Joey strolled up to the fountain casually and with a deep dig of his pocket, found a coin. Dusting it off thoughtfully as he looked at the impressive display, he eventually took aim and tossed it in with an agile flip of his thumb.

Astrid followed the man from a couple of weeks ago with her eyes. He was doing the exact same thing again and she wondered why it was so. If it was a compulsive behavior, it would have to be at the same time and doing the exact same thing towards it and going away, wouldn't it? Astrid was retired from working with the police, not the doctors, so she wasn't exactly the right one to make diagnosis on others, but she couldn't help being a bit worried for him. A sound caught her attention and she saw a woman gathering up her dropped coins, getting help from a gentleman. It was nice to see others being polite and helpful. As they both had thrown in their coins and walked away, Astrid couldn't shake off the feeling that there had been something wrong with the incident. She frowned as she hadn't had this kind of paranoia, where she saw potential criminals everywheres ince she had retired, though she had had trouble with it sometimes if she had had bad cases. She threw in a coin with the wish she wouldn't be bothered by that again and did her best to forget it. There hadn't been anything suspicious in the situation.

Marshall sighed as he came to the grim realisation that he'd let an entire weekend go by without praying to the magical Casino Fountain. Pulling out a coin, he threw it in and watched it sink before leaving.

Nearly forgetting, Damien hustled into the foyer of the casino hall where the fountain sat. A spare coin was pulled from his pocket then he flipped it into the water.

Why Martin still hung around the Casino was hard to explain. He had already gathered his needed ressources, yet waited with aquiring his prize. He lingered and visited just like nothing had changed. The place had sort of grown on him, and it was still a good place to study people, faces, and interactions. And maybe, some time in the future, he would have coins in such plentiful he could splurge on a gift to himself. So far it had been purely business. Martin eyed the Fountain, rubbed a coin with his thumb, and slipped it down in the water.

Lin strolled up to the fountain, a lot on her mind. Gazing over the crystal blue water, she let a coin slip from her fingers into the water before walking away.
