Appearance: Chronus have a pair of dark red eyes. He have a standard wild jet black hair along with a black,and red outfit. He is about 5 feet ,and 11 inches tall kinda tall for a Pokemon Trainer. Chronus skin tone is white. Chronus have a pair of white long socks along with some black shorts with four pockets. Two in front the other two pocket are located on each side of the shorts. Chronus have a black and red collar shirt open revealing a tan t shirt he also own a Pokemon ball necklace which hold his trainer Pokemon. Chronus also have a pair of red and black sneakers. Chronus hair is quite long as it is tie in a ponytail . His hair reach just pass his shoulder making it quite long for a trainer. Chronus always have a bit of a smirk on his face. Finally Chronus have a brown belt with a gold belt buckle.
Personality:
Chronus is a bold, stubborn and 'rude' in his posture, often berating and insulting people for minor nuisances that he seeks to 'correct' by trying to instill traits of respect and bravery into people he talks to, especially in these times of grave fear and desperation. He is almost unfazed by any fear or face of danger that he is met by, only greeting them with a battle-hungry smirk, and a promise of a swift fight and death. His evident lack of fear is due to having hardened through many tasks and situations in his life, and thus grown so hardened to the point that he is unaffected by minor fears that'd otherwise leave another trainer paralyzed.
He is also very rash, quick-thinking and hasty in his actions and decisions, not liking to draw things out for too long, or participate in long, boring conversations. It is a dislike that he has inherited from the time when he was a child, and whilst it has died down to a point, it is still somewhat there, and makes him more eager to just jump into things rather than wait. He believes that people should only focused on two things; Power, and progress within his organization, and that is pretty much all that he is. He focuses on power, because that is what he wishes to bring to his corporation, and all of those who entail with it, and progress, because it is needed to further elevate themselves in the society of the world. His world philosophy is that those who have power and progress should be the ones in charge, and are superior to those that do not have one of either, or none of those aspects. He does not believe in "justice" or "hope", as he refers to them as a waste of talents, and that they "create an imaginary utopia where the individual is separated from the harsh reality".
He does not like people who plays "heroes" either, because he believes them to be wasting their lives away on frivolous dreams and aspirations of justice and "light". The concept of "light" is also a thing he despises, because he claims that "only a blind fool would trust in the light, when he can delve into darkness and grasp the power hidden within". He does not say this to mislead people into thinking he wants them to lose sight of their goals and delve into darkness, however. He merely means that people, who have the goal to aspire for power and knowledge, should use the beckoning darkness as a call for aid, rather than shun is as being "evil".
Finally, his thoughts on Pokémon can be seen as either very grand, or very wicked. He believes that Pokémon are merely "vessels of their own power", and that turning them into Shadow Pokémon can unlock that hidden potential, unlock that "vessel" that hides them inside, and bring them out. He seeks to "liberate them from their own locks and seals", and create a more powerful, perfected being. This is the same opinion he has on Shadow Beings, but also likes to add that they are, in his eyes, "people who have seen the power within darkness, and fully accepted it".

History:
There is little to describe about Chronus past, more than that he was born in a family living in Viridian Town, approximately a year after Giovanni of Team Rocket had become the Gym Leader of their local gym. He grew up like almost any other child, believing that Pokémon were awesome companions and warriors, and that he aspired to make them really strong, and become an Ace Trainer one day. He looked up to Giovanni, the mysterious, shaded Gym Leader, as a guiding figure, an idol, whom he aspired to be like, as well. His travels began when he was around proper Trainer age, around 13-15 years old, as the details are a bit blurred. His first Pokémon was a Rome, which he was granted by the lad telling him that he had been bred selectively, and carefully to make the perfect partner for Chronus.
However, along his journeys, he began to discover something; Whenever he defeated a new Trainer, or a Gym Leader, that victorious, glorious feeling would diminish over time, and that he did not at all feel as superior and boastful as he used to feel whenever he had defeated them. It was as if the glory days of being a Pokémon Trainer had all but passed by him, and that he was no longer an asset needed in the new world of Pokémon. A change began to develop in Chronus's mind, but also his heart. He began to feel that the Trainers, the self-proclaimed "heroes" of the old days were no more... and only people who could truly ascend in the world were the ones who were accepted, and recognized. He returned home to Viridian, only to find out another harsh fact; His idol, Giovanni, had been exposed as the leader of the nefarious Team Rocket organization, and had fled the lands of Kanto in order to set up base elsewhere. He could not believe it. His own idol, his guiding star and aspiring source... a villain? No, that was impossible! Giovanni was just a Gym Leader! A little shocked of the realization, he fled into Viridian Forest... and trained.
Through out many years of mentally training. He decide to take over team rocket his goal in life is to become the new team rocket boss. Building a dark/ poison team.
After Giovanni was defeat he learn the truth about team rocket he wish to follow his idol feet steps.
He dreams to take over the world using the method of team rocket.
Goals: Chronus wish to become the new boss of. Team rocket. His catch phrase is ,""We -will- rule this world. The question in the matter is not 'how', or 'why'... but 'when'. Our victory is inevitable." He seeks to bring this world to it knees.
