The battle between the two birds were finally going somewhere, as the Pidgey finally could physically attack the opponent with ease. Seeing how the Taillow's accuracy had gone down, this meant that there's less chance for Kaze to take a hit, and more chance for the Pidgey to land some damage. The Pidgey was ready now to size up on the blue feathered bird.
As the brown bird tried to get close, the blue bird was a bit speedier and more experienced in aerial battle. Even though it got sand in its eyes, the bird knew how to fly enough that even sand couldn't stop it from flying gracefully. Taillow cawed to taunt the Pidgey, and then maneuvered itself in the air, inching closer to try for another Peck attack on the Pidgey. Flying with full force, it was just hoping for the best that it would land a hit, but unfortunately, luck wasn't on the Taillow's side today. It missed again!!
With eagerness and excitement, Kaze chirped to Yuki's command, and then flew quickly toward the Taillow with his full force. In a blink of an eye, or two blinks, Taillow was slammed by the weight of Pidgey, tossing it in the air for a bit. It let out a squawk as the Pidgey was hitting it kinda hard and fast.
