Clearly not the best with directions, Catherine had stepped through the same place several times already and this wasn't even the deepest parts of the forest! By this point, the Farfetch'd had rather casually managed to fall asleep in Yumina's arms, mainly due to exhaustion and even Atlas was slumped rather lazily across her shoulder. "Hmm. You know. This area looks awfully familiar!" Catherine stated, believing that she had already crossed a vast part of the forest. "But we still haven't seen any sign of the second Farfetch'd for lil' Syl. Ooh well, all we can do is keep looking!" Pumped with the idea of being able to help someone, Catherine once again progressed with stepping through the same ferns and walking around the same trees but after some time, something caught the attention of Atlas. His head perking up, the grass monkey spotted a white shape on a nearby tree but luckily, Catherine walked away.
After some time, it got to the point where Atlas spotted the exact same shape, affirming to him that they had indeed been going in circles. Hopping up and down on her shoulder erratically and very unlike him, the monkey wanted to lead Catherine in the correct direction but he should've known better. "What is it, Atlas? Did you see the Farfetch'd?" Shaking his head, the Pansage pointed a paw frantically up towards the tree which the Silcoon grabbed onto. Chimping away in his own tongue, the Pokemon was trying to explain to Catherine that they were getting no where fast but the sight of a new Pokemon was enough to excite her. Skipping forward and ignoring Atlas' motions, the girl stared up the tree with a smile on her face. "Ooh, I see! You noticed this Silcoon! Look! It looks ready to evolve, almost!" Thinking about how evolution was such a wondrous thing, an idea hit Catherine.
"Hey! I got it! Let's help the Silcoon evolve!" Atlas grunted and ran a paw down his face as Catherine completely misunderstood but soon settled back down as she chose a Pokeball. "For this battle, I am sure Ayesha would be gentle enough!" With a flick of her wrist, Catherine sent forward her joyful Flabebe, who span happily on the spot whilst gripping onto her large flower. Leaning forward, Catherine waved a hand to grab her Pokemon's line of sight. "Ayesha! See that Silcoon up there? Use Fairy Wind, okay? I bet we can help it to evolve with no problem at all!" Looking up in wonder, the Flabebe giggled sweetly and with a spin of her flower, summoned up a gush of sparkling wind.

Vs. Silcoon - - - - - - - - - - - - - Oh how the Silcoon wished it could break free from this dreadful form and take to the skies like its kin, far away from any kind of problem. Being stuck in the tree left it wide open for any kind of danger to happen upon it, including trainers that were hopelessly lost. Silcoon's eyes disappeared as it closed its eyes and willed itself to evolve, to tap into the potential that lay just within reach. But try as it might, there would be no spontaneous miracle happening today, a defeated shiver racing across its otherwise motionless body. Warily watching the human girl, Silcoon wondered how exactly she intended to provoke the transformation not even it could achieve on its own.
A Pokémon it had never seen before in the entirety of its short life was the answer, joyfully floating to the base of the gnarled tree and smiling sweetly up at it. Curiosity winning out, Silcoon stopped its feeble struggling to free itself and waited as Ayesha's sparkling wind whirled round the Flabébé, guided by the small sprite up in the cocoon's direction. Gentle as it was, and though intended to be helpful, the Fairy Wind succeeded in lifting Silcoon straight off the tree... and further up into the air, a terrified rattling noise emanating from the bug as it floated away.
Ayesha extinguished the wind with a small squeak of embarrassment, hoping Silcoon wouldn't be too angry with her as it tumbled ungracefully to the forest floor. Sending up a scattering of leaves as Silcoon landed with a muffled thump, the fairy floated over to look it over. Poking it cautiously with one gentle hand, Ayesha turned back towards Catherine with a sheepish look; the poor bug was out cold.
