After a series of delays preventing Marchbaby from visiting the fountain again he finally had another chance to try his luck again. He was more than happy to finally be able to give his luck another go after his absence the last few weeks and he was eager to see how his luck had held up. As he grabbed a coin from his backpack he tossed it into the water and began to hope for good luck as he waited to see what would happen next.

Rane took a coin from her bag and flicked it into the stilled waters, creating a disturbance on the surface as the ripples revealed more shiny coins at the bottom of the fountain

Dreams do come true, it was time to make her choice in order to go forward and she needed a little guidence from Lady Luck. "Should I fight or do I need to train just a bit more?" She let the coin drop hearing the splash as it hit the Water.

Darek shovered slightly as he paced by the fountain. He felt cold even though he was wearing his vest. He was used to the cold, he spent his life in the snowiest areas you could picture. But even in the tepid air of this place he felt chilled. Grimacing, he pressed the back of his hand to his forehead. He knew it. He just knew it. A fantastic start this was. He had a fever. Not to mention . . . Not to . . . "Achoo!" Gods he felt horrible. Sitting on the short stone wall of the fountain, he shivered miserably. He couldn't really stop if he wanted to. It was the rain. It had to be. He needed to get himself a good cloak. Sighing, Darek glanced at the fountain, bright green eyes reflecting back at him. Here is to good luck. I sure need some. Reaching his hand over the water, he dropped a single coin, watching it sink to the bottom and join the many others before it.

Astrid sat at a Café and enjoyed her coffee as she watched people walk by. As the waiter came with the bill she found her purse to pay the man. "Ehm, I'm sorry Ma'am, but this won't work," the waiter said apologizing and looked slightly nervous at her. "What? What are you talking about?" Astrid protested and looked closer at what she had given him. "Oh! It's a casino coin!" She exclaimed and laughed at her own mistake. "Looks I soon will need glasses. Here you go son," She said to the clearly releived waiter as she gave him the correct payment. Cyan nudged her leg and looked eargerly at the coin in Astrid's hands. She smiled warmly to him. "Here Cyan, go throw that in the foundtain my dear." She said as she gave him the coin and looked after him as he disappeared into the growd of humans. It was good he had started to trust her enough to dare leave her for shorter amounts of time.

Cyan jumped eagerly ahead and waited inpatiently for Placido to catch up with him. The whismur had a coin in his hands though he did not know what to use it for, nor why Cyan was so excited about it. "Here! Throw it down here to all the others!" He said and pointed down into the fountains water, which the whismur did with a raised eyebrow. "The best time of the day! Plumping a coin down to countless of others, which gives so much sense!" Placido said sarcastically with a grin. "Yeah! Isn't it exciting! Come let's get back before they go!" Cyan said and hurried back with a headshaking Placido in his heels.

Aphrodite moved slowly through the crowd yet again.. It had been a couple of weeks since she had last visited the Casino Fountain. Once she finally made her way through the crowd, she swiftly retrieved a shiny coin and tossed it over to her new evolved Lopunny. She closed her eyes for a few seconds to make a quick wish before nodding her head at her Pokemon. The Lopunny let out a girlish giggle befored using her mighty and elongated legs to bounce high into the air to perform a gorgeous aerial stunt before using her powerful hind legs to kick the shiny coin into the fountain of running water.

Darek sat on the edge of the fountain, his gaze distant and wistful as he leaned his arms on his knees. Pretending to be at least slightly nicer, Felix strolled across the rim of the fountain, his green eyes dismissively glancing at the water, a shining coin in his claws. Did people really give money for something as pointless as luck? Luck made no difference. If he was stronger then he would win. That was all that mattered to Felix. Snorting, he tossed the coin away. It clattered against the ground and bounced into the water, sinking with a small splash. Luck was for fools.
