looking down, already it could be seen that the intimidation tactic was having an adverse effect on his Pokemon. Usually it would be his choice that would be striking fear into the heart's of his opponents. This second round had definitely been a reversal of things. Thinking deeply, Bugsy knew there was only one choice in the matter having weighed in on his options. It was his trump card but hopefully using it so early wouldn't have too adverse a risk. As Rhoan's thundering voice called out to initiate the battle, Bugsy was quick to step in and make certain of his command to his Pokemon. " Scyther! Use your speed and perform a U-Turn. We'll have to rethink our battle strategy." Shifting its gaze away from Bugsy to the foe at hand with an indomitable nod, the praying mantis Pokemon lifting into the air slightly and with an instantaneous disappearance, deserted where it had stood. Rattling Ares somewhat, the bull stomped forward, boisterously grunting as it looked to see where the Scyther would be coming from. " What you're about to see is a special technique that I actually had some hand in discovering. It's been patented as a technical machine these days but it makes use of a bug's impressive ability to strike and retreat at a moment's notice." Whilst he was talking, the gym leader had left his bug catching net propped up against his shoulder as his hands went for the Pokeball Scyther had been summoned from and the remaining ball that had been sitting on his belt holster. Not quite giving away his full tactic at this point, his eyes fell back onto the battle as it became apparent what his Scyther was up to. Having built up some momentum from dashing from spot to spot, the Scyther appeared on the opposite end of the battlefield, right before Bugsy with a fair stretch of distance between Ares and itself. " Ready? Unleash your U-Turn, Scyther!" Letting out a ferocious shriek, the Pokemon went zooming forwards. As if time itself slowed to a halt around it, the Scyther seemed to transform into a green blur as it went hurtling towards Ares. As if hit by a bullet, the Tauros was staggered backwards violently as the green blur made a lightning quick retreat just as quickly as it had struck. Mid way returning to the other side of the field, Bugsy used his Pokeball to return the Scyther and then quickly swapped in another Pokemon. Summoning on the same spot his Scyther had originally been, it became cleared he had performed something of a switcheroo. As the light died down, the very outline of the Pokemon looked not all unlike his Kakuna and from the way it stood there immobile, it was obvious to anyone he had summoned forward another cocoon Pokemon. " And Metapod, you're up!" Beaming proudly, it seemed Bugsy was rather proud of the move. " I have to admit, your Tauros is deeply intimidating. I thought I had best play it safe with a more defensive option." Remaining perfectly still, the Metapod definitely appeared more of a defensive choice if it were anything like the Kakuna before it. Snorting angrily as a hot expulsion of air escaped from his nostrils, Ares was quite simply furious having been duped around in such a manner. Deciding to go ahead and ream the new Pokemon before it, the Pokemon charged on forward, its very hooves making the floor quake from such ferocity. Looking up to the Tauros fearfully, the Metapod was ripped from its spot as Ares jammed its horn forward through a part of the cocoon itself. Rattling his head around, Ares eventually freed himself of the Metapod as he slammed it off to the side, up against one of the many branches dotted around the battlefield. His eyes wide open, Bugsy was amazed his Pokemon had survived such a powerful onslaught. " I will be honest, I had little hope of my Pokemon standing up to your Ares but the simple fact its still alive, despite its armour being pierced... Doesn't that just prove how wonderful Bug type Pokemon are?!" Gym Battle

Rhoan watched as the Scyther stood in the field before Ares. Damnit! This gym was supposed to be easy. And I had to go and run my big mouth about not using fire types… That was the whole freakin’ plan… She cursed to herself. Speed was of the essence. She wanted to get out of here as soon as she could. Who wanted to stay and power struggle with Bugsy? Besides, bugs were a laughing stock. She refused to have any of her Pokemon faint to this gym, but at this rate, a few casualties were in order to get what she wanted. Cayzle wasn’t in any fighting form to battle, so it’d just have to be Ares. At least she got a bit of an ego boost when Bugsy cried out as soon as he saw the bull.
A small smirk rose to her lips. ”Yeah, he’s pretty impressive. When bribed, he’s even stable enough to ride.” She didn’t realize she’d made a pun until after it had crossed her lips. Oh well. Stable, Tauros… A close matchup indeed. I don’t want to go long with that Scyther. She mused to herself, crossing her arms and watching as the boy gym leader formulated his plan. She’d already expressed hers, and Ares was about to do it. However, the words that came out of Bugsy’s mouth made her seethe internally. You’ve got to be kidding me. She didn’t know much about this move, but she assumed this was why the gym was so difficult and such a pain in the ass. Of course it had to be U-turn.
Rhoan’s internal thoughts basically drowned out Bugsy’s droning explanations, but at least she was spot on. Striking and retreating at a moment’s notice… that’d be useful if she had it on her side. When Bugsy did mention something about a TM, Rhoan nodded and took special note. If this kid had one, she’d love to grab it with the badge. Hopefully, Bugsy would just give one to her out of the goodness of his heart. But, she could always just take one. ”I gotta say, I’m not liking where this is going…” She grumbled, watching her lumbering Tauros charge towards Scyther. The impact was akin to that of a freight train, and her own powerhouse faltered with the attack. Snorting angrily, the Tauros watched in confusion as the Scyther disappeared and a Metapod took it's place. Rhoan’s fist clenched, as well as her teeth.
Ares took the hint and realized the Metapod was now his opponent. It didn’t matter to Ares, as long as he got to hit something. Angrily, the Tauros let loose with his attack before shaking violently to dislodge the bug from his horns. When the cocoon slammed into the branch with a satisfying thud, Ares snorted, pleased with itself. But, of course, Ares’s glory had been soaked up and spat out by Bugsy. At least, that’s what Ares felt, anyways. Sure, the Bug withstood an attack. Big deal. It would only take a well placed hit or two to put the newest challenger back in their Pokeball for good. ”Heh! You don’t gotta prove anything to me. I’ve got my own bug.” Reaver chirped when mentioned, before scuttling around Bugsy more. ”Ares, stay relentless. Horn Attack.”

As Bugsy looked at his Metapod full of pride that it managed to hold itself up after such a powerful hit it seemed as if Ares would have to deal with a long drawn out battle with how well the bug absorbed his first attack. Bugsy did not doubt that given enough time Ares would ultimately beat his Metapod but if his Pokemon lasted long enough it could at least wear the bull out enough that Scyther could finish the job. The young gym leader had succeeded many times with this strategy due to them underestimating Bug type Pokemon and what they can do in certain situations. The young man was hoping his wave of luck would continue. "I must admit that Tauros is very impressive. If Metapod's defense was not so high it would likely have bested it in a single round. I give you credit for using such a rare Pokemon instead of using Pokemon with a type advantage as it makes for a more interesting battle." Busgy was rather secretly baffled as to what his Metapod could do to Ares as it was not know for it's attack power but at the same time he did not want to waste a chance to at least weaken the beast before he had to send Scyther back out. Before he could make a move however he was rather excited when he heard Rhoan say she had a Bug type of her own. "You do? I would love to see it. No one ever tries to use a Bug type against me. I would love to get a chance to battle against any Bug type Pokemon you have. It would be an honor to fight it. That would be a great way to see how I can handle going up against my favorite type." He said as Metapod tried it's best to turn around and remind him a battle was still going on. "Oh that is right my friend we are still in a battle aren't we? I know you are slower than that Tauros but as soon as you get a chance use Bug Bite." The bug loving gym leader said hoping his Metapod would get to attack. Before it could even think of making a strike however Ares ran at the bug and poked it between the eyes with it's horns using Horn Attack. Metapod let out a screech before falling over on it's side. It had suffered a CRITICAL HIT and was knocked out by the blow. "Wow that was a much stronger attack than the first one. I admit poor Metapod has been bested. You did good my friend you have earned a rest." He said as he recalled his Pokemon. Bugsy was down to his last Pokemon now and Rhoan already knew what it was. It got real friendly with Ares before running off thanks to U Turn earlier but now it was going to make a return. "I only have Scyther left now. Last time she did not get very much use but as she is my last Pokemon I have to use her now. I do hope she will prove to be a nice challenge for you as she is my strongest Pokemon. Alright Scyther come on back out." He said as the green praying mantis of death appeared in front of him. As Scyther looked back on her trainer it was clear that she wanted to show off her power without running away this time. Bugsy did not really have a choice and just smiled as he looked back at Rhoan. "Your Tauros does look a bit tired. Like before you may switch Pokemon if you wish. I really hope this final round serves as a good inspiration to raise more Bug types as I am sure you will find my Scyther to be quite a powerful Pokemon to contend with." He said as he waited to see what Rhoan would do. Gym Battle

Rhoan's Ares: | Level 19 | Health: 56% (35/63 HP) Status: Normal Did you get my point?
Ares fought well and gained 3 levels. He is now level 22. He also gained +2 happiness thanks to his sooth bell. He now has +8 happiness overall.
Bugsy is not quite done yet. He sends his lv24 Scyther back out. Would you like to keep Ares out or would you like to choose another Pokemon?

Rhoan watched with interest as the newest fight began. Ares still had some pep left in him, and as long as he played his cards right, this shielded Pokemon would be downed in a few short turns. "Ares, you're doing good. Making the team proud." She wished she could have used Ares as an example of how to act in a Gym Battle. Unrestrained in attacking, but restrained in the setting. Perhaps the bull was smarter than she gave him credit for? When she'd recieved him, he'd been nothing but a snorting machine of anger. Of course, Rhoan was able to ride him now, so at least that was something. Besides, he was proving to be quite the powerhouse in this gym battle. Cayzle had done well, too.
"Ares, try to go in first. Let's preserve as much HP as you can."
Rhoan let out another suggestion, so the bull went ahead and followed it, charging forward. Rhoan ignored the comment about wanting to see her bug Pokemon, as it was currently sitting on his shoulder or rifling around in his hair. She blamed the excitement and adrenaline of the battle to his mistake. However, what wasn't a mistake was using Ares. The resounding 'crack' that reverberated through the gym was impressive, as the critical hit struck the Metapod and fainted it clean. Rhoan smirked and clapped her hands a few times, and Ares returned to her side. She put a hand on his hide as Bugsy contemplated what he'd say. He'd already let out quite the monologue about his Scyther, but he was at it again. "I want you to stay in, if you can. I need you to weaken his Scyther as much as possible. That bug move destroys the majority of our team." She whispered into Ares's hide.
The bull snorted, and glanced back over at Scyther. "If I heal you right now, that's going to give him two attacks, which means you could still be fainted. But, if we keep you in for just one, then you should be fine for one more round, then you can return to me and i'll send in someone else. I just think it's better than playing the healing game. Just say in one more round." Rhoan whispered once more, placing her hand on the cheek of the Pokemon. "Then we'll be out of here." Convinced into one more round, the Bull snorted and slammed it's hooves against the grasses, ready to charge. "That's it bud, let's try a Horn Attack!"

Ooc: I feel so evil rping as Bugsy with Scyther right now. Ic: As Bugsy sent out his last Pokemon he had all the confidence in the world that he could still win. Scyther was a Pokemon beating machine. She rarely let Bugsy down and he needed her now more than ever. Both of his cocoon Pokemon tried their best but ultimately they were no match for Ares. Even with their rock hard defense his horns went right through their shells causing sever damage. As the defensive strategy failed the offensive one was his only option. " I must say it is a rare thing for a challenger to best two of my Pokemon as easily as you have and I am very impressed with that Tauros." The young man said as Scyther started to rub her blades together. Bugsy could tell that Scyther was ready to show off her power and avenge her comrades as she actually had the physical strength to stand a fair chance against the bull. He did not want to keep his best Pokemon waiting for too long but he still wanted to talk a bit more before he would let Scyther off the leash. " In just a moment you will get a chance to show yourself off again my dear. First I want to wish Rhoan the best of luck in this final round as this has been a very entertaining battle so far and I have really enjoyed seeing what she has been able to do while only using a single fire type. I look forward to seeing the eventual outcome of this battle however it may end." He said as he looked over at Rhoan. As Rhoan issued her Pokemon it's orders Bugsy knew it was time for him to do the same. Scyther had grown impatient just standing by and was ready to unleash her full might against Ares. " Alright Scyther now that Intimidate is no longer effecting you it is time to use U Turn. This time you will not even have to switch out as you are my last Pokemon which is kinda nice." As he finished speaking Scyther flew towards Ares and made an X shaped cut across his face before she flew back to Bugsy. Ares was hardly able to stand after the attack but somehow he mustered enough strength to do so. Wanting revenge he ran towards Scyther using all of his remaining energy. He put his horn right into Scyther's abdomen. The horn failed to pierce her body but it still caused her to shriek out in pain as her abdomen had a rather large crack in it's protective shell. "I give your Tauros credit for taking such a hit. Now many Pokemon can still stand after taking two U Turn attacks from my Scyther. Scyther you took a good hit there too are you alright?" He asked his Pokemon as she just smiled clearly wanting to land the final blow in the next round if she could get her way. Gym Battle

The cordial attitude of the young boy was starting to grate on Rhoan's last functioning nerve. What made it worse, of course, was having to be cordial back. This... bug beast was powerful, and Rhoan knew that most of her team would have an issue. Reaver was still in position, sucking up to the bug trainer, and from what she'd heard, the boy could hardly contain himself when confronted with rare bugs. The girl was almost amused by the sheer, gullible nature of the child, but she couldn't keep thinking like this. As young and as easily... distracted as he was, he still posed a magnificent threat. Well, his Scyther did anyways. He wished her good luck, and Rhoan gave him a cordial head-nod in return. "We'll see if Ares can survive, and maybe even manage to attack."
She had confidence in her bull, but even she knew when she could be bested. Angrily, she went through the roster of Pokemon she had. Hatari's Ice Fang would make the bug flinch in pain, but because Hatari was part dark... that wasn't a good recipe for winning. Cola, as simple minded as he was, would be a good pick against the Scyther if it weren't for his dark typing as well. Reaver was strong, but probably not strong enough to handle the U-turn attack for more than two turns, which would be needed. The battle was unfolding in front of her, but Ares's attack was merely a stalling technique while she figured out what she'd do next. Her conundrum was thick. This only left Cayzle, who was currently weakened and poisoned, and of course, Tyrana. Ares was currently getting U-turned, so she directed her attention to the Tauros. When the mighty beast didn't fall, Rhoan smirked and crossed her arms, almost in defiance of the strength of the Scyther.
Back to the plan. Tyrana was the only thing she could truly use to turn this around, unless she fainted all of her Pokemon in the process to avoid using her. Bugsy had given her permission, and he'd see it as a win on his side if she used Tyrana. Give the boy his confidence boost knowing her team would be obliterated by the Scyther and she'd have her ticket out of here. All it would take is one Flamethrower, maybe too. The tides of battle waged on, and Rhoan's mind became murky with the disappointment of going back on her word. But, the boy wasn't a gym leader for nothing. Ares returned to her side, rather worse for wear. Her hand stroked his hide tenderly, noticing the wounds and marks she'd have to doctor up later. "You did great, Ares. I've got my strategy now, and you managed to tank that beast long enough for it to happen. You're pretty mighty, indeed."
The Tauros snorted, and Rhoan returned him. "Well, I have to admit. You've pushed me into a corner, Bugsy." Rhoan shrugged and pulled out the worn Pokeball she'd started with. That awful bus ride with the ridiculously overzealous kids, annoyingly loud children and their reluctant parents to pick up their starters had led to this moment. "Consider it a compliment though. I hate to use Tyrana, but I don't really have much choice. Your gal will just chew up and spit out anything i've got, mainly due to typing." All those Dark Pokemon she couldn't use... "But I keep reminding myself that you're supposed to make us think, and make us act in order to win. That's what a Gym Leader does. Poses a challenge to weed out the weak, eh?" Rhoan tossed Tyrana into the field, who materialized in a flash of light into the grasses of the gym. She turned her head to look at Rhoan as they shared a second, and Tyrana nodded in understanding. Tyrana was used when Rhoan needed things done.
"Let's see if we can finish this, girl." While Bugsy didn't know Rhoan from Tom's housecat, Tyrana could tell the facade Rhoan was pulling just by her voice. The red-head hoped that her lizard fiend would comply, and it seemed as though everything was going decently. "Tyrana, this Scyther's rough. Try and grab the upper hand with a Flamethrower, but be careful, you're gonna get hit twice..." Rhoan trailed, hoping her Pokemon could withstand the double hits.

Bugsy was full of confidence like usual as his Scyther seemed to be able to take incredible amounts of damage. Even a Tauros's horns were no match for the impressive durability of Scyther. It seemed that no matter what Rhoan tried to throw at it Scyther would just shrug it off as if it were nothing. Bugsy was sure of himself that despite being in a rather sticky situation that his best Pokemon would find a way to snatch victory from the jaws of defeat. He was really relieved to hear that Rhoan was switching Pokemon as it would give him a free move which he really needed at this point. Any free hit he could get was a good one in his book even if it meant fighting a Charmeleon. " Do not feel bad for using your Charmeleon unlike most trainers you actually tried a different tactic first and I appreciate the fact that you did not immediately use it to try and win this battle. This battle had been so fun to watch that fighting a Charmeleon now is a welcome challenge for me to try and overcome." He said as Scyther looked at him like he was crazy as she certainty did not want to fight a flaming lizard if she had a say in things. " As you know I get a free turn and since even with the type advantage U Turn is Scyther's best move I think I will have Scyther try to use it again." He said as the mantis flew towards Tyrana like a speeding bullet. Using her scythe like arms she made a downwards slicing motion on the lizards chest before flying back to Bugsy. As Tyrana tried to obey her order Bugsy managed to order Scyther to attack again before the fire type could even take a step. " That was not as strong as I had hoped but Scyther use U Turn again and give it everything you got." Scyther then repeated her last attack with ever so slightly more damage than the first but Tyrana was still standing and was angry about getting hit twice. She took a deep breath and sent a massive flame right at the Scyther. Scyther managed to somehow survive the hit but she received a serious burn in doing so. Before the burn could cause her to faint she managed to chew down on her sitrus berry restoring some health but she was weak from the burns and did not look like she could keep going much longer. " I am such a nincompoop to not bring any burn heals or potions. This is going to be a lot more challenging than I thought. We will just have to give it everything we have now Scyther and hope it is enough. Either way this was a great battle and I look forward to see how things turn out." The young man said as he examined the wounds from the flames that were causing his Scyther to be in great pain. Gym Battle
Bugsy's Scyther: | Level 24| Health: 28% (21/75 HP) Status: Burned It burns!
Rhoan's Tyrana: | Level 21 | Health: 33% (20/61 HP) Status: Normal Take that *****!
Ooc: So thanks to the burn U Turn's damage will be halved the rest of the battle and Scyther will lose 9 hp a turn. Now with it using it's Sitrus Berry it is in a lot of trouble. You should be able to win this next round unless you have the worst possible luck in the world.

Rhoan's internal dialogue seethed. Don't you dare patronize me, you insignificant little snot. She was already angry enough as it was with having to use her Charmeleon. She was giving the opponent - a child who didn't know when to shut his mouth - a chance to attack her powerhouse twice. Twice. If Tyrana wasn't fast enough, this could be the end of this paring, and possibly the match. She could stall long enough for the burn to take place, but she'd be sacrificing quite a bit with her team. At least two Pokemon would have to get their asses handed to them in order for that to happen. Rhoan didn't like the situation, but there wasn't much she could do.
Tyrana could feel her trainer's frustration, so the Charmeleon put everything she could into the flamethrower. Thankfully, she'd done well enough to burn the foe. However, the two hits the lizard had taken weren't a welcome addition to the battle. "I gotta admit, that really hurts." The Pokemon spat, glaring over at the Scyther with hatred. Tyrana couldn't be too mad though - She'd burned that *****, so every time the bug winced Tyrana merely smirked. "That's what you get."
"Nice hit, girl!" Rhoan called out from the side, trying to boost her Pokemon any way she could. It all came down to this moment though. Rhoan had a choice to make, and she didn't like it. Heal Tyrana, and give Scyther another chance to attack? Or, ignore the HP and attempt to take out the bug once and for all? Considering that the damn bug had used a berry, this match was already sliding into Rhoan's favor. Bugsy had just openly admitted he didn't have any healing items, so this would be useful knowledge. Push come to shove, she'd throw cannon fodder out for the Scyther. But that was a last resort for sure.
Did that damn bug even know anyother move? From what she remembered, Scyther had been ordered to use U-turn every turn. That'd be just her luck. If the Pokemon managed to do something different, Rhoan would be shocked and amazed. "Let's try and finish this up, girl. I know you're hurtin', but we've got that bug on it's last leg." Tyrana her head to look over her shoulder at Rhoan before nodding. This is what it boiled down to. If Tyrana survived this attack, Rhoan would win this badge without any more stops. "Give Scyther another Flamethrower."
