It ends whenever we check whether it qualifies, which is 12+ eggs hatched in last Month as per 1st post details. Just gotta check your hatching records. 12 back was your Carnivine which was October. So 8 months from that is May. Unless you hatch 1 egg in the meantime at which point the expiry is then based off of Tepig... which is still Oct so no notable difference. So hatching 2 eggs before May would put the expiry on your December bunch.
We try to check roughly at the end of each month, or whenever you're trying to use it for something big. There is a bit of an honour system to it.
