Penelope leaves the nursery and is replaced by Fifi the Poochyena in March's PC. Penelope gains 2 levels and is now level 12. Ditto gains 1400 exp and now has 3321/3571 exp needed to level up.

Fifi leaves the nursery after 3 days and gains nothing. Ditto gains 600 experience and grows to level 35 with 350/3781 exp needed to level up. Victoria the Phanpy in March's PC enters the nursery to replace Fifi.

Both Ditto and Victoria leave the nursery. Ditto gains 3000 experience for staying 15 days and now has 3350/3781 exp needed to level up. Victoria gains 4 levels total for the 15 days she spent in the nursery and grows to level 16. She keeps her current moves.

Both Pokemon leave the daycare. Panzer grows 6 levels for staying 2 weeks and is now level 7. Ditto gains 2800 experience and grows to level 36. It now has 2369/3997 exp towards the next level.

Taking Flammenwerfer out of the Daycare and replacing her with Silver the female Mudbray.
Flammenwerfer and Smokey both gain 2 levels per week so 4 levels total and are now both level 14. Flammenwerfer does not learn Helping Hand.
