Astrid paused at the Fountain to look around for her granddaughters. It didn't seem like they were here today though and she sighed disappointed. She had really hoped. She sat down in a bench beside the wateredge and noticed a coin laying on the edge. She gave it a little push, so it fell into the water, then she leaned back to rest her legs and think of what to do instead.

Letting out a trail of smoke from his mouth, Tobias indulged in his cigarette as he surmised what his next best action would be to do for the day. As he did, Prometheus let out a snicker at him being distracted and flipped in a coin.

"No, Terry, you do not have my permission to gamble. And give those back right now!" A Squirtle waddled across the shiny floor of the casino, the jingle of coins clinking against each other could be heard from his cupped hands. A flustered, brown-haired girl was a couple meters behind him, trying her best not to break out into a full-on sprint after her Pokemon. Terry was running toward the tables and games, but before he could, he spotted the sparkling fountain in the foyer. He watched a several people and Pokemon chuck their tokens into the water and made up his mind. Turning his direction of travel slightly, he scrambled toward the fountain. He was almost there before he felt something at his sides, and suddenly, he was about a couple feet off the ground. ”Gotcha!” Yelling in protest, Terry struggled to slide out of Grace’s hold and accidentally let the change in his hands clatter to the ground. She finally let him down, and the Squirtle scowled up at his trainer. Ignoring anyone would might be spectating this, Grace gathered up her coins and pocketed them promptly, shooting her charge a disapproving look herself. The Squirtle sheepishly held out a single coin that he managed to snatch up and pointed eagerly at the fountain. ”Fine, you can use that coin for the fountain. But nothing else, okay? You’re a little too young to gamble, I think,” she said. Terry smiled and raced for the giant fountain. He scampered onto the ledge and peering into the liquid, dropped his token in. Satisfied, he ran back to his trainer.

The golden-haired beauty trainer strutted confidently through the crowd with her newly evolved Sylveon prancing along her side. A few giggles escaped from Aphrodite's rosy-pink lips as trainers and their Pokemon awed her Pokemon's bewitching beauty. Of course, the trainers and the Pokemon were probably also admiring her pure beauty, too. Running her fingers through her flowing hair, she would then reach into her designer purse to pull out a golden coin and flip it into the running fountain.

Kaitlyn walked over to the fountain with a yawn. She was incredibly tired, and her arms hurt. Throwing a coin in, the girl walked away, hoping for the best.

Rane entered the casino, finding the usual bustle of people and Pokemon around the area. She looked into the depths of the fountain to see piles of coins covering the entire bottom. It seems word has gotten out that the luck from giving a coin up to the fountain was spreading. Given the success last time, the Trainer decided to give it a try again. She fished a coin from her bag and tossed it in.

Sam tosses in a coin because the mastermind behind Sam's post is too busy modding at the moment and really doesn't want to expend too much energy. Her hand grabbed the coin and she flicked it into the water about as carelessly as the mastermind behind Sam wrote up the post, but she's neglected this for weeks and Tyger really needs to get her crap together. (OOC: Trololol.)

A cigarette dangling from her lip, the mysterious brunette approached the fountain and readied a single coin from her coin case. Flicking it into the water's surface, she pondered if luck would be on her side and something nice would fall onto her lap.

Ooc: Just rping out how March got Zorua. No need to read this unless you want to for fun. I think this is the longest post I have ever done. Finally having saved up 30 Reward Tokens Marchbaby could finally claim the prize he was after. He had been eying Zorua for a very long time and he was very excited. As he handed the clerk the tokens and was handed a Pokeball he opened it to get a look at his new prize. As the young Zorua laid eyes on his she was quick to growl and bare her fangs in anger. Having been taken from her home by the very humans she despised she had already gained a hatred of March as soon as she laid eyes on him seeing him as a threat that should be taken care of posthaste. The only thing she hated more than people were other Pokemon and as she saw Blubber standing next to him she grew even angrier. Using telepathy she began to clearly speak her opinion on the matter. " As if your kind kidnapping me was not bad enough now I am owned by a kid. I truly hope you know what you are dealing with by being the unlucky fool to have received me as your prize. Oh boy just you wait I will have my revenge on you and the rest of your kind along with any Pokemon that dares to get in my way. You shall rule the day your kind thought I would accept being a slave to anyone."Marchbaby was rather surprised that another Pokemon could understand and speak English in some way and if the little Zorua was anywhere near as strong willed as she claimed Atropos might have some competition. Speaking of which the ghost had heard the Zorua's speech and was pretty impressed by her spunk. She came out of her Pokeball unable to avoid adding to the mess. " I like this little one. She has quite a lot of bravery for such a young thing. She would make an excellent assistant." Zorua did not take very kindly to the thought of working under another Pokemon and was very quick to refuse the offer. " You must have a few screws loose if you think I would ever serve under anyone. I serve me, myself, and I and that is it and last time I checked you were not any of those so get lose you old hag."Not quite used to having anyone talk back to her in such a way Atropos was in complete shock that Zorua had so blatantly refused her offer. Machbaby just face palmed as his troubles had now doubled with two mean girls instead of only one. Atropos could at least be handled by Kamikaze however Zorua did not seem to fear anything and as the weasel demon came out of her Pokeball to chase Atropos back into hers Zorua stood her ground unafraid of her. As Much as Marchbaby hated to admit it this Zorua was quite determined to have her way and as he was not one to punish Pokemon no matter how much they acted up he did not have a clue how he was going to handle her. " I came here for one other reason and that is to try my luck at the fountain again and I will find a way to handle you later Zorua. For now be a good girl and do not cause a scene." Zorua had other plans and as soon as he finished speaking she tore into him. " First off if you ever refer to me as girl again I will make sure that death is the last thing you will ever worry about. Second my name is Mania and if you refer to me as anything else you had better pray I cannot get a hold of you. By your laws you may own me but I do not go by your laws. Even my family could not control me and I seriously doubt a weakling like yourself can either." Marchbaby just gasped in total amazement that Mania could have such a mouth. Desperate to avoid any more of a scene he tossed a coin into the fountain and then grabbed the young Zorua taking great care to hold her in a way that she could not bite him. Mania was to say the least furious that she was being taken against her will however she was too weak for the time being to force Marchbaby to let her go. " Oh just you wait for the day I evolve and tear you limb from limb for this. No one picks me up without my say so and I shall not forget this. Mark my words you will never live another day without fearing my vengeance." Marchbaby had enough at this point. He calmly tried to explain to her that she would see that having a trainer was not such a bad thing. " You might not like me now but after some time passes I am sure we will be able to get along." He said as he left the casino with Mania still trying to break free of his arms.

(I like your post March, that is one angry zorua! XD) It was a bit early in the day and most of the game corner was quiet. Astrid was slowly walking throught the hall with the fountain as she enjoyed the peace. It was the good of two worlds, the peace and quiet as she knew it from her home, and the excitement and new input of being somewhere new. There were a few around and she stepped aside as a young man came going with a black and furious fox-thing in his hands. She sent him an encouraging smile and looked after them as they left the area. The black pokemon didn't look so dangerous so she was sure he could handle it. Astrid continued to a bench beside the fountain and pulled her trolley bag closer. "Come out my dear, there is nothing dangerous around here." She said warmly and shook the flap a bit. A moment went and then a small joltik crawled halfway out to look around, before it crawled to sit on top of the trolley. "See? It isn't so bad out here, isn't it?" She said conversationally and the joltik looked briefly at her before it returned to take in its surrounding. It had lived with her in her house for a couple of years and Astrid had more or less taken care of it. She guessed it had entered her house shortly after it had hatched and it had little experience with what was outside her house and small garden. Since she couldn't leave it home alone, it would surely end up starving or being forced to leave the place on its own, she had to take it with her, but she needed to make it familiar with what it could encounter. That was why she had taken it to this place at this hour of the day. "Look at this." Astrid said, and the joltik looked curious at her as she found a little round item and let it plop into the water beside them.

Justice walked up to the fountain once again, she had been happy to learn the rumors where true! She was starting to think this fountain was magic! It was so great places like this where real. Made life a little more fun and something to look forward to. So with coin in hand Justice closed her eyes and she made a wish. She then opened her eyes and tossed the coin into the water. She watched as the coin sunk to the bottom. Oliver, Justice's Bunnelby was also looking into the waters looking at all the shiny coins. The little bunny pokemon then tried to reach in to take a shiny but was scooped up by Justice who laughed softly. " Sorry Oliver but you can have those..Come on lets go." Justice said as she walked away and poor little Oliver kept reaching out to the fountain with a longing look in his eyes as his trainer walked away with him. Justice gave a sigh, " I will buy you something shiny ok?" She said with a smile. Oliver then stopped reaching and nodded he was going to hold her to that promise..

Having taken a rather extended vacation in the nearby hotel, Karin couldn't find a reason to NOT stop by the fountain on her way out. Picking through the pocket she kept the coins in, Karin selected one that she felt was lucky before tossing it into the waters.

It's been a while since Alex toss a coin into the fountain. This time, he did it with his Meowth, who casually tossed the coin into fountain, reluctantly. The Meowth was still a cat and like shiny things.
