To celebrate Halloween this year we have prepared a special lotto for members to partake in. Not only are the prizes different from the usual lotto there will also be a special prize for the member closest to the winning number, yes you heard right the closest number. Just outside a PokéMart there's a large temporary stand decked out with gorgeous halloween decorations that one could barely be called scary. Featuring many well crafted pokémon masks, fine ribbon of blacks and orange-yellow, a big pinned wheel with numbers sitting on a table in the back, and a candled jack-o-lantern carved with the image of Victini the stand is manned by a young girl in a costume resembling a distant battle mansion champion.
"H-Hello! Uhm, would you like to enter our Halloween Lotto? It's a promotion for a new costume shop. Your first ticket is free, but we give a special deal to traveling trainers to buy more for the draw at £250 each. Interested? Oh! And here's a list of all our prizes."
