It's so hard to find a forum that you can get you head around.
Don't hate me and hang me by the neck for the statement but it's just that sometime, and I'm sure I'm not the only one, I need to let my juices flow in a different genre or different series.
I'm just having so much trouble finding that other forum to help me stretch my mind with, especially when some of the forums that looked promising are either dead, slow and then my personal favorite, doesn't exist.
Any words of advice for such a minor dilema?

I'm pretty sure everyone knows that feeling about needing a change of pace. After all, if you keep doing the same thing over and over it gets monotonous and you'll long for the greener grass on the other side. I love this place but there are times when I have small periods of losing interest due to having a break. Because if I don't, i'll lose interest entirely. I don't go about posting elsewhere because i've got some weird concept of loyalty to this place but I still need that time away all the same to myself in my real life. Only human after all, right? I'm quite fortunate in the fact this place I truly enjoy and love and have followed here since the early days. I can have a break but when I come back I know i'll be happy to return. I suppose its similar to what you said about not getting your head around a place... Only its the opposite. As for the dilemma, I can imagine it being hard. When I was in full advertising mode I saw so many new forums open only to falter the week after. I'm sure this is still the case for many places. All I can suggest is to keep on trying and searching for a place that might entice you and when you do, go all out posting there. You also mentioned your personal favourite not existing. If you honestly can't find it then you might want to consider opening it up yourself but I know that might be a hassle if you're not all keen on the administrative aspect. What IS your personal favourite if you don't mind me intruding? Tough one really but my advice is persistence will win through.

Thanks for the words of wisdom Joey-sama-sensei-sempai-kun. I will say for a fact that I did try to get a forum together and I was asking member from a different forum to help with some of the details, to get their point of view on things. The forum itself was going to based on the Monster Hunter theme but I sort of lost track and never got back to it.
Anyways I did want to find the a forum around the Monster Hunter theme or the GodEater theme.

Well I can say that for now I did find some threads that caught my interest so I may be jumping over to them to get a deeper look. Heck maybe I'll even start working on all the works for a forum myself if I have any free time. Who knows but for right now, it does look like things are going to get a little better for me. Now my creativity shouldn't falter from now on.
