 Vs. Poochyena  - - - - - - - - - - - - - Listening to what Mania was saying had Poochyena looking both terrified and nauseated, ears folding back against its head. Violence was something it was used to, was simply a part of life, but the caliber of which the Zorua spoke was truly... awful. As a loyal pack member, spilling blood to save its leader was something acceptable. Drinking it, however, was a completely different story. But without a strong leader to look to for guidance, Poochyena was left confused and scared, something that showed blatantly on its face as it gazed at Mania.
Not only had some garish bird come in a nearly flattened it with a single hit, now it was to face off against one of the most evil Pokémon it had ever come across. Mustering up what little courage remained, Poochyena raced forwards as Mania took Senorita Ramirez's place, baring its fangs at her despite her vow to make it pay. Stepping back hastily, Mania uttered a sharp snarl in an attempt to send the wolf cowering back, but momentum and fleeting bravery were more than enough to keep it going.
Jaws parting wide, Poochyena sank its mouth into the ruff on Mania's neck until it reached her shoulder, clamping down hard. Inciting a terrible fury in the Zorua, who had no intention of spilling any blood that was her own, she swiped at the retreating hound and growled in frustration when the Great Ball saved its pitiful life. As if sensing her murderous mood, the Great Ball barely shook around for more than a few seconds before coming to a halt, a click sounding out to indicate another successful capture.

Mania was beyond pissed as the Poochyena released it grip on her. She was ready to behead the wolf for biting her however the cowardly dark type chose to allow itself to be captured so it could avoid her wrath. " You little shit nothing bites me and runs off like a coward. You had best pray we never meet again or I shall kill every member of your family and feast on their bones as you watch after I slice you tail and legs off to use as chew toys." She said still filled with anger that she had been bit. Still she had won the battle and could feel her powers grow a little bit. She was still not strong enough to change her appearance yet but she was getting close to that point.
As she rubbed some dirt on the bite mark the smell of another human got her excited that she would finally get to show off her power. " I smell another human nearby that reeks of sweat. I am getting a strong smell of a Pokemon of some kind as well. I like the vibes I am getting. Please let me fight this one. Tyler nodded but before the fox could step forward he reached into his bag and tossed the Evolite he bought in the fair at her. " I want you to wear this. It will boost your defenses just as a precaution. I can only imagine what fool is headed our way." He did not have to wait long for an answer either as a familiar face came down the path.
It was Hiker Anthony with his Geodude and Tyler almost cried tears of joy as he would be a great target for Mania to beat the daylights out of. He had soundly beaten the hiker last time and looked forward to trying his luck again. " Senorita I owe you an apology this freak of nature is the true clown. Oh how I look forward to this battle." Tyler still regretted letting Anthony escape the last time and he wanted to prevent him from escaping again and by Mania's words it sounded like she was itching for a fight. " Mania lets show cotton eyed Joe what you can do. Use Snarl on that Geodude of his." With this being the first time she had used the move while fighting a human she was more than happy to oblige. " Finally you will all see the extent of my power." She said getting her attack ready.
Ooc: Keeping Mania's and Senorita Ramirez's current moves. Placing Evolite on Mania and requesting a battle with Hiker Anthony. Mania uses Snarl as an opening move.

Walking casually on the outskirt of Azalea, the hiker let out a sneeze as if he was allergic to something, like the misdeed of young Tyler, who was still soliciting the area. He was walking with his Geodude when his rock type Pokemon was on guard suddenly. He cautiously looked around until he spotted Zorua and the delinquent. "It's you scumbag child again! No wonder I sneezed! I must be allergic to your Team Rocket abused animals. I'm gonna make sure that you learn your lesson this time." Anthony yelled, his face changing to a frown upon seeing the trainer. Then, he saw the dark type getting ready as if she was going to attack the Geodude. The opponent tossed out another Pokemon to defend himself better this time, hopefully. "Go, Machop! Take the hit for Geodude and then go in for a Low Kick!"The Machop popped open from the Pokeball just in time to stand right between Geodude and Zorua, and took the hit from Mania's menacing Snarl. The air was filled with the dark type's maniacal snicker for a few seconds until the attack was stopped. Then, the little fighting type went up and dashed forward, leaping around as the Zorua was running to dodge. Finally, an opportunity arose and the fighting type landed a Low Kick on the dark type. "Good Job, Machop! If this doesn't teach you then I will just sweep you from the floor until you learn to be a better trainer," the trainer hissed, still angry from their last encounter.

Both Tyler and Mania were not expecting Hiker Anthony to use Machop first and it caught the pair completely off guard. Mania was not strong against fighting types as it was and add to that her rather shallow movepool at the moment and he knew she would be in trouble. Not able to recall her before the Machop made it's move the Evolite he had given her managed to protect Mania enough to keep her standing but she was in no shape to try and go another round with the Machop. " Holy hell what did I just get hit by a truck or something? That was way too powerful for my liking I hate to admit it but I cannot take another one of those until my power grows stronger." Tyler hated having to switch her out as well as he knew how badly she wanted to prove herself but it was pointless to leave her out there in her current state.
" You did good Mania. Buckskin charlie here just made an unexpected move is all but do not worry we will still win this. Take a rest for now as I want our friend here to get acquainted with Senorita Ramirez so he can see just a small taste of real power." The luchador hawk wasted no time taking the fox Pokemon's place. Having learned a powerful move during the Kalos festival she wanted to see how it would stack up against a trainers Pokemon instead of the weakling Pokemon left on the route. It would not be long either as that was exactly what Tyler had planned to do to get back at the Hiker. The old man would never see this plan coming as it was nothing like his strategy in the first battle.
" It is a shame you derailed my original plan but I had this plan on backup as I was going to take things easy on you this time however I am not going to hold back now. If you thought that last battle was an embarrassment this one is going to be quite the show. I can promise you one thing right now and that is after this battle you will not dare to show your face around these parts again." Mania was enjoying the show so far but wanted to see the Machop bleed for attacking her. " Not to rush you guys or anything but when does the next round start? I want to see that worthless meat sack bleed for attacking me." Getting the hint that things were dragging along too slowly Tyler ordered his move. " As soon as you have the chance Senorita use Acrobatics on that Machop to get some payback for Mania."
Ooc: Mania switches out for Senorita Ramirez and Senorita uses Acrobatics. Everything looks good Tiki if anything it makes the battle a bit more interesting.

Anthony knew better than to let down his guard around this abusive little whelp of a boy, even if he was the older, and arguably more wiser, person participating in the battle. No Pokémon should have to deal with someone like Tyler for a trainer, and Arceus be damned if he didn't try to put an end to the tyrant-in-making's ways. He could still see the bloody Electrike from before, wondering for a brief moment if the poor canine was still alive given its state. Anthony gave his head a quick shake, realizing that drifting in his thoughts would be a bad idea in the middle of a battle, no matter how worried he was. "Sweep that little fox with another Low Kick!" the stout hiker grunted, watching his Machop hustle forwards with a determined cry.
Remaining unaware of Tyler's plan until Senorita Ramirez expertly manuevered into place, taking the low hitting roundhouse delivered by Machop with barely a change in expression. Looking unimpressed by the blow, the colourful Hawlucha gave her foe a chance to realize what danger it was in, and seeing the dawning horror in its eyes was something... interesting. Leaving little room for error, Senorita rushed in with nimble, almost dance-like moves that easily whittled away Machop's strength and sent the Fighting-type crashing to the ground at Anthony's feet, much to the man's dismay. "Aren't you just a charming little cretin, switching out when the odds weren't in your favour?" Anthony spat out as he returned his Machop.
Geodude rolled forwards after seeing Machop disappear, but its expression was a mixture of wariness and unease. Senorita Ramirez's lightning fast moves were terrifying as they were incredible, but the little boulder didn't quite feel like it wanted to know how they felt. Anthony didn't seem to notice his Pokémon's nervousness, too fixated on Tyler. "Even if you beat me, some snot-nosed twerp who thinks far too highly of himself isn't going to run me off. I'm not one of your pitiful Pokémon," the man said, eyes lingering on Mania and Ramirez. Neither one looked hurt or depressed, but some injuries were visible on the soul more than on the body.

" My how the might have fallen. You seemed like your brain was functioning correctly for a moment bit it would seem as though it was nothing more than a last gasp effort. That Low Kick was pathetic. Unless Geodude has gotten any stronger than the last time I will almost have to feel pity for it having such a weak trainer." An evil grin stretch across his face as he now could go back to his original plan. Mania was not in the best condition at the moment but her warrior spirit was more than willing to fight through the pain to get some revenge. Tyler did not even have to move a muscle as the fox jumped back in place ready to raise hell of her own. The Evolite around her neck was still glowing with a brilliant pink as she slowly approached the boulder Pokemon.
" You were a lucky little prick that your friend took the hit last time but I seriously doubt a weak trainer like yours has any other tricks up their sleeve. I am going to enjoy ripping you both limb from limb using your bones as toothpicks. First up is you my rocky freak and then I will go after tubby over there. Oh this is going to be a real treat. I hope you two are ready to get thrashed as I am not holding back this time." She said getting ready to strike. Tyler had no trouble the last time his team battled Geodude however as Mania was still young he had to be careful not to have her try too hard yet as her powers were not fully developed and it would be a while before they peaked. He was still anxious to see what she could do to something that did not resist her attack.
Mania was quite anxious herself to get the next round underway and she could hardly contain her excitement as she stretched out her neck and pointed her nose to the sky. Tyler knew she wanted to try Snarl again and he did not object considering Geodude's physical defense made her other attacks worthless. " Mania go ahead and try Snarl again and let's see if things do not go our way this time." Mania responded by letting out a loud howl followed by a horrifying series of growls hoping Geodude would run in fear upon hearing the awful noise.
Ooc: Using the free switch in to switch Senorita Ramirez with Mania and Mania uses Snarl.

"The only one who needs any pity, is your pokemon!" Anthony spit back. "I will not let you get away with treating your pokemon like that poor electrike." He continued and looked really worried, not for the battle but due to the memory of the beat up pokemon. He narrowed his eyes at Tyler. "My geodude defense is as hard as the rock it is made of, you can't just break through it, which you will soon realize."Geodude still looked a bit unsure, though it tried to look brave to live up to its trainer's expectation. The weird stone around her neck, made it uneasy too though it did not know why. It's eyes widened in shock when Mania talked directly to it. That in itself was weird, as pokemon usualy kept themselves to get too involved with each other as it could make it more difficult to keep things on a professional manner and not feel guilty about hitting the other too hard. It was easier to beat something which wasn't your friend. Mania was definitely not trying to be friendly though, and despite its best efforts, the geodude couldn't help but shook a bit from fear by the harsh threat. It opened its mouth a few times as it tried to come up with a clever remark, but it failed and wanted to do nothing else than to curl up to protect itself. As she snarled at Geodude, it covered its body with its arms. "You think a bit of snarling can affect a rock? Geodude, show her what you are made of and tackle that fox. We're going to stop her once and for all!" Anthony ordered, not seeing how scared his pokemon was of the dark type. Geodude removed peeked out from behind its arms with fearful eyes and it hesitated a short moment, but then it gathered the necessary courage. It used its hands to send itself flying through the air and into it's blackhearted opponent. Mania staggered a bit backwards, but the shining "stone" at her chest had taken the worst of it. Geodude quickly rolled back to Anthony.

Mania's last attack had been far more successful than it was the first time and Tyler began to feel proud for the young Zorua. At this rate she would soon be a force not to be messed with and combined with Senorita Ramirez and Flint he would have no trouble reaching Goldenrod and catching up with his goody two-shoes brother. For the moment however he still had to deal with the pesky hiker who never could take a hint to get lost for his own good. Having put up with the pudgy man for as long as they both could hold in the urge not to kill him Mania finally spoke ready to end this charade.
" Are you afraid yet? That was just a small taste of my real power. I am just getting started sweetheart. I do hope you have a lot more to offer than this rocky prick or else things will not end well for you. I have grown tired of this little game and I plan on ending it now." As the young fox prepared to unleash another blast of her special talent Tyler grinned at the thought of the hiker beingput out to pasture by Mania. He wished some of his other Pokemon would show no mercy like her as it was that kind of personality that would help him achieve great things as he worked his way up in Team Rocket. He daydreamed about earning his first uniform as Mania opened her mouth ready to deliver another Snarl from deep within her throat.
" I can see it now both you and me Mania wearing those great uniforms. That will be the day. For now though I agree this pest has lasted way too long so the only question now is how to make sure this pest never returns? I think killing that useless rock will be a great place to start." Knowing very well what he meant by that Mania nodded before lifting up her head pointing her nose towards the sky. She was going to give this next round everything she had hoping this would prove her true strength to the hiker once and forall. " It is time Mania show our friend her your Snarl attack again. Please make sure that Geodude does not get up again as it has wasted too much of our precious time putting up this pitiful resistance as it is." Tyler said as Mania began to unleash another Snarl.

Both the Pokemon and trainer in front of him were just as vile as each other and poor Hiker Anthony had managed to witness it. Twice. The sheer presence of the tricky fox was something else, however. The two were like peas in a pod, both as malicious and sickening as the other. Before, Tyler had been vicious and horrid to his Pokemon but this time, it was clear that both of their minds were on similar levels. Gritting his teeth, the male grunted angrily, "I don't know what you have said or done to make that Pokemon so corrupt but I know this... You have no right to even look at a Pokemon, let alone be a trainer, you filthy cur!" Seething with anger, Anthony was forced to listen to Tyler's out loud daydreams involving their entry into Team Rocket. Knowing deep down that once this man gained a spot, he would be a force to be reckoned with. Rockets were like rats that packed together, uncaring of rules. Thus, Anthony pitied those who would be on the receiving end, should that day ever come.
Then, a string of words sent absolute chills up his spine. He was insinuating death. Not fainting but absolute death. "You... monster!" Mania, more than happy to fulfil Tyler's horrible desire, also yearned for such an ending. This Hiker has been a thorn in her side to the point where a possible headache could occur if she was forced to listen to his goody-two-shoes words any longer. Filling her lungs with air, Mania unleashed a soul destroying snarl which echoed throughout the surrounding area. Covering his ears from the sheer volume, Anthony winced down to Geodude, who appeared to be writhing in pain. The sound waves vibrating it's body to the point of small bits of rock chipping away from it's body, the Hiker knew something wasn't right. With all his might, the man bravely stepped into the battle in order to protect his Pokemon.
If not a moment later, his Geodude would've been pure rubble. A shock wave erupting from her howling snout, the force knocked Hiker Anthony right off his feet, causing him to crash into his Pokemon and fly across the floor. Landing in a messy, bloodied heap atop his Geodude, it seemed they were both down for the count. Not dead but medical help was certainly necessary. Atleast his pockets had spread money across the floor to be swiped.

With the Hiker hardly able to breathe Tyler was satisfied with the outcome and was ready to look for more blood to spill. Having faced and beaten so many Pokemon and Trainers on the route he did not think there could be any more surprises for him but he soon was proven to be wrong. As Mania lifted her snout again she caught a whiff of a Surskit and another Pokemon she had not encountered before. " I can smell another one of those dammed Surskit's nearby and a strange Pokemon with it. I cannot make out the other one yet but I am sure there are two Pokemon close by follow me." As Tyler and Senorita Ramirez followed Mania they soon discovered she was right. A Surskit was just behind a few rows of trees and it was attacking a baby Heracross. Even though Tyler did not have a care in the world for helping Pokemon in trouble Heracross were not a common sight and saving this one might just prove a worthwhile investment.
" Mania you have done it again. That nose of yours sure is something. This Heracross would make a fine addition to the team. First we will have to kill this pesky Surskit but with your skill set that should be no problem." Mania jumped between the two Pokemon without hesitation ready to slay the bug. Like Tyler she had no pity for the weak but if protecting Heracross was what Tyler wanted to do she was not about to question him. " My master must really like you Heracross. We do not pity the weak in Team Rocket so you had better prove you were worth the effort of trying to protect you or I will personally feast on you myself. Now pardon me while I put this other bug through the apocalypse." As the young Heracross cowered in fear behind her Mania waited to strike fear into the bug's heart but before Tyler could issue an order she could smell something else in the distance.
" I can smell your good for nothing brother approaching. There may be trouble if he finds us especially after we burned down half this worthless route so be ready for him." Tyler was not very pleased to hear news like that at all but for the moment he only cared about saving Heracross so he could force it to join his team. " Great that freak is headed here? That is just fantastic but we need to focus on this battle for now. Mania use Snarl on Surskit and teach that punk a lesson."
Ooc: Requesting a Surskit. Also using this battle as a means explain how Tyler receives Heracross that just hatched in my nursery.

The newly hatched Heracross, although a newborn, had the instinct to run away from the attacking Surskit. Unfortunately for the beetle though, it was still young and the wings were a bit tough to control for a simple half-flying escape. As Mania jumped between the two and readied for a Snarl, the angry Surskit fired a speedy big ball of Bubble toward the dark type, hitting her head on. The bubble was applied directly to her forehead. The bubble was popped open, drenching the furry Pokemon to her forehead. To be fair, the Surskit was angry at the Heracross for disturbing her sleep. It was a pleasant day until the Heracross was making a scene by her tree. Nevertheless, now the water strider was even angry at the dark type trying to be a hero. Shaking her head, Mania channeled her wicked thoughts into a sphere of energy, while yapping about how the Heracross had the mercy of Tyler and the Surskit needed to suffer some pain. The sphere grew larger, and then when the Zorua was readied, she fired at the bug type for an explosion. Boom! Well, the Surskit was not defeated so soon, as the Surskit just skillfully dodged a fraction of the explosion, good enough for the bug type to go for another round.

The first round had been a disaster for Mania who was not anticipating Surskit to launch such a powerful attack. Sure it had been a lucky critical hit but even then it still allowed the bug to match her power. Tyler was indifferent to the results as both Pokemon were giving it their all and it would likely help Mania grow faster if she fought something tough like this. " So Mania I see this bug is a bit stronger than usual however I am sure you will find a way to put it into submission before it can give you too much trouble as it would be an embarrassment to lose to such a disgusting creature." He said as Mania focused on her target angry that the bug had gotten her all wet and somehow outpaced her in the process.
" I will make sure you are nothing more than a crimson stain on the ground when I get through with you for soaking me like this. I sure as hell hope you were trying to sign your own death warrant for if you were trying to do so your blood will make a fine signature, while if you were not trying to sign it you sure as hell did anyways. I am going to enjoy taking my time to turn you into a puddle." Mania could sense the bug had been shaken a bit by here Snarl as few Pokemon could face such a horrifying sound without losing a ton of nerve. Willing to take her time now as the bug would likely not give in even if she gave the next attack her all Mania just wanted to make the bug suffer this next round to such a point that death would be a welcomed escape from the pain.
Tyler calmly waited for Mania to cool down a moment as he knew her thoughts were getting to her and he did not want her losing control and getting herself killed with how badly his plans called for her to be alive. " My dear I suggest you keep your head against this pest. Team Rocket may not show mercy but we cannot afford to do anything stupid this early in our careers either. I want this bug to pay for getting you all wet as well but do not let revenge get the best of your thoughts. Use Snarl again on this pest to relieve some of your anger." He said hoping Mania would take his advice and not do anything stupid.

The Surskit had done many things wrong on this day, when it should've just stayed gliding around on a pond surface somewhere instead. It would've been much safer than staying in the proximity of this trainer and his insane Pokemon. Since cornering the young Heracross, it had been found by Tyler and Mania, ultimately having it's fate written. If it had any sense, the wild Pokemon should've ran away but instead, it stood up against the dark Zorua. It was about to find out that this choice was the wrong one. It's previous attack had landed a great deal of damage against the snarling Pokemon and that only fueled her fire to attack back even fiercer than before.
Sensing this, the Surskit gave a nervous shiver but still continued to attack. As if it hadn't learnt it's place already. Maybe even thinking it could finish her off with a speedy hit, the Surskit made a mad dash toward the Zorua, striking Mania right in the chest. But the Surskit had a tiny body and with the help of the Eviolite she held, as well as her previous attack lowering the Surskit's own, the move was completely pointless. Mania's eyes practically glowing with hate, the Zorua parted her jaw and let rip a vicious snarl, raising a paw and striking the Surskit with unleashed claws. It's body tumbling to one side, the Surskit flopped lifelessly on the ground. It was still alive but needed a good rest after that scary battle. Atleast now Tyler could claim that baby Heracross.

As Mania let loose another Snarl nearly killing Surskit she began to feel her powers increase a considerable amount. Her figure began to take on a blurry appearance and she began running around with her newly learned Feint Attack. She was already a sneaky fox but this move added a whole new level to her sneakiness. " Hehehe I can feel it. My powers are growing an an amazing rate. Now that I have mastered Feint Attack I will be able to attack my foes with even less mercy than before. That combined with my Snarl is going to be one hell of a combination. I am still not even close to the full extent of my power but this is a fantastic start." She said as Tyler cracked a small smile. She may be crazy by Mania was one hell of a fighter and her optimism was always something he looked forward to seeing.
While she celebrated her victory over the Surskit she could sense Marchbaby was slowly getting closer to their position and so was yet another sorry Pokemon.{color=crimson] " Your brother is slowly getting his sorry hide over here. He is taking his grand old time like usual but I do believe it is because he fears me and you. On the other hand there is a Hoppip heading our way. It must of heard my Snarl and is coming to investigate. I think we should give it a right proper greeting if you know what I mean. After all we would not want to be a bad host to a poor lost soul looking to end it's physical existence."[/color] Tyler could not agree more and Hoppip would make a great foe for Mania to practice her new move on as they were not very strong. " My dear you are right, We should show our guest some courtesy. I do believe this will be a great way to test out your new move in battle."
Mania nodded and waited for Hoppip to be blown closer by a gust of wind. As soon as the unfortunate Pokemon landed in front of them Mania started to chuckle. She was not in a good mood after getting soaked by Surskit in the last battle and she was not looking forward to holding back at all. " Alright Mania show this worthless plant how real Pokemon fight. Use Feint Attack." Mania was quick to respond to the order.{color=crimson] " Gladly, Alright you little weed it is time to cut you shorter than a fresh cut lawn."[/color]

The Hoppip had indeed been drawn closer by the sound of the Snarl attack but that was not the only reason. It was a leader of a large school of Hoppip which had been floating behind it and if there was an obstacle in their path, then it was the leader's job to atleast act as a distraction. The much younger Hoppip gripping hold of branches and bushes to keep themselves still, they tried their very best to remain hidden as the lone Hoppip made itself known to the nearby trainer. Completely unaware that Mania had the ability to pick up on the scent of Pokemon and pinpoint their location. Still, she could atleast play along by making the wild Hoppip think she didn't know about the others. Then, when this one was taken care of, she would force it to watch as she took out the rest of it's kind. There was nothing better than forcing weak, helpless Pokemon to watch destruction unfold in front of them.
The wild Hoppip itself understood human language and instantly puffed up in an angry defense at Tyler's words. It had done right by hiding the rest of the Hoppip, this wasn't a nice human! Looking down to the dark fox, who was likely just as evil, the Hoppip was surprised when she started to approach it in a carefree. Not showing any signs of aggression, the Hoppip was suspicious and rightly so, as this was all part of her attack. With a flick of her tail, Mania tried to lure the Hoppip lower so it was easier for her to reach and by no surprise, the Hoppip was foolish enough to do it. Thinking Mania was going to whisper a secret or something, the simpleton of a Pokemon was soon to pay the price. Her pupils narrowing to a fierce look, her smooth snout crinkled into a hiss as she lifted a paw and landed a dark, blunt hit directly into the body of the Hoppip.
As it was light enough as it was, the weed tumbled back through the air, bouncing from the ground before smashing into a tree. Pulling a look of determination, the Hoppip knew that the others wouldn't be able to survive attacks from this one and thus, conjured up a plan. Using it's powers, the Hoppip was able to control the very wind around it. The trees moving from a gentle breeze to a manic rustle, all of a sudden the Hoppip let out a scream and tens of small Hoppip came out of the wilderness, flying on the glittering wind! Shooting straight at and past Tyler, one hit Mania square in the face, whilst another clipped the shoulder of Tyler himself. Then, when the array of Hoppip's were over, the final one flicked the leaves atop it's head, striking Mania with a gust of pure fairy power!
