The rules are simple: create a Pokemon Bad Guy Team completely based on the name the person above you gives.
Let's start with something easy to make an evil gang out of:

Team Hellfire uses a mix of ghost, fire, and dark Pokemon! Main Pokemon featured are Houndoom, Chandelure, and Mightyena! They love worshiping Satan the great ghost legendary Pokemon from a foreign region! They're all about burning things to the ground and love a communistic system within the realm of Pokemon training.
Team Fang & Team Claw

Team Fang and Team Claw have a rivalry similar to that of Team Aqua and Magma. In this case, Team Fang prefers to use dog Pokémon (such as Houndoom, Lycanroc, and Herdier) and Team Claw prefer cat Pokémon (such as Meowth, Glameow, and Luxray). They plan to make either dogs or cats they dominant species of the Pokémon world and brainwash humanity into their slaves

Team Blue, Team Red, and Team Green are specialized teams who roam the land poaching Water, Fire, and Grass starter Pokemon. That's why they're so rare, and the Professor only has one left by the time the player character gets to his lab.

Team Dust started off as Archaeologists, but eventually went rogue once they realised people kept defacing history stuff. Now they claim historical items and sites for themselves to preserve history and tradition above all else. Despite their name they aren't limited to ground types, but they do have a large amount of fossil pokemon in their ranks.
Team Dirt on the other hand, are younger delinquents who are moreso against tradition in the sense that they just don't... care. They want to make more space for other stuff and go around destroying the old stuff. They have a grunge-like style and see their work as deconstructive art. Like Team Dust, they're not limited to one type (eg ground or rock) but any pokémon that can make a big mess is a plus. Think Muk, Smeargle, stuff like that.

Team Uber is a blatant ripoff of Team Star from Pokemon SV. They ride around on top of Pokemon and kidnap trainers, charging them exorbitant prices to return to their original destinations. After you defeat them, however, they become your regional chauffeurs free of charge.

Team Night are a group of Dark-type and Ghost-type fanatics that were initially shunned for their fondness for 'evil' or 'creepy' Pokemon. Their leader gathered them together and manipulates them (like Ghetsis did with Plasma) to help him track down and capture Necrozma so he can conquer the world by stealing all of its light; creating an "endless night".

Team Sky are a group comprised of trainers who were once part of Teams Magma and Aqua but left their respective teams upon realizing that there was something better and more powerful than Groudon and Kyogre combined. Rayquaza. With the fall of Teams Magma and Aqua, Team Sky gathered other likeminded trainers to their cause, and set their sights on a new goal. Rather than creating more land or sea, they wished to create a paradise in the sky itself, using Rayquaza's power to do so. And from their new kingdom in the clouds, they'd rule over the entire world below like gods.

Team Overlords, or rather Team Overlord in singular, is the leader who wants to be what the name suggest: The Overlord. They are now living in a big castle with hundreds of rooms, and have tons of minions to do the dirty work, while they make up fantastic plans for dominating the surroundings and gaining more wealth to make more dungeons for trainers to get lost in. They focus on pokemon which are abundant, like rattata and zubat, so that they can flood the enemy (the heroes) in sheer numbers, for some reasons they are always carrying stuff they aren't using, which they drop when they are beaten and run off.

Team Sunshine believes that the world should bask in the light of sun for ALL of eternity. Wherever there is night, Team Sunshine is there to cast it out with Sunny Day. Wherever there is a closed blind in a house, Team Sunshine is there to bust it back open so you can enjoy...THE SUN! They often live in the woods inside of tents, having long ago given up the "simple pleasures" of domestic life for the "real enjoyment" of the outdoors and wild living. They love all Pokemon who can learn at least (1) Fire move and require every member to carry Pokemon on their team that knows Sunny Day so that they can always call on the power of the sun.
Their main focus are on Pokemon that are fire types or that evolve into fire types, though they have been known to add others types into their load that enjoy the warmth of the sun itself such as select grass types. While they're more commonly seen with Fletchling line, Vulpix line, Growlithe line, Magby line, & Flareon, they have also been spotted with some odd choices such as Sunkern line, Spearow line, and even Geodude line - mostly because these lines, too, enjoy the power of the sun whether through breeding Sunny Day down or teaching via TM.

Team Sleepy is a group of disenfranchised Trainers who have been forced to give up on their dreams for various reasons. Disillusioned with the world, they wish to acquire the power of Cresselia and Darkrai to force all the people and Pokemon of the world into an eternal sleep, where they will experience all their wildest dreams and happiness forever, with no pain or strife. They want to use Cresselia to do this, they only wish to capture Darkrai so that they can trap it and prevent it from ruining their dream world with any nightmares. I imagine they'd mostly use Psychic, Grass, and Normal types and rely pretty heavily on sleep strats and status conditions.

Hmmm... I like this game idea Team Pixie are a group of trainers who have grown overly frustrated with the serious and dull nature of the world and are on a mission to bring out the light-hearted side in those who have fallen too deeply into a sad state of seriousness. Wonderful intentions, yes, except Team Pixie tend to take their goal for world happiness a tad bit too aggressively, disrupting important and necessary business with their silly and persistent acts of foolishness. In fact, if you should find yourself unfortunate enough to encounter Team Pixie, you will not be left alone until they are fully convinced that you are truly full of joy... or utterly destroyed for refusing to join in their blissful ignorance. Stufful and Bewear tend to be their signature Pokémon, which also inspire their uniforms, with various other powerful pink Pokémon (Clefable, Miltank, Snubbul, Wigglytuff, etc...). Team Tender

Team sugar and team spice

Team Sugar stands for all things sweet and delicious in the world, and mostly relies on sweet-related Pokemon in battle. Such as, Slurpuff, Alcremie, and Dachsbun.
Team Spice stands for all things hot and spicy in the world, and mostly relies on Pokemon that are hot to the touch. Such as, Magcargo, Talonflame, and Scorvillain.
Much like Teams Magma and Aqua, the two have been at war with each other since they first formed, but still do everything they can to take over the region they chose to set up shop in.
