As Tyler lobbed the Greatball forward, it soared through the air with extreme prejudice, more so than the regular Pokeballs most trainers used. Weary from battle, the Mankey struggled to focus and hone in on the incoming object in time and found itself being dabbed against the nose by the capsule device. Absorbing it in a red light, the Pokemon was covered from head to toe as it was digitised and scooped into the centre of the spherical capture device. Falling to the floor with a plonk, the capture was now under way. Rocking back and forth, it was processing the newly acquired Pokemon. Once... Twice... Thrice...

MankeyName: Banzai Gender: Female Level: 14 Moves: Low Kick, Focus Energy, Fury Swipes, Karate Chop Ability: Anger Point Nature/Personality: Adamant Named after a battle cry of desperation warfare Banzai is the living definition of crazy. With an aggressive temper to boot. She loves to get into the thick of things and will no hesitate to take or throw a punch. She wants to prove herself to Tyler despite his harsh treatment as she sees the way he treats her as inspiration instead of a put down. Placing Banzai in Tyler's pc for now. As the great ball clicked shut Tyler did not say a word at first as he was rather surprised to have succeeded in capturing the Mankey given how well it had fought. Tyler was certain his risk would not pay off but by a miracle it did and as reality set in Tyler was enthusiastic about the result. Volcano would have been as well but with how close his battle had been he feared Tyler would whip him if he even tried to celebrate the victory and instead curved up on the ground to try and protect his rear the best he could in case Tyler went for his whip. Volcano was a bit relieved when instead of whipping anything Tyler began to speak instead. " You mean it is over I thought for sure that monkey wanted to keep going?"Although he was still somewhat stunned by the result of the battle he could not help but notice how Volcano looked a little stronger than he did when the battle started and it was at that moment that Tyler realized just how much that last battle had helped the echidna Pokemon grow. Tyler knew Volcano was not quite ready for a showdown with Bugsy yet but the battle with Mankey had gone a long way towards preparing Volcano for the inevitable showdown. For the time being however Tyler wanted to keep training all of his Pokemon so when the showdown did occur not only would him and his team be ready they would be so well trained they would have Scyther stew for a week. Tyler was not ready to leave the route yet however as there were still a few Pokemon he wanted to go after and train against as much as he could on the route. As he made up his mind to stay on the route he looked at both Spartan and Volcano with a rather stern look in his eyes. Tyler was still far from pleased with Volcano's performance and as far as he was concerned Spartan was good for nothing other than breeding and until she proved to him otherwise his opinion of her was not going to change. Spartan tried her best not to pay him any attention as she despised her master after he called her a ***** but she knew in the end he would force her to obey no matter how much she hated him. Tyler decided to let all of his Pokemon out of their Pokeballs as he stood in the center of the route. He was ready to attack anything that came his way as he patiently waited to see what would happen.

Having established his dominance over the route and cementing this fact even further by merely standing at the centre of the route with all his Pokemon out on display, a number of nearby wildlife could be seen cowering in the bushes, nattering away to themselves at the terrifying thought of showing themselves and being laid to waste like many of their fellow neighbours had done. Even a helpful Pokemon trainer such as Anthony which many of the Pokemon knew from his many visits along the route had been unable to curb this terror's violent streak along the route. At this point, all hope was lost. It was as if the route's inhabitants were in for some dark days ahead. Unaware he wouldn't be claiming this route forever in his name but rather looking to find some training fodder to make sure he was ready for Bugsy, it meant they weren't going to take any chances. A number of Pokemon were starving from hunger and with them unable to patrol the routes for food to balance their dietary needs, meant they were near fainting from exhaustion. Some were instead parched for water and needed to sate their thirst. All of which lie within the main route itself with various spots of puddles, ponds and lakes. None of which were accessible on the off chance Tyler sentenced them to battle against one of his Pokemon. They were at an impasse. Or at least, until one brave soul decided enough was enough. In one patch of foliage was a gang of Poochyena. They weren't regarded as a particular nice bunch but they were tolerated by the other Pokemon on the route due to the fact they kept things in check when matters got rowdy. At this point in time, the gang were ready to run away with their tails between their legs. All except one. Standing up having bided his time long enough was a very wild and aggressive looking Poochyena. Markings all over his body from the various entanglements he had been involved in were apparent for all to view and be intimidated by. Letting out a low growl, the Pokemon's snout trembled with anger as it bore its wolfish fangs. Stepping forward, a sudden yelp from one of its comrades appeared to advise otherwise on the matter of going out their for a confrontation. Letting out a barking snarl, the Poochyena appeared to not give a damn. Passing through the leaf bushes, the Pokemon made itself very obvious as it began pacing forwards with pride in every step of its way. Lowering its head down, the Pokemon ignored the masses of Pokemon Tyler had summoned around him and instead wanted to settle things with the man personally. Now within range, the Poochyena let out a vicious bark as it wanted to settle things once and for all. Encounter

Tyler was beginning to run out of patience as he stood in the middle of the route hoping something would have enough of a pair to battle him. He began to think he had battled all of the brave Pokemon on the route and that only cowards remained in hiding. He was just about to have Flint burn every bush he could find in an attempt to force something out into the open when he heard a low growl followed by barking and other canine sounds. A moment later a Poochyena head low to the ground approached him. When the Poochyena got within striking distance and barked in a vicious manner Tyler was amazed to see a Pokemon with enough balls to stand up to him. Before now most Pokemon remained in hiding but the look on Poochyena's face gave Tyler the impression that the canine did not give a shit.
Tyler was actually quite pleased to see Poochyena make a brave stand even with 6 Pokemon ready to attack it. Tyler thought for a bit over his options as a few of his Pokemon really needed the experience this battle would give them but as Spartan had not fought much since joining the team and Tyler loved to make her angry he decided to use her to beat the Poochyena into submission. " Spartan I want you to teach this Poochyena respect but I do not want you to knock him out as he may be useful." As Spartan regrettably walked forward Tyler watched her very carefully. He did not hold her in high regard at all and he was just hoping for he to make a mistake so he could torture her. As much as he looked down upon her he wanted to raise her into an Aggron so he could use her to her full potential.
With Spartan standing in front of him ready to go he chuckled as the thought about what he could do to anger Spartan and hopefully encourage her to fight harder. He got the feeling of hatred coming from her every time he called her a ***** but he wanted to see if there were other words she hated more. Before he ordered and attack he began to think of hurtful words to call her until he had settled on one. " Alright you little tramp it is time to show this mutt some respect. Use Headbutt and do not hold back." The evil trainer said as Flint looked at Tyler thinking he was crazy to insult Spartan so harshly.

The Poochyena stood it's ground, uncaring if Tyler was impressed or not. For the dark hound, all it wanted was to rid the route of this horrid trainer and his team of slaves, maybe even attempt to steal a bit of food from him in order to feed it's hiding pack. Lip curling, none of them appeared intimidated much to the Poochyena's displeasure, meaning that it really had to fight. Fur rough, claws over grown and eyes leering a blood red, the wild was all the Poochyena had ever known so it knew it's way around a fight. Fur fluffing up in anger, the canine arched it's back and began to cautiously circle the group, wondering just who it would be facing. Particularly focusing on the flaming tailed dragon, it was instead a much smaller Pokemon that took the stage. Big, small, strong or weak, none of that mattered to the Poochyena, it didn't discriminate. No matter it's opponent, it was going to fight to the best of it's abilities.
Faced with Spartan the Aron, the metal coated creature extruded hatred but not of the Poochyena but more so towards the trainer. Once again, the Poochyena couldn't care less about their relationships with their trainer but did find it odd. If the Aron didn't like the human, why didn't she just attack him and flee? Being a slave to humans made no sense to the canine. If anything, it just proved that she was weak willed and perhaps even deserved the treatment she was receiving. Snorting air from it's nostrils, the Poochyena locked eyes with Spartan. She may have had a strong exterior in her favour but the Poochyena wasn't going to give up just because it had to face a bit of metal. Why, it had chased off even Geodude's in the past.
Dragging it's claws through the dirt, the Poochyena began to plan a course of action but not until Spartan went first. Needing Tyler to understand that she wasn't there simply to be called names, the Aron grunted as she understood his command and slowly lowered her head. Springing off the ground with her small legs, Spartan dashed straight for the Poochyena, her cool, metallic skull coming into contact with it's bristled body. Butting her head upward, the Poochyena was knocked off it's feet. Still, it wasn't the type to simply give up. Already somewhat weak due to the lack of food and water, it was no wonder that the attack hurt more than necessary. Managing to stand back up, the Poochyena pulled it's head back, snout pointing directly into the air as it let loose an intimidating howl, raising it's own valour.

Tyler chuckled as Spartan headbutted Poochyena with a rather devastating collision. Tyler may not of had much hope for he but the young man had to admit that she had a nasty headbutt. Still he knew she was nowhere near as powerful as the Pokemon he had seen in Blackthorn. He knew the strength of the Pokemon in his hometown was unlocked over time but as he was about as patient as a starving Hydreigon he would not show Spartan any level of respect until she unlocked her potential no matter how much she tried to impress her master. As Spartan looked back at Tyler he did not even acknowledge her existence but instead he looked at the Poochyena that she was fighting with a bit of curiosity. He could tell by the shape it was in that it was a born fighter and Poochyena looked like a worthy Pokemon to raise with how big it's teeth were.
Although Tyler figured that Poochyena was a rather common Pokemon he had a lot of respect for how brave this one had been and since dark types were far and few between in the Johto region. He did not know if a dark type would be worthwhile or not down the road but as he did not like to take chances he decided to try and capture the hound since it may prove useful and as always if all else failed he could sell the canine on the black market where tough Pokemon like Poochyena were pretty popular choices to buy and sell. The only problem was it meant that Spartan would get off easy this time and Tyler hated when one of his Pokemon got off easy. Tyler clinched his fist before he made up his mind.
Despite his hatred of going soft on a Pokemon Tyler could not pass up a chance to own a Poochyena that was a veteran of so many battles as well as being so brave even when outnumbered by Pokemon and in a case like this battle keeping a brave face while being outclassed. Tyler had taken a real liking to Poochyena and he looked forward to owning to mutt. Tyler had a few Great Balls left and this battle seemed like a good time to use one since one more hit would knock Poochyena out and Tyler did not want that to happen. " Alright it is Great Ball time. Go Great Ball capture that Poochyena."
Ooc: Great Ball has been deducted.

PoochyenaName: Schwartz Gender: Male Level: 12 Moves: Tackle, Howl, Sand Attack Ability: Quick Feet Nature/Personality: Adamant Schwartz is a battle hardened Poochyena with a love of using violence to solve problems. He is far from Tyler's most intelligent Pokemon but what he lacks in brains he makes up for with courage and brawn. Loyal only to Tyler he obeys his trainers commands without hesitation. He has an alpha mentality and will lash out at any of Tyler's Pokemon that step out of line. As the great ball clicked shut Tyler did not say anything as Spartan looked back at him. She was hoping he may say something nice since she did win the battle. Disappointed that she did not get even the slightest recognition for her efforts but as she was pretty intelligent the young dinosaur was not willing to press the issue in fear of being tortured. After seeing Sparky and his wounds Spartan had decided never to try and seek attention around Tyler as doing so would result in a granted wish in the form of abuse that would sicken most trainers. Tyler was not an average trainer however. With no need to bring attention to herself Spartan walked over to Tyler and sate next to him silently just hoping to avoid getting beat. As she sat down Tyler's face grew red with anger as he began to scream at Spartan. " You lazy little ***** stand up right now. I did not give you permission to sit down. If I ever catch you trying to sit down again without permission again you will lose your legs do you understand?" As Spartan jumped up in fear of losing limbs she nodded as she tried to keep herself from crying. It was bad enough that he was not thankful for the help but to make matters worse she could not sit down or anything it seemed with him saying she could but as she was still rather young the poor dinosaur knew that until she grew more there was not much she could do but pray as she stood next to him. After Spartan stood back up Tyler continued to watch both sides of the route as he was hoping that a Pokemon or trainer would have the guts to challenge him. He did not really care who or what challenged him so long as it was not a weakling as he had put up with enough of them in Violet City. He wished he could have ran into more worthwhile battles there to help with his training but he could not change what had happened in the past as much as he would have liked too but he could at least look to the future in hopes of more challenging battles. He was hoping they would come soon too since at this rate it would be ages before he could even begin thinking about battling Bugsy. The last thing Tyler wanted was to challenge Bugsy too early and end up like his brother.

At this point in time, Tyler must have felt like the king of the route. Having fended off bleeding heart trainer who condemned Tyler's ways, taking on a whole plethora of Pokemon, even taking on the alpha male of a pack there was little argument for the opposite. Tyler had truly stomped this route under heel. No Pokemon would be brave enough to step up to the plate, other trainers were likely hanging around in Azalea as opposed to hear. It meant no one would be able to step up to his tyrannical ways. All except one however. Having just exited Union Cave on his quest, there would be one trainer who would decide to take Tyler on. Moving along the route, a particularly moody looking teenager to the point of rivalry with Tyler came into focus. Making his way the path, it was hard not to be drawn to his maroon coloured hair and as he drew ever nearer, his silver coloured eyes. Noticing a trainer obstructing his path the youthful teen stopped in his tracks and cocked his head back as he shot the trainer a death glare. Having just fought his way through an entire cave of Zubat, he was not in the mood for more impedance. " A trainer? Hmph. Get out of my way." Shooting her a deathly glare, he realised Tyler wasn't the type to back down. Especially so if the aspiring Rocket was looking to strengthen himself up for the inevitable fight with Bugsy. If he wanted to avoid facing a difficult battle such as the one his brother endured, this formidable trainer would likely be the answer in getting that much stronger in order to face the might of the Bug type gym. Although it wasn't outright obvious Tyler was on his way to becoming a member of Team Rocket, the more the teenager stared at the male, the more he took a baneful dislike to him. " You know, there's something about you that rubs me the wrong way. That and the fact you haven't stepped aside means i'll just have to thrash you like all the other moronic trainers." Tossing a Pokeball forward from out of his pocket, the capsule split in two with a dazzle, eventually dying down to reveal a fluttering bat creature in front of him. For anyone who had ventured into Union Cave, it was no doubt a familiar Pokemon. A Zubat. " Move it or lose it, loser." Rival Encounter

As the maroon haired trainer told Tyler to step aside he did the exact opposite and instead approached him. Tyler did not take kindly to being shoved around and he was certainly not going to step aside for a trainer who looked like he lost a bet at a hair salon. As Tyler looked at the young man he stretched his neck before he started to talk to the trainer. " What makes you think I would step aside. If there is a single thing I liked about being part of the Blackthorn clan it is that we do not back down from a challenge." As Tyler defiantly held his ground he was hoping that this trainer would dare to stand his ground just so he would get another good battle in before considering his options.
As the other trainer seemed to have no plans to back down either and even went as far as sending out a Pokemon a huge grin appeared on Tyler's face. Seeing as how most of the remaining Pokemon on the route were too low of a level to help train his team this trainer's Zubat looked promising. It was a bit tougher looking than most Pokemon Tyler had encountered. He was still far from impressed however since Zubat was not exactly a Pokemon known for their fighting ability. Tyler still saw it as a wonderful way to teach another trainer respect and at the same time give his Pokemon some much needed training for the road ahead. " So tell me, where do idiots like you come from anyway? Most trainers who hear the word Blackthorn around here crap themselves and run but you stay out of either stupidity or bravery. Either way it does not matter since a tough trainer like yourself may be trouble for Team Rocket if they do decide to come here and I cannot allow you to get in their way."
As Tyler finished his speech he had to decide how he wanted to start things off. As Blitz had the type advantage and it's armor would surely help in the gym battle Tyler decided it was the perfect way to start this battle. " Enough chit chat it is time I put you and that annoying bat in your place. I really do hope you like to watch your Pokemon suffer as this attack may come off as a bit shocking. Blitz show this little *****'s Zubat how we do things in Team Rocket with a Thundershock."

- - - - - - - - Contrary to Tyler's belief, the unnamed trainer merely raised a slender maroon brow, mouth curving in a sardonic smile. "You think I give a Rattata's ass about where you grew up? All you weaklings are the same, spouting out nonsense like it's supposed to impress me," he spat in reply, looking quite aloof. He snorted dismissively at Tyler's speech, silver eyes sparking in mild indignation. "Like I would actually tell you where I came from? You wave around Blackthorn as if it means something. News flash, loser, it doesn't. So put your Pokémon where your mouth is already and shut up!" His Zubat let out an agreeing screech, swooping around in eager anticipation of pummeling yet another weak trainer. It wasn't like its weak, wild kin, even if it had not been raised by the kindest of trainers.
Not that its trainer's ways held a torch to Tyler's method of training. Something in the boy's expression shifted as Tyler's speech really sunk in, mouth flattening in a thin line of rage. "Wait a moment... did you say Team Rocket?" he growled, hands clenching into fists briefly before he threw his head back and laughed unpleasantly. "If you're working with those low life criminal scumbags, that explains a lot about your attitude problem! Hahaha! Throwing your lot in with those losers is a poor, poor move on your part." Wiping tears of mirth from his eyes, the trainer sneered at Tyler despite the fact his Zubat was facing a poor type advantage, still in disbelief over the association with Team Rocket.
Blitz floated forwards as Tyler commanded it to attack, the magnets attached to its sides whirling rapidly. Crackling electricity surrounded the Magnemite's body, generated by the rotating magnets, and arced towards the opposing Zubat. Hearing the attack but unable to see it coming, the poor bat let out a single pained screech before it flopped to the ground, the weak jolt of electricity more than enough to easily knock it out. "Tch! You may have won this round, you arrogant toerag, but I'm far from done with you!" the mystery kid raged, splotches of crimson appearing on his cheeks as he recalled his fainted Pokémon. A flick of the wrist and he released a Gastly that glared malevolently at Tyler and Blitz, sticking its tongue out at the pair.

Tyler took great pride in listening to the rather aggressive tone the mysterious trainer spoke in as he tried to dismiss the skill of trainers from Blackthorn. Tyler really hoped this guy was as strong as his ego suggested as he wanted to find a worthy foe after spending so much time on the route. Tyler cracked a smile before he spoke hoping to put the mysterious trainer in his place. " I can assure you that after this battle you will cry every time you hear the word lackthorn when I am done with you. I will teach you a thing or two about real power." As the mystery trainer asked him about Team Rocket and the errors of joining the organization Tyler could not believe his ears. It was Tyler's dream to e in Team Rocket and he was not going to stand by while some punk younger than himself tried to talk him down over his choice.
" Yes I did indeed say Team Rocket and maybe if you raised your Pokemon like we do you would have a bit more respect for use but alas I guess I will have to show you the errors of your judgement with a harsh wake up call." As Blitz lined up it's attack and knocked out the Zubat in a single hit Tyler saw it as proof that abuse was the ultimate way to get every ounce of power out of a Pokemon. The mystery trainer did not seem very impressed by the attack but Tyler was just getting started as he very much planned to use his best Pokemon in the next round as undeniable proof that his way was best. " If you thought that last round was fun just wait until you see my ace in the hole. Flint get your lazy ass in gear and show this little prick a sample of true power."
As the fiery lizard stepped in front of Tyler he let out a mighty roar as the fire on his tail burned brightly. Despite not being a dragon type he was the closest thing to a dragon that Tyler had. As so far his opponent had not been impressed by thundershock Tyler decided to up his game and have Flint use a move filled with the power of a dragon in an attempt to earn some respect. " Now then where were we? Oh yes I was just about to send that Gastly back to the stone ages with this fire breathing ***** over here. I hope you are not too close to that Gastly as it is about to meet it's fate. Flint use Dragon Rage on that wimpy little specter before I whip your sorry hide." Flint terrified for his rear and life took a deep breath as he prepared to launch his attack.

"Are you kidding me? I'm not interested in joining Team Rocket. They're very different with my ideals and how I see things in the world. They're only looking for glory but I'm looking for much more than that." Silver said, knowing that greed and glory seemed to go hand in hand. Silver wanted to one day be the best pokemon trainer out there, but even those sort of things seemed to be out of reach as he couldn't even beat this fellow who's dream was it to join team Rocket. The red head then looked back at his pokemon after sending out his gastly and it floated in the air, though he saw a problem that enforcing it with tough power from his punishments wouldn't go easily as they'd just phase right through the ghost pokemon. He'd find other ways for punishments of course and it didn't need to be smacked around. Talking to it could be just as bad sometimes! "Are you just going to float there? Or use an attack!? Use Mean Look!" He called out towards the pokemon as Gastly opened up his eyes staring almost what seemed like at Flint's soul. the sharp stare that he gave of was enough to intimidate any pokemon preventing Flint from escaping this round. It was like he had made every possible chance of getting out impossible. That was when he might've made that mistake of keeping Flint on the battle field, the Charmeleon was very strong and well trained for that matter. Once Flint heard a call from his owner he inhaled heavily as the fire was created within the pokemon's belly. Once he exhaled, a blue flame came forth as he spewed it at the Gastly making it wince from the pain, but it wasn't down just yet as he tried his best to shake off the embers tat were on him. "You sure do talk a lot kid. Is that all you do is yack your mouth off? I picked Gastly not because of our bond but how strong he'll be in the future." Silver said as he watched with some dread on his face seeing how his pokemon had been hit like that. "You idiot of a pokemon! I'm almost sorry that I picked you for a team member!" When his pokemon fell to the ground there was one more left. After calling back Gastly there was one more at hand and it was his final pokemon. "Go Croconaw!" He called out as he sent out the next pokemon onto the battle field. The water pokemon didn't seem at all intimidated by Flint's appearance. Compared to the other two pokemon that he had been sending out, this one seemed a little different. Being the mystery trainer's starter pokemon it was clear he took great care into this one as he knew that the water pokemon had advantage over Flint. But Tyler might as well have some other tricks up his sleeve maybe? [/font]

As the second round of the battle came to a close Tyler was growing rather bored of the mysterious trainer as so far his Pokemon had been underwhelming at best taking only a single hit each to knock out. It was bad enough how dead set against Team Rocket this trainer was but to criticize him for talking too much was a step too far. Tyler was not one to take any kind of complaint silently and this teen was not going to be an exception. " I can assure you Team Rocket want more than just glory. Once I ascend the ranks we will be the most powerful organization on the planet. I will even make sure to place our new headquarters in Blackthorn so those idiots who think kindness is the ultimate way to raise Pokemon will see the error of their ways."
As Tyler caught his breath after his speech Flint had not taken his eyes off of his opponent considering his type disadvantage and how much stronger it looked than the other two Pokemon the mysterious trainer had used. " Don't worry you wimp unless this punk has some major surprise up his sleeve even a type advantage over you will be enough to win. Hell I would be shocked it it knew any water type move stronger than water gun and even then with your training it would take a true miracle for them to win." Tyler was a little bit cautious secretly as the teenager's Croconaw did look a bit tougher but that was all the more reason to see if Flint's training had paid off or not since it it did it would be a huge confidence booster in the preparations for fighting Bugsy.
With how things had gone so far in the battle however Tyler was at least hoping his good luck streak would continue a little it longer. He really did not want to switch Flint out with another Pokemon if it could be helped since it would mean giving up a free turn unless he did it now and with Flint at full hp there was no need to do so at the moment. " I give you a bit of credit that Croconaw does look a bit stronger than your other Pokemon but I am willing to take a bit of a risk here and leave Flint out and see how things look after the next round. Flint use Dragon Rage again and show those two a real taste of power." He ordered as Flint prepared for another strike while being as nervous as could be due to the type his opponent had.
Ooc: Just as a side note I received the prize money from this battle a bit early due to a mistake. I do not want to cheat and receive it twice.

Rival SilverThe attitude of the boy in front of him only made Silver steam even more. His Pokemon were dropping like flies, and here he was facing this blabbermouth of a trainer. Narrowing his eyes, Silver watched Croconaw snap his jaws together in an intimidating manner. The crocodile could sense the nerves from the fire Pokemon, and there was good reason to feel them. Jaws curled up in a ragged smile, Croconaw seemed to share the same lust for battle and winning as Silver. Out of three Pokemon, that only made one of them. Close enough, though. "You've given me plenty of reason to be annoyed with you, but now i've got a straight up reason to hate you." The boy snarled, a scowl residing on his lips.
"I can't stand Team Rocket, and it will be my pleasure to stomp on you and rub your remains in the dust. My name is Silver, and I fall to no one. Especially Rocket scum like yourself. You may have your Dragon Rage, but Croconaw is stronger than that." Silver scoffed, crossing his arms. He'd seen the Dragon Rage in person, and it was a devastating attack indeed. For a few moments, Silver considered if he'd picked the wrong Pokemon. However, with the type advantage, it seems Silver had the upper hand against the dragon. "Don't worry about that Dragon Rage. You'll survive. You focus on that Water Gun." Silver's command was met with a nod as Croconaw prepared itself.
The fires and rage that spilled forth from the fire Pokemon was cataclysmic. Any lesser Pokemon would've fallen to the flames, and yet, when the dust cleared, Croconaw stood, jaw clenched. When the water Pokemon met Flint's eyes, the jaw opened into a savage grin before spilling forth a torrent of water. "Aim for the tail!" Silver chuckled cruely. Tyler wasn't the only one that could be cruel. Thankfully, not much water had hit the tail by the time the croc had finished his attack, leaving a soaked dragon in his wake.
