It was that time of week again, and Dorthea had turned up at the Fountain to enjoy the dance of water and pay her due. Though she now had a prize to aim for and therefore a lot of coins to collect, she had planned to only go to the game halls once a week. She did have a lot of other things she wanted to do too. "For another good haul." She told the waters, and dropped in a coin, quite unceremonious. Then she smiled wide and jumped towards the halls.

Aglaia was looking meekly at the fountain. She had finished the story she had been reading last week and it hadn't ended like she had hoped. The coin had definitely not helped him though hopefully it had still helped Dorthea, but he was also only fictional, luck probably didn't work for imaginary people. Aglaia sighed as she had been a bit down moody since she had finished the story, she had really hoped it had continued, it had been so interesting to read and it had made her think about how things worked. She smiled wryly as this was not usually her. She rarely read fictions so focused she had always been on getting her own shop and prepare for that. She usually saw it as a time waste and boring as the stories couldn't catch her interest for very long, and this story was even about a thief! Usually that itself would have made her throw out the story, to never touch it again, but she had stayed even though the story started with him stealing clothes from a clothesline! She had really become fond of him and she wondered if her own pokemon were just as different and clever as the ones described in the story? Beside Wystan, who seemed like the smartest one of her team, she doubted it though. "Well, then there is only myself to wish any luck." Aglaia mumbled as she picked up a single coin. She played with it before she let it slip into the water, settling between the pile which was building up down there. "I wish I will have good luck with my own pokemon and in learning all this awefully battling." She wished as she rose and slwoly walked back into the Game Corner itself to continue playing.

It was another week and Marchbaby was ready to pay the casino another visit. He may not have been very lucky at the games there back when he tried his luck but to make up for it he had plenty of luck at the fountain. He was smart this time in the fact that he had placed Luna in a Pokeball before he entered so he would be able to prevent her from getting scared. He planned to try and help her overcome her fears one day but for now the Pokeball was a temporary solution as much as he hated putting he in it. As Marchbaby walked into the casino the sounds of the rippling fountain was like music to his ears. Unlike the rest of the offerings the casino had the fountain was well worth it with how much he wanted to lighten the load. With the coins he had there was no prize up for grabs at the prize counter he wanted anyway so he could come back to the fountain every week without feeling guilty about using a coin. Not willing to waste time standing around he threw a coin in the water as he hoped for the best.

Sharada knew she was forgetting something, she just couldn't quite put her finger on what. After completely a lengthy mission and reporting to her superiors, she had decided to spend a bit of time in the casino, wasting away some stolen Game Coins when she remembered. Not that it was possible to forget, considering it was a massive water feature in the middle of the building. Approaching the very large fountain with a bit of a delay, she flicked a lone coin in, hoping that her late arrival wouldn't dwindle her chances of getting lucky.

Another week, another coin down the drain. Her Pokemon, all four of them, nudged her towards the fountain. "Seriously, two of you are fire types, you should hate water!" she growled as she was shoved up against the edge of the fountain by the horse's flank. Reaching into her pocket, she tossed in a Coin to appease them. "Can I go now!?"

Aphrodite strutted confidently towards the majestic fountain. The last time she had managed to visit the mysterious fountain, the golden-haired beauty found an odd ticket of some sort. Therefore, she was a little more than excited to try her luck again. Taking a shiny coin from her purse, she gently tossed it into the running fountain, waiting for something magically to take place in front of her. Meanwhile, her cute little Emolga stared in awe at the small ripples being formed in the center of the fountain.

Kaitlyn grinned as she once again walked up to the fountain. This time, she had Draco and Blazer out and the two lizards were happily chatting behind her. As she took a small coin out of her pocket, she gave it a small kiss and threw it in the fountain, hoping for something nice. She turned and walked off after a moment, her two starter pokemon walking behind her. Kaitlyn recieved a Pokeball!  (Updated) |

Yawning bitterly, Tobias let the cigarette in his mouth droop as if to reflect his tired demeanour. He had been roped into an all nighter back at the Rocket headquarters and was certainly not feeling it right now. Roughing his finger through his hair, Prometheus used his distracted temperance to through yet another coin in.

Dorthea huffed and puffed as she entered the gaming halls. She had almost forgotten! It was today she was taking time out to play a little. Now she only had half the time she usually did. How annoying. Dorthea ran past the Fountain and dropped a coin into the water on the way. She was a little sorry she didn't say her thanks and wishes this time, but she had to make the best of the time she had.

Aglaia came staggering out from the Game Corner. Not that she had managed to play much as she had slept really badly the last few nights. she had really tried to play, but hadn't been able to do much else than stare blankly at the dices in front of her. In the end the Dealer got annoyed by the tired girl, whom he wouldn't get anything from, and after several hints, more or less ordered her to go home and sleep! She paused in the Lobby area and looked around blankly as her slow brain tried to work out why there were so quiet. It was later than she had thought. After several moments, she slowly walked to the Fountain, threw in a single coin and went home to sleep.

With Cinnamon the Chikorita riding on his shoulder Marchbay entered the casino for another go at the fountain. Cinnamon had never been in a crowded place before but she did not really seem to mind it anywhere near as much as Luna. The young Chikorita just smiled as Marchay approached the fountain with a coin in his hand. Since they were not of any other use to him at the moment this fountain had been the best thing he could have hoped for. As the coin left his hand Marchbaby watched the coin enter the water hoping for yet another streak of good luck.

Dusty and Alissa were seemingly having a conversation. She had learned to read the moths movements as words and this one lead her back to the fountain here. Looking up at it, Dusty came into view, seemingly wanting something. Digging in her bag, Alissa pulls out a coin handing it to Dusty. "There. I bet you were jealous of Igni." Dusty makes some exaggerated movements and finally deops the coin into the fountain. "You happy now?" Dusty seemingly clings to her back.

Just about to set out towards the lab, Karin stops at the game corner fountain. She had been told that this was just a tourist trap, but didn't feel herself beyond at least TRYING to make a wish or a prayer. She quickly peeked around to make sure that nobody was looking before tossing the lone token in. She bowed twice, followed by clapping her hands and closing her eyes. "Please help guide me to cute Pokemon that let me hold them." She says before bowing again and stepping back. She felt silly, treating a fountain like some sort of shrine, but it was pretty much all she had at the moment.
Karin got nothing... Try again next week!

Soft footsteps could be hard tapping against the concrete ground as a lovely blonde female trainer with long, flowing hair and brightly colored amber eyes made her way towards the special fountain. Standing in front of the fountain, she would reach into her designer purse to pull out a shiny coin. Closing her eyes, she would make a quick wish before tossing the golden coin into the majestic fountain, hoping to get a nice reward from it.

Taka dashed to the fountain, a shiny coin clutched in-hand, and tossed it in, watching the water to see what he'd receive. His fellow Pokemon hurried after him, calling complaints that he'd tossed it in before they got there.
