Aglaia look is nothing special, even though her name means beauty. That, and her 160 cm height does that she is used to be overlooked.
Her body is somewhere between very feminine and masculine. She is definitely a girl, but not one who is normally considered as hot. She is not slender nor fat.
Aglaias hair is flat and brown. She likes to have it loose and only puts it in a ponytail if it troubles her working. She has brown eyes, and a pointy nose.
Her skin is light, and she has problems of being sunburned if she is out in the sun too much.
She always has a smile on her face, but it is a 'professional' distant smile, that is very polite.
She wears clothes in the colors light blue, grey and black, because they are very neutral which is good when working in a shop. For the journey, she have bought a pair of good, black walking boots, and a light blue raincoat, if the weather should be wet.
She has a grey belt with small pockets to the pokeballs, and has a rather big backpack to all the things she thinks she needs on the journey. One of the most important thing is the notebook she use to plan, well everything.
Personality:
Aglaia is a down to earth person. She thinks rational and likes to plan ahead. That sometimes gives her problems, if the plans are being shattered for one reason or another, and she finds it difficult to change plans suddenly.
She likes to feel she has control of things.
As long as she has the control, she is confident enough. But she becomes very unsure, nervous and shy when not.
Aglaia is very nervous around pokemons, because she doesn't know how to interact with them.
She has always successfully kept a good distance to the few pokemon in her family, so she hasn't much experience with any.
She hasn't spoke of it with her parents because their relationship never involved deep talking.
She doesn't want to go on a journey, but has to. So she tries to make it as quick and peaceful as possible, and she finds it very difficult to plan because she has no idea of what is waiting her.
She is easy to talk with, because she has learned to give customers a fine service. So she uses that way of avoiding discussions and angry feelings. She find life easiest without too much fighting, and therefore says she agrees with people, unless she find it necessary to point at an alternative. And then normally in a very polite way.
She also has a more relaxed side, which she only shows if she feels secure and not in a work situation.
She is planning to get a shop of her own, or take over her parent's when they get too old.
Aglaia isn't a person who discuss with people about how they train or treat their pokemon. She don't know how people normally train, and she isn't surprised about, that a pokemon so strong and tough as in the television, maybe has to be handlet rough.
How she treats her own, depends on the pokemon.
History:
Aglaia was born and raised in Whitestone, which is between Ecruteak City and Olivine City.
Her parents has a shop where they sell mostly groceries and what her parents else could find they could sell. Therefore they also has a few wares to trainers.
Aglaia used most of her spare time by helping her parents in the shop. She loves to help the customers and wants to get a shop of her own, as soon as she has the knowledge to do it.
She knows that her parents have been pokemon trainers, but she doesn't know where their pokemon are, and the parents never spoke of it.
Even though a lot of her family has been on a pokemon journey, none of the adult has much to do with pokemon these days.
She has met some few ones who worked in some of the houses, or at her aunt and uncles business, but there are way to few to be the only ones caught. Aglaia guesses that they are given away, or working somewhere she isn't coming.
Aglaias family has a tradition that all members shall pass the family test. A pokemon journey with minor tasks on the way, which the trainer has to solve.
Normally the journey starts at the age of 15, but Aglaia wasn't seen as ready, and didn't go then. And when she even wasn't sent on it when Adonis started, she was beginning to hope, that she didn't have to go at all.
So when her grandfather a month ago said that now she has waited long enough, and should go and prepare to be a pokemon trainer.
She tried to talk her out of it, but her grandfather is the head of the family and has the last word. And she couldn't get him to chance his mind.
So she began the difficult planning of the journey
Aglaia have a younger brother, who is already long into his pokemon journey. It is some months since last she heard form him.
She also has 4 near friends who was not at all like each other. But they had fun anyway. They were the only girls in their class, and started to spent time together because none of them were interested in using it with the boys.
They had at last learned to work through there differences, and had often laughed of interests and dislikes. In the end they also learned to prize the company and to gain from the relationship.
Goals:
Complete the family test. And hopefully without too much danger.
And on the long term, to get a shop of her own.
