Bianca ran into the center of town and spun around, taking in everything all at once. "Wow!" she exclaimed with a smile. "Look at everything!" She faced the Sprout Tower and watched as the golden leaves fell, surrounding the tower in beautiful leaves. She turned around looked the Pokémon school. "I bet that's the Pokémon school!" She turned around. "And that's the gym! Let's go there now!" She turned to her Pokémon, Adair eagerly stepped forward, however, Ketchup and Berlioz stayed back and shook their head, as if to say they weren't strong enough. "OK, 2 against 1," she shrugged with a sympathetic look at Adair. "We'll keep training and become strong enough!"

Violet was a beautiful city, if you liked things like that. Today it was hard to see much as soon as you got outside the city itself, as a rather heavy fog was laying around, obscuring most of it.
The city itself was less bothered, which was due to having a flying expert gym leader living there. His birds kept the worst fog away so it was easy for Bianca to find the way to the grassy area of route 32.
Out there the visibility was much worse and Bianca and her pokemon would have to be careful not to get lost, if they ventured too far away from the paths. It was unknown territorry, especially in this weather. Everything looked differently.

In a tree a hungry spinarak was sitting, grumpy because of the weather which made it surprisingly difficult for it to catch food. You should think the fog made it more difficult to see the web it had made, but the humidity in the fog made pearls of water sit along all the strings, making it really pretty but utterly useless for what it was supposed to do.
A shadow moved and it shot a stringshot at it, int he hope of catching something. It missed Bianca with several feets.

Bianca looked around more. The grass slowly quivered in the foggy weather. Her Pokemon followed her around with bored expressions and minds. Bianca stopped. She had felt something on her head. Ketchup was sitting upon it, his gaze focused on the ground where a small bug-like creature was laying. The trainer kneeled down to take a closer look at the Pokémon. Like a cat, Bianca got excited by the new thing. "Ohhh, what's this?" she asked herself. Standing up completely, she put her hand in her bag and fumbled around for her Pokédex. Bianca scrunched her eyebrows, "It's in here somewhere..." she muttered. Finally after about 1 minute, Bianca held it up to the creature. 'Spinarak, the string spit Pokémon. It spins a web using fine--but durable--thread.' the machine stated, 'It then waits patiently for prey to be trapped.' Bianca put her Pokédex away, "Alright Spinarak, you wanna have a battle?" she stood back and gestured for Ketchup to step forward. "Alright Ketchup, use Fury Attack!"

The Spinarak knew it made quite a grave mistake when what it thought to be prey was actually a human Trainer. However, the grumpy Spinarak was not in the mood to run away. Instead its pincers snapped in an attempt to look menacing, showing it was ready to face off against the Spearow, despite the fact the avian was its natural predator. Perhaps hunger made this spider Pokemon a bit irrational.

Ketchup's feathers bristled in anticipation, clicking his beak as he awaited Bianca's command. The moment he was issued an attack, Ketchup wasted no time unfurling his wings and launching himself straight at the Spinarak. Despite the fog, the bird's keener eyesight was able to target the Spinarak. His beak jabbed straight at the spider, causing the wild Pokemon to screech in pain. Ketchup was relentless as he quickly pulled back before jabbing his beak right at the Spinarak again. In an attempt to get away from the barrage of pecks, the Spinarak quickly took the time the Spearow paused to launch a poisonous needle from its mouth. Ketchup screeched in surprise as the needle jabbed at its chest, causing the bird to retreat back. The bird Pokemon shook of the needle, though painful, he was quick to dislodge it from his body before the poison could enter his bloodstream.

Bianca bit her lip. From her knowledge, she knew that Ketchup would win, but she was still scared. Bianca was overjoyed when Ketchup hit the Spinarak twice, despite it being a low number. Ketchup was fought hard but the wild pokemon's body had a colour similar to the grass. The fog wasn't helping either. Ketchup looked at Bianca out of the corner of his eye but mainly focused on the Spinarak. Through that corner, she saw Bianca's mouth open. "Use Peck!" that was the instruction. Using his wings, Ketchup flew high and swiftly circled above his opponent, about to attack.

The Spinarak was pretty much terrified of the bird at this point, all anger forgotten. Already weakened by the earlier blows, the avian was now circling above it menacingly. The spider Pokemon had half of a mind to flee, given that it seemed to have the disadvantage in this battle. The Spinarak came up with an escape plan, hoping the fog would be enough to help its escape. First, it needed to distract the Spearow.

The spider decided to launch a spray of sticky webs in order to redirect the bird's attention. Ketchup took the bait, thinking the attack was directed at him and veered away from the attack. This was the Spinarak's chance! The arachnid turned around and tried to scurry away, hoping to reach the bushes before the Spearow could be the wiser. However, Ketchup could not be fooled that easily. His razor sharp vision instantly saw the Spinarak attempting to scuttle away. Letting out an angry caw, the avian swooped down like a jet, showing now mercy as his beak jabbed into the Spinarak. The blow caused the spider to be thrown off its legs and tumble into the ground, enough to knock it unconscious.

Congratulations! Ketchup fought valiantly and gained +2 levels.
He is now Lvl 13!

Bianca congratulated her pokemon. "You did well, Ketchup!" She looked at her pokemon "You are all so strong," she watched the three of them celebrate in their different ways. Berlioz was the most cheerful. Bianca sighed, "come here Berlioz," she reached out for Berlioz who jumped onto her arm. "You'll be a great Kimono Dancer," she looked at the rest of her pokemon, "We just need to get stronger," Bianca looked around for another pokemon to battle. "And somehow without getting you guys hurt."

[Thirdie]

The fog was still heavy in the area, so as soon Bianca moved away from the beaten Spinarak, no one saw what happened to it as it crept to safety. Not many steps later Bianca felt something touch her leg, and a white and light purple bird chirped up at her, only to present her with nicely wrapped gift, when she looked down. It did a little dance with it's feet, saluted and flew off, disappearing into the white fog, before anyone got a chance to react. Inside the present, Bianca would find 3 Rare Candies.

Nothing happened for a while after that, but should Bianca choose to stay around, a faint cry would start up, sounding like something was calling out, searching. Soon after a blue mouse tumbled out of the fog. The little thing silenced at the sight of Bianca and her Pokemon, and looked almost scared, then its lip quivered and tears started to drip from its eyes as it tried to jump on its tail without success. The poor thing fell to the ground and cried out again, before making another attempt and another.

Bianca squinted. The fog had thickened and even though she could still see, Bianca felt unsafe moving around in case she ran into. Finally, the Aruzill rolled into place. Shrouded in fog, the Azurill wouldn't be clearly seen but fortunately, its blue colouring stood out compared to the green grass. Bianca heard a cry and looked around. The Azurill rolled near her foot. "Oh," Bianca said, surprised at the new Pokemon's appearance. She picked it up and cradled it in her arms. With one arm, she grabbed her pokedex and studied the pokemon. "It needs to bounce on its tail?" she noted. She put the pokemon's tail on the ground and balanced the pokemon on top of it. “There you go,” Bianca said softly.

Just when the Azurill felt hope was lost, it felt the gentle hands of the human pick it up and setting its body back on its tail. With a joyful cry, the Azurill began to get back to the rhythm of its bounce, the ever-so familiar tail being its foundation as it finally was able to remain upright. Grateful to Bianca, the little Azurill gave a happy trill, bouncing around Bianca and nuzzling her leg. It seemed the Pokemon had taken quite a liking to her.

"WOOPAAA!!!"

Suddenly a sharp cry echoed through the fog and there was a disturbance within the gray mist, a shadow slowly becoming more defined as another wild Pokemon unveiled itself from the dense fog.

"WOOPAAAA!!!"

It seemed this fog was just attracting so many Water Pokemon out in the open. The Wooper was waddling up to Bianca and the Azurill, but the wild Pokemon's gaze seemed mostly attentive on the Azurill.

The Azurill let out an uncertain squeak, beginning to tremble at the sight of the Wooper's appearance. The Wooper, however, seemed overjoyed to see the Azurill. For it had been stalking down the Wooper to confess its love to it. However, the Azurill had turned it down many times over, but it seemed the Wooper just didn't get the message. The Azurill was surely playing hard to get.

The Azurill's mind, however, has not changed one bit and decided to hop behind Bianca, cowering by her leg. The Wooper had a very displeased look on its face, glaring hostily at Bianca and letting out an angry cry.

If Bianca was going to stand in the way of its love, then so be it. The Wooper will fight its way past the human.

Bianca took note of what was happening. From what she could deduct, the Azurill didn't like the Wooper and wanted to get away from it. She looked at the cowering Azurill that hid behind her leg and guessed that they must be friends now. Bianca looked at the angry Wooper. "Alright," Bianca said, "You want to fight?" The wild pokemon took a step forward with a challenging, smug look on its face. Bianca called upon Berlioz, remembering the Wooper was a water type. However, she forgot about this Axolotl-like pokemon's other type, ground, which affected the battle as electric types are weak against such attacks. "Alright Berlioz, use Thunder Shock!" Bianca commanded.

Still eyeing the Azurill in the human's arms, the Wooper was ready to fight whatever Pokemon that the opponent would send out. Upon seeing that the the human sent out a Pikachu, the water and ground type Pokemon grinned eagerly for the upcoming battle. So, what stands in the way was en electric mouse? Ha ha...

Berlioz got on his paws and charged up a quick, and weak jolt of electricity in the Wooper's direction. Unfortunately for him, the wild Pokemon was also part ground type, rending the attack useless. The Wooper laughed, and almost falling to the ground laughing. Then, when it was done laughing after five seconds, the Wooper danced its feet left and right while shooting a small ball of mud from its mouth. One of the mud shots hit Berlioz, making the Pikachu weak from the little ball of mud's impact. Blergh.

Bianca felt like collapsing. How could she be so stupid? Seeing the weak effect of the electric attack and the use of a ground attack. The trainer groaned and called back Berlioz, endlessly apologizing for being so blind. "I guess Adair should go," she said reluctantly as she was planning on helping her electric-type pokemon become stronger. "I guess you should help out with vine-whip," Bianca told Adair, with a slight hint of happiness that Berlioz could become stronger without having to do much battling with a pokemon stronger than himself, which could've (and kinda already has) ended with Berlioz getting extremely hurt.

Realizing a young trainer's mistake, Bianca readily switched out the weak electric type for the more advantageous grass type Pokemon. Now on the field, Adair whipped out his flexible vines, and then swing the green vines on the young Wooper. Each hit on the face or the body was a kind reminder by the Bulbasaur that, the strength of a plant can withstand the torrent of water and the hardiness of the ground. Within the first few whips, the Wooper fainted, and passed out on the ground. Should Bianca wanted to catch one now, she can toss a Pokeball at it.

However, after this battle was over, Adair had some strange effect going on. His body was more glowing than usual, perhaps it was evolving soon? If Bianca wanted the Bulbasaur to evolve, the grass type will continue to glow, and undergo bodily metamorphosis into a slightly bigger, budding Ivysaur.

Bianca knelt down and hugged her pokemon. Azurill even stepped out for a few seconds but quickly retreated to it's hiding spot. Bianca looked at the still wild pokemon, "What's wrong?" she asked. Not soon after, she noticed what was wrong. Adair was brightly glowing. The trainer stood up and stepped back, the surrounding pokemon stepped back with her as Adair continued to glow. Bianca's eyes glowed as Adair transformed inside the bubble of light. Finally the light faded, the trainer and her pokemon stepped forward. Bianca grinned line an Idiot. "Adair!" she exclaimed joyfully, "You've evolved!" She hugged her pokemon tightly. The human stood up, "I think this means we can challenge the gym now," she said quietly. Bianca didn't expect her pokemon to hear her, but they did and agreed. Bianca petted the Azurill's head. "Goodbye now," she told it before walking towards the gym.
