Canines and Hellfire

As Tyler made his way back to the route he had terrorized as he slowly trained to be ready for his gym battle he believed it was only fitting to come back for round two as he had a lot of breathing room before reaching another level cap and he wanted Mania to evolve into a Zoroark before he even set foot in Ilex and he wanted Höllenhund to become a Houndoom as well so he would have two powerful canines to help him turn the forest into a field of ash. Mania was going to take a bit longer to evolve as Höllenhund had been a pack leader for sometime and he was late to evolving only out of fear of being made too enticing to try and capture by any trainer brave enough to enter the burned tower. However as he wanted to get out and see the world he allowed himself to be captured by another Rocket member and then sold to Tyler. With how much Tyler had spent on him he hoped he would prove a worthy investment and being so close to evolution made him the first choice to battle as Tyler handed him a Lucky Egg.

" So far this egg my brother dropped has been quite useful and I think it will help you a bit as you gain enough experience to evolve. I think both me and Mania want to see what you can do Höllenhund. I have never really seen many Houndour or Houndoom as in Blackthron Dragon's are about the only thing they ever used there outside of the occasional challenger to that ***** Clair. One day she and Lance will both suffer my wrath and if you prove yourself worth as Mania has you might just be one of the Pokemon I turn loose on them when the time comes but for now I want you to live up to your species namesake and raise hell upon the residential Pokemon here. You have my blessing to do as you wish so long as everything you encounter ends up suffering."

As they waited to encounter a Pokemon or trainer dumb enough to take them on pollen had stuffed up Mania's nose so badly that she could not sniff anything out for the time being leaving it up to chance what they might run into. " Can we burn these useless trees down so my nose can get unclogged? This pollen is a major hindrance to my usually fantastic sense of smell." Mania said as Höllenhund got ready to unleash a Feint Attack on anything that came into his view.

A wild Surskit (Level 14) appeared!

Upon receiving a high levelled Houndour in a Rocket trade, Tyler had decided to boost up the hound, along side his ever faithful Zorua Mania. Together, the three would turn Ilex Forest into nothing but a sea of fire but until then, they had a bit of training to do. On high alert, the fiery canine was ready to pounce on the slightest sign of movement. Having been a pack leader for so long within Burned Tower, it was strange to be forced out of his usual surroundings but he found himself in a better place. No longer was he trapped within the confides of an old, dusty tower. He had been set loose on the world, able to attack near enough anything and everything that he wanted and not the occasional, wandering trainer. He was in a much better position now and whilst under Tyler's wing, Höllenhund was certain that his evolution was near. Venturing through the route outside of Azalea Town, the effects of Tyler's previous training session was still very much visible and apparent. Scratch marks, up heaved mounds of earth, wrecked shrubbery and more, he wasn't a force to underestimate and as his team continued to grow and expand, he was becoming more and more of a threat.

Still, after all of his hard work it had turned out he greatly overestimated the strength of the Gym Leader. Absolutely stomping Bugsy into the ground with ease, even if it was only Höllenhund who evolved, atleast this trip would be much more worth it. Exploring the half destroyed route for the nearest opponent, all of a sudden, the Houndour's ears pricked up. Having incredible skills from all his time as a leader, the Houndour knew when something was approaching, or simply in the area. Nothing was visible to either Tyler or Mania at first but with a snarl of his snout and raise of his fur, Höllenhund looked as if he were going in for the kill. Leaping over a bush, all that could be heard was his vicious snarl and a yelp of some kind from a tiny Pokemon. Over within seconds, Höllenhund reemerged and with a turn of his head, spat out the mangled body of a Surskit.

After Höllenhund dropped the virtually lifeless body of Surskit on the ground it did not take Mania and Tyler long to become impressed. Their jaws were ajar at the sight of the hound ripping the Surskit to shreds putting even Mania's work to shame. " So I think we know he is a keeper. If only there were more boys like you. My father could have learned a hell of a lot from you. It is not often you see such a display of ruthlessness but I am impressed. You might even be able to teach me a thing or two." She said as she began to circle around him trying to get a read on just how strong he really was. Even Tyler was amazed at the sight as he began to express his own opinions of the matter.

" I hate to admit it Mania but I do believe he has you beat right now in strength. We shall see if that remains the case once you both evolve however it is clear to me that Höllenhund will be one hell of an addition to our team. Once we are through training here I look forward to leaving a trail of hopelessness and destruction on our way to Blackthorn. Oh sweet revenge will be mine." Thought Mania could not sniff out the next target and Höllenhund was too proud to have won his battle to even care what else might be heading their way the group began to discuss their plans for Ilex as they waited for a victim.

" I know Ilex will be full of bug types and other weaklings like that freak Bugsy likes so which one of you two would like to have first dibs on the first sorry thing that pops out once we get there?" It did not take Mania long to jump on the offer at all as Höllenhund had made her feel a bit weakned and she wanted to prove she still had it. " I will take them on. Once I evolve I will have no trouble breaking the will of anything that crosses our path. I will turn that forest into a river of blood." Höllenhund just snorted as he took enjoyment in knocking Mania down a few pegs as he wanted to prove that she was the one who should be afraid of overstepping boundaries. The two were quickly becoming rival partners wanting to one up the other and before Mania could do anything about it Höllenhund prepared a Feint Attack for whatever else decided to pay them a visit.

A wild Mankey (Level 10) appeared!

Spitting the taste of Surskit out of his snout, the strong Houndour was happy to be out in the open but he hoped that this wasn't all the world had to offer him. If so, it was nothing short of a disappointment and now even the Pokemon that was supposed to be on his team was eyeing him up curiously. After being very pack orientated, Höllenhund wasn't about to lash out at Mania to get her to back up, but rather welcomed the challenge for a potential rival. It was rare that anything would ever step up or try to de-throne him so having this feisty little Zorua around might be enough to keep him on his toes. Still, he was interested in this place of bugs that Tyler was talking about. A forest, with thousands of trees and places to hide, had to mean that there would be something out there worthy to use his superior skills on. The thought did excite him somewhat but not as much as the perky Zorua. Trying desperately to make sure that Tyler kept his attention on her and not move on to make this Houndour his favourite, Mania had a lot of hard work to do if she wanted to catch up to Höllenhund's levels.

Smirking to himself, the fiery hell hound found it all very amusing, until his ears made a sudden flicker. Turning towards Mania, the Houndour let loose a vicious snarl but it wasn't aimed at her but rather, the creature which was lurking in the tree above them. Bursting through the leaves, a mass of fur bolted downward with a stuck out leg, aiming straight for the Zorua who had been far too distracted to notice. Jumping to the rescue or further proving his superiority, this was nothing Höllenhund couldn't handle. Leaping up and meeting the Mankey midway in the air, the next sound was that of something piercing something soft, followed by the Mankey landing in a heap on the ground whilst Höllenhund landed gracefully on all four paws. Snorting with disinterest, he turned his head away. He knew that he was the dominant one and it was going to stay that way.

When Höllenhund snarled Mania bared her fangs ready to fight the hell hound as snarling was her job. She did not get much of a chance to do anything however as he leaped into action and showed no mercy to the Mankey who had planned to ambush Mania. Her stuffed nose had been a massive setback but now having been saved by the very hound she was starting to despise she was filled with rage. She wanted to start fighting foes so she could evolve however Höllenhund was not even giving her the slightest chance to have a turn. Tyler did want him to evolve first but Mania was still hoping to get into a battle or two before her new rival gained too much of an upper hand.

" You really are a hell hound aren't you? No mercy being shown at all and to make things worse not even giving me a turn to prove I can match your skills. A true gentleman would at least give a lady a chance but you are far from a gentleman. Though it infuriates me to no end to meet a male canine other than my father that I cannot match in skills at the moment I am forced to admit you have bested me for the time being however this does not mean I am giving in. No sir if anything it makes me want to beat you at your own game even more." As Mania finished venting her anger and frustration while admitting she could not keep up with Höllenhund Tyler was shocked at the admission.

" I did not ever think I would see the day you would be forced into a corner like this Mania but I guess you have learned you still have a long way to go if you truly want to be the best. I am sure you will become stronger than Höllenhund someday but for now he has proven to be stronger. I am still keeping you on my team as you have more than proven your loyalty however until you are able to best him you will be obedient to both of us. Until you earn back the title of top canine you will be taught by him and follow his lessons to the letter or else you will be punished. Am I clear" Mania after taking a deep breath and a huge hit t her prideful spirit reluctantly agreed to the terms at hand. " Yes I agree however when I do prove I am better than him those rules had better be applied to him without mercy."

Tyler of course had no problems and was quick to agree. " Of course they will as I want the top canine to be in charge. Should you best him he will become obedient to you but until that day comes that is the end of this discussion. Höllenhund use Feint Attack on whatever comes out way and show Mania how it is done.

A wild Hoppip (Level 11) appeared!

Grunting to himself after the speech from Mania, it was clear to see how the strongest of the two Pokemon was but it just so happened that Mania was too stubborn to admit it. Not that she had any reason not to act in such a way. Ever since she was handed into Tyler's care, the young Zorua had proved herself time and time again, growing stronger to the point where even at a type disadvantage she was able to remain victorious. Then this fiery hound comes along and completely steals her spotlight, it simply wasn't fair! But deep down, Mania likely knew that her time to shine would swing back around again quickly. At the moment her nose was a bit stuffy but once she was one hundred percent, there would be nothing to stop her from an endless training session where at the end, she would evolve and claim her title of top canine once more. At the end of the day, Tyler was her trainer and his words were final. If Höllenhund was currently on a higher peg of the ladder, all she had to do was work hard enough to push him back down. It would require time but that meant that she would learn all his strengths and weaknesses, from being in his shadow.

Pleased with himself, Höllenhund himself knew all along that he was better. He had practically saved Mania just then, so with a disgruntled snort at her last claim, the Houndour vowed to himself to never let this Zorua overtake him in terms of power. Deciding to take on each and every opponent in order to halt her progress, or atleast until Tyler said otherwise, the hell hound dashed off in search of fresh meat. His keen, sharp senses meant that it didn't take long at all for him to find his next opponent, his eyes darting up to the air. Over head, a crowd of Hoppip were casually floating by and one was just low enough for the canine to reach. Bounding off of a tree trunk, Höllenhund launched himself up into the air, fangs ablaze as he spared no hesitation in taking the Hoppip down swiftly and efficiently. Leaving the other squeaking and flapping off in fear, the Houndour landed gracefully on the ground, shooting a look to Mania as if showing off, to say he had done it yet again.

Höllenhund having solidified his position as Tyler's new favorite canine was on a roll taking out everything that dared approach them without a hint of mercy while poor Mania could only stand by helplessly with a clogged nose all but useless for the moment. After defeating another trespasser Höllenhund began to walk around Mania in an attempt to make her feel insecure and worthless next to him however instead of just standing by and allowing him to mock her she bared her fangs ready to lash out at him. Only the fear of attracting Tyler's rage caused her to back down at the last moment but the look in her eyes was enough to let Höllenhund know that he had picked one tough rival. Sure he had bested her for now but Mania had a fantastic fighting spirit and she was never going to give up trying to take back the throne even if it got her killed.

" Yeah tough guy keep acting like your shit does not stink. One of these days I will slice off your ears and drag you by your tail parading you around town as if you were a circus animal. I cannot wait for the day I beat you and make you regret ever knocking me off of my rightful place as masters favorite canine. Sure I might have to do as you say for now but the time will come that your deeds will haunt you." Mania was still boiling over in rage however she knew if she did anything other than talk to Höllenhund he would more than likely use Fire Fang to rip off her ears or outright kill her so for the time being she stood down after her speech. Höllenhund found her to be quite amusing as to him her speech was nothing more than words of a Pokemon who had picked the wrong fight and had gotten what she had deserved.

" Alright you two stay on guard. I want Höllenhund to evolve as soon as he can. I can feel his power grow by the second. Just a little more and he will be ready. As for you Mania make yourself useful and act as bait for whatever he attacks as right now that is all you are good for. If you prefer I can always grab my whip to convince you to do so but given your loyalty so far I would hate to whip you for defying me." Mania knowing Tyler was quite serious in his threats closed her eyes and bowed her head as she agreed to serve as bait for whatever Höllenhund detected so he could attack them however she was not happy about it. " I swear I will make this hellhound my slave for all eternity for putting my through all of this if it is the last thing I ever do. In the name of Arceus you will suffer my wrath."

Wild Meditite Appears! (Level 13)

With Mania aptly subdued for now, the Houndour had free reign of her free will in the form of an Alphaship, and free reign of whatever unlucky Pokemon managed to wander up next. Watching the Zorua walk, tail practically dragging with submissing left a warm spot in Höllenhund's chest. The female pup couldn't do anything but argue back, which meant no retaliation. She still had a long way to go before she'd be on par with Höllenhund so the brute wasn't necessarily worried. As Mania sat in the open, providing the perfect bait, Höllenhund waited off in the shadows for the opportune moment to strike. Every time there was a rustle one of Höllenhund's ears would flick, but when it turned around and walked off, it left an itching adrenaline. Höllenhund needed to get this out and take it out on the next Pokemon it saw that wasn't Mania, although she might have deserved it.

One Pokemon did wander up to the visual vicinity of the Zorua. A rather odd-looking, lanky Pokemon with a wide head. It seemed as though it were an apt fighter by the stance it held, and Mania probably could have taken it down easy despite such prowess. But, this wasn't her fight.

Meditite moved forward, bowing down respectively to an opponent before the battle was to take place. However, as soon as Meditite lowered itself for a bow, Höllenhund took that moment to strike. Taking advantage of his opponent was something a Houndour did best. Or, at least, the brutish Höllenhund. Dashing forward with the power of darkness, the strange Pokemon was rammed. It lost it's footing and stumbled back, eyes wide and mouth agape as a single, surprised gasp escaped it's lips. Höllenhund snorted, licking his jowl and watching with a smug look as Meditite closed it's eyes before fainting. Not even a moment to wear a pained expression. Snorting to himself, Höllenhund had once again outdone himself, and in front of the subdued Mania no less. Such power, such respect... it seemed to be coming off of the hound in waves. In a bright flash of light, Höllenhund was engulfed.

As Höllenhund finished glowing he had taken on an entirely new form known as Houndoom and Tyler was in a glorious mood as he gazed upon his canine of destruction and death. " Excellent you have finally evolved. I knew you were close and now you are ready to lead an army of the damned if it is asked of you. Mania you see this is what true power looks like. You might be strong but Höllenhund outclasses you in every way. Now with his evolution he will make an even better teacher for you." He said as the young Zorua grunted. It was bad enough Höllenhund was stronger than her but now that he had evolved she was in an even tighter spot than she was before as the power gap had grown even wider. After taking a deep breath she finally spoke up in a disgruntled tone.

" So what you evolved. You think you impress me? Ha you make me sick to the very core. Once I evolve I will show you what a true canine from hell can do." She said as she turned to face Tyler who was so awestruck by his new canine that he did not pay her any attention at all until Höllenhund growled at her for trying to sniff out a target as she got her nose partially unclogged. Tyler intervened before the two could be at one another s throats before he had a speech of his own. " Höllenhund I want you to give Mania a turn however you have my permission to train her as harshly as you wish. If she tries to slack off I expect you to use Fire Fang on her as a incentive to remain obedient to you. If I find she was harmed without reason however I will have you hide am I clear?"

A loud howl let him know that the hound had agree before he snarled at Mania. He was going to make her life a living hell in every way he could without crossing Tyler as he wanted to assert his dominance in every way he could. As he detected something nearby Mania looked back at Tyler in disgust horrified that he would sick her new teacher on her at a moments notice. " After everything I have done you would have this beast cook me alive in it's mouth? You are more evil than I had ever imagined. Oh I cannot wait to prove to you I am the strongest so you will never threaten me again. No one threatens me and lives to tell about it." Tyler yawned at her threats as Höllenhund could protect him from anything she could do before he gave her some advice. " I can threaten you all I want. I am your master and you will deal with whatever I throw at you. Höllenhund make her use Feint Attack on whatever heads our way and do not hesitate to bite her if she resists for even a moment. She admitted you are stronger and I do not show mercy to the weak. Mania if you want my respect again you will have to prove yourself as I have said before. Now Höllenhund give her your Lucky Egg so she can learn faster."

Even though Tyler had sugarcoated nicely that she was going to have a turn, Mania wasn't really happy now that Hollenhund had taken over as Tyler's partner in crime. Perhaps it was the evolution, or the literal fire power that the canine possessed, but whatever the case it was, Mania felt that she might have been pushed aside by the newcomer. She hissed at the freshly evolved Pokemon from following her, as she had been hunting Pokemon on her own before the Houndour even joined the team. What a ridiculous change of role!

She then hissed at the Houndoom from following again, and also hissed to keep him quiet. Sensing a Pokemon nearby, the Houndoom just watched the Zorua went in front of a napping Nidoran, and stealthily struck the poison type Pokemon with a Feint Attack. It woke up from the surprise attack, but then hit a tree and went back to sleep. Well, that was comedy fast.

After Maina got finished defeating the Nidoran she turned to face Tyler and Höllenhund as the rage within her continued to build. She started to sniff around looking for anything that might be nearby so she could pounce on it and take it out in a single blow so she could catch up to Höllenhund as quickly as she could however as she sniffed around Höllenhund decided to mess with her as his jaw burst into flames. With his jaw ablaze he walked up next to her and stepped on her front paw daring her to complain as he intended to chomp down on her ear if she so much as whimpered. Though the pain was excruciating as he pushed down harder she refused to give into it knowing he was testing her endurance. Instead she just looked at him until he was happy with the pain he had caused her so far.

As he stepped off however he still wanted her to show submission in some way so he began to think of what he could do to get her to put her tail between her legs and beg him for mercy. Finally deciding that ramming her into a tree would be a fitting way to make her submit he tried to ram her however she was just quick enough to get out of the way and instead of her slamming into a tree it was him who had a meeting. Höllenhund was far from happy however he gave her credit for predicting that he would try something like that and even Tyler was impressed. " I must say Mania Höllenhund had that one coming for trying too hard to force you to give in. He might be riding high right now but that was just dumb to think you would stand there. Let that be a lesson to you Höllenhund that she is far smarter than the Houndour in the burned tower."

The Houndoom nodded admitting that Mania had some skills but his eyes suggested he was still angry at the young Zorua for showing him up for once. That was not something you did to your leader and in due time he planned to punish her for it no matter the consequences. Mania believe for now the worst was over and after rubbing her sore paw for a moment she prepared to use Feint attack on the next Pokemon that made it's way over there.

The little switch Mania had pulled when outsmarting Höllenhund hadn't gone unnoticed by a few Pokemon of the route. By now, most of the Pokemon were aware that the two hounds were being trained here, rather severely. Pokemon that wandered by were practically annihilated with one swipe of a paw or clip of a jaw. Because of this, it was probably going to be hard to find Pokemon willing to fight, or even willing to go near where the two were training. Mania would have a very hard time and probably a good wait before an unknowing Pokemon would wander up. 

Luckily for her, when she'd made Höllenhund ram into the tree, a wild Pokemon was sitting on a top branch. More like hanging for dear life, hoping that it wouldn't fall into the 'pit of despair' between the two Pokemon. Surskit used all four of it's spindly legs to wrap onto the branch, but even then, it wouldn't be enough. Plummeting down to it's eventual doom, Surskit let out a little squeal before hitting the ground with an unceremonious thud. Scrambling to it's feet, it looked on in terror as Mania was nowhere to be seen. Höllenhund watched quietly, curious how Mania would handle the situation.

Although it was almost back up against the tree, Surskit wouldn't have enough time to skitter to the nearest pond, or back up the tree. How it had gotten up there in the first place it didn't know, but it had saved it from a battle with the brutal Pokemon thus far. Mania was behind Surskit, creeping up slowly, practically getting drunk off of the fear the Surskit was emitting. The Feint Attack was quick and concise, and Surskit fainted immediately. It crumpled down to the ground in a heap at the tree, and Mania walked past it, kicking up a bit of dirt onto the unconscious mass.

With Surskit dealt with Mania looked at Höllenhund daring him to try and push her limits again as she was going to go for his neck if he did. However he had come to the realization that it was not worth his energy trying to get her to surrender entirely without a battle and it was up to her when she wanted to challenge his dominance. Maina knew she did not stand a chance yet and so she just kept looking at him with eyes filled with hate and evil. The young fox only needed time to gather her strength before she would make her move but not wishing to die she had to play it cool for a while longer. Tyler just sat back and watched the two canines hoping a fight would break out between them though it never did.

" Mania I will say this about you. You sure have learned how to keep your cool recently. I can promise you that if you stay level headed like this you might live for more than 5 minutes against Höllenhund should you try to fight him as a small thing like yourself would be a waste to use full force on anyways. He would likely make you his chew toy if you came after him and I am glad to see you accepting things so well for the time being anyways." Mania was far from pleased with how things had been going lately but until she evolved things would have to remain this way as she valued her life too much to battle a hellhound that outclassed her in every way. Her face suggested just how badly she wanted to kill Höllenhund however as she refused to say a word for the longest time.

When she finally did speak it was only to mention a new target was heading their way. " I can smell something else heading this way. I will handle it so I can get closer to evolving. Once I do things will be a lot more fair between me and Höllenhund." Tyler did not care either way so long as he got to see more blood spilled during their training. " Have fun Mania just do not let me down. I want to see just how much power you will gain when you evolve. Höllenhund might actually have to show you a bit of respect when you do." He said as Mania got ready to strike.

Sensing that something was close by but not entirely sure what it was exactly, Mania rushed in head first in order to try and score herself another victory. Anything that she could do to make Höllenhund appear smaller, she was going to attempt. After all, she needed to become stronger herself so that she could remain dominant over not only the Houndoom but also current and future members of Tyler's team. Mania was prepared to go to any lengths in order to keep this high position but first of all, she had to regain her title of top canine. It wouldn't take too much longer, she could feel it in her bones. Pouncing through the tall grass, Mania pin pointed her next-to-be opponent but flinched within herself. Standing before her was a rotund, bright pink, sparkly eyed Pokemon known as Jigglypuff. Mania was by no means intimidated by such an opponent but it's disadvantageous typing against it meant that this would be more difficult than her previous encounters. Grinding her fangs, such a thing wouldn't stop her now.

Running in head first without a second thought, Mania moved with impressive speed, if she attacked first then maybe the battle would end swiftly. Using a feint by catching the Jigglypuff off guard, Mania seemed to lead an attack from one direction but quickly darted off to the other. Surprised, the Jigglypuff went to defend itself, leaving it's side open to attacks in which Mania used to her advantage. With all her might, she crashed into the part fairy type... But it wasn't enough to finish the Jigglypuff off. Snarling under her breath, Mania braced herself for what was to come. Perhaps a strong fairy move? She was certain she could survive anything. But then the unexpected happened. Parting it's mouth, the Jigglypuff began to sang it's infamous lullaby and bit by bit, Mania struggled to fight the urge to sleep. She couldn't humiliate herself in front of Tyler and Höllenhund like this, they would never let her go a single day without being reminded how foolish she was. But nature took it's course and eventually, Mania fell into a deep slumber.

Tyler quickly recalled Mania not wanting to waste any full heals to wake he up when he knew there would be better fish to fry. Instead of continuing this battle he ran off with Höllenhund following close behind until he was a safe enough distance away from Jigglypuff that he could mark the battle as a write off. He then let Mania back out of her Pokeball and whipped the ground in front of her feet as a stern warning for disappointing him. Before he went any further however Höllenhund got Marchbaby's scent and they all followed the hellhound wanting to ambush the young dragon tamer. The sight of his new Metang caused Tyler to pause just long enough that Marchbaby was able to get away as soon as he saw Höllenhund however now that Marchbaby was in the area it was only a matter of time before Tyler would have a chance to end his brothers existence once and for all.

After a period of time had passed without seeing his brother again he began to wonder what might have happened to his brother. Just then he could hear footsteps off in the distance and what appeared next was a rather pleasant surprise as Silver appeared right in front of him. It was not quite as good as running into his brother but it was close enough. Mania was in quite a bit of trouble for failing to live up to Tyler's harsh expectations but Silver would make the perfect target for her to redeem herself. Pulling out his whip again he whipped her front paws causing her to yipe in pain before Tyler began to speak. " That was for failing me last time and believe me when I say I showed you quite a bit of mercy by only whipping your front paws. Fail me again and it will get far worse. Do I make myself clear?" He said before she began to speak scared out of her whits.

" I am so sorry I will not fail you again, Please do not crack me with that horrid thing again." She said in a tone that was polar opposite of her usual tough demeanor. Tyler had taken a good chunk of her pride away and by showing her that even she was not above getting cracked by his whip she knew she could not afford to mess up again. " Now show this bastards Pokemon a taste of your Feint Attack before I make you ass and paws both light up like a christmas tree." She then began to make her move hoping not to make him any angrier than he already was.



Ooc: Running from Jigglypuff as Höllenhund and Mania are both well above the 10 level requirement to run. Requesting a battle with Silver and Mania uses Feint Attack on whatever Pokemon he uses.
