"For the wrong answers Noivern does not get stronger when offered a berry it only calms down though it can shatter boulders without physical contact so that was a good guess. Wishiwashi on the other hand does not rely on a gesture to grow stronger but rather by teaming up. It is a friendly act without a doubt but there is no mention regarding their ability to shatter a boulder as powerful as their Hydro Pump is. Finally the move Return does grow stronger by being friendlier to your Pokemon but it involves more than just a friendly gesture and being a physical move it would have to make physical contact with a boulder in order to shatter it."
