Rattata trotted uninterested after Cyan as the mudkip showed him around in the Casino. "Why are you doing that?" He asked when the mudkip let a coin dump into the water. "It is for good luck, the humans do it all the time," Cyan said cheerfully. He still felt guilty for what had happened and tried with all his might (which wasn't much) to make it good again for the rattata. "hmpf," Rattata said uninterested and walked on, "when do we eat?" He asked over his shoulder to a crestfallen Cyan.

Joey strolled up to the fountain casually and with a deep dig of his pocket, found a coin. Dusting it off thoughtfully as he looked at the impressive display, he eventually took aim and tossed it in with an agile flip of his thumb.

The coin made a satisfying plop as it descended into the water making the smallest splash ripple barely above the flow from the decorative streams shooting up.

Alfred came flying in over the Casino Fountain and enjoyed being able to take a good look around, while ignoring the humans below him who pointed and talked excited with each other. There were certain perks of being captured, that was for sure, and going exploring without having to fear getting hunted down was one of them. He looked curious at all the pretty coins that lay glimting down in the water and saw how people threw others in, a few looking longingly up at him first. He shook his head when he noticed how messed up the coins were laying, but he guessed it was because the humans didn't have his advantage of seing it all from above. He couldn't do much to change the way they already lay down there, the water was too deep, but he could help them fill some of the holes that destroyed the overall picture of the work of art they were attempting to make. He flew back to Astrid and chirped politely and pointed towards the fountain. She looked surprised at him and said something about that it was all superstitions this way of getting luck, but she gave him a coin anyway. He bowed to her as thanks and spent a considerably amount of time, before he decided where he could best place the coin.

After losing the lottery, Ray needed some glimmer of hope to cheer him up. He returned to the fountain and tossed a coin in and wished for a Blue Lantern ring. Her knew it wasn't gonna happen, but he needed something to dream about for the next few days.

The coins were just for the taking. Martin felt so confident in reacing his goal soon, that he saw no harm in losing a single one to the Fountain water. Thief wasn't around today.
