As soon as the Corsola had spotted Leviya moving in to attack, the large Gyarados had done more than intimidate her opponent. Absolutely terrified, the cute coral Pokemon remained frozen on the spot, as the large jaws of the water leviathan tightened around it's rock hard body. Fangs strong enough to pierce it's outer shell, the wild Pokemon wobbled hesitantly on the spot, too scared to even defend itself. Only for Catherine, she was on the side lines cheering on her own Pokemon. "That's it, Leviya! Put the pressure down on that Corsola!" Clapping her hands happily in front of her, the girl was merely happy enough with being able to battle alongside her newest addition. Gyarados were known to be temperamental and hard to control but with how spontaneous Catherine could be, it was no wonder that Leviya found it easier to just go along with the girl's commands. She got to battle, after all.
Having not yet realised just how scared the poor wild Pokemon was, Atlas and the others seemed to notice and wearily looked at one another. Catherine was over excited with the evolution of the Magikarp and Leviya was overly eager to test her strength, both not fully realising just how scary they were coming across as. Juris looked on with a blank stare, raising his feelers and shaking his head from side to side, implying that he wasn't going to get involved. The stare between Atlas and Kiki lingering as the two decided which one would dare to interfere, of course, the responsibility fell onto the grass monkey. Rubbing the back of his head, the Simisage sighed and waited for the right moment to interrupt the battle.
All of a sudden, Catherine's voice called out. It seemed as though she still hadn't picked up on the distress of the wild Pokemon and was continuing on with her assault. "Corsola have hard bodies, so to be safe, go in for another Bite attack!" Pointing her finger forward dramatically, the blue scaled beast let out a tremendous roar in agreement. Coiling the front of her body against the grass whilst keeping her rear half in the water, Leviya snapped forward to try and land a strike on the Corsola yet again.

With another Bite on its way, the wild Corsola could just wince and hoped that its body won't die a horrific death. Thankfully, the Gyarados's mighty jaws were still not powerful enough to crush its coral-like body. The swimming dragon could not compare to the Corsola's stony body. Ah, another wonders of the sea! Anyways, the Corsola sighed a breath of relief with a phew, and then began glowing the coral on its back to launch its attack. As its back was glowing, some of the large rocks nearby began floating as well, and then when the pink Pokemon was ready, they were flying at high speed toward the Gyarados. There was no space for that large Pokemon to dodge! One, two, three, four, AND five! The rocks flew and hit and slammed the water giant in a matter of few seconds, and that would be the power of some ancient coral coursing through the Corsola's body. The previously scared Corsola made a cute and happy face, that it was finally able to attack the fierce opponent back! Yippity! The water and rock type wobbled in a more happy feet-tapping way than the terrified look earlier. Take that, you big snake!

Leviya was certainly pulling her weight, as with another fearsome lunge, her fangs found themselves wrapped around the body of the Corsola once again. Luckily for the pink water Pokemon, it's hard body was enough to protect it primarily but it couldn't deny that it had received a fair bit of damage itself. Smiling, Catherine punched an arm energetically up into the air, "Keep it up, Leviya!" Cheering on her partner, Atlas had become much more cautious. He had noticed the nervous posture of the Corsola but this time, it looked slightly different. The spikes of coral across it's back had begun to glow and that motion alone was enough to draw in the curiosity of Catherine. "Ooh! The Corsola is gonna attack!" Turning her head to face the Gyarados, the aspiring nurse held a hand by her mouth, "Heads up, Leviya!" The sea serpent bracing herself, even an early warning wasn't enough to prepare her for what was coming.
With incredible powers at it's disposal, the Corsola used Ancient Power to lift rocks from the very sea and throw them directly at the Gyarados. Too large to dodge the oncoming attack, Leviya roared as the rocks pierced through her scales and struck her body. "EEE-EEEEKK!" Shrieking as the rocks struck the waters surface and created several large waves and splashes, Catherine made a mad dash inland, both her and her Pokemon narrowly missing becoming drenched. "Th-that is a surprise!" Panting from the sudden sprint, her eyes stared longingly at the Corsola. Not only was it simply adorable with a super tough body but it had strong moves to boot! "Hehe! What a tough cookie!" Parting her lips as if ready to order another move, Catherine was forced to pause as Atlas suddenly jumped forward with a wave of his arms.
Feeling somewhat sorry for the Corsola, he had a feeling that it wouldn't last another attack. With his hand, he motioned to her backpack and bent his large fingers to represent a circle. Of course, knowing her Pokemon, Catherine knew instantly what her partner was trying to say. "You can't have a cookie now, Atlas! Wait a minute or two! Okay Leviya, let's--!! ATLAS!" Feeling the grass monkey suddenly begin to rummage around amongst her belongings, the monkey pulled a random ball out from her bag and handed it to her. Catherine's eyes immediately lighting up, "Aahh! I see!" Accepting the ball from Atlas, she nodded her head enthusiastically, "Alright! Let's give this a go! Corsola... Join us!" With a sudden throw, Catherine aimed the Lure Ball at Corsola, hoping the pretty coral would join their ever growing team.

Having remarked earlier at the start of the fight that Corsola were strong, it appeared that this far into the battle that Catherine's assumption had been correct. Not only were a whole school of the creatures able to support and act as foundations to the Hoenn town of Pacifidlog but they were remarkably sturdy battlers. They were able to utilise the combined elements of rock and water to lay waste to foes but also had the miraculous ability to recover from any injury and also ward off any blight that might afflict them. Given Catherine's aspirations as a nurse, there could be no doubt this Pokemon would be of some beneficial use to her if she were to understand the way in which Pokemon could be healed or eased from an affliction. Making clear her desire for the Pokemon to join their team and fuse together as kindred healers, a capture device was primed and launched. As Catherine chucked the Lure Ball forward, it soared through the air on its own with the additional power from the Pokemon being hooked boosting its speed as it finally found itself dabbing against the Corsola's sturdy body. Absorbing it in a red light, the Pokemon was covered from head to toe as it was digitised and scooped into the centre of the spherical capture device. Falling to the floor with a plonk, the capture was now under way. Rocking back and forth, it was processing the newly acquired Pokemon. Once... Twice... Thrice...

With a suggestive action or two from her Simisage, Catherine had thrown a specially designed Lure Ball forward, in hopes of capturing the hooked water type. It was pink, it was cute and it was strong, just how Catherine liked them! She by no means judged Pokemon on appearances but like everyone, she too had her own personal preferences. Watching on eagerly with baited breath, Leviya hung back in the water, her eyes also firmly fixated on the shaking Pokeball. If the Corsola were to pop back out, she would waste no time in coiling forward for another attack. The previous strike from the Corsola was a painful one at that and if she wasn't careful, the Gyarados would experience some intense pains or even faint. Not that the proud Gyarados would openly admit such a fear occurring. Luckily for her, no more rocks would be thrown in her general direction as the Lure Ball tinged in success.
"WOOH! We caught another Pokemon!" An energetic giggle pouring out of her mouth as she skipped happily toward the ball, it seemed Leviya was able to rest assured in that she wouldn't be attacked further and the other three breathed a sigh of relief, knowing that the Corsola wouldn't need to be faced with Leviya's terrifying fangs once more. The Corsola was in safe hands with Catherine, a little chaotic but safe, meaning that it was a win all around. "Such a cute Pokemon! There is nothing like Corsola back in my home town!" Placing the ball carefully into her front pouch, the aspiring nurse gave it a light pat before turning to her team and baring a wide grin. "I think today has been more than a success! How about we all head back to the city and heal up? I dunno about you guys but my stomach has been grumbling for a while!" Resting her hands on her waist, she received numerous cries in response and rather passionately punched a fist up, into the air. "Well then, let's cut this fishing trip short and head back!"
Checking over Leviya quickly, Catherine withdrew the leviathan along with both Juris and Kiki. But together with Atlas, the duo made a rather mad dash across the route which led back to the city, hoping to avoid any wild battles or trainer encounters. Soon enough, Catherine felt her feet touch the pavements of the city and with a sigh of relief from dodging danger, the two made their way to the local Pokemon Centre. Healing up her team and filling each of their stomachs with Pokechow, the aspiring nurse made one last decision, to end her day with a brief shopping trip. After her Lure Ball had been used, she realised that she had a low stock of Pokeballs in general, thus, visited the huge department store. Trying not to spend all of her money all at once, she topped herself up with some snazzy bits and bobs before making her way back to the Pokemon Centre to relax for the night. After all, tomorrow would be another fun filled day.
___________
Waking up bright and early, the following morning turned out to have much clearer weather than before. Overcast, the sky was cloudy but the sun shone brightly and as Catherine stepped out into the crisp air with Atlas by her side, she knew the day was going to be another good one. "Phew... That was a good sleep! Well, Atlas! I hope you are all ready to go because we are heading out again!" Nodding his head whilst yawning loudly, the grass monkey had clearly been abruptly awoken by his trainer but it didn't matter. As soon as an opponent reared their head, he would be wide awake in no time. "Maybe we'll do some fishing later. For now, let's search the tall grass! I wanna know what kind of Pokemon live around the outskirts of the city!" Hurrying on ahead, Atlas chased after his overly eager trainer and together, they began their exploration of Route 34.

If she was exploring the countryside to look for the type of Pokemon that lived there, she wouldn't be disappointed. At this time of year there was a concentrated swarm of Farfetch'd that flooded the area. This shift in balance meant that the current ecosystem of existing inhabitants was completely out of sync. Unaware of the turmoil the route was in thanks to the swarm ongoing, Catherine would be putting herself into harm's way. A flock of Pidgeotto which had been usurped from their usual perch in the trees has relocated to the area that Catherine was exploring. Stepping into their boundaries was just enough to push these now deeply territorial birds into a frenzy. Believing her to be in with the Farfetch'd conspiracy to overtake their lands, the group of Pidgeotto came flying out from the trees they were hidden in and let out a shrill battle cry. Their keen eyes locking directly onto Catherine, they made their presence known, all three of them, as they beat their wings. Disbanding their current formation, they appeared to split off in all other directions. The middle one assuming an upper direction in order to dive bomb from above whilst the other two fled to the sides before shifting back in a curved formation. Defending herself against the one Pokemon would have been tricky let alone three incredibly irate of these creatures. Before Catherine could truly react or the birds tear their beaks and talons at Catherine's fragile skin, a sudden squawk was heard off in the distance. Attentions turned to the source, a sudden brown blur was all that could be traced. Moments later a blinding flash zoned through horizontally that connected with all three of the aggressive Pokemon. Mere seconds later, the brown blur reappeared on the other end with a skidding noise betraying its location. Instead of an actual blur however the unknown being turned out to be a Farfetch'd which had intervened just at the right moment. Realigning its prized leek against its arm, it lowered it away and as it did, the three Pidgeotto it had intercepted appeared to let out a simultaneous cry as their bodies were battered with a delayed slash. Falling to the ground, the Pidgeotto were clearly no longer a threat and Catherine had been saved by the sudden appearance of this Pokemon. At least... She would have been saved had the Farfetch'd not realised whom he was saving. Expecting the innocent soul he had saved to be one of his kind, the Farfetch'd doubled backwards, dropping it leeks and ruffling its feathers as it noticed the being was a human. A human Pokemon trainer no less. The Farfetch'd had taken offence to the way the Pidgeotto had attacked its kind but if there was anything it wasn't too keen of in the same manner were Pokemon trainers. Usually out to catch its brethren and steal them away, the Farfetch'd hadn't quite realised its actions. Picking up the leek from the floor, it brandished it in a fighting stance as if now ready to take on Catherine. Encounter

Innocently doing what any other trainer would, Catherine had planned to explore the local route in order to train up some of her Pokemon. It was in the back of her mind for now but she had defeated two Gym Leaders so far. The third was in this exact city and if she wanted to stand a chance of moving on, defeating the idol to get a badge was the way forward for Catherine. "I wonder what Pokemon live in the grass here, Atlas! I am so excited!" Accompanied by the slender Simisage at her side, the grass monkey seemed less enthusiastic. He had rather enjoyed his previous fishing excursion and even if it was to put whatever he captured back, Atlas would've preferred to continue doing that. Still, he needed to keep a watchful eye on Catherine. Even with him there she would no doubt get in trouble but if he wasn't there to look out for her, then destruction would no doubt ensue.
Standing beneath a group of trees, Catherine raised her hand to shield the rising sun from her eyes, "Hrmmm... Left or right? Let's go-- This way!" Pointing an arm to the left to step more in land and away from the sparkling sight of the ocean, their route seemed clear of problems but what they didn't expect was to be targeted from the sky. Stalling as a group of Pidgeotto burst out from the tree line, Catherine froze on the spot. "Whats goin--?" The avians moving far too quickly around her for the young girl to even comprehend what was going on, even Atlas by her side was struggling to work out which Pidgeotto to intercept if it attempted to aim for his trainer. Again, it was almost impossible as the three seemed to be working in sync.
Gritting his teeth, Atlas wasn't sure if he was quick enough to protect Catherine or even strong enough to fend off three Pidgeotto. But a taste of luck was on their side as a mysterious rustle was followed by the birds crashing to a heap on the ground. Now standing in the middle of a circle of fainted bird Pokemon, Catherine lowered her raised arms and glanced around cautiously. "What was that all about?" Mumbling under her breath, her emerald green eyes then raised to catch sight of a very familiar Pokemon. "That's... A Farfetch'd!" Used to seeing them after helping Sylvester, it looked like this one had instantly regretted it's decision of helping a human as it looked to her in disgust. Catherine felt the opposite. "Thank you for your help, little Farfetch'd! That was super awesome!"
Noticing it's posture change into that of a fighting stance, Catherine's smile widened as she grabbed for a Pokeball of her own. "Yes! Let's test eachother's strengths!... Heehee, I love that you fight with a leek!" Having a small giggle to herself, Catherine threw her choice forward, that being Leviya the Gyarados. As her long body coiled up against the grass, the water dweller seemed able to fight on land aswell as her gaping maw roared with intimidation down at the avian. "Okay Leviya! Go in with a Bite attack!" Snorting, the Gyarados went in for the attack without any objections. Unlike the Corsola, this Farfetch'd looked somewhat edible.

The Farfetch'd squaked furious at Catherine's greeting, not falling for her kind expression. Even bullies like those birds could show off a 'good side' to hide their own treacherous behaviour. It had been right to stay cautious as her next action was to send out a huge creature, that towered Farfetch'd six times its own size. It almost fell over backwards just trying to see Leviya's head. However, Farfetch'd hadn't felled three Pidgeottos for nothing, and then it first had taken in the Gyarados, it propelled itself to the air with a fast flap of its wings, and shot straight at her with drawn leek. As it turned out, Leviya was faster than Farfetch'd, and she curled in the air, avoiding the first slash of the flying leek, and snapped after Farfetch'd tail feathers. She missed those, but in the next second the Farfetch'd turned midair and flew straight into her jaw. Leviya didn't fail to take advantage of the opportunity and bit down hard. She could have the Farfetch'd in her mouth, and could feel it scramble against gums and tongue. Then, suddenly, it stilled, and Leviya was let to believe it was free to swallow, but the next moment she felt a stab just above a particular sensitive tooth, the feeling intensifying by milliseconds. Leviya roared and spit out the bird, shaking her head furiously. The Farfetch'd fell to the ground soaked saliva and looking beat, but looking very smug. The Farfetch'd was certainly a cheeky looking Pokemon in Catherine's eyes. Despite her being grateful for the avians help, the brown bird suddenly turned on her and shrugged off all of her words of gratitude with a swish of it's leek. Not that she could understand just what the Pokemon was squawking about but even if she didn't want to admit it, the fighting stance of the Farfetch'd was hardly any different from when it had just tried to fend off the flock of Pidgeotto. She had no problem in battling wild Pokemon but this one had an expression which very clearly screamed that it didn't like her company. But again, those sort of types didn't bother the aspiring nurse in the slightest. She thought that overall the Farfetch'd looked cute and strong, so she was going to spend these next few moments in it's company, if the wild bird liked it or not. With both her giant Gyarados and Atlas by her side, Catherine was sure that she would come out on top. "Heehee. You sure are full of energy, Farfetch'd! We'll be sure to give you a memorable battle!" Before her words could even come to an end, the leek wielding avian had launching itself straight for Leviya, fearlessly. Somewhat intimidating, the Farfetch'd had tried to put these reactions to the back of it's mind for now and focusing on gaining victory over this beast. But with a stern chomp, the avian soon found itself trapped inside the giant maw of Leviya. Eyes widening upon seeing this, Catherine also intervened. "Wo-wo-woah! Hold on a sec, Levi! You can't EAT the poor thing! Spit it out! Spit it out!" Waving her arms around frantically, if the Farfetch'd hadn't of used it's poison jab attack, Leviya would've eventually spat it out to please her trainer. But instead, she was now suffering a great deal.
Spitting the duck back out onto the ground, Catherine had missed the smug look across the avians face and was instead drawn to Leviya. "Thats what you get for-- Huh?" Noticing a strange purple colour begin to form around the eyes of the Gyarados, Catherine could pick up instantly on what was wrong. She might of been simple but she continuously studied in order to pursue her dreams. "Poison?..." Her head immediately turning back to the Farfetch'd, if the avian was capable of such things then she needed to hurry this up. Remembering their recent shopping trip, Catherine pulled out a lone Ultraball and decided to try and capture the wild Pokemon. Throwing the ball forward without her usual warning, perhaps she was more focused on being worried about Leviya's current state.

With Leviya crippled by the Farfetch'd's surprise poison jab attack, the sea serpent was looking sickly. Thankfully, this battle hadn't been that long, and therefore the Gyarados can handle this battle a bit longer before being succumb to the effect of getting ill. The cynical Farfetch'd smirked cunningly, as if everything had been going well so far, even though it was fighting a human by surprise. Then, an Ultra Ball came from nowhere and wanted to capture it! In a flash of light, the Farfetch'd was warped into the capture device without having enough time to prepare for what would happen. The sphere shook to the left. Then again to the right. POP! So close! However, the Farfetch'd would not let itself to be captured like that! Shaking its leek furiously and tapping on the ground with its feet angrily, the Farfetch'd wasn't happy about the human's attempt to capture it! Tsk, Tsk! The Farfetch'd darted forward quickly with a strike, to which the giant Leviya effortlessly blocked the attack from harming Catherine. Phew, that was close on both side, eh?

In hopes on ending the battle in a quick and less painful way, for both Pokemon, Catherine had prepared a lone Ultra Ball and thrown it forward. The area falling into silence with an atmosphere so thick that it could be cut with a knife, the team awaited the results with wide eyes. Capturing Pokemon was something Catherine always found exciting. Finding and making new friends so that they could travel altogether and overcome a series of obstacles was the biggest part of her journey thus far that she simply loved. She had been in the region for a while and throughout that time, they had been through many trails and the bonds between both herself and her Pokemon had grown. Even with someone as new as Leviya, Catherine felt as if she had known each of her Pokemon all her life. They were truly her new family now.
"We've almost got this!" Catherine grinned with glee as the ball shook. But despite her thinking she had the Farfetch'd captured, it soon erupted back out. Much more angry than before, the leek wielding duck began to aim at strike directly at Catherine herself, for even thinking that she would be able to capture the wild Pokemon. Unfortunately for her, the strength and passion of the Farfetch'd greatly outweighed the durability of any type of Pokeball in her possession. Meaning that even if she tried again, it would be a failure. Unable to risk Leviya's health dropping too far due to her poison, Catherine wanted to try again despite the terrible odds but the Gyarados had other plans.
Protective of the eccentric but innocent girl, the large leviathan had swooped in just in the nick of time, to protect the young trainer from Farfetch'd's attack. Wincing as it slashed against her underbelly, the Gyarados towered above the duck and snorted angrily out of her nostrils. Noticing the offensive posture of Leviya, Catherine had pulled up another Ultra Ball and yelled, "W-Wait! Leviya!" But it was too late. Lunging in with a Bite attack, to the Gyarados, it didn't matter if the duck survived or not.

Even though the Farfetch'd was way smaller than the Gyarados, it's got the spirit and passion and strength of at least ten of Leviya. Despite Catherine's attempt to capture the avian, the feathered Pokemon resisted against the struggle to be captured, and fought hard against the human. After its retaliating strike, which ended up landing on the protective Leviya, the Farfetch'd wasn't expecting the Gyarados to acted out on her own without Catherine's order. With a couple seconds to spare to get away after hitting the giant so close, the Farfetch'd unfortunately could not get away, and fell victim to the Gyarados's powerful bite again, which sent the Pokemon passed out. Limping from tiredness of the battle, the defeated avian chirped its admit of defeat, and then flew away from the fray. With the Farfetch'd gone, the area was quiet once again, leaving basically only Leviya, Atlas, and Catherine alone. There were also definitely no group of Pidgeotto stalking Catherine for a revenge attack, at least not visibly.

With another bite attack, the Farfetch'd found itself fainting in the jaws of the Gyarados, with the irritable leviathan tossing it to one side once she had finished with the avian. Although the water type was pleased with her victory, the giant soon found herself flinching at the sight of a rather pouty Catherine stomping her way to the front of the Pokemon. "Levi! I didn't tell you to attack! That Farfetch'd wanted to be our friend! I am sure of it!" Turning on the spot in hopes of having one last chance to throw another ball, Catherine's jaw dropped in horror at the sight of the leek wielding avian scooping up it's vegetable weapon and fleeing into the distance. "Oooh! Ooh no, Farfetch'd! Don't run away!" Taking a few steps forward, Catherine waved her arms around desperately in the air as if to try and stop it but the duck was long gone before she knew it.
Placing her hands on her waist, she let out a sigh before turning back to her rather naughty Gyarados. Despite drooping her head sadly after Catherine's stern tone, the young girl herself managed a smile and very quickly pushed away this mishap. "It's okay, Leviya!" Catherine chirped to try and calm her Pokemon. Lifted a hand, she began to pat the underbelly of the coiled serpent. "You were only doing what you could. You wanted to protect me and Atlas, right? I think that is super brave of you!" As she continued to pet her Pokemon, a smile of some sort crept across the face of the Gyarados but a hint of pain remained in her expression. "Now... We should go back to the city and get you checked over properly. That Farfetch'd gotcha, didn't he? If we wanna get rid of the poison, we should see a nurse!"
With that, Catherine returned the Gyarados back into her Pokemon and alongside Atlas, the two made a very brief stop at the local Pokemon Centre. Getting the leviathan all healed up, both herself and her Simisage went back on the road. Stepping back into the very same route a few hours later, Catherine stepped through the tall grass in hopes of maybe seeing the same Farfetch'd again or simply finding more fun opponents to face.

With the Farfetch'd defeated and then her Gyarados healed up, Catherine and her trusty Simisage were ready to head back to the route again. Hoping to find some fun opponents or the Farfetch'd again, the nurse in training walked around the tall grasses again, perhaps the rustling of moving grass blades would grab someone's attention. Well, except it was quiet for perhaps ten minutes before someone did showed up. Where did everybody go? Where did all the Pokemon go? It was like there were almost nobody for Catherine to have a decently fun battle. Then, out of nowhere, a jolly man seemed to be playing tag with his Snubbull. "You can't catch me!" he shouted happily, while also looked sweaty and exhausted from running. They could be both playing a game and exercising, but who knows! With his head turned to his back looking at the Snubbull who was chasing after him, he would have bumped into Catherine had Atlas not gave a friendly loud cry to signal that someone was there. The man and the Snubbull stopped playing around, and greeted Catherine for a trainer battle. "Sweet! I am Brendan and this is my Snubbull. We were just starting to play tag a few minutes ago! Snubbull, we got ourselves a trainer! Maybe we can have a trainer battle then play with Raichu plush later?"

Not the type to become easily dejected, Catherine continued to explore the route, even if it was quiet for a fair bit of time. It was almost as if in the time she had gone back to heal her team, all the wild Pokemon and lurking trainers had upped and moved onto somewhere else. Atlas scratched at the back of his head, not even picking up on the gentle coos that flying types usually cried. Though in his favour, perhaps they would continue on with fishing. "Oooh! Ooh no! Where are all the pokey-Pokemon? There's gotta be someone around!" Remaining on the spot, she held her hand above her brow as her green eyes scanned the area for even the smallest sign of life. But what she hadn't noticed was something approaching from behind. His large ear twitching, the Simisage by her side turned rapidly, now face to face with a pink Snubbull.
Crying out at the sight of the large jawed pooch, he nudged Catherine to one side, who skipped safely away a couple of steps. "Huuuuh?" Turning, her eyes sat on the sight of the Pokemon but before she could truly fawn over the familiar sight, what seemed to be a trainer came tripping after it. Smiling warmly, Catherine was just happy that something other than grass was out here. "Hello! Are you a trainer too?!" Turning to face the man properly, Catherine stuck her tongue out playfully and pointed to herself. "My name is Catherine and this is my bestest buddy, Atlas!" Using a hand to present the Simisage by her side, the grass monkey coolly nodded his head with a fold of his arms. Leaning forward, Catherine's eyes widened energetically. "Yes! Let's have a battle! Heehee, Your Snubbull is so cute! I have one of my own, too." Momentarily pondering on how her oversized Sadaharu was doing, she shook her head and focused on the battle at hand.
Looking down at her Pokeballs, she chose the one Pokemon who had already had her own fair share of battles. But hey, their budding friendship was still growing and battling was the best way for both trainer and Pokemon to bond. "I have just the Pokemon to help me!" Stepping back as she threw the ball, out popped the very same, large mawed serpent, Leviya the Gyarados. Staring down at her tiny opponent, the coil water snake leered her eyes, "Leviya! Let's have a fun battle, okay? Use Tackle attack!"
OOC: Gyarados using Tackle.
