Race results!
Seems like it's been a chaotic race but it's now time to announce the winners of this race following the 5 days having come and gone. A few accidental slip ups meant there were a couple of eliminations right off the bat and even towards the end, racers were eliminated. In this white knuckle ride, it just goes to show the adrenaline rush can be too much for some. Let's go over who has won... 1st place goes to... Despite not making it over the finishing line, you were the racer furthest ahead in the race and because of this, have snapped up first place. Definite kudos in order for keeping calm and persevering even though the race itself had starter. Just goes to show, you can let others get a head start but that doesn't guarantee them victory. Enjoy your Skiddo! Should you participate in future racers and come out top, you're now confirmed to get 3RT. Skiddo Name: [choose] Gender: [choose] Level: 5 Attacks: Tackle, Growth Ability: Sap Sipper Nature/Personality: [choose] 2nd place to... Another solid effort. Despite numerous traps and distractions, you still pushed on and managed second place as a result. You've won 2RT for your efforts. And last but not least, 3rd place to... @rakutsu Although Rakutsu never actually began his race, he was still safe in the fact he made no slip ups that lead to a disqualification. Looks like the saying it's the taking part that matters holds real meaning here! Enjoy your 1RT.
The following list also highlights the thread page where disqualifications rose for the other racers and a short explanation as to why. Noerdlab disqualified - Failing to add +5 total. Blaze disqualified - Miscalculation. Midnightive disqualified - Claiming a squashed berry. Morrigan disqualified - Miscalculation. If you feel this is incorrect or would like to disagree, you are more than welcome to PM myself to discuss.
We hope you all enjoyed this frenzied race and want to thank you all for participating and making it a success. This will be returning at the end of this month, so we hope you join us all then!
